In the embodiment of the application, if each transaction includes a deposit transaction and a transaction requiring payment, for example, a deposit transaction and a withdrawal transaction, if the transaction requiring payment is processed first, the account amount may be smaller than the payment amount, so that the transaction requiring payment cannot be processed. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, if the deposit business exists in each business, the deposit business is processed first, so that the situation that certain businesses cannot be processed due to insufficient amount of money of an account is avoided. And if the deposit business does not exist in each business, the electronic equipment processes each business in sequence according to the time sequence of receiving the relevant information. If two services are transacted jointly, and the related information of the first service is received first and then the related information of the second service is received, the electronic device may transact the first service and then the second service. The time sequence of the electronic equipment receiving the relevant information is the same as the sequence of the counter staff filling the relevant information.

In the embodiment of the application, jointly transacted business can be recorded on a certificate, and the certificate can be called a combined certificate, so that paper resources are saved. In an actual application scenario, a preset type of service that cannot be printed with a combined certificate together with other services, such as a passbook transaction, a bankcard transaction, a deposit receipt transaction, is pre-stored in the electronic device. If every element corresponding to one service is recorded in the combined certificate, another line is formed in the combined certificate, and every element and corresponding field value of other services are recorded, so that obvious region division exists between every two services.
In the embodiment of the present application, field values corresponding to two elements, namely "business name" and "credential name", may be added before recording each business. How to obtain the field value corresponding to each element is the prior art, and is not described herein again. In the embodiment of the application, only part of information in the certificates corresponding to a plurality of services is combined together to generate the corresponding combined certificate. In addition, the 'organization number', the 'teller number' and the corresponding field values are displayed at the preset position of the combined certificate. The jointly transacted business generates a set number for marking that the businesses belong to the same group, and the preset position of the combined certificate needs to record the set number. In the embodiment of the application, the relevant information of the service added into the 'trading car' can only be deleted and cannot be modified, and if the relevant information of a certain service or the user information is wrongly input, only the service is deleted. According to the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment provides a joint handling function, if a joint handling request for performing joint handling on at least two services of the same user is received, prompt information for acquiring user information and related information of each service is output, counter staff only need to fill the user information once because the electronic equipment only acquires the user information once, the electronic equipment sends the user information and the related information of each service to preset equipment for a user to confirm, and the user only needs to confirm the user information once, so that the service handling efficiency can be improved, and the waste of human resources is reduced.

Claims (15)

1. A method for transaction, the method comprising:
receiving a joint transacting request for performing joint transacting on at least two services of the same user, and outputting prompt information for acquiring user information and related information of each service;
receiving input user information and relevant information of each service; sending the user information and the related information of each service to preset equipment for a user to confirm;
and if a pass confirmation instruction returned by the preset equipment is received, transacting each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the pass confirmation instruction returned by the preset device, before transacting each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service, the method further comprises:
judging whether each service has a pre-stored service needing authorization;
if yes, sending the user information and the related information of each service to authorization equipment for authorization, and if an authorization passing instruction returned by the authorization equipment is received, executing a subsequent step of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service;
if not, executing the subsequent steps of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the confirmation passing instruction returned by the preset device, before transacting each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service, the method further comprises:
if the confirmation pass instruction comprises a confirmation password, acquiring target identification information of a user account included in the user information, and determining a target password corresponding to the target identification information according to a corresponding relation between pre-stored identification information and the password;
and if the confirmation password is consistent with the target password, executing the subsequent step of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the confirmation password is inconsistent with the target password, outputting preset reminding information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein transacting each transaction of the user comprises:
if the deposit business exists in each business, the deposit business is handled first, otherwise, each business is handled in sequence according to the time sequence of receiving the relevant information.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if each service is not any one of the preset types of services, generating and printing a combined certificate corresponding to each service; the preset type of service comprises a bankbook transaction, a bankcard transaction and a deposit receipt transaction.
7. A transaction apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving and outputting module is used for receiving a joint transacting request for performing joint transacting on at least two services of the same user and outputting prompt information for acquiring user information and related information of each service;
the receiving and sending module is used for receiving the input user information and the related information of each service; sending the user information and the related information of each service to preset equipment to be confirmed by a user;
and the processing module is used for handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service if a confirmation passing instruction returned by the preset equipment is received.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to determine whether there is a pre-stored service that needs to be authorized in each service; if yes, sending the user information and the related information of each service to authorization equipment for authorization, and if an authorization passing instruction returned by the authorization equipment is received, executing the subsequent steps of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service; if not, executing the subsequent steps of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service.

The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to, if the confirmation pass instruction includes a confirmation password, obtain target identification information of the user account included in the user information, and determine a target password corresponding to the target identification information according to a correspondence between pre-stored identification information and a password; and if the confirmation password is consistent with the target password, executing the subsequent step of handling each service of the user according to the user information and the related information of each service.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the processing module is further configured to output a preset alert message if the confirmation password is inconsistent with the target password.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to handle the deposit service first if there is a deposit service in each service, and otherwise handle each service in sequence according to a time sequence of receiving the relevant information.
12. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the processing module is further configured to generate and print a combined certificate corresponding to each service if each service is not any one of the services of the preset types; the preset type services include a passbook transaction, a bankcard transaction and a deposit receipt transaction.
13. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises at least a processor and a memory, the processor being adapted to carry out the steps of the method of transaction according to any of claims 1-6 when executing a computer program stored in the memory.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of transaction according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
15. A computer program product, wherein the computer program product comprises: computer program code which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the steps of the method of transaction as claimed in any of the claims 1-6.
