The energy-saving environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil is characterized in that the synthetic diesel oil comprises 15-20 parts by weight of diesel oil synthetic agent, 90-100 parts by weight of diesel oil and 30-34 parts by weight of water, wherein the diesel oil synthetic agent comprises kerosene, sbane, span, triethanolamine, ethylenediamine, oleic acid, lanolin, ammonia water, a detergent, a cetane number improver and ferrocene, and the diesel oil synthetic agent comprises 30-70 parts by weight of kerosene, 5-15 parts by weight of span, 0.5-4 parts by weight of span, 1.2-2 parts by weight of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts by weight of ethylenediamine, 0.5-3 parts by weight of oleic acid, 0.5-6 parts by weight of lanolin detergent, 1-3 parts by weight of ammonia water, 2-5 parts by weight of cetane number improver and 0.3-3 parts by weight of cetane number improver, 1-2 parts of ferrocene.

The energy-saving environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diesel oil synthetic agent comprises 30-70 parts by weight of kerosene, 10 parts by weight of span, 1 part by weight of span, 1.5 parts by weight of triethanolamine, 1.5 parts by weight of ethylenediamine, 1 part by weight of oleic acid, 1 part by weight of lanolin, 1 part by weight of ammonia water, 3.5 parts by weight of detergent, 1 part by weight of cetane number improver and 1.5 parts by weight of ferrocene.
3. The energy-saving environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the model of the sbane is sbane S-80, the model of the sbane is sbane 80, the model of the detergent is T1804, and the kerosene is aviation kerosene.

The energy-saving environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight portion of kerosene is 30-50 parts in summer, the weight portion of kerosene is 50-70 parts in winter, and the density of oil is adjusted to avoid the density of oil in winter.
5. The energy-saving environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the concentration of the ammonia water is 25%.

A method for preparing energy-saving and environment-friendly catalytic water-based synthetic diesel oil is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, mixing water and diesel oil, and then adding a diesel oil synthetic agent, wherein the diesel oil synthetic agent is added in the sequence of adding the span, the detergent, the wool grease, the oleic acid, the triethanolamine, the ethylamine, the ammonia water, the kerosene, the ferrocene and the cetane number improver in turn, the components are added into a reaction kettle, the rotating speed of the reaction kettle is 2800 revolutions per minute, and the mixture is stirred for 15 minutes to obtain a finished product.
