Description

A Chinese medicinal bag for relieving inflammation and pain, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical health-care products, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine bag for diminishing inflammation and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Inflammation is what is commonly called "inflammation" and is a defense response of the body to stimuli, manifested by redness, swelling, heat, pain, and dysfunction. The inflammation may be infectious inflammation caused by infection or non-infectious inflammation not caused by infection. At present, the inflammation is clinically treated, and anti-inflammatory drugs are usually used for relieving the symptoms of the inflammation, but the anti-inflammatory drugs have toxic and side effects on cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, liver and kidney, and bring new threats to the life safety of patients. With the increase of the side effects of the medicines and the continuous emergence of the medicine-induced diseases, more and more people advocate the natural health care method.
The traditional Chinese medicine bath is to soak feet or bathe by adopting traditional Chinese medicine decoction, so that medicine ions quickly enter blood through skin mucous membrane absorption and warm fumigation of liquid medicine, are quickly distributed to the whole body along with blood circulation, directly act on an affected part without gastrointestinal damage, and play roles in dissipating heat and moisturizing, relaxing muscles and bones, regulating vital energy and regulating blood, thereby achieving a series of health-care effects of enhancing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions, improving sleep, eliminating fatigue, eliminating sub-health state, enhancing human body resistance and the like. Meanwhile, compared with the oral medicine, the intake of the medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath has the advantages of quick curative effect, comfort, ease, convenience, no toxic or side effect and the like.

In some embodiments of the present application, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine package is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of vitex leaves, 25 parts of notopterygium roots, 18 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 18 parts of safflower carthamus, 18 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 12 parts of caulis spatholobi, 8 parts of ginger and 8 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and easing pain comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 30-40 deg.C water; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water, mixing all the above processed raw materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
preparing an extract: adding the dried micro powder into an organic solvent, standing, performing microwave-assisted extraction to obtain an extracting solution, centrifuging the extracting solution to obtain a supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate, standing for layering, centrifuging the supernatant to obtain a supernatant, and preparing the extract into the traditional Chinese medicine bag.

In some embodiments of the present application, the drying temperature is 30-40 ℃ and the drying is carried out to a moisture content of less than 3 wt%. The drying temperature is not suitable to be too low or too high, and the drying temperature is usually 30-40 ℃ and is a suitable temperature range; the medicinal bag made of the dried medicinal materials is more beneficial to dissolving out the active ingredients in the medicinal materials, the medicinal materials can be prevented from mildewing when being dried, and the medicinal bag is generally dried until the water content is less than 3wt percent.
In some embodiments of the present application, the organic solvent is one of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, acetic acid, dichloromethane, trichloroacetic acid, and n-butanol. In the microwave-assisted extraction, the selection of an extraction solvent is crucial to the extraction result, and the extraction rate of effective components is directly influenced. Firstly, the solvent must have certain polarity to absorb microwave energy for internal heating; secondly, the selected organic solvent has strong dissolving capacity to the target extract; the organic solvents all meet the requirements.
In some embodiments of the present application, the microwave-assisted extraction comprises: treating with 175-450W microwave intensity for 1-5min, and extracting with the above organic solvent at 60-70 deg.C. Under the conditions, the extraction of the effective components in the medicinal materials is more facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present application, in the step of preparing the extract, the rotation speed of the centrifugation is 4000-5500rpm/min, and the time of the centrifugation is 5-15 min. The centrifugation time is too short, the rotating speed is too low, and the supernatant and the lower-layer sediment are not easy to separate; the centrifugal time is too long, the rotating speed is too high, the sediment at the lower layer is too tight to be conveniently pulled out for cleaning the subsequent centrifugal cup.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above-mentioned standing time is 5 to 15 min. The standing is performed for separating two phases, but the standing time is not too long, but the two phases are separated, so the standing time is suitably 5 to 15 min.
The features and properties of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to examples.

Effects of the invention
256 volunteers, 132 males, 124 females of patients with inflammation were recruited, aged 20-75 years, with a course of 30-180 days, randomized into 7 groups with no significant difference in each group. The symptoms of the patients with inflammation comprise patients with wind-cold type common cold, patients with hepatitis, patients with bronchitis and the like.
The application method of the anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine bag provided by the application for the volunteers of the patients with inflammation regularly comprises the following steps: the medicine bag is put into warm water at 42-45 ℃, and the medicine bag is kneaded to ensure that the effective components in the medicine bag are fully dissolved in the water. The bath is carried out for 30-40 minutes at night every day, and the drug effect is counted after 7 days of use.
Before treatment and 7 days after treatment, follow-up observation is carried out, and symptoms, sign changes and adverse reactions are recorded at each follow-up visit.
Therapeutic efficacy judgment criteria
And (3) curing: the symptoms in the diagnostic criteria are completely disappeared, and the normal work, life, learning and labor can be realized.
The method has the following advantages: symptoms referred to in the diagnostic criteria are improved and markedly improved, requiring continued treatment.
And (4) invalidation: the symptoms referred to in the diagnostic criteria are not improved and tend to be even more severe, and other medications are required to be selected for treatment.
The above patients started to count the efficacy 7 days after using the anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine bag provided in the present application, and the results are shown in table 1.
