本申请实施例公开了一种充电电路及充电控制方法，涉及电路技术领域。具体方案为：充电电路包括开关电路和电压转换电路，开关电路和电压转换电路耦合连接，开关电路还用于与第一电池以及第二电池耦合连接；开关电路用于根据控制信号导通或关断开关电路中的多个开关元件，以使得充电电路在第一充电状态和第二充电状态之间切换；其中，在第一充电状态下，第一电池、第二电池和电压转换电路串联连接；在第二充电状态下，第一电池和第二电池并联后与电压转换电路串联连接，或，第一电池与电压转换电路串联后与第二电池并联连接。
