本申请涉及中药技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是冠状动脉血管发生动脉粥样硬化病变而引起血管腔狭窄或阻塞,造成心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死而导致的心脏病,常常被称为“冠心病”。但是冠心病的范围可能更广泛,还包括炎症、栓塞等导致管腔狭窄或闭塞。
目前市面上治疗冠心病的药物具有一定的行气和活血化瘀的效果,但经过多年临床应用和观察后发现,其配方复杂,价格昂贵,且疗程较长,在消除或缓解临床症状方面效果不明显。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物,其配方简单,成本低廉,且治疗冠心病疗效好。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其能有效提取药材中的有效成分,提升疗效。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物在制备治疗冠心病的药物中的应用,其配方简单,成本低廉,适合推广。
本申请解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物,按重量份数计,其包括:丹参5-35份、毛冬青5-30份、益母草5-30份、郁金5-10份、猪蹄甲5-10份、砂仁4-7份、檀香5-10份、月季花5-10份和三七参4-7份。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其包括:步骤S1,制备醋制猪蹄甲;步骤S2,将丹参、醋制猪蹄甲、砂仁、檀香、和三七参混合后研磨,制成药粉;步骤S3,将毛冬青、益母草、郁金和月季花清洗,采用乙醇提取法提取,制得浸膏;步骤S4,将步骤S2制得的药粉和步骤S3制得的浸膏混合,制成颗粒、丸剂、片剂或胶囊。

本申请还提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,采用乙醇提取法提取,能高效提取药材中的有效成分,此外,将上述药物制成颗粒、丸剂、片剂或胶囊后,便于携带和服用。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考具体实施例来详细说明本申请。
一方面,本申请提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物,按重量份数计,其包括:丹参5-35份、毛冬青5-30份、益母草5-30份、郁金5-10份、猪蹄甲5-10份、砂仁4-7份、檀香5-10份、月季花5-10份和三七参4-7份。
丹参,别名紫丹参、血参、大红袍、红根等,为唇形科植物丹参的干燥根和根茎。春、秋二季采挖,除去泥沙,干燥。归心、肝经。味苦,性微寒。具有活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈之功效。用于胸痹心痛,脘腹胁痛,症瘕积聚,热痹疼痛,心烦不眠,月经不调,痛经经闭,疮疡肿痛。
药理学研究表明,丹参能够加强心肌收缩力,改善心脏功能,能够扩展冠脉,增加心肌血流量,抑制血小板聚集,改善微循环,还能促进组织的修复与再生,此外,丹参还具有保肝、抗菌和降血脂的作用。
毛冬青,是冬青科冬青属植物,以根入药。味苦、涩,性凉。归心、肺经。具有活血通脉,清热解毒的功效。主治胸痹心痛,中风瘫痪,脉闭不通,外感风热,肺热咳喘,咽痛乳蛾,目疾视昏,痈疽丹毒,烧伤烫伤,跌打肿痛。
益母草,为唇形科植物益母草的新鲜或干燥地上部分。鲜品春季幼苗期至初夏花前期采割;干品夏季茎叶茂盛、花未开或初开时采割,晒干,或切段晒干。味苦、辛,性微寒。归肝、心包、膀胱经。具有活血调经,利尿消肿,清热解毒之功效。用于月经不调,痛经经闭,恶露不尽,水肿尿少,疮疡肿毒。益母草中含有益母碱,可以增加冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力,且还具有抗凝血作用。
郁金,为姜科植物温郁金、姜黄、广西莪术或蓬莪术的干燥块根。味苦,性寒。无毒。入心、肺、肝三经。具有活血止痛,行气解郁,清心凉血,利胆退黄的功效。用于胸胁刺痛,胸痹心痛,经闭痛经,乳房胀痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,血热吐衄,黄疸尿赤。
猪蹄甲,为猪科猪属动物猪的蹄甲。具有化痰定喘,解毒生肌之功效。常用于咳嗽喘息,肠痈,疝气偏坠,痔漏,白秃疮,冻疮。药理学研究表明,猪蹄甲煎剂有直接兴奋心肌的作用,还能抗炎,增强机体免疫力。
砂仁,姜科豆蔻属多年生草本植物。果实供药用。味辛,性温。归脾、胃、肾经。芳香行散,降中有升。主治脾胃气滞,宿食不消,腹痛痞胀,噎膈呕吐,寒泻冷痢。
檀香,味辛,性温,归脾、胃、心肺经。其药用部位一般为树干的心材,具有行气温中,开胃止痛的功效。用于寒凝气滞,胸痛,腹痛,胃痛食少;冠心病,心绞痛。檀香主要含挥发油,现代药理研究表明,檀香具有抗心肌缺血、舒张血管平滑肌、抗菌和镇静安神等作用。
月季花,为蔷薇科植物月季的干燥花。味甘,性温。归肝经。具有活血调经,疏肝解郁之功效。常用于气滞血瘀,月经不调,痛经,闭经,胸胁胀痛。月季花中含有槲皮素,其能抑制血小板聚集,舒张血管。
三七参,具有滋阴补肾,养肝明目,提神醒脑的作用。它含人参皂苷、黄酮苷、油脂等。可用于治疗女性月经不调、经期血块、经期延后、产后血晕、崩漏滞下、便血、痢疾、疔疮肿毒、跌打损伤、咳血等症状。防癌抗癌抑制癌细胞扩散和再生。大补元气,增强人体的免疫力,调节内分泌功能,增强人体抵抗病毒的能力。有预防高血压,冠心病以及心脑血管疾病的作用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述治疗冠心病的中药组合物,按重量份数计,其包括:丹参10-30份、毛冬青10-25份、益母草10-25份、郁金5-8份、猪蹄甲6-8份、砂仁5-6份、檀香5-8份、月季花5-8份和三七参5-6份。

在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S1中,醋制猪蹄甲的制备方法为:将猪蹄甲取出杂质后洗净晾干,投入用武火加热的沙中,炒至猪蹄甲整体鼓起,呈金黄色,随后筛去沙,投入醋中浸淬。醋淬能够增强猪蹄甲化瘀的作用,还能够去除猪蹄甲的腥味。
在本申请的一些实施例中,浸淬的操作中,猪蹄甲与醋的比例为3:1-5:1。猪蹄甲与醋的比例为3:1-5:1时,猪蹄甲能够将醋吸收尽,使得猪蹄甲外表脆裂,质地酥脆,易于有效成分渗出,从而增强猪蹄甲活血化瘀的效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S2中,药粉的粒径为80-150目。药粉的粒径为80-150目时,有利于后续的压片等操作。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S3中,乙醇的浓度为70-75%。在该浓度下,能高效提取药材中的有效成分。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S4中,还包括将制备好的颗粒、丸剂、片剂或胶囊干燥至含水量小于1wt%。干燥后,能够延长药品的保质期。
另一方面,本申请提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物在制备治疗冠心病的药物中的应用。上述配方配伍合理,成本低廉,且治疗冠心病疗效好,适合推广。

实施例1

制备方法:
制备醋制猪蹄甲:将猪蹄甲取出杂质后洗净晾干,投入用武火加热的沙中,炒至猪蹄甲整体鼓起,呈金黄色,随后筛去沙,投入醋中浸淬。猪蹄甲与醋的比例为4:1。将丹参、醋制猪蹄甲、砂仁、檀香、和三七参混合后研磨,制成药粉,药粉粒径为100目;将毛冬青、益母草、郁金和月季花清洗,采用乙醇提取法提取,乙醇的浓度为75%,制得浸膏;将药粉和浸膏混合,制成片剂,并将片剂干燥至含水量小于1wt%。
实施例2

其制备方法与实施例1相同。
实验例1
冠心病心绞痛发作时通常有心电图ST-T段的改变,表现为,ST段的压低,t波倒置或者是低平。心绞痛恢复时ST段可以恢复正常。行24小时动态心电图检查,心绞痛发作时就有阵发性的ST段的改变。ST段、T波可以作为冠心病的辅助检查手段。
临床观察40例冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。以实施例1制备的中药组合物为治疗组,以对比例为对照组(去猪蹄甲)。
服用方式:每次6-8片,每日2次,1月为1个疗程。
疗效评价:
显效:临床症状消失,ST段和T波基本恢复正常;
有效:临床症状明显好转但未完全消失,部分导联ST段、T波改善;
无效:临床症状略有好转,ST段、T波无变化。
实验结果见表1。总有效率=显效率+有效率。
表1治疗组与对照组的效果评价
由表1可知,治疗组添加了猪蹄甲,治疗冠心病的总有效率可以达到88.2%,而对照组2仅有71%,这表明,猪蹄甲对冠心病有治疗作用,其机理有待进一步的观察和研究。
实验例2
对冠心病心电图ST段、T波改变的临床分析:
一般资料:本组征集冠心病患者共454例,其中,男性309例,女性145例,年龄38-65岁,均因心悸气短、心胸憋闷、心前区不适或疼痛而检测心电图,均在Ⅱ、Ш、avF或V4-V6的导联中有T波倒置或ST段压低在0.1-0.2mv,并排除内分泌、神经系统和温度等因素,诊断为冠心病289例,高血压伴冠心病165例。
治疗方法:对上述患者进行治疗,在治疗期间停用一切对心肌有营养作用或对心肌有代谢辅助作用的中西药。高血压伴冠心病患者给予额外的对症处理。
服用方式:服用实施例1提供的中药组合物,每次6-8片,每日2次,1月为1个疗程。
疗效评价:
显效:临床症状消失,ST段和T波基本恢复正常;
有效:临床症状明显好转但未完全消失,部分导联ST段、T波改善;
无效:临床症状略有好转,ST段、T波无变化。
治疗结果见表2。

由表2可知,服用实施例1提供的中药组合物1个月之后,显效率达64.7%,有效率为23.6%,总有效率达88.3%,表明实施例1提供的中药组合物对治疗冠心病有疗效。
效果例
患者一:陈某,男,64岁,患冠心病十余年,常服用消心痛、丹参片等药。因心前区疼痛与2021年3月16日来我院就诊。心电图显示,V4-V6的导联中有T波倒置,ST段压低0.1mv。停服常用药后,单独服用实施例1提供的中药组合物2天,心前区疼痛消失。继续服用一个月后,复查,心电图正常。嘱其继用上方,巩固疗效。随访一年未复发。
患者二:强某,女,47岁,因左侧胳膊及后背痛,于2010年1月2日初诊。心电图显示:Ⅱ、Ш导联ST段压低0.1mv,经西医诊断为冠心病。服用实施例1提供的中药组合物1天后,临床症状消失。继服1月,复查,心电图正常。嘱其继用上方,巩固疗效。随访一年未复发。

Claims (9)
1.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由如下原料组成:丹参10-30份、毛冬青10-25份、益母草10-25份、郁金5-8份、猪蹄甲6-8份、砂仁5-6份、檀香5-8份、月季花5-8份和三七参5-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,由如下原料组成:丹参30份、毛冬青20份、益母草20份、郁金8份、猪蹄甲6份、砂仁6份、檀香6份、月季花5份和三七参5份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括:
步骤S1,制备醋制猪蹄甲;
步骤S2,将丹参、醋制猪蹄甲、砂仁、檀香、和三七参混合后研磨,制成药粉;
步骤S3,将毛冬青、益母草、郁金和月季花清洗,采用乙醇提取法提取,制得浸膏;
步骤S4,将步骤S2制得的药粉和步骤S3制得的浸膏混合,制成颗粒、丸剂、片剂或胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,醋制猪蹄甲的制备方法为:将猪蹄甲取出杂质后洗净晾干,投入用武火加热的沙中,炒至猪蹄甲整体鼓起,呈金黄色,随后筛去沙,投入醋中浸淬。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸淬的操作中,所述猪蹄甲与所述醋的比例为3:1-5:1。
6.根据权利要求3所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,药粉的粒径为80-150目。
7.根据权利要求3所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,乙醇的浓度为70-75%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,还包括将制备好的颗粒、丸剂、片剂或胶囊干燥至含水量小于1wt%。
9.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物在制备治疗冠心病的药物中的应用。
