一种无反冲洗过滤器,包括筒体,筒体内列于滤芯,滤芯通过支撑板支撑,滤芯上装有清洗装置,清洗装置通过驱动装置进行清洗,驱动装置通过连接轴与推拉板固定连接,推拉板通过拉杆与清洗装置固定连接,清洗装置包括隔板、衬环、刮环,所述隔板分为上下两层,两隔板中间依次布置衬环、刮环、衬环。本发明的有益效果是,在不影响过滤器工作的情况下,可以对滤芯表面进行上下清洗,同时,清洗效率提高,节约了能耗。

本发明涉及一种过滤器,尤其是一种无反冲洗过滤器。
背景技术
目前市场的过滤器都是带有反冲洗功能,虽然反冲洗结构简单,维护方便,但是,反冲洗的效率不高,一个滤芯一般需要多次冲洗才能清洗干净,能耗高。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种无反冲洗过滤器。
本发明的技术方案是,一种无反冲洗过滤器,包括筒体,筒体内列于滤芯,滤芯通过支撑板支撑,滤芯上装有清洗装置,清洗装置通过驱动装置进行清洗,驱动装置通过连接轴与推拉板固定连接,推拉板通过拉杆与清洗装置固定连接,清洗装置包括隔板、衬环、刮环,所述隔板分为上下两层,两隔板中间依次布置衬环、刮环、衬环。
优选的,刮环上装有挡圈。
优选的,挡圈为轴用钢丝挡圈。
优选的,清洗装置不少于一个。
本发明的有益效果是,在不影响过滤器工作的情况下,可以对滤芯表面进行上下刮扫清洗,同时,清洗效率提高,节约了能耗。

如图所示,一种无反冲洗过滤器,包括筒体6,筒体6内列于滤芯8,滤芯8通过支撑板5支撑,滤芯8上装有不少于一个的清洗装置7,清洗装置7通过驱动装置1进行清洗,驱动装置1通过连接轴2与推拉板3固定连接,推拉板3通过拉杆4与清洗装置7固定连接,清洗装置7包括隔板12、衬环9、刮环11,所述隔板12分为上下两层,两隔板中间依次布置衬环9、刮环11、衬环9,刮环11上装有轴用钢丝挡圈10。当驱动装置1开启时,带动清洗装置7做上下运动,清洗装置7上的刮环11即可对滤芯8表面进行刮扫清洗。

3.如权利要求2所述的一种无反冲洗过滤器,其特征在于,所述挡圈为轴用钢丝挡圈。
