本发明涉及机油技术领域,具体涉及一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法,本发明燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量比的组分制得:35%‑70%的分散剂、15%‑35%的高碱值硼酸盐、6%‑20%抗氧剂、6%‑14%抗氧抗腐剂和0%‑5%基础油;本发明方法通过向调合釜中加入分散剂、高碱值硼酸盐和抗氧剂,搅拌升温至55‑65℃,在500‑700rpm下搅拌至均匀,然后在60‑65℃下加入抗氧抗腐剂和基础油,搅拌均匀、过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂;本发明燃气发动机油复合剂、燃气发动机油具有良好的抗磨性、抗氧化性、碱保持性和环境友好性,且成本低,符合燃气专用机油CES20092规定的6万公里换油期要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及机油技术领域,具体涉及一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
基于国际“双碳”目标和环保法规的实施,燃气汽车成为当之无愧清洁运输的选择。其以天然气为燃料,采用当量或稀薄燃烧方式,结合先进废气再循环和三元催化技术,几乎可以实现零污染。天然气储量大,燃烧热值高,价格低廉,已经成为稀缺化石能源的替代燃料。
燃气发动机燃烧室温度较高,不利于润滑油膜的形成,还常常引发机油氧化、硝化,形成积碳,造成部分零部件的早期磨损与腐蚀,最终润滑失效。传统的汽、柴机油已经不能保证燃气发动机的正常工作,需要专用的燃气发动机油保驾护航。
截至目前,燃气发动机油还没有统一的分类、模拟评价手段以及发动机台架试验评定方法,主要通过发动机或道路行车验证其使用性能。
我国天然气汽车保有量已超过100万辆以上,其中的燃气重卡主要用于危险品、物流运输以及市政用车。这些以气体为燃料的发动机,燃烧温度高,NOx增加,除了要求润滑油具备良好的抗硝化性能外,还应控制硫酸盐灰分,灰分过高,可能导致阀门烛燃,缸套擦伤,燃烧室和活塞沉积物,早燃和火花塞沉积物;灰分过低,可能导致气阀门嵌入和回缩,阀系磨损。燃气发动机油在高温工作状态下还必须具有优异的抗氧化,高温清净性能以及超强的碱值储备能力,以确保对发动机的良好保护,进一步延长在用油的寿命。
申请号202010763486.X名为《一种萘胺抗氧剂的燃气机润滑油及其制备方法》的发明专利公开了一种采用萘胺抗氧剂的制备方法,该实施例燃气机油除基础油外还含有清净剂,分散剂、抗氧剂,其中抗氧剂总量占比1.5%~2.5%,大大超出了行业添加水平,更重要的萘胺抗氧剂多为固体状态,在润滑油大规模生产时受调和设备限制较多,大大增加了调合难度,复合剂的搅拌均匀性得不到保障,不利于工业化。
申请号201610181416.7名为《一种节能燃气发动机油及其制备方法》的发明专利公开了一种由75%~95%酯类基础油调制的具有优异的清净分散性、抗磨损、抗氧化性燃气机油,其生产成本较高,未能满足大多数润滑油公司的需求。
申请号201410322579.3名为《一种长寿命燃气汽车发动机润滑油》的发明专利公开了一种使用寿命长,可达4万公里换油的燃气机油,未满足众多主机厂,尤其最具代表性的Cummins最新燃气专用机油CES20092规定6万公里换油期的要求。
基于对上述现有技术的分析,本领域仍需开发更为适合的燃气发动机油或复合剂,以满足其具备优异的抗磨性、抗氧化性、碱保持性,且成本合适、符合相关机油标准的要求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂及其制备方法,以解决目前燃气发动机综合性能不佳、成本高的问题,以达到燃气发动机油要求的抗磨性、抗氧化性、碱保持性和高温清净性。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
35%-70%的分散剂;
15%-35%的高碱值硼酸盐;
6%-20%抗氧剂;
6%-14%抗氧抗腐剂;
2%-5%基础油。
作为一种优选,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
35%-60%的分散剂;
20%-30%的高碱值硼酸盐;
8%-20%抗氧剂;
8%-10%抗氧抗腐剂;
3%-5%基础油。
更优的,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
50%的分散剂;
25%的高碱值硼酸盐;
12%抗氧剂;
10%抗氧抗腐剂;
3%基础油。
进一步,所述分散剂为单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;所述单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的质量比为2.5-3:2-2.5;所述单烯基丁二酰亚胺中N含量为2.1%,所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中N含量为1.1%。
分散剂的主要作用是分散增溶,以多种方式使得形成沉积物的初期产物悬浮在润滑油中,单烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺均在PIB上连接一个马来酸酐,不同之处是,高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺上PIB的分子量大且连接两个马来酸酐,两者在适当的比例下复合,具有极佳的分散性和协合效应。
进一步,所述高碱值硼酸盐为硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁。
与传统的清净剂相比,除了含有亲油性的非极性基团和亲水的极性基团外,硼化烷基水杨酸镁过碱度部分(硼酸盐部分)主要与正盐分子形成载荷胶团而溶于油相中,形成碱值储备;同时,硼元素的引入更使得其通过增溶、分散、洗涤及中和作用,防止燃气发动机油因高温氧化而造成积碳和油泥沉降。
进一步,所述抗氧剂为丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂;所述丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂的质量比为0.5-1.0:1.0-1.5;丁基-辛基二苯胺中的N含量为4.30%-5.00%。
酚酯型是无灰高温抗氧剂,有利于抑制氧化、高温沉积物或油泥。当酚酯型抗氧剂与二烷基二苯胺复合后,发挥更好的协同作用,延缓在用油的氧化变质。
进一步,所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和硫磷二仲烷基锌盐;所述硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和所述硫磷二仲烷基锌盐的质量比为1-1.5:0.8-1.3;所述硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.8%,所述硫磷二仲烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.7%。
硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐更适合于在高温、磨损等苛刻环境中工作,硫磷二仲烷基锌盐往往表现出优异的抗磨性能,伯仲混合后,既防止在用油黏度增长,还可有效保护凸轮挺杆磨损。
第二方面,本发明还提供上述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法,包括:向调合釜中加入分散剂、高碱值硼酸盐和抗氧剂;搅拌升温至55-65℃,在500-700rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在60-65℃下加入抗氧抗腐剂和基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到所述燃气发动机油复合剂。
第三方面,本发明提供一种燃气发动机油,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
10.0%上述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法制备的燃气发动机油复合剂;
6.8%-7%粘度指数改进剂;
0.2%-0.3%抗凝剂;
余量为基础油。
进一步,所述燃气发动机油,包括如下质量百分比的组分:

本发明的有益效果在于:

2、本发明提供的燃气发动机油复合剂、燃气发动机油具有优异的抗氧化性能,有效抑制油品老化,延长燃气发动机换油周期;
3、本发明提供的燃气发动机油复合剂、燃气发动机油具有优异的碱保持性能,也可适用于极为苛刻的工况,为发动机的正常运行保驾护航;
4、本发明提供的燃气发动机油复合剂、燃气发动机油不使用含钡、含氯等对环境污染严重的添加剂,属于环境友好型添加剂;
5、本发明提供的燃气发动机油,其中抗氧剂在成品油中的质量占比为0.6%-2%,较现有燃气发动机油更符合标准;
6、本发明提供的含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂、燃气发动机油较相关现有技术成本更低,且符合燃气专用机油CES20092规定的6万公里换油期要求。

需要说明的是,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的构思前提下本方法的简单改进,都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
本发明提供一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
35%-70%的分散剂;
15%-35%的高碱值硼酸盐;
6%-20%抗氧剂;
6%-14%抗氧抗腐剂;
2%-5%基础油;
更优的,可为:
35%-60%的分散剂;
20%-30%的高碱值硼酸盐;
8%-20%抗氧剂;
8%-10%抗氧抗腐剂;
3%-5%基础油。
其中:分散剂优选为单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的质量比为2.5-3:2-2.5;单烯基丁二酰亚胺中N含量为2.1%,所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中N含量为1.1%;
高碱值硼酸盐优先为硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁;
抗氧剂优选为丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂;丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂的质量比为0.5-1.0:1.0-1.5;丁基-辛基二苯胺中的N含量为4.30%-5.00%。
抗氧抗腐剂优选为硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和硫磷二仲烷基锌盐;硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和所述硫磷二仲烷基锌盐的质量比为1-1.5:0.8-1.3;硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.8%,硫磷二仲烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.7%。
上述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法,包括:向调合釜中加入分散剂、高碱值硼酸盐和抗氧剂;搅拌升温至55-65℃,在500-700rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在60-65℃下加入抗氧抗腐剂和基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到所述燃气发动机油复合剂。
一种燃气发动机油,包括:(所占比例均由质量比表示)
10.0%上述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂;
6.8%粘度指数改进剂;
0.3%抗凝剂;
82.9%基础油。
本发明采用以下组分制得的复合剂进行效果说明:

实施例一
向调合釜中加入70.0%分散剂、15.0%硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁和6.0%抗氧剂;搅拌升温至55-℃,在600rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在65℃下加入6.0%抗氧抗腐剂和3.0%基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂。
实施例二
向调合釜中加入60.0%分散剂、20.0%硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁和8.0%抗氧剂;搅拌升温至65℃,在500rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在65℃下加入8.0%抗氧抗腐剂和4.0%基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂。
实施例三
向调合釜中加入50.0%分散剂、25.0%硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁和12.0%抗氧剂;搅拌升温至65℃,在600rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在60℃下加入10.0%抗氧抗腐剂和3.0%基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂。
实施例四
向调合釜中加入40.0%分散剂、28.0%硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁和16.0%抗氧剂;搅拌升温至55℃,在500rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在60℃下加入14.0%抗氧抗腐剂和2.0%基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂。
实施例五
向调合釜中加入35.0%分散剂、35.0%硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁和20.0%抗氧剂;搅拌升温至65℃,在500rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在65℃下加入10.0%抗氧抗腐剂,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到燃气发动机油复合剂。
实施例六
利用实施例1-5以及对比实施例1-8基于下表,配置成品油:
组分 SAE 15W-40
复合剂 10.0%
Ⅱ类基础油 82.9%
粘度指数改进剂T614 6.8%
Viscoplex 1-248 0.3%
对上述成品油进行抗氧化性能、抗铜腐蚀性能、高温抗氧清净性能、实际应用等评价。
高温铜腐蚀对比
按照SH/T 0754—柴油机油在135℃下腐蚀性能评定法,试验条件为135℃、168h,测试样品的高温铜腐蚀情况,铜片评级越低且铜含量越低,油品的抗铜腐性越好。实验结果见下表:

重负荷燃气车辆主要用于远距离货物运输,长期处于高负荷、高转速的状态,对轴瓦材料机械性能要求比较严格。另外,随着发动机功率的不断提高,传统的锡铅合金轴瓦已经不再适用,目前更受欢迎的是机械强度好的铜铅合金。经过在实验室模拟实施例以及对比例的高温铜腐时情况,并通过表中的试验结果可以得出:实施例1-5和对比例5-8中不仅含有硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁,还含单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的复合分散剂,使得其抗铅、铜腐蚀的综合性能较好;而对比例1-2中虽然也是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的复合分散剂,但是清净剂分别为高碱值磺酸镁、高碱值水杨酸镁,其抗铅、铜腐蚀的综合性能降低。对比例3-4中虽然含有硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁,但是分别只含单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺一种分散剂,其抗铅、铜腐蚀性能也降低,尤其是抗铅腐蚀性能最差。
高温氧化清净性对比
按照NB/SH/T 0834—发动机油适度高温活塞沉积物的测定(热氧化模拟试验法MHT),试验条件为285℃、24h,测试样品的高温氧化清净性,沉积物质量越小,油品抗氧化清净性越好。实验结果见下表:

我们将利用TEOST MHT-4实验装置在实验室进行氧化清净性评价,由表中实验数据可以得出:实施例1-5和对比例3-4、7-8中不仅含有硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁,还含有丁基-辛基二苯胺与酚酯型复合抗氧剂,使得其高温氧化清净性较优。对比例1-2中虽然也含有丁基-辛基二苯胺与酚酯型的复合抗氧剂,但是清净剂分别为高碱值磺酸镁、高碱值水杨酸镁,导致其高温清净性能降低。对比例5-6中虽然使用硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁,但是分别只含丁基-辛基二苯胺与酚酯型一种抗氧剂,其高温清净性并不突出。
抗磨性对比
根据SH/T 0189润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法)对样品进行抗磨性评价(实验条件为:392N、75℃、1200r/min、60min),实验结果为磨斑直径,磨斑直径越小,表示试样抗磨性能越好具体结果见下表:

由表中的磨损数据可以得出:实施例1-5和对比例1-6中含有硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐与硫磷二仲烷基锌盐的复合抗氧抗腐剂,均体现出良好的抗磨损性能。而对比例7-8中仅分别含有硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷二仲烷基锌盐一种抗氧抗腐剂,其抗磨损性能并不理想。其原因可能是硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷二仲烷基锌盐复合后能抑制发动机油漆膜、油泥、环槽黏附物的生成,减缓气缸、环槽、凸轮和阀杆的磨损,还能预防轴承腐蚀。
实际应用(道路行车试验)
按照GB/T7607—柴油机油换油指标。

申请号201410322579.3名为《一种长寿命燃气汽车发动机润滑油》的发明专利公开了一种使用寿命长,可达4万公里换油的燃气机油,未满足众多主机厂,尤其最具代表性的Cummins最新燃气专用机油CES20092规定6万公里换油期的要求。通过表中试验结果可以得出实施例3燃气发动机油道路行车试验换油期可延长至6万公里。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过参照本发明的优选实施例已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
35%-70%的分散剂;
15%-35%的高碱值硼酸盐;
6%-20%抗氧剂;
6%-14%抗氧抗腐剂;
0%-5%基础油;
所述分散剂为单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺和高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;所述单烯基聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的质量比为2.5-3:2-2.5;所述单烯基丁二酰亚胺中N含量为2.1%,所述高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中N含量为1.1%;
所述高碱值硼酸盐为硼化高碱值烷基水杨酸镁;
所述抗氧剂为丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂;所述丁基-辛基二苯胺和酚酯型抗氧剂的质量比为0.5-1.0:1.0-1.5;丁基-辛基二苯胺中的N含量为4.30%-5.00%;
所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和硫磷二仲烷基锌盐;所述硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐和所述硫磷二仲烷基锌盐的质量比为1-1.5:0.8-1.3;所述硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.8%,所述硫磷二仲烷基锌盐中的P含量为7.5%-8.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
35%-60%的分散剂;
20%-30%的高碱值硼酸盐;
8%-20%抗氧剂;
8%-10%抗氧抗腐剂;
3%-5%基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,其特征在于,含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述燃气发动机油复合剂由如下质量百分比的组分制得:
50%的分散剂;
25%的高碱值硼酸盐;
12%抗氧剂;
10%抗氧抗腐剂;
3%基础油。
4.权利要求1-3任一所述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:向调合釜中入分散剂、高碱值硼酸盐和抗氧剂;搅拌升温至55-65℃,在500-700rpm下搅拌至均匀;然后在60-65℃下加入抗氧抗腐剂和基础油,继续搅拌至均匀,过滤得到所述燃气发动机油复合剂。
5.一种燃气发动机油,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
10.0%权利要求4所述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法制备的燃气发动机油复合剂;
6.8%-7%粘度指数改进剂;
0.2%-0.3%抗凝剂;
余量为基础油。
6.根据权利要求5所述燃气发动机油,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
10.0%权利要求4所述含高碱值硼酸盐的燃气发动机油复合剂的制备方法制备的燃气发动机油复合剂;
6.8%粘度指数改进剂T614;
0.3%抗凝剂Viscoplex 1-248;
82.9%Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类基础油。
