Abstract
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种清凉型面膜用修复基液及其制备方法,该修复基液主要由按重量份计的去离子水81~85份、丁二醇2.7~10份、泛醇0.5~2份、甜菜碱0.5~3份、透明质酸钠0.01~0.2份、金属螯合剂0.05~0.1份、乳化剂0.1~0.7份、库拉索芦荟叶水0.5~2份、龙胆根提取物0.001~0.1份、鼠李糖0.1~0.3、金0.00001~0.001份、可溶性胶原0.001~0.1份、羟基积雪草甙0.01~0.5份、甘草酸二钾0.1~0.2份、薄荷醇乳酸酯0.001~0.1份、辣薄荷油0.001~0.1份等制成。本发明的修复基液具有持续的清凉肌肤、减缓敏感炎症、修复面部创伤等多重功效,能够从根本上改善肌肤的肤质,并且适用于规模化生产,具有非常好的产业化应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种清凉型面膜用修复基液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们开始注重肌肤护理,而作为护肤品之一的面膜越来越多受到人们的青睐,面膜能够提高肌肤温度,使皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,面膜中基液渗入表皮的角质层,使皮肤变得柔软,肌肤自然光亮有弹性。然而,现有的面膜基液主要起到补水、润肤的作用,无法有效修复面部创伤;另一方面,市面上具有清凉感的面膜,为了降低成本,大多采用的是化工合成的薄荷脑或冰片等,而化工合成的薄荷脑、冰片等具有熔点低、保持气味较短、容易对皮肤产生不适和过敏的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,而提供一种清凉型面膜用修复基液及其制备方法,该修复基液具有持续的清凉肌肤、减缓敏感炎症、修复面部创伤等多重功效,从根本上改善肌肤的肤质。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种清凉型面膜用修复基液,由以下重量份的原料制成:
上述技术方案中,所述防腐剂为0.3~0.5份的对羟基苯乙酮和0.0001~0.1份的苯氧乙醇的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述金属螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
上述技术方案中,所述乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-20、聚山梨醇酯-80、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、羟丙基环糊精、苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和月桂醇硫酸酯钠中的至少两种以上的组合物。
上述技术方案中,所述乳化剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
本发明还提供上述一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取配方量的去离子水、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、双甘油、甜菜碱、泛醇、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、黄原胶、水解透明质酸钠、防腐剂和金属螯合剂,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至90~96℃,恒温搅拌30~40min后均质3~8min,接着搅拌30~40min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取配方量的1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、龙胆根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶水、鼠李糖、甘草酸二钾、金、薄荷醇乳酸酯、甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、羟基积雪草甙、辣薄荷油、香精、可溶性胶原和乳化剂,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌20~40min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过各组分的协同作用具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的面膜基液中采用了具有清凉作用的辣薄荷油和薄荷醇乳酸酯,贴脸使用后能够形成持续的冰凉感,并且能够保持长久的特有气味,而且这两种成分与其他组分具有更好的相容性,易于吸收;
(2)本发明的面膜基液中还采用了鼠李糖、龙胆根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶水和甘草酸二钾,通过协同作用,能够收缩皮肤微血管达到缓解瘙痒、减缓敏感炎症的功效,从而在清凉肌肤的同时还能够达到舒缓的效果;
(3)本发明采用了多种保湿剂、胶原蛋白和植物提取物,不含有机溶剂,能够修复断裂、老化的弹力纤维网,增加皮肤紧密度,促进皮肤细胞的新陈代谢、活化细胞、促进细胞生长和起到修复面部创伤的作用,从根本上改善肌肤的肤质;
(4)本发明不使用有机溶剂,无需在后期真空抽除有机溶剂,大大节省工序和设备成本,也不会造成污染,该制备工艺简单、易于规模化生产,故具有非常好的产业化应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但并不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1:
本实施例的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤(以下用量均按重量份计):
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取83份去离子水、4份丁二醇、3.5份甘油聚醚-26、2份双甘油、2.4份甜菜碱、1.0份泛醇、0.2份丙二醇、0.1份透明质酸钠、0.1份黄原胶、0.2份水解透明质酸钠、0.5份对羟基苯乙酮、0.1份苯氧乙醇和0.05份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至95℃,恒温搅拌35min后均质5min,接着搅拌35min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取0.4份1,2-己二醇、0.01份乙基己基甘油、1.5份库拉索芦荟叶水、0.05龙胆根提取物、0.2份鼠李糖、0.1份甘草酸二钾、0.006份金、0.05份薄荷醇乳酸酯、0.001份甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、0.08份羟基积雪草甙、0.07份辣薄荷油、0.03份香精、0.1份可溶性胶原、0.1份聚山梨醇酯-20、0.01份聚山梨醇酯-80、0.005份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、0.001份羟丙基环糊精、0.03份苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和0.001份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌30min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤(以下用量均按重量份计):
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取82份去离子水、2.7份丁二醇、3.3份甘油聚醚-26、3份双甘油、1.2份甜菜碱、1.5份泛醇、0.1份丙二醇、0.01份透明质酸钠、0.2份黄原胶、0.1份水解透明质酸钠、0.01份苯氧乙醇和0.1份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至90℃,恒温搅拌30min后均质3min,接着搅拌30min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取0.5份1,2-己二醇、0.05份乙基己基甘油、1份库拉索芦荟叶水、0.01龙胆根提取物、0.1份鼠李糖、0.2份甘草酸二钾、0.0001份金、0.001份薄荷醇乳酸酯、0.008份甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、0.08份羟基积雪草甙、0.001份辣薄荷油、0.001份香精、0.02份可溶性胶原、0.2份聚山梨醇酯-20、0.1份聚山梨醇酯-80、0.001份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油和0.1份羟丙基环糊精,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌20min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤(以下用量均按重量份计):
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取81份去离子水、10份丁二醇、3.8份甘油聚醚-26、1份双甘油、3份甜菜碱、0.5份泛醇、0.2份丙二醇、0.2份透明质酸钠、0.1份黄原胶、0.2份水解透明质酸钠、0.5份对羟基苯乙酮和0.08份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至93℃,恒温搅拌40min后均质8min,接着搅拌40min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取0.5份1,2-己二醇、0.001份乙基己基甘油、2份库拉索芦荟叶水、0.1龙胆根提取物、0.3份鼠李糖、0.15份甘草酸二钾、0.00001份金、0.1份薄荷醇乳酸酯、0.1份甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、0.02份羟基积雪草甙、0.02份辣薄荷油、0.09份香精、0.06份可溶性胶原、0.06份羟丙基环糊精、0.009份苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和0.0005份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌40min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
实施例4:
本实施例的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤(以下用量均按重量份计):
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取85份去离子水、7份丁二醇、3.1份甘油聚醚-26、2份双甘油、0.5份甜菜碱、2份泛醇、0.1份丙二醇、0.05份透明质酸钠、0.2份黄原胶、0.1份水解透明质酸钠、0.3份对羟基苯乙酮、0.0001~0.1份苯氧乙醇和0.06份乙二胺四乙酸二钠,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至96℃,恒温搅拌35min后均质6min,接着搅拌35min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取0.3份1,2-己二醇、0.1份乙基己基甘油、0.5份库拉索芦荟叶水、0.001龙胆根提取物、0.1份鼠李糖、0.1份甘草酸二钾、0.001份金、0.02份薄荷醇乳酸酯、0.001份甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、0.5份羟基积雪草甙、0.1份辣薄荷油、0.1份香精、0.001份可溶性胶原、0.2份聚山梨醇酯-20、0.001份聚山梨醇酯-80、0.1份苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和0.0006份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌30min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
功效评价:
选取实施例1~3制备的清凉型面膜用修复基液进行以下功效评价分析:
一、面部皮肤角质层的影响
(1)依据自愿原则选择100位女性,年龄在30-35周岁之间,将100位女性随机均分成A组、B组、C组、D组和E组,共5组,每组20人;
(2)A组的20人每晚8点左右,洁面后,选用实施例1制备的修复基液敷面20分钟,连续使用21天;
B组的20人每晚8点左右,洁面后,选用实施例2制备的修复基液敷面20分钟,连续使用21天;
C组的20人每晚8点左右,洁面后,选用实施例3制备的修复基液敷面20分钟,连续使用21天;
D组的20人每晚8点左右,洁面后,选用市场上销售的补水面膜敷面20分钟,连续使用21天;
E组的20人每晚8点左右,洁面后,选用只含有去离子水的面膜敷面20分钟,连续使用21天;
(3)21天后,每组志愿者中随机抽取10位,采用组织病理学技术考察不同产品对面部皮肤结构的影响,通过显微镜观察组织病理切片情况,组织病理切片的详细情况标准为:角质层的厚度。结果详细见下表1。

由表1可以看出,A组、B组和C组分别使用实施例1~3制备的修复基液21天后,志愿者面部角质层厚度都得到了明显的增大,并且使用实施例2制备的修复基液敷面修复面部角质层的效果优于使用实施例2的效果,使用实施例2制备的修复基液敷面修复面部角质层的效果优于使用实施例1的效果;D组志愿者使用市场上销售的补水面膜敷面21天后,志愿者面部角质层厚度增加的不明显;E组志愿者使用只含有去离子水的面膜敷面21天后,志愿者面部角质层的厚度变化不明显,因此,采用本发明制备的修复基液能够促进细胞生长、伤口愈合,从而可以修复面部创伤。
二、细胞增殖影响
(1)选取五个培养皿,五个培养皿依次标记为a组、b组、c组、d组、e组,然后在五组培养皿内部将人皮肤的表皮细胞用含有10%N BCS的DMEM培养液培养,每个培养皿内部的细胞浓度为2000个/ml,然后在二氧化碳培养箱(37℃,5%二氧化碳)中培养24h;
(2)第二天用PBS洗涤细胞两次,用含0.5%NBCS的DMEM培养液进行休克处理24h;
(3)然后分别称取10ml实施例1制备的修复基液、10ml实施例2制备的修复基液、10ml实施例3制备的修复基液、10ml市场上销售的修复基液和10ml去离子水,然后将称取的10ml实施例1制备的修复基液加入到a组培养皿中,将称取的10ml实施例2制备的修复基液加入到b组培养皿中,将称取的10ml实施例3制备的修复基液加入到c组培养皿中,将称取的10ml市场上销售的修复基液加入到d组培养皿中,将称取的10ml去离子水加入到e组培养皿中,然后在第24h、48h和96h分别对a组、b组、c组、d组和e组培养皿中的细胞计数,并记录结果如下表2所示:

由表2可以看出,在a组、b组和c组培养皿中的细胞增殖速度明显快于d组培养皿中的细胞增殖速度,在a组、b组和c组培养皿中的细胞增殖速度明显快于e组培养皿中的细胞增殖速度。因此,本发明制备的清凉型面膜用修复基液能够促进细胞增殖,从而达到对皮肤修复的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为0.3~0.5份的对羟基苯乙酮和0.0001~0.1份的苯氧乙醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液,其特征在于:所述金属螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-20、聚山梨醇酯-80、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、羟丙基环糊精、苯乙烯/丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和月桂醇硫酸酯钠中的至少两种以上的组合物。
6.如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种清凉型面膜用修复基液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、按重量份分别称取配方量的去离子水、丁二醇、甘油聚醚-26、双甘油、甜菜碱、泛醇、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、黄原胶、水解透明质酸钠、防腐剂和金属螯合剂,然后将称取的原料依次加入到搅拌锅内,加热至90~96℃,恒温搅拌30~40min后均质3~8min,接着搅拌30~40min;
步骤S2、降温至45℃,然后按重量份分别称取配方量的1,2-己二醇、乙基己基甘油、龙胆根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶水、鼠李糖、甘草酸二钾、金、薄荷醇乳酸酯、甲基二异丙基丙酰胺、羟基积雪草甙、辣薄荷油、香精、可溶性胶原和乳化剂,并将称取的原料加入到反应釜内,继续搅拌20~40min;
步骤3、将反应釜的温度调节至38℃,并使反应釜不断的搅拌,待反应釜内部的温度降至38℃时,将反应釜内部的混合液过滤取出,然后杀菌消毒后出料,即得到该清凉型面膜用修复基液。
