本发明所采用的另一技术方案是，一种含有玻尿酸的面膜的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备植物提取物：首先取芦荟、黄瓜、薄荷和蒲公英分别采用压榨机进行压榨过滤分离得到芦荟提取液、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，然后将海藻、三七和薏仁烘干后磨成粉状物；按质量比例按需称取芦荟提取液、海藻、三七粉、薏仁提取物、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，采用固液比1:5加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，混合均匀备用；
(2)制备营养液：将茯苓和珍珠烘干后粉碎成200目以上粉末状，然后在其中加入维生素E、辅酶Q10和聚山梨醇，采用固液比1:2加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，再加入胶原蛋白搅拌2-4min混合均匀备用；
(3)制备保湿乳化液：按质量比例称取甘油、玫瑰精油、葡萄籽油、牡丹精油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、磷脂酰胆碱、神经酰、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、辛酰羟肟酸、卡波姆和苯氧乙醇，加入到乳化反应器中，在50-60℃下加热，用60～80r/min速度搅拌10～20min，然后再采用比例1：1加入去离子水用100～120r/min的速度搅拌10-20min，备用；
(4)将其余量的去离子水加热到35-50℃，缓慢加入玻尿酸，同时用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-10min，得到玻尿酸水剂；
(5)将步骤(1)中制备的植物提取物、步骤(2)制备的营养液、步骤(3)制备的保湿乳化液和玻尿酸水剂混合后用60～80r/min速度搅拌20～30min，向其中加入防腐剂，然后用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-8min；
(6)检测并通过三乙醇胺微调溶液PH至6.5～7，均质2-4h，得到面膜液；
(7)将步骤(6)所得面膜液微波灭菌并监测合格后浸润于无纺布面膜纸上，包装即可。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用富含玻尿酸和胶原蛋白，以及各种天然植物提取液，解决了现有技术中存在的面膜防皱、抗皱和保湿、促进皮肤吸收的性能差的问题，制得的面膜具有清洁、杀菌、平衡皮肤水油、保湿、抗皱和美白功效，能够促进皮肤充分吸收面膜中的精华，改善皮肤，护肤养颜效果好。

以质量比例计包括：植物提取物7.5-9.6％、保湿乳化液7.8-11.6％、营养液3.6-6.8％、防腐剂0.2-0.5％、去离子水65.4-77.3％和玻尿酸3-8％；其中植物提取物包括芦荟提取液6-8份、海藻5-9份、三七粉4-6份、薏仁提取物2-4份、黄瓜提取液5-8份、薄荷提取物1-2份、蒲公英提取物5-8份；营养液包括珍珠粉8-10份、维生素E1-2份、辅酶Q100.2-0.8份、聚山梨醇0.5-0.7份、茯苓粉5-8份和胶原蛋白8-12份；保湿乳化液包括甘油2-5份、玫瑰精油8-12份、葡萄籽油2-5份、牡丹精油8-12份、丁二醇0.5-1份、透明质酸钠0.2-0.4份、磷脂酰胆碱0.1-0.2份、神经酰0.05-0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.1-0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.02-0.15份、卡波姆0.05-0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-0.4份。
本发明一种含有玻尿酸的面膜的制备方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备植物提取物：首先取芦荟、黄瓜、薄荷和蒲公英分别采用压榨机进行压榨过滤分离得到芦荟提取液、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，然后将海藻、三七和薏仁烘干后磨成粉状物；按质量比例按需称取芦荟提取液、海藻、三七粉、薏仁提取物、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，采用固液比1:5加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，混合均匀备用；
(2)制备营养液：将茯苓和珍珠烘干后粉碎成200目以上粉末状，然后在其中加入维生素E、辅酶Q10和聚山梨醇，采用固液比1:2加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，再加入胶原蛋白搅拌2-4min混合均匀备用；
(3)制备保湿乳化液：按质量比例称取甘油、玫瑰精油、葡萄籽油、牡丹精油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、磷脂酰胆碱、神经酰、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、辛酰羟肟酸、卡波姆和苯氧乙醇，加入到乳化反应器中，在50-60℃下加热，用60～80r/min速度搅拌10～20min，然后再采用比例1：1加入去离子水用100～120r/min的速度搅拌10-20min，备用；
(4)将其余量的去离子水加热到35-50℃，缓慢加入玻尿酸，同时用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-10min，得到玻尿酸水剂；
(5)将步骤(1)中制备的植物提取物、步骤(2)制备的营养液、步骤(3)制备的保湿乳化液和玻尿酸水剂混合后用60～80r/min速度搅拌20～30min，向其中加入防腐剂，然后用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-8min；
(6)检测并通过三乙醇胺微调溶液PH至6.5～7，均质2-4h，得到面膜液；
(7)将步骤(6)所得面膜液微波灭菌并监测合格后浸润于无纺布面膜纸上，包装即可。
本发明一种含有玻尿酸的面膜及其制备方法，其优点在于：本发明采用富含玻尿酸和胶原蛋白，以及各种天然植物提取液，解决了现有技术中存在的面膜防皱、抗皱和保湿、促进皮肤吸收的性能差的问题，制得的面膜具有清洁、杀菌、平衡皮肤水油、保湿、抗皱和美白功效，能够促进皮肤充分吸收面膜中的精华，改善皮肤，护肤养颜效果好。
实施例一
一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，以质量比例计包括：植物提取物8.5％、保湿乳化液7.8％、营养液5.6％、防腐剂0.2％、去离子水72.1％和玻尿酸5.8％；其中植物提取物包括芦荟提取液8份、海藻8份、三七粉6份、薏仁提取物2份、黄瓜提取液8份、薄荷提取物2份、蒲公英提取物5份；营养液包括珍珠粉10份、维生素E2份、辅酶Q100.2份、聚山梨醇0.5份、茯苓粉5份和胶原蛋白10份；保湿乳化液包括甘油3份、玫瑰精油12份、葡萄籽油5份、牡丹精油10份、丁二醇0.5份、透明质酸钠0.2份、磷脂酰胆碱0.1份、神经酰0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、卡波姆0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.2份，该面膜液配方适用于制备白天使用的面膜。
实施例二
一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，以质量比例计包括：植物提取物9％、保湿乳化液10.5％、营养液6.8％、防腐剂0.3％、去离子水65.4％和玻尿酸8％；其中植物提取物包括芦荟提取液8份、海藻9份、三七粉6份、薏仁提取物3份、黄瓜提取液8份、薄荷提取物1份、蒲公英提取物5份；营养液包括珍珠粉10份、维生素E1.5份、辅酶Q100.2份、聚山梨醇0.5份、茯苓粉8份和胶原蛋白12份；保湿乳化液包括甘油5份、玫瑰精油12份、葡萄籽油2份、牡丹精油12份、丁二醇1份、透明质酸钠0.2份、磷脂酰胆碱0.2份、神经酰0.05-0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.02份、卡波姆0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.4份，该面膜液配方适用于制备夜晚睡前使用的面膜。

Claims (6)

1.一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，其特征在于，包含如下组分：植物提取物、保湿乳化液、营养液、防腐剂、去离子水和玻尿酸；所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液、海藻、三七粉、薏仁提取物、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物、蒲公英提取物；所述营养液包括珍珠粉、维生素E、辅酶Q10、聚山梨醇、茯苓粉和胶原蛋白；所述保湿乳化液包括甘油、玫瑰精油、葡萄籽油、牡丹精油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、磷脂酰胆碱、神经酰、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、辛酰羟肟酸、卡波姆、苯氧乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，其特征在于，所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，其特征在于，以质量比例计包括：植物提取物7.5-9.6％、保湿乳化液7.8-11.6％、营养液3.6-6.8％、防腐剂0.2-0.5％、去离子水65.4-77.3％和玻尿酸3-8％；其中所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液6-8份、海藻5-9份、三七粉4-6份、薏仁提取物2-4份、黄瓜提取液5-8份、薄荷提取物1-2份、蒲公英提取物5-8份；所述营养液包括珍珠粉8-10份、维生素E1-2份、辅酶Q100.2-0.8份、聚山梨醇0.5-0.7份、茯苓粉5-8份和胶原蛋白8-12份；所述保湿乳化液包括甘油2-5份、玫瑰精油8-12份、葡萄籽油2-5份、牡丹精油8-12份、丁二醇0.5-1份、透明质酸钠0.2-0.4份、磷脂酰胆碱0.1-0.2份、神经酰0.05-0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.1-0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.02-0.15份、卡波姆0.05-0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.2-0.4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，其特征在于，以质量比例计包括：植物提取物8.5％、保湿乳化液7.8％、营养液5.6％、防腐剂0.2％、去离子水72.1％和玻尿酸5.8％；其中所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液8份、海藻8份、三七粉6份、薏仁提取物2份、黄瓜提取液8份、薄荷提取物2份、蒲公英提取物5份；所述营养液包括珍珠粉10份、维生素E2份、辅酶Q100.2份、聚山梨醇0.5份、茯苓粉5份和胶原蛋白10份；所述保湿乳化液包括甘油3份、玫瑰精油12份、葡萄籽油5份、牡丹精油10份、丁二醇0.5份、透明质酸钠0.2份、磷脂酰胆碱0.1份、神经酰0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、卡波姆0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有玻尿酸的面膜，其特征在于，以质量比例计包括：植物提取物9％、保湿乳化液10.5％、营养液6.8％、防腐剂0.3％、去离子水65.4％和玻尿酸8％；其中所述植物提取物包括芦荟提取液8份、海藻9份、三七粉6份、薏仁提取物3份、黄瓜提取液8份、薄荷提取物1份、蒲公英提取物5份；所述营养液包括珍珠粉10份、维生素E1.5份、辅酶Q100.2份、聚山梨醇0.5份、茯苓粉8份和胶原蛋白12份；所述保湿乳化液包括甘油5份、玫瑰精油12份、葡萄籽油2份、牡丹精油12份、丁二醇1份、透明质酸钠0.2份、磷脂酰胆碱0.2份、神经酰0.05-0.1份、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.02份、卡波姆0.2份、苯氧乙醇0.4份。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种含有玻尿酸的面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备植物提取物：首先取芦荟、黄瓜、薄荷和蒲公英分别采用压榨机进行压榨过滤分离得到芦荟提取液、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，然后将海藻、三七和薏仁烘干后磨成粉状物；按质量比例按需称取芦荟提取液、海藻、三七粉、薏仁提取物、黄瓜提取液、薄荷提取物和蒲公英提取物，采用固液比1:5加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，混合均匀备用；
(2)制备营养液：将茯苓和珍珠烘干后粉碎成200目以上粉末状，然后在其中加入维生素E、辅酶Q10和聚山梨醇，采用固液比1:2加入去离子水搅拌5-10min，再加入胶原蛋白搅拌2-4min混合均匀备用；
(3)制备保湿乳化液：按质量比例称取甘油、玫瑰精油、葡萄籽油、牡丹精油、丁二醇、透明质酸钠、磷脂酰胆碱、神经酰、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、辛酰羟肟酸、卡波姆和苯氧乙醇，加入到乳化反应器中，在50-60℃下加热，用60～80r/min速度搅拌10～20min，然后再采用比例1：1加入去离子水用100～120r/min的速度搅拌10-20min，备用；
(4)将其余量的去离子水加热到35-50℃，缓慢加入玻尿酸，同时用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-10min，得到玻尿酸水剂；
(5)将步骤(1)中制备的植物提取物、步骤(2)制备的营养液、步骤(3)制备的保湿乳化液和玻尿酸水剂混合后用60～80r/min速度搅拌20～30min，向其中加入防腐剂，然后用50-60r/min速度进行搅拌，搅拌5-8min；
(6)检测并通过三乙醇胺微调溶液PH至6.5～7，均质2-4h，得到面膜液；
(7)将步骤(6)所得面膜液微波灭菌并监测合格后浸润于无纺布面膜纸上，包装即可。
