Abstract
The application provides a traditional Chinese medicine bag for diminishing inflammation and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of medical health products. A traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and easing pain comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-26 parts of vitex leaves, 22-26 parts of notopterygium roots, 15-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 15-20 parts of safflower, 15-20 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-14 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 10-14 parts of caulis spatholobi, 6-9 parts of ginger and 6-9 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder. According to the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine bag for diminishing inflammation and relieving pain, the extraction efficiency of the effective components in the raw materials is high, so that the treatment effect of the composition is good, and the drug effect can be exerted to the maximum. The application has reasonable medicine use, combines various medicines and has the effects of diminishing inflammation and easing pain.

The application relates to the field of medical health-care products, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine bag for diminishing inflammation and relieving pain and a preparation method thereof.
Background

Meanwhile, compared with the oral medicine, the intake of the medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath has the advantages of quick curative effect, comfort, ease, convenience, no toxic or side effect and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide an anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine bag which is reasonable in compatibility and has the effects of resisting inflammation, relieving pain, quickly diminishing inflammation, relieving heat and removing free radicals.
Another objective of the present application is to provide a method for preparing an anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine bag, which has the advantages of simple process, low raw material cost, maximized drug efficacy, etc.
The technical problem to be solved by the application is achieved by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides an anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine package which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-26 parts of vitex negundo leaf, 22-26 parts of notopterygium root, 15-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 15-20 parts of safflower, 15-20 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-14 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 10-14 parts of caulis spatholobi, 6-9 parts of ginger and 6-9 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and relieving pain, which comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, and parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 30-40 deg.C water; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water, mixing all the above processed raw materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
preparing an extract: adding the dried micro powder into an organic solvent, standing, performing microwave-assisted extraction to obtain an extracting solution, centrifuging the extracting solution, taking supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate, standing for layering, centrifuging the supernatant, taking supernatant to obtain an extract, and preparing the extract into the traditional Chinese medicine bag.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the inflammation is a heat syndrome, which is caused by various factors such as external infection, internal injury and the like, and clinically has various syndromes such as exterior heat syndrome, interior excess heat syndrome, deficiency and excess mixed syndrome and the like. In the application, caryophyllene which is a main component of vitex leave volatile oil has the effects of eliminating phlegm, relieving asthma, improving organism immunity, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, notopterygium root has the functions of dredging the limb, smoothing blood vessels, attacking pathogenic factors and dispersing wind-cold and rheumatism, and the notopterygium root volatile oil has the effects of relieving heat and resisting bacteria, has the effects of dredging channels, relieving heat syndrome and resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation when being matched, and is a monarch drug; the folium artemisiae argyi, the safflower and the radix angelicae pubescentis are matched together to serve as ministerial drugs and assist monarch drugs to achieve better effects, wherein the volatile oil of the folium artemisiae argyi has the effect of killing or inhibiting various germs, the folium artemisiae argyi can dredge twelve meridians, particularly the drugs of liver, spleen and kidney, and is good at warming middle energizer, expelling cold and removing dampness, and moving qi in blood, the safflower can dredge meridians and collaterals, and is a qi-flowing drug in blood, can be used for purging and tonifying, and has miraculous meanings, the radix angelicae pubescentis is a main drug for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, tonifying middle energizer, benefiting qi and dredging channels and promoting blood circulation by matching, the rhizoma cyperi and the caulis spatholobi are also used as adjuvant drugs, wherein the rhizoma cyperi can be used for dispelling stasis and dispersing qi, the volatile oil of the rhizoma cyperi has the effects of relieving pain and resisting bacteria, the caulis spatholobi has the effects of replenishing blood, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, the qi can be used for dispelling stagnation, and relieving pain and resisting bacteria, and finally the ginger is used as a messenger drug, the ginger is used for relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, warming middle energizer and stopping vomiting, and all the medicines can be used for diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, and relieving pain, Tonify qi and blood, dredge meridians and collaterals, and reach focus of infection directly. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.

Vitex negundo L.leaves enter lung meridian, and their nature and taste are slightly bitter, pungent and mild. Has expectorant, antitussive, and antiasthmatic effects. Can be used for treating cough and asthma; chronic bronchitis.
The main component caryophyllene in the volatile oil in folium Viticis Cannabifoliae can increase serum IgG level, enhance humoral immunity, reduce phagocytic ability of reticuloendothelial system to carbon granules, and significantly improve phagocytic rate, phagocytic index and digestion degree of macrophage for chronic tracheitis patients with low phagocytic function of macrophage, so that it is close to normal level. The folium Viticis Cannabifoliae volatile oil can promote albumin to rise, has bidirectional regulation effect on gamma-, beta-and alpha-globulin, and can promote albumin synthesis and regulate immunoglobulin.
Notopterygium root, rhizoma Notopterygii, enters bladder and kidney meridians, and is pungent, bitter and warm in nature. Has effects in dispelling cold, dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, and relieving pain. Can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, headache, rheumatalgia, and soreness of shoulder and back.
Folium Artemisiae Argyi enters spleen, liver and kidney meridians, and is bitter and pungent in nature and warm in nature. Has effects in dispelling cold, relieving pain, warming channels, and stopping bleeding. Can be used for treating lower abdomen psychroalgia, menoxenia, infertility due to cold womb, hematemesis, epistaxis, metrorrhagia, metrostaxis, and pregnancy hemorrhage; it can be used for treating skin pruritus. Vinegar moxa charcoal can warm meridians and stop bleeding. Can be used for treating hemorrhage due to deficiency cold.
Safflower enters heart and liver meridians, and is pungent and warm in nature. Has effects in promoting blood circulation, dredging channels, removing blood stasis, and relieving pain. Can be used for treating amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, lochiorrhea, abdominal mass, traumatic injury, sore, ulcer, and swelling and pain.
Cyperus rotundus enters liver, spleen and triple energizer meridians, and is pungent, slightly bitter, slightly sweet and mild in nature and taste. Has effects in promoting qi circulation, resolving stagnation, regulating menstruation, and relieving pain. Can be used for treating stagnation of qi due to stagnation of liver-qi, chest pain, hypochondrium pain, abdominal distention and pain, dyspepsia, chest and abdominal distention and fullness, hernia due to cold, abdominal pain, breast pain, menoxenia, amenorrhea, and dysmenorrhea.
Spatholobus stem enters liver and kidney meridians, and is bitter, sweet and warm in nature and taste. Has effects in tonifying blood, promoting blood circulation, and dredging meridians. Can be used for treating menoxenia, blood deficiency, sallow complexion, numbness, paralysis, and rheumatalgia.
Ginger enters lung, spleen and stomach meridians, and is pungent in property and flavor and slightly warm in nature. Has effects in relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, warming middle warmer, relieving vomit, eliminating phlegm, and relieving cough. Can be used for treating common cold due to wind-cold, emesis due to stomach cold, and cough due to cold phlegm.
The hydrogen-rich activation powder is mixed powder of composite powder and hydrogen powder, contains hydrogen molecules and has very strong permeability, so the hydrogen-rich activation powder and the isorubiadin in morinda officinalis are matched with each other to use, and the hydrogen-rich activation powder has better effect of removing free radicals, and the free radicals are sources of various diseases and come from various pollutants, chemical substances and the like in daily life. In some embodiments of the present application, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine package is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of vitex leaves, 25 parts of notopterygium roots, 18 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 18 parts of safflower carthamus, 18 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 12 parts of caulis spatholobi, 8 parts of ginger and 8 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and easing pain comprises the following steps:

In some embodiments of the present application, the fine powder has a particle size of 3 to 10 μm. The micro powder with the particle size within the range is particularly small, which is beneficial to the medicine powder in the medicine bag to quickly permeate into water.
In some embodiments of the present application, the drying temperature is 30-40 ℃ and the drying is carried out to a moisture content of less than 3 wt%. The drying temperature is not suitable to be too low or too high, and the drying temperature is usually 30-40 ℃ and is a suitable temperature range; the medicinal bag made of the dried medicinal materials is more beneficial to dissolving out the active ingredients in the medicinal materials, the medicinal materials can be prevented from mildewing when being dried, and the medicinal bag is generally dried until the water content is less than 3wt percent.
In some embodiments of the present application, the organic solvent is one of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, acetic acid, dichloromethane, trichloroacetic acid, and n-butanol. In the microwave-assisted extraction, the selection of an extraction solvent is crucial to the extraction result, and the extraction rate of effective components is directly influenced. Firstly, the solvent must have certain polarity to absorb microwave energy for internal heating; secondly, the selected organic solvent has strong dissolving capacity to the target extract; the organic solvents all meet the requirements.
In some embodiments of the present application, the microwave-assisted extraction comprises: treating with 175-450W microwave intensity for 1-5min, and extracting with the above organic solvent at 60-70 deg.C. Under the conditions, the extraction of the effective components in the medicinal materials is more facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present application, in the step of preparing the extract, the rotation speed of the centrifugation is 4000-5500rpm/min, and the time of the centrifugation is 5-15 min. The centrifugation time is too short, the rotating speed is too low, and the supernatant and the lower-layer sediment are not easy to separate; the centrifugal time is too long, the rotating speed is too high, the sediment at the lower layer is too tight to be conveniently pulled out for cleaning the subsequent centrifugal cup.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above-mentioned standing time is 5 to 15 min. The standing is performed for separating two phases, but the standing time is not too long, but the two phases are separated, so the standing time is suitably 5 to 15 min.

Example 1
The traditional Chinese medicine package bag for diminishing inflammation and easing pain comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25g of vitex negundo leaf, 25g of notopterygium root, 18g of folium artemisiae argyi, 18g of safflower, 18g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12g of rhizoma cyperi, 12g of caulis spatholobi, 8g of ginger and 8g of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, and parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 35 deg.C water for 1 h; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water for 0.5h, and mixing all the above processed materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
preparing an extract: adding 80% ethanol into the dried micropowder, shaking, standing for 10min, treating with 375W microwave intensity for 5min, extracting at 65 deg.C for 1h to obtain extractive solution, centrifuging (4000rpm/min for 10min), collecting supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate, standing for layering, and collecting the upper layer liquid as ethanol phase. Centrifuging the supernatant to obtain supernatant as extract.
Preparing a medicine package: drying the above extracts in oven at 40 deg.C until water content is less than 3 wt% to obtain medicinal powder, mixing the medicinal powder with hydrogen-rich activating powder, and packaging into non-woven fabric bags to obtain medicinal bag. It should be noted that the content of the powder in the pouch may be 30, 60, 80, 100g, etc., which is not limited in the present application.
The hydrogen-rich activation powder is mixed powder of composite powder and hydrogen powder, and the mixing ratio of the composite powder to the hydrogen powder is 1: 1, the composite powder and the hydrogen powder are purchased from Huangpegchang cosmetics Co., Ltd.
Example 2

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, and parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 30 deg.C water for 1.5 h; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water for 1h, mixing all the above processed raw materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
preparing an extract: adding 80% ethanol into the dried micropowder, shaking, standing for 6min, treating with 450W microwave intensity for 3min, extracting at 60 deg.C for 1h to obtain extractive solution, centrifuging the extractive solution (10 min/5000 rpm), collecting supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate, standing for layering, and collecting the upper layer liquid as ethanol phase. Centrifuging the supernatant to obtain supernatant as extract.
Preparation of the medicine package: drying the above extracts in oven at 30 deg.C until water content is less than 3 wt% to obtain medicinal powder, mixing the medicinal powder with hydrogen-rich activating powder, and packaging into non-woven fabric bags to obtain medicinal bag. The content of the powder in the pouch may be 30, 60, 80, 100g, etc., which is not limited in the present application.

The traditional Chinese medicine package bag for diminishing inflammation and easing pain comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24g of vitex negundo leaves, 24g of notopterygium roots, 16g of folium artemisiae argyi, 16g of safflower, 16g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 11g of rhizoma cyperi, 11g of caulis spatholobi, 7g of ginger and 7g of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, and parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 32 deg.C water for 1.3 h; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water for 0.7h, mixing all the above processed raw materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
preparing an extract: adding 80% ethanol into the dried micropowder, shaking, standing for 12min, treating with 350W microwave intensity for 2min, extracting at 70 deg.C for 1h to obtain extractive solution, centrifuging (4500rpm/min 12min), collecting supernatant, adding ammonium sulfate, standing for layering, and collecting upper layer liquid as ethanol phase. Centrifuging the supernatant to obtain supernatant as extract.
Preparing a medicine package: drying the above extracts in oven at 37 deg.C until water content is less than 3 wt% to obtain medicinal powder, mixing the medicinal powder with hydrogen-rich activating powder, and packaging into non-woven fabric bags to obtain medicinal bag. The traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and easing pain as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 23-25 parts of vitex negundo leaf, 23-25 parts of notopterygium root, 15-18 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 15-18 parts of safflower, 15-18 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 10-12 parts of caulis spatholobi, 6-8 parts of ginger and 6-8 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder.

The traditional Chinese medicine package for diminishing inflammation and easing pain as claimed in claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of vitex leaves, 25 parts of notopterygium roots, 18 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 18 parts of safflower carthamus, 18 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 12 parts of caulis spatholobi, 8 parts of ginger and 8 parts of hydrogen-rich activation powder.
4. A method for preparing an anti-inflammatory and analgesic traditional Chinese medicine package according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which comprises the following steps:
pretreatment of medicinal materials: removing impurities from folium Viticis Cannabifoliae, parching; soaking Notopterygii rhizoma in 30-40 deg.C water; soaking folium Artemisiae Argyi, Carthami flos, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, rhizoma Cyperi, caulis Spatholobi and rhizoma Zingiberis recens in tap water, mixing all the above processed raw materials, pulverizing, and drying to obtain micropowder;
