背景技术
目前市场的过滤器都是带有反冲洗功能，虽然反冲洗结构简单，维护方便，但是，反冲洗的效率不高，一个滤芯一般需要多次冲洗才能清洗干净，能耗高。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题，本发明提供了一种无反冲洗过滤器。
本发明的技术方案是，一种无反冲洗过滤器，包括筒体，筒体内列于滤芯，滤芯通过支撑板支撑，滤芯上装有清洗装置，清洗装置通过驱动装置进行清洗，驱动装置通过连接轴与推拉板固定连接，推拉板通过拉杆与清洗装置固定连接，清洗装置包括隔板、衬环、刮环，所述隔板分为上下两层，两隔板中间依次布置衬环、刮环、衬环。
优选的，刮环上装有挡圈。
优选的，挡圈为轴用钢丝挡圈。
优选的，清洗装置不少于一个。
本发明的有益效果是，在不影响过滤器工作的情况下，可以对滤芯表面进行上下刮扫清洗，同时，清洗效率提高，节约了能耗。

如图所示，一种无反冲洗过滤器，包括筒体6，筒体6内列于滤芯8，滤芯8通过支撑板5支撑，滤芯8上装有不少于一个的清洗装置7，清洗装置7通过驱动装置1进行清洗，驱动装置1通过连接轴2与推拉板3固定连接，推拉板3通过拉杆4与清洗装置7固定连接，清洗装置7包括隔板12、衬环9、刮环11，所述隔板12分为上下两层，两隔板中间依次布置衬环9、刮环11、衬环9，刮环11上装有轴用钢丝挡圈10。当驱动装置1开启时，带动清洗装置7做上下运动,清洗装置7上的刮环11即可对滤芯8表面进行刮扫清洗。
