Abstract
本发明公开了一种含弱阳离子大侧环的聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法及在造纸涂料配方中应用,其制备办法如下:把一定量的天然高分子配成一定浓度,升温溶解;加入引发剂和链转移剂;同时滴加弱阳离子大侧环烯基单体和丙烯酸及其酯类单体混合物;滴完后保温一段时间,降温过滤放料即得聚合物流变保水剂。本发明制备的聚合物流变保水剂具有很好的流变保水效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含弱阳离子大侧环的聚合物流变保水剂技术领域,尤其涉及聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
对于造纸涂料来说,涂料的流变保水性能是涂料运行的一个重要指标,目前市场上的保水剂主要为羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、羟乙基淀粉、丙烯酸及其酯类乳液聚合物类等,此类保水剂存在保水性较好,但是对涂料有很大的增稠作用,涂料的流变性差的缺陷。为了解决造纸涂料的流变性,市场上采用聚苯乙烯纳米乳液等含有大侧环的高分子有机物作为造纸涂料的流变剂,但是此类流变剂虽然能使涂料有一定的流变性,但是涂料的保水性能差。且当生产上的保水剂、流变剂同时使用时,相互影响,不仅使用量大,使用成本高,且使用效果差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了聚一种含弱阳离子大侧环的合物流变保水剂的制备方法及在造纸涂料配方中应用,该聚合物流变保水剂具有很好的保水效果和涂料流变性。
本发明提出的配方中聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,方法步骤如下:
S1:把一定量的天然高分子配成一定浓度,升温溶解;
S2:向S1所述的水溶液中加入引发剂和链转移剂;
S3:在一定温度下同时滴加弱阳离子性大侧环烯基单体和丙烯酸及其酯类单体混合物;
S4:单体滴完后保温一段时间,降温过滤放料即得聚合物流变保水剂。
优选地,所述天然高分子、弱阳离子大侧环烯基单体、丙烯酸酯单体、丙烯酸单体、引发剂、链转移剂和离子水的质量比为5-10:8-16:0-30:10-20:1-3:0-1.5:40-60。
优选地,所述S1天然高分子溶解温度为90-95℃,熬制0.5小时;所述天然高分子溶解浓度为10-20%。
优选地,所述S1天然高分子为动物蛋白,所述动物蛋白为骨胶、明胶、皮胶、虫胶、鱼胶、血胶中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述S2中引发剂为过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵、双氧水中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述链转移剂为十二硫醇。
优选地,所述S3弱阳离子大侧环烯基单体为烯基吡啶、烯基吡咯烷酮、烯基己内酰胺中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述丙烯酸单体为精丙烯酸、精甲基丙烯酸中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述S3滴加温度为80-85℃,滴加时间为2-4小时。
优选地,所述S4保温时间为1-4小时,放料温度不高于40℃。
本发明提出的上述方法制备的聚合物流变保水剂。
本发明提出的上述聚合物流变保水剂在造纸涂料配方中应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在四口圆底烧瓶中加入去离子水100g,加入骨胶15g,升温到92℃保温0.5小时,降料温至84℃,加入十二硫醇0.5g,搅拌2分钟,加入过硫酸铵2g,开始同时滴加20g烯基己内酰胺,15g丙烯酸乙酯、20g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30g精丙烯酸的混合物,维持料温在80-85℃滴加反应,滴加时间3小时,滴完后在84℃保温2小时,降料温至40℃以下,过滤即可。外观:淡黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,固含量:50.3%。
实施例2
例1中把明胶用量降低至10g,其余不变。外观:淡黄色粘稠乳液,无蓝光,有渣,固含量:47.4%。
实施例3
例1中把明胶用量增加至20g,其余不变。外观:淡黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,粘度很大,流动性差,固含量:52.5%。
实施例4
例1中把烯基己内酰胺用量降低至15g,其余不变。外观:浅黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,固含量:48.7%。
实施例5
例1中烯基己内酰胺用量增大至30g,其余不变。外观:淡黄色粘稠乳液,固含量:52.3%。
实施例6
例1中精丙烯酸用量降低至20g,其余不变。外观:淡黄色粘稠乳液,固含量:47.5%。
实施例7
例1中精丙烯酸用量增大至40g,其余不变。外观:淡黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,粘度大。固含量:52.1%。
实施例8
例1中精丙烯酸换成精甲基丙烯酸,其余不变。外观:淡黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,粘度大。固含量:50.1%。
实施例9
例1中甲基丙烯酸甲酯换成丙烯酸乙酯,其余不变。外观:淡黄色带蓝光粘稠乳液,粘度大。固含量:50.2%。
效果评价:在高速分散槽中加入1000g72%固含量的98级浆钙,加入分散剂2.5g,分散10分钟。加入22g丁苯胶乳,搅拌5分钟。加入10g耐水剂,搅拌5分钟。加入6g润滑剂,搅拌5分钟。加入8g1-9例聚合物流变保水剂,搅拌5分钟。加入适量杀菌剂、消泡剂,搅拌5分钟。检测涂料的保水值和高剪切粘度。
表1涂料流变性保水值检测结果
由表1可知,在涂料中加入本发明制备的聚合物聚合物流变保水剂后涂料具有很好的保水性和流变性(涂料保水值、高剪切粘度都是越低越好)。

1.一种含弱阳离子大侧环的聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,方法步骤如下:
S1:把一定量的天然高分子配成一定浓度,升温溶解;
S2:向S1所述的水溶液中加入引发剂和链转移剂;
S3:在一定温度下同时滴加弱阳离子大侧环的烯基单体和丙烯酸及其酯类单体混合物;
S4:单体滴完后保温一段时间,降温过滤放料即得聚合物流变保水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配方中聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述天然高分子、弱阳离子大侧环烯基单体、丙烯酸酯单体、丙烯酸单体、引发剂、链转移剂和离子水的质量比为5-10:8-16:0-30:10-20:1-3:0-1.5:40-60。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1天然高分子溶解温度为90-95℃,熬制0.5小时;所述天然高分子溶解浓度为10-20%。

8.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3滴加温度为80-85℃,滴加时间为2-4小时。
9.根据权利要求1所述的聚合物流变保水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述所述S4保温时间为1-4小时,放料温度不高于40℃。
