本发明提供一种柴油机油复合剂,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:硫化烷基酚钙9%‑15%,烷基苯磺酸钙10%‑25%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺50%‑60%,双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌7%‑15%,无灰抗氧剂5%‑10%,聚异丁烯丁二酸酐0‑1%,亚磷酸酯0.5%‑1.5%,金属减活剂0‑1%。本发明还提供了一种柴油机油复合剂的制备方法。本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂采用国产单剂调配,可调配高质量级别、长效里程柴油机油。

一种柴油机油复合剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及一种柴油机油复合剂及制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的飞速发展,大马力重负荷柴油车所占的市场份额也不断扩大,并且由于新的严苛的国家排放法规的实施,汽车的保养用油也随之从较低水平发展为APICI-4、CK-4等级别。中国在2007年颁布了柴油机油的国家标准GB 11122-2006,在标准中,柴油机油的最高质量等级为CI-4。目前在柴油机油市场上,API CI-4质量等级的柴油机油仍占有绝对的市场份额,且普遍换油期在2-4万公里左右。
高质量级别的润滑油复合剂几乎被路博润、润英联、雪佛龙奥伦耐和雅富顿四家公司垄断。目前中国市场上柴油机油复合剂技术水平参差不齐,且大多缺乏数据支撑和实践验证。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种高性能的柴油机油复合剂,还提供了该柴油机油复合剂的制备方法。
本发明提供一种柴油机油复合剂,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:硫化烷基酚钙9%-15%,烷基苯磺酸钙10%-25%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺50%-60%,双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌7%-15%,无灰抗氧剂5%-10%,聚异丁烯丁二酸酐0-1%,亚磷酸酯0.5%-1.5%,金属减活剂0-1%。
进一步地,所述硫化烷基酚钙选用碱值为250-280mgKOH/g的高碱值硫化烷基酚钙或碱值为150-170mgKOH/g的低碱值硫化烷基酚钙。
进一步地,所述烷基苯磺酸钙选用碱值为20-30mgKOH/g的低碱值烷基苯磺酸钙或碱值为140-160mgKOH/g的中碱值烷基苯磺酸钙。
进一步地,所述聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺选用分子量为2000-3000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或分子量为1500-2000的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
进一步地,所述双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌为双正丙醇硫代磷酸锌或双己醇硫代磷酸锌。
进一步地,所述无灰抗氧剂选用壬基二苯胺、液态高分子量酚酯型抗氧剂L135、氨基硫代酯、含硫酚醚无灰抗氧剂中的任一种。
进一步地,所述金属减活剂选用苯三唑或噻二唑。
本发明还提供了上述柴油机油复合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,向容器中依次加入聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至70~80℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;
S2,向第一混合物中加入烷基苯磺酸钙,保持70~80℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;
S3,向第二混合物中依次加入聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、无灰抗氧剂和金属减活剂,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;
S4,向第三混合物中加入双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌和亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂。
与专利CN103589491B公开的冷轧用润滑材料相比,本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂具有以下优势:
1、本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂为油性体系,需一定的抗乳化性,不需要添加乳化剂和表面活性剂,若加入乳化剂和表面活性剂会加速油品乳化,从而导致油品失效;
2、本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂加入硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,硼元素的加入,对窜气中氮氧化物引起的油泥生成起到抑制作用,硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺还具有一定的抗磨减摩性,可以取代其他摩擦改进剂的使用,同时,硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺和双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌还有很好的节能性,进行60000公里实际行车试验,平均节省燃油3.0%-4.0%;
3、本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂中加入的聚异丁烯丁二酸酐不仅具备一定的清净分散性,而且作为特殊的增溶剂,具有很好的增溶效果,可以更好地溶解其他清净剂、高分子分散剂;
4、本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂加入有灰型抗氧剂亚磷酸酯的使用,与无灰抗氧剂具有极好的协同作用,可有效控制沉积物生成;
5、本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂采用国产单剂调配,可调配高质量级别、长效里程柴油机油。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明实施方式作进一步地描述。
请参考图1,本发明的实施例提供了一种柴油机油复合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,按质量百分比计,向容器中依次加入50%-60%聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、9%-15%硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至70~80℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;硫化烷基酚钙选用碱值为250-280mgKOH/g的高碱值硫化烷基酚钙或碱值为150-170mgKOH/g的低碱值硫化烷基酚钙;聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺选用分子量为2000-3000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或分子量为1500-2000的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺;
步骤S2,按质量百分比计,向第一混合物中加入10%-25%烷基苯磺酸钙,保持70~80℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;烷基苯磺酸钙选用碱值为20-30mgKOH/g的低碱值烷基苯磺酸钙或碱值为140-160mgKOH/g的中碱值烷基苯磺酸钙;
步骤S3,按质量百分比计,向第二混合物中依次加入0-1%聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、5%-10%无灰抗氧剂和0-1%金属减活剂,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;无灰抗氧剂选用壬基二苯胺、液态高分子量酚酯型抗氧剂L135、氨基硫代酯、含硫酚醚无灰抗氧剂中的任一种;
步骤S4,按质量百分比计,向第三混合物中加入7%-15%双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌和0.5%-1.5%亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂;双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌为双正丙醇硫代磷酸锌或双己醇硫代磷酸锌。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的柴油机油复合剂及制备方法进行详细说明。
实施例1:
按质量百分比计,向容器中依次加入50%分子量为2000-3000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、9%碱值为150-170mgKOH/g的低碱值硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至70℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;按质量百分比计,向第一混合物中加入24%碱值为20-30mgKOH/g的低碱值烷基苯磺酸钙,保持70℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;按质量百分比计,向第二混合物中依次加入0.5%聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、8.0%壬基二苯胺和0.7%苯三唑,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;按质量百分比计,向第三混合物中加入7%双正丙醇硫代磷酸锌和0.8%亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂。
对实施例1制备的柴油机油复合剂进行采样分析,分析期间,搅拌2-3小时,不控温,与市售的国外复合剂调配成品油对比,结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,实施例1复合剂调配油品相对国外进口复合剂调配同级别油品的氧化安定性略好,抗磨性能相当、清净分散性略好。
实施例1制得的柴油机油复合剂调配CI-4 15W-40DCI 11国五465匹马力发动机台架试验结果见图2,实施例1制得的柴油机油复合剂调配CI-4 15W-406万公里道路行驶试验结果见图3;调配机油时,按照质量百分比计,柴油机油复合剂的加入量为11.3%,粘指剂的加入量为7%,余量为基础油。
对比台架试验结果、道路行车试验结果可以得知,实施例1制得的柴油机油复合剂表现出良好的粘度保持性、碱值保持性、清净分散性及抗磨损性能,能够满足重载物流车的实际使用要求。
实施例2:
按质量百分比计,向容器中依次加入58%分子量为2000-3000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、10%碱值为150-170mgKOH/g的低碱值硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至75℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;按质量百分比计,向第一混合物中加入15%碱值为20-30mgKOH/g的低碱值烷基苯磺酸钙,保持75℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;按质量百分比计,向第二混合物中依次加入0.8%聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、5.2%壬基二苯胺和0.4%噻二唑,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;按质量百分比计,向第三混合物中加入10%双正丙醇硫代磷酸锌和0.6%亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂。
实施例3:
按质量百分比计,向容器中依次加入55%分子量为1500-2000的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、13%碱值为250-280mgKOH/g的高碱值硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至80℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;按质量百分比计,向第一混合物中加入13%碱值为140-160mgKOH/g的中碱值烷基苯磺酸钙,保持80℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;按质量百分比计,向第二混合物中依次加入0.6%聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、10%氨基硫代酯和0.2%噻二唑,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;按质量百分比计,向第三混合物中加入7%双己醇硫代磷酸锌和1.2%亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述硫化烷基酚钙选用碱值为250-280mgKOH/g的高碱值硫化烷基酚钙或碱值为150-170mgKOH/g的低碱值硫化烷基酚钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述烷基苯磺酸钙选用碱值为20-30mgKOH/g的低碱值烷基苯磺酸钙或碱值为140-160mgKOH/g的中碱值烷基苯磺酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺选用分子量为2000-3000的高分子量聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或分子量为1500-2000的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌为双正丙醇硫代磷酸锌或双己醇硫代磷酸锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述无灰抗氧剂选用壬基二苯胺、液态高分子量酚酯型抗氧剂L135、氨基硫代酯、含硫酚醚无灰抗氧剂中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机油复合剂,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂选用苯三唑或噻二唑。
8.权利要求1所述柴油机油复合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,向容器中依次加入聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙,边搅拌边升温至70~80℃,搅拌60min,得到第一混合物;
S2,向第一混合物中加入烷基苯磺酸钙,保持70~80℃搅拌60min,得到第二混合物;
S3,向第二混合物中依次加入聚异丁烯丁二酸酐、无灰抗氧剂和金属减活剂,搅拌60min,得到第三混合物;
S4,向第三混合物中加入双仲烷基硫代磷酸锌和亚磷酸酯,调和60min,即得到柴油机油复合剂。
