背景技术
中医学认为头发的生长依赖于精和血，而肝肾阴虚，精血不足，无一濡养肌肤毛发，或长期精神刺激，气郁不畅，进而气滞血瘀，发失所养，则导致毛发脱落。
葛正义研究发现，大部分脱发患者存在不同程度的血液高黏滞，且微循环的改变与血液流变学异常之间存在着明显的正相关性。活血化瘀法具有改善微循环，并促进毛发生长的作用。但是经过大量研究发现，通过外敷活血化瘀类生发液存在治疗周期长且易反复的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种育发生发精华液，该精华液能够快速激活头皮细胞，改善微循环，使得毛囊再生，促进毛发生长。本发明的精华液能够根治脱发现象，长期使用无副作用。
本发明的育发生发精华液由中草药提取膏和生姜精油、茶树精油混合而成，所述中草药提取膏是从以下重量份的中草药原料中提取而得：
侧柏叶10-30份，透骨草20-40份，桑白皮10-20份，五倍子10-20份，青葙子5-15份，天麻5-10份，薄荷5-10份，白芷5-10份，羌活5-10份，金银花5-10份，川椒1-5份。
优选地，本发明所述育发生发精华液中中草药提取膏和生姜精油、茶树精油的质量比为1:3～5:7～12。
本发明还提供了所述育发生发精华液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)按比例称取侧柏叶、透骨草、桑白皮、五倍子、青葙子、天麻、薄荷、白芷、羌活、金银花以及川椒，混合粉碎后得到中草药混合粉；
(2)将中草药混合粉浸泡在乙醇溶液中，室温放置10-30天；
(3)室温放置结束后，进行加热回流60-180min，冷却后过滤，得到乙醇提取物；
(4)将乙醇提取物进行浓缩，得到相对密度为1.1-1.2的提取膏；
(5)将提取膏与生姜精油、茶树精油混合后即制成育发生发精华液。
优选地，本发明步骤(1)是将中草药粉碎至100～300目。
优选地，本发明步骤(2)所述乙醇溶液的浓度为50-80wt％。
优选地，本发明步骤(3)中回流时间为80-120min。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1)本发明采用中草药为原料加工成一种育发生发精华液，该精华液能够使得头皮毛囊再生，改善毛囊周围微循环，从根本上治愈脱发问题；
2)本发明通过调整精华液的制备工艺，从中草药中提取活性物质，即提取膏，然后利用提取膏与生姜精油、茶树精油配合，获得便于头皮肌肤快速吸收的精华液。本发明的精华液能够促进头发生长，达到育发的功效。

一种育发生发精华液的制备方法，步骤如下：
(1)按比例称取以下重量份的中草药原料，混合粉碎至200目，得到中草药混合粉；
侧柏叶25份，透骨草30份，桑白皮15份，五倍子15份，青葙子10份，天麻5份，薄荷5份，白芷5份，羌活5份，金银花5份，川椒3份；
(2)将中草药混合粉浸泡在浓度为75wt％乙醇溶液中，室温放置25天；
(3)室温放置结束后，进行加热回流100min，冷却后过滤，得到乙醇提取物；

用松香/石蜡混合物(1:1)热融化后,涂于小鼠背部,待凝固变硬后揭去后的得到C57BL/6小鼠脱发动物模型，脱毛区毛囊损伤率为85％，分别对脱毛区涂精华液(每日涂覆一次，涂覆7天)，记录脱毛区毛囊损伤率变化，如表1所示。

将本发明实施例1的精华液对100名脱发患者进行临床使用，全部改善了脱发问题，能够达到100％治疗效果且无复发现象，具体列举以下两个案例。
案例1
王女士，35岁，行政文员，工作强度高且饮食不规律，导致脱发严重且白发过半。洗发后涂覆本发明精华液并进行头皮按摩30min，每周使用2-3次，坚持使用半年后头发浓密且白发全部转黑，停止使用精华液3个月没有出现复发现象。
案例2

Claims (6)

1.一种育发生发精华液，其特征在于，由中草药提取膏和生姜精油、茶树精油混合而成，所述中草药提取膏是从以下重量份的中草药原料中提取而得：
侧柏叶10-30份，透骨草20-40份，桑白皮10-20份，五倍子10-20份，青葙子5-15份，天麻5-10份，薄荷5-10份，白芷5-10份，羌活5-10份，金银花5-10份，川椒1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的育发生发精华液，其特征在于，所述中草药提取膏和生姜精油、茶树精油的质量比为1:3～5:7～12。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述育发生发精华液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)按比例称取侧柏叶、透骨草、桑白皮、五倍子、青葙子、天麻、薄荷、白芷、羌活、金银花以及川椒，混合粉碎后得到中草药混合粉；
(2)将中草药混合粉浸泡在乙醇溶液中，室温放置10-30天；
(3)室温放置结束后，进行加热回流60-180min，冷却后过滤，得到乙醇提取物；
(4)将乙醇提取物进行浓缩，得到相对密度为1.1-1.2的提取膏；
(5)将提取膏与生姜精油、茶树精油混合后即制成育发生发精华液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(1)是将中草药粉碎至100～300目。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)所述乙醇溶液的浓度为50-80wt％。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(3)中回流时间为80-120min。
