背景技术
皮肤是人体抵御外来压力的第一道防线，然而随着空气污染物，大气中的 颗粒物附着于皮肤表面，导致皮肤颜色暗沉、无光泽、并导致皮肤老化，严重的甚至会诱发皮肤湿疹甚至皮炎。环境污染已经成为外源性皮肤老化的一个重要因素，因此，抗污染化妆品的研发和应用尤为重要。
现有市场的抗污染的化妆品主要以清洁的洗面奶和沐浴露为主，另外有以添加抗氧化物质水乳制剂，市面上的抗污染产品功能单一，起不到良好的效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题，本发明目的在于提供一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下百分比的配比原料：溶剂（67.5-93.55%）、增稠剂组合物（0.3-3%）、保湿剂组合物（5-20%）防腐剂组合物（0.5-2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1-3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.05-0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（0,5-4%），述制剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：首先将保湿剂组合物、增稠剂组合物加入乳化锅中，搅拌升温至85-90℃，开启均质器均质3-5分钟，溶解完全，恒温灭菌10min；
步骤二：然后搅拌降温至70-75℃，加入防腐剂组合物，搅拌3分钟，抽真空恒温消泡完全；
步骤三：最后搅拌降温至40-45℃，依次加入PH调节剂组合物、赋酯剂组合物、抗炎修护组合物，搅拌均匀，即得舒缓凝胶。
进一步，舒缓凝胶包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（88.8%）、增稠剂组合物（3%）、保湿剂组合物（5%）防腐剂组合物（2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.1）、抗炎修护组合物（1%）。
进一步，舒缓凝胶包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（76%）、增稠剂组合物（1%）、保湿剂组合物（15%）防腐剂组合物（0.5%）、赋酯剂组合物（3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（4%）。

具体而言，舒缓凝胶包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（88.8%）、增稠剂组合物（3%）、保湿剂组合物（5%）防腐剂组合物（2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.1）、抗炎修护组合物（1%），所述溶剂为水，所述增稠剂组合物为卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸（酯）交联聚合物、汉生胶和纤维素中的至少两种，所述保湿剂组合物为甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、海藻糖、透明质酸和甘油葡糖苷中的至少两种，所述防腐剂组合物为对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、厚朴树皮提取物中的至少两种，所述赋酯剂组合物为甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物中的至少一种，所述PH调节剂组合物为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、四羟丙基乙二胺、氢氧化钠中的至少一种，所述抗炎修护组合物包括水（44.15%）、5-硝基愈创木酚钠（5%）、伞形梅笠草叶提取物（30%）、幌伞枫叶提取物（10%）、灰毛川木香提取物（5%）、黄玉（0.1%）、酶解卵磷脂（2%）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（1.5%）、MA/乙烯醇共聚物（0.35%）和己二醇（1.5%）。
实施例二：
本实施例一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法与实施例一基本相同，其不同之处在于：本实施例提供一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下百分比的配比原料：溶剂（67.5-93.55%）、增稠剂组合物（0.3-3%）、保湿剂组合物（5-20%）防腐剂组合物（0.5-2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1-3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.05-0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（0,5-4%），述制剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：首先将保湿剂组合物、增稠剂组合物加入乳化锅中，搅拌升温至85-90℃，开启均质器均质3-5分钟，溶解完全，恒温灭菌10min；
步骤二：然后搅拌降温至70-75℃，加入防腐剂组合物，搅拌3分钟，抽真空恒温消泡完全；
步骤三：最后搅拌降温至40-45℃，依次加入PH调节剂组合物、赋酯剂组合物、抗炎修护组合物，搅拌均匀，即得舒缓凝胶。
具体而言，舒缓凝胶包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（76%）、增稠剂组合物（1%）、保湿剂组合物（15%）防腐剂组合物（0.5%）、赋酯剂组合物（3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（4%），所述溶剂为水，所述增稠剂组合物为卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸（酯）交联聚合物、汉生胶和纤维素中的至少两种，所述保湿剂组合物为甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、海藻糖、透明质酸和甘油葡糖苷中的至少两种，所述防腐剂组合物为对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、厚朴树皮提取物中的至少两种，所述赋酯剂组合物为甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物中的至少一种，所述PH调节剂组合物为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、四羟丙基乙二胺、氢氧化钠中的至少一种，所述抗炎修护组合物包括水（44.15%）、5-硝基愈创木酚钠（5%）、伞形梅笠草叶提取物（30%）、幌伞枫叶提取物（10%）、灰毛川木香提取物（5%）、黄玉（0.1%）、酶解卵磷脂（2%）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（1.5%）、MA/乙烯醇共聚物（0.35%）和己二醇（1.5%）。

Claims (10)

1.一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下百分比的配比原料：溶剂（67.5-93.55%）、增稠剂组合物（0.3-3%）、保湿剂组合物（5-20%）防腐剂组合物（0.5-2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1-3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.05-0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（0,5-4%），述制剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：首先将保湿剂组合物、增稠剂组合物加入乳化锅中，搅拌升温至85-90℃，开启均质器均质3-5分钟，溶解完全，恒温灭菌10min；
步骤二：然后搅拌降温至70-75℃，加入防腐剂组合物，搅拌3分钟，抽真空恒温消泡完全；
步骤三：最后搅拌降温至40-45℃，依次加入PH调节剂组合物、赋酯剂组合物、抗炎修护组合物，搅拌均匀，即得舒缓凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（88.8%）、增稠剂组合物（3%）、保湿剂组合物（5%）防腐剂组合物（2%）、赋酯剂组合物（0.1%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.1）、抗炎修护组合物（1%）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：包括具体如下百分比的配比原料，溶剂（76%）、增稠剂组合物（1%）、保湿剂组合物（15%）防腐剂组合物（0.5%）、赋酯剂组合物（3%）、PH调节剂组合物（0.5）、抗炎修护组合物（4%）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述溶剂为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述增稠剂组合物为卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸（酯）交联聚合物、汉生胶和纤维素中的至少两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述保湿剂组合物为甘油、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、海藻糖、透明质酸和甘油葡糖苷中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述防腐剂组合物为对羟基苯乙酮、己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、厚朴树皮提取物中的至少两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述赋酯剂组合物为甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述PH调节剂组合物为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、四羟丙基乙二胺、氢氧化钠中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的 一种含抗炎修护组合物的舒缓凝胶及其制备方法，其特征在于：所述抗炎修护组合物包括水（44.15%）、5-硝基愈创木酚钠（5%）、伞形梅笠草叶提取物（30%）、幌伞枫叶提取物（10%）、灰毛川木香提取物（5%）、黄玉（0.1%）、酶解卵磷脂（2%）、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（1.5%）、MA/乙烯醇共聚物（0.35%）和己二醇（1.5%）。
