技术领域
本发明公开了一种药浴液，尤其涉及一种白芷木香药浴液及其制备方法，属中医中药领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的美肤产品较多，但大部份以换肤、脱皮为主，具有一定的刺激性，导致使用者皮肤越来越薄，且敏感、缺水，肌肤暗淡无光。美肤化妆品所添加的功效原料主要包括有熊果苷、对苯二酚、麴酸、汞化合物、果酸、激素、细胞生长因子等原料中的一种或几种，含有上述原料的美肤化妆品，有的在产生美肤功效的同时对皮肤也会产生一定的副作用，有的则是添加了安全无副作用的功效原料后其功效时间较短，无法长期保存。如熊果苷具有高度的光敏感性，需在产品中添加大量的防晒剂，从而导致皮肤老化；对苯二酚易引起皮肤局部发红或全身副作用，易造成皮肤癌；麴酸由于本身不稳定，易变色，在配方体系需添加大量抗氧化剂和紫外线吸收剂；汞化合物具有毒性，对人体皮肤危害巨大；果酸无直接美肤作用，可间接协作美肤；细胞生长因子添加在乳霜、乳液、乳膏、洗面奶、防晒霜、面膜、爽肤水、眼霜、按摩霜、护手霜或其他用于脸部、颈部、手部和身体的化妆品中时，其活性保持期较短。
药浴对人体具有独到功效，在中国已有几千年的历史，自古以来一直受医学界重视。药浴法是外治法之一，即用药液或含有药液水洗浴全身或局部的一种方法。药浴作用机理概言之，药物作用于全身肌表、局部、患处，并经吸收，循行经络血脉，内达脏腑，由表及里，因而产生效应。药浴洗浴，可起到疏通经络、活血化淤、驱风散寒、清热解毒、消肿止痛、调整阴阳、协调脏腑、通行气血、濡养全身等养生功效。药浴避免了药物对脾胃的刺激和对肝脏的损害，使药物有效成分通过皮肤吸收而发挥功效，是防治各种慢性疾病和养生保健的理想方法。
中草药是我国传统文化的瑰宝，在实践中证明多种中草药具有促进新陈代谢，改善血液循环，增强皮肤弹性，祛皱美肤增白等功效，因此，将中草药应用于美容美肤对于提高国民生活质量，保障生活安全具有十分重要的意义，但目前中草药药浴液在美容美肤的应用尚未实现规模化和产业化，主要问题是中草药配伍不合理、功能成分提取率低、难以工业化生产、功效不显著等弊端，因此开发新型的美肤药浴液具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现有美容美肤化妆品存在的上述问题，开发一种白芷木香药浴液，使人们通过药浴来促进机体新陈代谢，改善机体血液循环，利用汗腺和皮脂腺的分泌，清除死亡的表皮细胞，增强皮肤弹性，防止皮肤过早松弛和产生皱纹，同时增补充肌肤的水分，使皮肤细腻光滑白皙。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种白芷木香药浴液，由以下重量份的中草药原料制成：白芷10～15份，木香4～8份，桃皮10～15份，菊花5～10份，橘皮4～8份，白鲜皮3～5份，马齿苋10～15份，藿香5～10份，蜂蜜2～4份。
本发明白芷木香药浴液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将除蜂蜜以外的所有中草药原料清洗干净，在60～80℃下，鼓风烘干，粉碎机粉碎，过60～100目筛，得复合中草药原料；
（3）酶解：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：5～8，按0.3～0.5 g/L、0.4～0.8 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、纤维素酶，在300~500 W超声波辅助作用下，在40～50 ℃条件下协同酶解60～80 min；
（4）水浸提：将步骤（3）酶解后混合液，加温到80～90 ℃，在400~600 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提60~90 min，浸提结束后，过80~120目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加2~4倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（5）超声波辅助乙醇提取：向步骤（4）所得滤渣加入4～6倍的40～60%乙醇，在300～500W超声波辅助作用下，60～80 ℃条件下回流提取30～50 min，提取2次；
（6）减压浓缩：将提取的滤液合并，在60～80 ℃条件下，浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇；
（7）过滤：将回收乙醇后的醇提液与发酵上清液混合，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得白芷木香药浴液。
本发明提供一种白芷木香药浴液，结合配方中各中草药的特性，采用中医辨证理论所研制，配方科学合理，各组分之间协同作用，经长期使用证明具有良好美肤美白效果，可有效促进机体新陈代谢，改善机体血液循环，利用汗腺和皮脂腺的分泌，清除死亡的表皮细胞，增强皮肤弹性，防止皮肤过早松弛和产生皱纹。本发明的优势在于：（1）产品使用药浴时药物不需经过体内吸收，将药效直接作用于患处，安全环保，药性平和，对人体无任何副作用；（2）产品具有宜人的中草药清香，使用便捷，使用时只需取本产品按1：500～1000比例调入热浴水中，便可进行洗浴；（4）与药浴粉单纯添加相比，本发明采用原材料粉碎酶解，超声波辅助水浸提和乙醇浸提为主要制备步骤，提高中草药功能性成分，美肤祛皱功效显著；（4）本发明中原料来源广，价格低廉，制备工艺简单，适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。在本发明中，若非特指，所有百分比均为重量单位，所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的，下述实施例中的方法，如无特别说明，均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
一种白芷木香药浴液，由以下各组分的原料制成：白芷、木香、桃皮、菊花、橘皮、白鲜皮、马齿苋、藿香和蜂蜜。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明白芷木香药浴液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将除蜂蜜以外的所有中草药原料清洗干净，在65 ℃下，鼓风烘干，粉碎机粉碎，过80目筛，得复合中草药原料；
（3）酶解：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：8，按0.3 g/L、0.6 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、纤维素酶，在500 W超声波辅助作用下，在42 ℃条件下协同酶解75min；
（4）水浸提：将步骤（3）酶解后混合液，加温到88 ℃，在600 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提70 min，浸提结束后，过80目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加2倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（5）超声波辅助乙醇提取：向步骤（4）所得滤渣加入4倍的60%乙醇，在450 W超声波辅助作用下，75 ℃条件下回流提取30 min，提取2次；
（6）减压浓缩：将提取的滤液合并，在70 ℃条件下，浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇；
（7）过滤：将回收乙醇后的醇提液与发酵上清液混合，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得白芷木香药浴液。
实施例2
一种白芷木香药浴液，由以下各组分的原料制成：白芷、木香、桃皮、菊花、橘皮、白鲜皮、马齿苋、藿香和蜂蜜。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明白芷木香药浴液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将除蜂蜜以外的所有中草药原料清洗干净，在70 ℃下，鼓风烘干，粉碎机粉碎，过90目筛，得复合中草药原料；
（3）酶解：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：7，按0.4 g/L、0.7 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、纤维素酶，在400 W超声波辅助作用下，在45 ℃条件下协同酶解70min；
（4）水浸提：将步骤（3）酶解后混合液，加温到86 ℃，在550 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提75 min，浸提结束后，过120目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加4倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（5）超声波辅助乙醇提取：向步骤（4）所得滤渣加入5倍的50%乙醇，在400W超声波辅助作用下，70 ℃条件下回流提取40 min，提取2次；
（6）减压浓缩：将提取的滤液合并，在80 ℃条件下，浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇；
（7）过滤：将回收乙醇后的醇提液与发酵上清液混合，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得白芷木香药浴液。
实施例3
一种白芷木香药浴液，由以下各组分的原料制成：白芷、木香、桃皮、菊花、橘皮、白鲜皮、马齿苋、藿香和蜂蜜。中草药原料中各组分的具体配比如表1所示。
本发明白芷木香药浴液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将除蜂蜜以外的所有中草药原料清洗干净，在75 ℃下，鼓风烘干，粉碎机粉碎，过70目筛，得复合中草药原料；
（3）酶解：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：6，按0.5 g/L、0.5 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、纤维素酶，在300 W超声波辅助作用下，在48 ℃条件下协同酶解65min；
（4）水浸提：将步骤（3）酶解后混合液，加温到82 ℃，在500 W超声波辅助作用下，浸提85 min，浸提结束后，过100目滤布得水浸提液。滤渣加3倍纯净水，按同样方法进行超声波辅助浸提，过滤得滤液，合并两次提取液即为水浸提液；
（5）超声波辅助乙醇提取：向步骤（4）所得滤渣加入6倍的40%乙醇，在350 W超声波辅助作用下，65 ℃条件下回流提取45 min，提取2次；
（6）减压浓缩：将提取的滤液合并，在65 ℃条件下，浓缩蒸馏回收乙醇；
（7）过滤：将回收乙醇后的醇提液与发酵上清液混合，经硅藻过滤机过滤除去其中的杂质及不溶物即得白芷木香药浴液。

1.一种白芷木香药浴液，其特征在于，由以下按重量份的中草药原料制成：白芷10～15份，木香4～8份，桃皮10～15份，菊花5～10份，橘皮4～8份，白鲜皮3～5份，马齿苋10～15份，藿香5～10份，蜂蜜2～4份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的白芷木香药浴液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）备料：剔除中草药原料中的杂质，霉变和生虫原料后，按照上述比例备料；
（2）原料处理：将除蜂蜜以外的所有中草药原料清洗干净，在60～80℃下，鼓风烘干，粉碎机粉碎，过60～100目筛，得复合中草药原料；
（3）酶解：将步骤（2）所得复合中草药原料加水至固液比1：5～8，按0.3～0.5 g/L、0.4～0.8 g/L比例分别添加非淀粉多糖酶、纤维素酶，在300~500 W超声波辅助作用下，在40～50 ℃条件下协同酶解60～80 min；
