when the ecological restoration microbial inoculum is spread, pouring ecological restoration microbial inoculum particles into a storage tank 6, starting a stirrer 9 to rotate, and simultaneously driving a spiral feeder 10 to rotate by the stirrer 9, wherein the stirrer 9 can crush the agglomerated ecological restoration microbial inoculum in the storage tank and simultaneously drive the ecological restoration microbial inoculum in the storage tank to fall into a discharge pipe 8 from a discharge port, conveying the ecological restoration microbial inoculum particles in the discharge pipe 8 by the rotation of the spiral feeder 10, collecting the ecological restoration microbial inoculum particles by a spreading tank 16, and repeatedly rotating the spreading tank 16 to uniformly scatter the ecological restoration microbial inoculum particles to the ground;
meanwhile, the lifting plate 3 is driven to descend through the lifting mechanism, so that the soil turning roller wheel 2 acts on the ground to turn soil on the ground, the operation vehicle 1 moves forward, and the soil turning roller wheel 2 turns the ecological restoration microbial inoculum particles which are scattered on the ground into the soil for the soil to absorb.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the lifting mechanism includes a telescopic cylinder 4 and a guide rod, the telescopic cylinder 4 is installed on the work table, the telescopic end of the telescopic cylinder is connected with the upper side of the lifting plate 3, the guide rod is installed on the upper side of the lifting plate 3 and is slidably connected in a guide sleeve 5 arranged on the work vehicle 1, the height of the lifting plate 3 and the soil turning roller 2 is adjusted by the telescopic cylinder 4, and the guide rod is slidably connected with the guide sleeve 5, so as to improve the stability of the lifting process of the lifting plate 3;
of course, other components with lifting driving capability may be used instead of the telescopic cylinder 4, for example, a screw lifting structure, a transmission connection lifting structure, and the like may be used.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft of the agitator 9 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 7 in the storage box, the rotating motor 901 for driving the agitator 9 to rotate is disposed on the fixing frame 7, and in the present invention, the agitator 9 is in transmission connection with the screw feeder 10, so that the rotating speed of the rotating motor 901 should give priority to the conveying speed of the screw feeder 10, and the situation that the rotating speed of the agitator 9 is too fast and the feeding speed of the screw feeder 10 is too fast is avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly is installed in the power box 14, the power box 14 is fixedly installed on the fixing seat 13 at the bottom of the working vehicle 1, specifically, the driving assembly includes a driving shaft 151 and a transmission shaft 153, wherein the driving shaft 151 is rotatably connected in a mounting hole formed in the working box, one end of the driving shaft 151 extends out of the power box 14 and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the high-position end of the material scattering groove 16, the other end of the driving shaft 151 is coaxially installed with an incomplete gear 152, the transmission shaft 153 is rotatably installed in the driving box, one end of the transmission shaft is in transmission connection with a driving motor 155, the transmission shaft 153 is provided with two sets of driving gears 154 in mirror image, the two sets of driving gears 154 are respectively arranged at two sides of the incomplete gear 152 and are alternately engaged with the incomplete gear 152 for transmission, the driving transmission rod to rotate by the driving motor 155, so as to drive the two sets of driving gears 154 to rotate, the two sets of driving gears 154 are alternately engaged with the tooth surface sides of the incomplete gear 152 to drive the incomplete gear 152 and the driving shaft 151 to rotate back and forth, thereby driving the scattering groove 16 to rotate back and forth for scattering.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the high-position end of the scattering groove 16 is funnel-shaped, so as to avoid the situation that the ecological remediation microbial inoculum leaks during the rotation process of the scattering wiper, and certainly, a leakage hopper may also be arranged at the top of the scattering groove 16, and the ecological remediation microbial inoculum is collected and guided by the leakage hopper.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, an opening at the bottom of the discharging pipe 8 is sealed by a sealing plate 11, the sealing plate 11 is slidably connected in a slot formed in a side surface of the discharging pipe 8 and is in transmission connection with a telescopic rod 12, and when the spreading of the ecological remediation microbial inoculum is finished, the telescopic rod 12 is extended to drive the sealing plate 11 to be inserted into the slot, so as to seal the bottom of the discharging pipe 8.
In summary, according to the invention, by designing the operation vehicle 1, the soil turning mechanism, the storage box and the spreading mechanism, the stirrer 9 and the spiral feeder 10 rotate, so that the ecological restoration microbial inoculum in the storage box is uniformly conveyed into the spreading groove 16 through the discharging pipe 8, and the ecological restoration microbial inoculum is spread through the reciprocating rotation of the spreading groove 16, thereby replacing manual spreading operation of the ecological restoration microbial inoculum, not only reducing the labor intensity of workers, but also improving the spreading quality, avoiding the problem of uneven spreading, and meanwhile, the soil turning mechanism can turn soil into soil of the ecological restoration microbial inoculum spread to the ground, and improving the spreading quality.

the material scattering mechanism comprises a material scattering groove, the material scattering groove is obliquely arranged, the high-position end of the material scattering groove is arranged at the bottom of the material discharging cylinder, the bottom of the high-position end is in transmission connection with a driving mechanism at the bottom of the operation vehicle, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the material scattering groove to rotate around the high-position end of the material scattering groove in a reciprocating mode.
