本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种补水保湿修复面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体的天然外衣,皮肤最外层的角质层,于皮肤屏障功能的完整起着很重要的作用。正常情况下,角质层的含水量应该在10%左右,低于这个水平,就是缺水肌肤。在最新的调查中,冬季有70%的女性认为自己的身体皮肤很干燥,40%的人脸部皮肤干燥;在夏季,这一比例分别为34%和15%。在临床皮肤含水量测试中,正常表皮含水量应是25%,但如今都市女性肌肤含水量已降至15%左右。正因如此,如今60%的女性将护肤重点集中到了皮肤保湿上。除此之外,由于现代生活压力的增大,女性皮肤老化进程加快,皮肤炎症、肤色暗沉多有发生。市场上现有的保湿、修复产品效果甚微,亟需一种保湿修复效果强、价格合理的护肤产品。

一种补水保湿修复面膜,原料组分包括:
水1-3重量份、甘油1-5重量份、丁二醇0.3-1重量份、海藻糖0.5-1重量份、羟乙基脲0.1-0.5重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.1-0.2重量份、脱水木糖醇0.1-0.3重量份、木糖醇0.1-1重量份、芦荟(ALOE VERA)提取物0.5-1重量份、龙胆(重量份ENTIANA SCABRA)根提取物0.2-0.5重量份、丙二醇0.1-0.3重量份、牛油果树(BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII)果脂0.1-0.7重量份、孔雀石提取物0.1-0.5重量份、薰衣草(LAVANDULA AN重量份USTIFOLIA)油0.1-0.8重量份、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.3重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3-0.5重量份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.6重量份、精氨酸0.1-0.4重量份、卡波姆0.1-0.5重量份、EDTA二钠0.2-1重量份。
进一步,还包括积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物0.5-1.5重量份、虎杖(POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM)根提取物0.1-0.5重量份、甘草(GLYCYRRHIZA URALENSIS)根提取物0.1-0.3重量份、金缕梅提取物0.3-0.6重量份、檀香提取物0.3-0.6重量份、高山火绒草提取物0.5-1重量份、迷迭香(ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)叶提取物0.5-2重量份、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物0.2-0.9重量份。
所述金缕梅提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(A1)取金缕梅依次进行除杂、清洗、干燥、粉碎,加入为金缕梅质量2-3倍的水混合研磨,再加入苹果酸进行酸化,得到酸化后原料;
(A2)向所述酸化后原料中加入酵母菌进行发酵,过滤后得滤液,即为所述金缕梅提取物。
步骤(A1)中,所述苹果酸的加入量为金缕梅质量的10%-30%,所述酸化时间为酸化6-7h,所述酸化温度为25-28℃。
步骤(A2)中,所述酵母菌的加入量为金缕梅质量的1%-3%;所述发酵温度为36-38℃,所述发酵时间为发酵20-30天。
所述甘草根提取物的制备方法与所述金缕梅提取物的制备方法相同。
所述檀香提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(B1)取檀香,经干燥、粉碎,得到檀香细粉;
(B2)向步骤(B1)中的檀香细粉中第一次加入乙醇,并在80-85℃进行回流提取2-3h,离心、过滤,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入乙醇并在60-70℃进行保温提取3-5h,离心、过滤,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩除去乙醇后进行过滤,即得所述檀香提取物。
步骤(B2)中,两次添加乙醇的体积浓度均为70-80%;所述檀香细粉的质量与第一次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6-1:8g/ml,所述第一滤渣的质量与第二次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6-1:8g/ml;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为48-52℃。
所述积雪草提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物的制备方法与所述檀香提取物的制备方法相同。
所述虎杖提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(C1)取虎杖,经干燥、粉碎,得到虎杖细粉;
(C2)向所述虎杖细粉中第一次加入蒸馏水,浸泡后,在90-95℃进行保温提取2-4h,离心、过滤,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入蒸馏水并在80-85℃进行保温提取1-2h,离心、过滤,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩后进行过滤,即得所述虎杖提取物。
步骤(C2)中,所述虎杖花细粉与第一次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:6-1:8;所述第一滤渣与第二次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:4-1:6;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为85-95℃。
所述马齿笕提取物、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物的制备方法与所述虎杖提取物的制备方法相同。
所述的补水保湿修复面膜的制备方法,具体步骤为:
将丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、卡波姆和水混合后依次进行搅拌、均质,得到均质后原料;向所述均质后原料中加入剩余原料后搅拌均匀、分装、均质,得到所述补水保湿修复面膜。
所述两次均质时间均为70-110s。
使用方法:厚敷:洁面及补水后,取适量本品均匀涂抹于面部,20-30分钟后清洗;薄涂:洁面、补水、精华、乳液等步骤完成后取适量本品在面部薄涂一层,无需水洗即可直接入睡。
注意事项:请置于幼儿无法取得之处;使用后如有不适,请暂停使用并咨询。若产品不慎入眼,请用清水洗净。
原料中的孔雀石提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物之间具有协同作用,缺一不可,各组分相互协同作用,对肌肤共同起到保湿补水的效果;只有经过本发明所述方法制备得到的金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物与本发明所述其他组份相互作用,才具有更佳的补水保湿效果。
为了方便理解,以下为本发明所述植物提取物的作用说明:
芦荟提取物中的蒽醌类化合物具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。还有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用,不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛,还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩,同时,还可以治疗皮肤炎症,对粉刺、雀斑、痤疮以及烫伤、刀伤、虫咬等亦有很好的疗效。对头发也同样有效,能使头发保持湿润光滑,预防脱发。
龙胆根提取物对荧光素酶的有很好的活化效果,说明对特异性皮炎和过敏有作用,可抑制刺激,起到抗炎的作用;对芳香化酶的活化,显示对皮肤局部的雌激素水平有作用,加之对弹性蛋白酶的抑制和抗氧性,具有抗衰老的作用;对表皮细胞胆甾醇的分泌有促进作用,胆甾醇是人体皮脂中一重要的柔润成分,可改善油性粗糙皮肤的状态;也用作生发剂、美白剂和保湿剂。
孔雀石提取物含丰富的铜元素,能够活化肌肤中的天然抗氧化酶(SOD),从而加强细胞的锁水能力,孔雀石提取液中的铜元素还能参与解质蛋白质的合成,参与硫基的氧化作用,促进提高蛋白质和弹性蛋白的产生量,使肌肤富有弹性和光泽;是清除自由基的克星,它蕴含活性铜离子,能激活谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性,从而直接捕获自由基,能够清除过氧化阴离子(身体最强毒性自由基之一),最终达到清除自由基的功效;排除铅汞毒素的核心元素,具有非常强的保护性,能百够清除过氧化阴离子,从根本上解决皮肤残留的铅、汞等化妆品日积月累的微量侵害,恢复健康肌肤。
薰衣草油是由薰衣草提炼而成,可以清热解毒,清洁皮肤,控制油分,祛斑美白,祛皱嫩肤、祛除眼袋黑眼圈,还可促进受损组织再生恢复等护肤功能。
积雪草提取物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌和抗癌活性;在皮肤病学中,积雪草提取物用于治疗小伤口、增值性瘢痕、烧伤、牛皮癣等;积雪草提取物可以刺激成纤维细胞增殖并激活SMAD信号传导途径,因此可以增加I型胶原蛋白的产生以及减少妊娠纹和炎症反应的形成。
虎杖根提取物主要由白藜芦醇和大黄素构成,有着很好可以抑制黑色素细胞的活性的作用。也有着促进巨噬细胞活性的作用,因此,虎杖的提取物就是从这两点上来减少皮肤上黑色素的含量,常用来制作具有美白效果的产品。虎杖提取物还可以做抗皱类型的产品,因为它对弹性蛋白酶有着抑制的作用。
甘草根提取物具有抗炎、抗病毒和抗过敏活性,抑制组胺释放,对皮肤病具有一定的疗效。
金缕梅提取物能有效调节舒张毛孔,净化毛孔,修复受损肌肤,温和打开面部毛孔,深层清洁肌肤,令肌肤更滑更美,呈现细腻、光滑、紧致的状态。金缕梅对缓解油脂分泌和皮肤过敏的皮肤效果好,具有舒缓、收敛、抗菌等功能,能明显收敛粗大毛孔,防止黑头。
檀香提取物具有美容功效,能滋养肌肤也能为肌肤补水,可以加快皮肤新陈代谢,更能加快皮肤细胞更新,平晨使用可以修复受损的皮肤细胞,也能预防皮肤炎症淡化色斑与痘印,可以让人们的皮肤变得越来越好。
高山火绒草提取物中存在强大的抗氧化剂和其他具有抗炎和细胞保护作用的物质,如高山火绒草A和B,绿原酸和3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸,它们具有抗透明质酸和抗胶原蛋白活性,还含有植物甾醇、氨基酸、多糖,具有保湿特性,可作为植物营养素;高山火绒草提取物具有强大的抗氧化,抗透明质酸和抗胶原蛋白活性。

本实施例提供一种补水保湿修复面膜,原料组分包括:
水1重量份、甘油1重量份、丁二醇0.3重量份、海藻糖0.5重量份、羟乙基脲0.1重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.1重量份、脱水木糖醇0.1重量份、木糖醇0.1重量份、芦荟提取物0.5重量份、龙胆根提取物0.2重量份、丙二醇0.1重量份、牛油果树果脂0.1重量份、孔雀石提取物0.1重量份、薰衣草油0.1重量份、1,2-己二醇0.1重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.3重量份、对羟基苯乙酮0.1重量份、精氨酸0.1重量份、卡波姆0.1重量份、EDTA二钠0.2重量份、积雪草提取物0.5重量份、虎杖根提取物0.1重量份、甘草根提取物0.1重量份、金缕梅提取物0.3重量份、檀香提取物0.3重量份、高山火绒草提取物0.5重量份、迷迭香叶提取物0.5重量份、马齿苋提取物0.2重量份。
进一步,所述补水保湿修复面膜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)制备金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物
(A1)取金缕梅和甘草根分别依次进行除杂、清洗、干燥、粉碎,分别加入为各原料质量2倍的水混合研磨,再分别加入为各原料质量10%的苹果酸在25℃下酸化7h,得到酸化后原料;
(A2)分别向所述酸化后原料中加入为各原料质量1%的酵母菌在36℃下发酵30天,过滤后得滤液,即为所述金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物;
(2)制备檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物
(B1)分别取檀香、迷迭香、薰衣草和高山火绒草,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(B2)分别向步骤(B1)中的各原料细粉中第一次加入乙醇,并分别在80℃进行回流提取3h,离心、过滤,分别得到各原料第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述各原料第一滤渣中第二次加入乙醇并在60℃进行保温提取5h,分别离心、过滤,得到各原料第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩除去乙醇后进行过滤,即得所述檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物;两次添加乙醇的体积浓度均为70%;所述各原料细粉的质量与第一次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6g/ml,所述各原料第一滤渣的质量与第二次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6g/ml;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为48℃;
(3)制备虎杖提取物、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物和马齿笕提取物
(C1)取虎杖、芦荟、龙胆根和马齿笕,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(C2)分别向所述各原料细粉中第一次加入蒸馏水,浸泡后,在90℃进行保温提取4h,离心、过滤,分别得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入蒸馏水并在80℃进行保温提取2h,离心、过滤,分别得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;分别将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩后进行过滤,即得所述虎杖提取物、马齿笕提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物;所述各原料细粉分别与第一次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:6;所述第一滤渣与第二次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:4;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为85-95℃;
(4)将丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、卡波姆和水混合后依次进行搅拌、均质70s,得到均质后原料;向所述均质后原料中加入剩余原料后搅拌均匀、分装、均质70s,得到所述补水保湿修复面膜。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种补水保湿修复面膜,原料组分包括:
水3重量份、甘油5重量份、丁二醇1重量份、海藻糖1重量份、羟乙基脲0.5重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.2重量份、脱水木糖醇0.3重量份、木糖醇1重量份、芦荟提取物1重量份、龙胆根提取物0.5重量份、丙二醇0.3重量份、牛油果树果脂0.7重量份、孔雀石提取物0.5重量份、薰衣草油0.8重量份、1,2-己二醇0.3重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.5重量份、对羟基苯乙酮0.6重量份、精氨酸0.4重量份、卡波姆0.5重量份、EDTA二钠1重量份、积雪草提取物1.5重量份、虎杖根提取物0.5重量份、甘草根提取物0.3重量份、金缕梅提取物0.6重量份、檀香提取物0.6重量份、高山火绒草提取物1重量份、迷迭香叶提取物2重量份、马齿苋提取物0.9重量份。
进一步,所述补水保湿修复面膜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)制备金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物
(A1)取金缕梅和甘草根分别依次进行除杂、清洗、干燥、粉碎,分别加入为各原料质量3倍的水混合研磨,再分别加入为各原料质量30%的苹果酸在28℃下酸化6h,得到酸化后原料;
(A2)分别向所述酸化后原料中加入为各原料质量3%的酵母菌在38℃下发酵20天,过滤后得滤液,即为所述金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物;
(2)制备檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物
(B1)分别取檀香、迷迭香、薰衣草和高山火绒草,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(B2)分别向步骤(B1)中的各原料细粉中第一次加入乙醇,并分别在85℃进行回流提取2h,离心、过滤,分别得到各原料第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述各原料第一滤渣中第二次加入乙醇并在70℃进行保温提取3h,分别离心、过滤,得到各原料第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩除去乙醇后进行过滤,即得所述檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物;两次添加乙醇的体积浓度均为80%;所述各原料细粉的质量与第一次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:8g/ml,所述各原料第一滤渣的质量与第二次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:8g/ml;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为52℃;
(3)制备虎杖提取物、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物和马齿笕提取物
(C1)取虎杖、芦荟、龙胆根和马齿笕,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(C2)分别向所述各原料细粉中第一次加入蒸馏水,浸泡后,在95℃进行保温提取24h,离心、过滤,分别得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入蒸馏水并在85℃进行保温提取1h,离心、过滤,分别得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;分别将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩后进行过滤,即得所述虎杖提取物、马齿笕提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物;所述各原料细粉分别与第一次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:8;所述第一滤渣与第二次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:6;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为95℃;
(4)将丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、卡波姆和水混合后依次进行搅拌、均质110s,得到均质后原料;向所述均质后原料中加入剩余原料后搅拌均匀、分装、均质110s,得到所述补水保湿修复面膜。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种补水保湿修复面膜,原料组分包括:
水2重量份、甘油3重量份、丁二醇0.65重量份、海藻糖0.75重量份、羟乙基脲0.3重量份、木糖醇基葡糖苷0.15重量份、脱水木糖醇0.2重量份、木糖醇0.55重量份、芦荟提取物0.75重量份、龙胆根提取物0.35重量份、丙二醇0.2重量份、牛油果树果脂0.4重量份、孔雀石提取物0.3重量份、薰衣草油0.45重量份、1,2-己二醇0.2重量份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物0.4重量份、对羟基苯乙酮0.35重量份、精氨酸0.25重量份、卡波姆0.3重量份、EDTA二钠0.6重量份、积雪草提取物1重量份、虎杖根提取物0.3重量份、甘草根提取物0.2重量份、金缕梅提取物0.45重量份、檀香提取物0.45重量份、高山火绒草提取物0.75重量份、迷迭香叶提取物1.25重量份、马齿苋提取物0.55重量份。
进一步,所述补水保湿修复面膜的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)制备金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物
(A1)取金缕梅和甘草根分别依次进行除杂、清洗、干燥、粉碎,分别加入为各原料质量2.5倍的水混合研磨,再分别加入为各原料质量20%的苹果酸在26.5℃下酸化6.5h,得到酸化后原料;
(A2)分别向所述酸化后原料中加入为各原料质量2%的酵母菌在37℃下发酵25天,过滤后得滤液,即为所述金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物;
(2)制备檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物
(B1)分别取檀香、迷迭香、薰衣草和高山火绒草,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(B2)分别向步骤(B1)中的各原料细粉中第一次加入乙醇,并分别在83℃进行回流提取2.5h,离心、过滤,分别得到各原料第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述各原料第一滤渣中第二次加入乙醇并在65℃进行保温提取4h,分别离心、过滤,得到各原料第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩除去乙醇后进行过滤,即得所述檀香提取物、迷迭香提取物、薰衣草油和高山火绒草提取物;两次添加乙醇的体积浓度均为75%;所述各原料细粉的质量与第一次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:7g/ml,所述各原料第一滤渣的质量与第二次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:7g/ml;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为50℃;
(3)制备虎杖提取物、芦荟提取物、龙胆根提取物和马齿笕提取物
(C1)取虎杖、芦荟、龙胆根和马齿笕,分别经干燥、粉碎,得到各原料细粉;
(C2)分别向所述各原料细粉中第一次加入蒸馏水,浸泡后,在93℃进行保温提取3h,离心、过滤,分别得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;分别向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入蒸馏水并在83℃进行保温提取1.5h,离心、过滤,分别得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;分别将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩后进行过滤,即得所述虎杖提取物、马齿笕提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物;所述各原料细粉分别与第一次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:7;所述第一滤渣与第二次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:7;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为90℃;
(4)将丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、卡波姆和水混合后依次进行搅拌、均质90s,得到均质后原料;向所述均质后原料中加入剩余原料后搅拌均匀、分装、均质90s,得到所述补水保湿修复面膜。

本对比例与实施例3的不同之处仅在于本对比例原料组分中的金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物的制备方法为:分别向原料中加入为原料质量6倍的水煎煮2h,对滤液进行浓缩,得到所述金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物;其他操作均与实施例3相同。
实验例
本实施例3与对比例1-4所得面膜的保湿效果验证
选取120名皮肤干燥缺水的受试者,不分年龄、性别分为4组,每组30人,分别为实验组(对应实施例3)和对照组1-4(对应对比例1-4),让受试者分别使用对应试验面膜,在不同时间点测定各受试者使用各组面膜后的皮肤于不同时间段皮肤水分含量(测试情况如表1所示)。

以上结果显示,本发明实施例3所述面膜对皮肤水分含量有显著提高,且保湿效果持久,显示本发明所述面膜能够深度滋养肌肤,持久保湿,改善肤质,且效果明显优于对照组1-3所述面膜,去除其中所述孔雀石提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物,保湿补水效果显著下降,说明孔雀石提取物、芦荟提取物和龙胆根提取物之间具有协同作用,缺一不可,对肌肤共同起到保湿补水的效果;除此之外,对照组4所得面膜的补水保湿效果不及本实施例3所得面膜的补水保湿效果,说明只有经过本发明所述方法制备得到的金缕梅提取物和甘草根提取物与本发明所述其他组份相互作用,才具有更佳的补水保湿效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,原料组分还包括积雪草提取物0.5-1.5重量份、虎杖根提取物0.1-0.5重量份、甘草根提取物0.1-0.3重量份、金缕梅提取物0.3-0.6重量份、檀香提取物0.3-0.6重量份、高山火绒草提取物0.5-1重量份、迷迭香叶提取物0.5-2重量份、马齿苋提取物0.2-0.9重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,所述金缕梅提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(A1)取金缕梅依次进行除杂、清洗、干燥、粉碎,加入为金缕梅质量2-3倍的水混合研磨,再加入苹果酸进行酸化,得到酸化后原料;
(A2)向所述酸化后原料中加入酵母菌进行发酵,过滤后得滤液,即为所述金缕梅提取物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,步骤(A1)中,所述苹果酸的加入量为金缕梅质量的10%-30%,所述酸化时间为酸化6-7h,所述酸化温度为25-28℃;
步骤(A2)中,所述酵母菌的加入量为金缕梅质量的1%-3%;所述发酵温度为36-38℃,所述发酵时间为发酵20-30天。
5.根据权利要求2所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,所述檀香提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(B1)取檀香,经干燥、粉碎,得到檀香细粉;
(B2)向步骤(B1)中的檀香细粉中第一次加入乙醇,并在80-85℃进行回流提取2-3h,离心、过滤,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入乙醇并在60-70℃进行保温提取3-5h,离心、过滤,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩除去乙醇后进行过滤,即得所述檀香提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,步骤(B2)中,两次添加乙醇的体积浓度均为70-80%;所述檀香细粉的质量与第一次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6-1:8g/ml,所述第一滤渣的质量与第二次添加乙醇的体积之比为1:6-1:8g/ml;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为48-52℃。
7.根据权利要求2所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,所述虎杖提取物采用如下方法制备得到:
(C1)取虎杖,经干燥、粉碎,得到虎杖细粉;
(C2)向所述虎杖细粉中第一次加入蒸馏水,浸泡后,在90-95℃进行保温提取2-4h,离心、过滤,得到第一滤液和第一滤渣;向所述第一滤渣中第二次加入蒸馏水并在80-85℃进行保温提取1-2h,离心、过滤,得到第二滤液和第二滤渣;将所述第一滤液与第二滤液合并,浓缩后进行过滤,即得虎杖提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的补水保湿修复面膜,其特征在于,步骤(C2)中,所述虎杖细粉与第一次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:6-1:8;所述第一滤渣与第二次添加蒸馏水的质量比为1:4-1:6;所述浓缩为水浴浓缩,所述浓缩的温度为85-95℃。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的补水保湿修复面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
将丁二醇、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、海藻糖、羟乙基脲、卡波姆和水混合后依次进行搅拌、均质,得到均质后原料;向所述均质后原料中加入剩余原料后搅拌均匀、分装、均质,得到所述补水保湿修复面膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述制备方法,其特征在于,所述两次均质时间均为70-110s。
