背景技术
面膜是常用的化妆品之一，传统的面膜是使用无纺布为基体，将其他护肤成分附着在无纺布上，然后覆盖于皮肤表面，为皮肤提供营养，面膜的制作过程中，不仅仅需要使其保证面膜的易吸收性，持水性，还要保证其与皮肤有良好的贴合度，还要具备良好的相容性，以及具备良好的可降解性，但是无纺布面膜表面的护肤成分，在暴露于空气中时，极易发生氧化，而且水分也极易蒸发，水分蒸发后，无纺布会吸收皮肤中的水分，皮肤毛孔收缩，营养成分根本无法导入皮肤中，因此，现有技术需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保湿效果好，抗氧化效果好的特润精华液及其制备方法。
基于上述目的，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种抗老凝胶面膜，由以下重量份数制得：聚乙烯醇0.4-0.6份，卡波姆2-4份，明胶2-3份，丙二醇0.12-0.15份，冰片0.03-0.05份，聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.15-0.25份，甘油0.3-0.5份，尼泊金甲酯0.05-0.08份，纳米二氧化硅2-7份，第一精华液15-20份，海藻酸钠0.1-0.3份，透明质酸钠2-3份，去离子水10-15份，香精0.03-0.05份，烟酰胺5-15份，第二精华液15-30份。
进一步的，所述的第一精华液为洋蓟精华液，由以下步骤制备而成：将洋蓟清洗后，蒸煮5-6min后，取出沥干，去除叶片，将洋蓟剩余的部分放入去离子水中，在60-70℃下，搅拌15-20min后，冷却至室温，加入乙醇，搅拌均匀密封，经过24-48h后，多次过滤后取滤液，再将滤液放入离心机内，在2000-3000rmp下，转动1-2min后，取上清液，得第一精华液。

一种抗老凝胶面膜，由以下重量份数制得：聚乙烯醇0.6份，卡波姆4份，明胶3份，丙二醇0.15份，冰片0.05份，聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.25份，甘油0.5份，尼泊金甲酯0.08份，纳米二氧化硅7份，第一精华液20份，海藻酸钠0.3份，透明质酸钠3份，去离子水15份，香精0.05份，烟酰胺15份，第二精华液30份。
所述的第一精华液为洋蓟精华液，由以下步骤制备而成：将洋蓟清洗后，蒸煮6min后，取出沥干，去除叶片，将洋蓟剩余的部分放入去离子水中，在70℃下，搅拌20min后，冷却至室温，加入乙醇，搅拌均匀密封，经过48h后，多次过滤后取滤液，再将滤液放入离心机内，在3000rmp下，转动2min后，取上清液，得第一精华液。
所述的第二精华液为荷叶、绞股蓝和芡实精华液，由以下步骤制备而成：将芡实晒干，研磨成粉，形成芡实粉，再将芡实粉加入荷叶、绞股蓝清洗干净，晾干后捣碎，加入去离子水、纤维素酶、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌，在40℃下，发酵48h后，过滤后取滤液，杀菌，在3000rmp下，转动2min后，取上清液，得第二精华液。
所述的洋蓟精华液制备过程中洋蓟剩余的部分、去离子水、乙醇的质量体积比为300mg：20ml:15ml。
所述的荷叶、绞股蓝和芡实精华液制备过程中，晒干后的芡实、荷叶、绞股蓝、去离子水、纤维素酶、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量体积比为：30mg:10mg:10mg:20ml:5mg:0.02mg:0.05mg:0.04mg。
所述的抗老凝胶面膜由以下步骤制备而成：将去离子水、明胶、冰片、海藻酸钠、透明质酸钠混合，在70℃下加热，冷却至45℃时，加入聚乙烯醇、卡波姆、丙二醇、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、甘油、尼泊金甲酯、纳米二氧化硅、第一精华，香精、烟酰胺、第二精华液，搅拌均匀，得成品。
试验例1：
取两只小鼠，剃毛，麻醉后，将小鼠表皮上分别涂布市场购买的芦荟胶和本发明制得的凝胶面膜，涂布后，涂抹厚度为4mm，经过1h后，第一只小鼠的皮肤上的凝胶已经干燥，皮肤有紧绷感，第二只小鼠皮肤上的凝胶依然水润成膜。
试验例2：
取两只小鼠，剃毛，麻醉后，将小鼠表皮上分别涂布市场购买的芦荟胶和本发明制得的凝胶面膜，涂布后，涂抹厚度为4mm，经过1h后清洗，然后使用紫外灯光照2h，第一只小鼠的皮肤上出现干裂含水量为17％，皮肤暗沉，第二只小鼠皮肤上的含水量为56％，皮肤光滑水润。。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗老凝胶面膜，其特征在于，由以下重量份数制得：聚乙烯醇0.4-0.6份，卡波姆2-4份，明胶2-3份，丙二醇0.12-0.15份，冰片0.03-0.05份，聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-60.15-0.25份，甘油0.3-0.5份，尼泊金甲酯0.05-0.08份，纳米二氧化硅2-7份，第一精华液15-20份，海藻酸钠0.1-0.3份，透明质酸钠2-3份，去离子水10-15份，香精0.03-0.05份，烟酰胺5-15份，第二精华液15-30份；所述的第一精华液为洋蓟精华液，由以下步骤制备而成：将洋蓟清洗后，蒸煮5-6min后，取出沥干，去除叶片，将洋蓟剩余的部分放入去离子水中，在60-70℃下，搅拌15-20min后，冷却至室温，加入乙醇，搅拌均匀密封，经过24-48h后，多次过滤后取滤液，再将滤液放入离心机内，在2000-3000rmp下，转动1-2min后，取上清液，得第一精华液；所述的第二精华液为荷叶、绞股蓝和芡实精华液，由以下步骤制备而成：将芡实晒干，研磨成粉，形成芡实粉，再将芡实粉加入荷叶、绞股蓝清洗干净，晾干后捣碎，加入去离子水、纤维素酶、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌，在30-40℃下，发酵32-48h后，过滤后取滤液，杀菌，在2000-3000rmp下，转动1-2min后，取上清液，得第二精华液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗老凝胶面膜，其特征在于，所述的洋蓟精华液制备过程中洋蓟剩余的部分、去离子水、乙醇的质量体积比为200-300mg：10-20ml:5-15ml。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗老凝胶面膜，其特征在于，所述的荷叶、绞股蓝和芡实精华液制备过程中，晒干后的芡实、荷叶、绞股蓝、去离子水、纤维素酶、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌的质量体积比为：
20-30mg:5-10mg:5-10mg:15-20ml:2-5mg:0.01-0.02mg:0.04-0.05mg:0.03-0.04mg。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗老凝胶面膜，其特征在于，所述的抗老凝胶面膜由以下步骤制备而成：将去离子水、明胶、冰片、海藻酸钠、透明质酸钠混合，在60-70℃下加热，冷却至40-45℃时，加入聚乙烯醇、卡波姆、丙二醇、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、甘油、尼泊金甲酯、纳米二氧化硅、第一精华，香精、烟酰胺、第二精华液，搅拌均匀，得成品。
