3. If one headset has a problem, the user can put it back and the system will make a service request. The cloud will receive a notification that the defective device will no longer be allocated. It can be picked up at a convenient time.
4. Keeping the microphone module clean: uv sterilization, anti-virus materials and designing the air flow to remain dry.
5. The placement is flexible: less space, expandable and wall-mounted.

Claims (8)
1. A method for realizing intelligent information management by utilizing earphone sharing charging is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a user inputs user information by using the shared charging terminal;
after acquiring user information, the shared charging end uploads the information to the cloud for comparison, checks whether the user has the use permission of the earphone device, and issues a corresponding instruction to the shared charging end;
a dect controller module in the earphone realizes remote communication and information storage by controlling the functions of the earphone equipment and carries out intelligent data statistics;
the shared charging end reads the use data and the binding data stored in the dect controller module, and uploads the data to the cloud for collection, statistics, preservation and erasure while unbinding the earphone device;
the shared charging end uploads the detected state data of the earphone equipment to the cloud for judgment, and the earphone equipment is correspondingly processed through the shared charging end until the earphone equipment enters the standby state again;
the shared charging end is used for killing when the earphone equipment is in a standby state.

The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the user information, the shared charging terminal uploads the information to a cloud for comparison, checks whether the user has the right of use of the headset device, and issues a corresponding command to the shared charging terminal, the method comprising:
after acquiring user information, the shared charging end uploads the information to the cloud end, and the cloud end compares the uploaded user information with the user information stored in the user information base to check whether the user has the use permission of the earphone device;
if the comparison result is that the user record does not exist, the user does not have the use authority of the earphone device, and the cloud end sends a refuge matching request instruction to the shared charging end;
if the comparison result is that the user record exists, the cloud terminal selects the earphone equipment with the best equipment state to perform information matching with the user according to the internal storage information of the earphone equipment uploaded by the shared charging terminal, and issues a matching success instruction to the shared charging terminal while keeping the matching record.

The method for realizing intelligent information management by using shared charging of earphones according to claim 1, wherein the shared charging terminal reads the use data and the binding data stored in the dect controller module, and uploads the data to the cloud for collection, statistics, retention and erasure while unbinding the earphone device, and the method comprises the following steps:
the cloud end issues a unbinding instruction to the shared charging end, and after the shared charging end receives the unbinding instruction, the earphone device is unbound while the use data and the binding data stored in the depth controller module are read, and meanwhile, an instruction of successful unbinding is transmitted to the user;
the shared charging end uploads the read data to the cloud end, the cloud end collects, counts and retains the existing data, and meanwhile, the stored information of the existing earphone equipment and the binding information of the user are erased;
the user may rescan the information to select a new headset device.

The method for realizing intelligent information management by using shared charging of earphones according to claim 1, wherein the shared charging terminal uploads the detected earphone device status data to a cloud terminal for judgment and correspondingly processes the earphone device through the shared charging terminal until the earphone device enters the standby state again, comprising:
the shared charging end detects the state of the earphone equipment and uploads data to the cloud;
the cloud end judges the state data of the earphone equipment, and if the state data of the earphone equipment does not have a problem, the shared charging end provides charging service for the earphone equipment; if the problem exists, the cloud end sends an error reporting instruction of the issuing equipment to the shared charging end, and the shared charging end locks the earphone equipment; meanwhile, the cloud end analyzes the state data of the earphone equipment to obtain the reason for error reporting of the earphone equipment;
and dispatching maintenance personnel to carry out unified treatment according to the reason of error reporting of the earphone equipment until the problem of the earphone equipment is solved and the earphone enters the standby state again.
5. The method for realizing intelligent information management by using shared charging of earphones according to claim 1, wherein the shared charging terminal kills when the earphone device is in a standby state, comprising:
when earphone equipment is in the standby state, the shared charging end adjusts the humidity and temperature of the internal storage earphone equipment through the temperature and humidity sensor and the convection fan, and simultaneously, ultraviolet disinfection is started to disinfect the earphone equipment.
6. An apparatus for implementing intelligent information management by sharing charging with earphones, the apparatus comprising:
the shared charging end is used for scanning and inputting user information, extracting earphone internal storage information, detecting earphone equipment information, executing a cloud instruction and killing;
the cloud end is used for processing the information uploaded by the shared charging end, issuing an instruction, storing data, matching the data and comparing the data;
the earphone and a dect controller module in the earphone, wherein the dect controller module is used for long-distance contact, AI voice recognition and working telephone traffic information storage;
a user for providing personal information.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1-5 when executing the computer program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 1-5.
