Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a headset sharing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be used in the exemplary system shown in fig. 1 described above, and is performed by the headset sharing terminal 130 in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s210: and the earphone sharing terminal receives the earphone lending instruction sent by the server terminal.
The server side generates an earphone lending instruction according to an earphone lending request triggered by a user, wherein the earphone lending request comes from an earphone sharing terminal or a user terminal interacting with the earphone sharing terminal.
Specifically, when the user wishes to rent the shared headset, the user can input his/her headset lease demand by operating the user terminal or the headset sharing terminal. After receiving the requirement of the user, the user terminal or the headset sharing terminal may generate a headset lending request according to the requirement of the user, and send the headset lending request to the server.
In an embodiment, the headset loan request may come from a user terminal interacting with the headset sharing terminal. Specifically, when a user wishes to rent the earphones, the user terminal and the earphone sharing terminal can interact by operating the user terminal, so that the user terminal obtains information of the earphone sharing terminal, generates an earphone lending request corresponding to the earphone sharing terminal based on the information of the earphone sharing terminal, and further sends the earphone lending request to the server side.
In the above embodiment, the user may use the user terminal to identify the graphic code on the shared headset terminal so that the user terminal interacts with the shared headset terminal, and may also use the user terminal to communicate with the shared headset terminal in a bluetooth (bluetooth), Near Field Communication (NFC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), or other manners. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific interaction manner between the user terminal and the headset sharing terminal.
In another embodiment, the headset loan request may also come from the headset sharing terminal. When the user wants to rent the earphones, the earphone sharing terminal can be directly operated to put forward the earphone leasing requirement. For example, the headset sharing terminal may be provided with an operation button or a touch screen and other components that can be operated by a user, and the user may approach the headset sharing terminal and operate the headset sharing terminal to input his/her rental requirement. After receiving the user's request, the headset sharing terminal may generate a headset loan request corresponding to the user and send the headset loan request to the server. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the specific way in which the headset sharing terminal interacts with the user.
Preferably, in another embodiment, the user terminal may also actively provide the identity information of the user to the headset sharing terminal according to the operation of the user, so that the headset sharing terminal knows the headset lease requirement of the user. For example, the earphone sharing terminal may be provided with an identification component, the user terminal may generate and display a graphic code including user identity information, and when the user uses the user terminal to display the graphic code to the earphone sharing terminal, the earphone sharing terminal may identify the graphic code through the identification component, thereby obtaining the user identity information included in the graphic code. After obtaining the identity information of the user, the headset sharing terminal may generate a headset lending request corresponding to the user according to the lending requirement of the user, and send the headset lending request to the server. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the specific way in which the shared headset terminal identifies the user.
Further, after receiving the earphone lending request, the server may send an earphone lending instruction to the earphone sharing terminal, instructing the earphone sharing terminal to provide the shared earphone to the user. Specifically, after receiving the earphone lending request, the server may obtain the identity information of the user from the earphone lending request, generate an earphone lending instruction corresponding to the user according to the identity information of the user, and further send the earphone lending instruction to the earphone sharing terminal.
In one embodiment, the user may directly specify the shared headset that he wishes to acquire when entering a headset rental requirement. In this case, the earphone lending request generated by the earphone sharing terminal may include identification information of the shared earphone specified by the user in addition to the user identification information.
Specifically, an identification component for identifying the shared earphones can be arranged on an earphone moving path or in the shipment port in the earphone sharing terminal, and the earphone sharing terminal can identify the shared earphones through the identification component so as to acquire identification information of the shared earphones. For example, the identification component may be an RFID reader, and the shared earphone may be provided with an RFID tag, and the RFID tag stores identification information of the shared earphone. When the shared earphone is moved to the goods outlet or when the shared earphone is positioned in the goods outlet, the earphone sharing terminal can read the RFID electronic tag on the shared earphone through the RFID reader arranged in the earphone sharing terminal, and then the identification information of the shared earphone is obtained. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the manner of identifying the shared earphone by the earphone sharing terminal is not limited, and a person skilled in the art may select an appropriate identification manner according to actual needs.
In an embodiment, after receiving the earphone lending request, the server may obtain the identity information of the user and the identification information of the shared earphone from the earphone lending request, and record the identity information and the identification information of the shared earphone in the order.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the identity information of the user and the identification information of the shared earphone are associated, so that data support is provided for payment of expenses, management of the user and the shared earphone, mastering of market conditions and the like, and the operation efficiency of the shared earphone is greatly improved.
In an embodiment, after receiving the headset loan request, the server may obtain the identity information of the user from the headset loan request, and query the credit status of the user. When the credit state of the user is confirmed to be a normal state, the server side can send an earphone lending instruction to the earphone sharing terminal to indicate the earphone sharing terminal to provide the earphone for the user; when the credit state of the user is determined to be the non-rentable state, the server side may send a borrowing termination instruction to the earphone sharing terminal, and instruct the earphone sharing terminal to stop providing the shared earphone for the user.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the shared earphone is leased to the user is judged according to the credit state of the user, so that the operation safety of the shared earphone is greatly improved.
S220: the earphone sharing terminal responds to the earphone lending instruction and provides the shared earphone to the user through one of the at least one shipment port of the earphone sharing terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the earphone lending instruction from the server side, the earphone sharing terminal may provide the shared earphone to the user through one of the at least one shipment port on the earphone sharing terminal in response to the instruction. Here, the sharing headset may be stored in a storage warehouse, and the headset sharing terminal moves the sharing headset to the shipment port through a headset moving path and provides the sharing headset to the user; alternatively, the shared headset may be placed in the output port and provided directly to the user by the headset sharing terminal. It should be understood that embodiments of the present application are not limited to the specific movement path and manner of providing the shared headset to the user.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the shared earphone can be provided for a large number of users, so that the users can acquire and use the earphone at any time in public places when the users do not have the earphone, and great convenience is brought to the users.
Preferably, in an embodiment, the method shown in fig. 2 further comprises the steps of:
the earphone sharing terminal sends lending completion information of the shared earphones to the server side, so that the server side starts to calculate real-time lending cost of the shared earphones based on the lending completion information after receiving the lending completion information.
Specifically, after the sharing headset is provided to the user through one of the at least one shipment port, the headset sharing terminal may generate lending completion information corresponding to the sharing headset based on the identification information of the sharing headset and transmit the lending completion information to the server.
In one embodiment, when the user inputs the rental requirement of the earphones, the user can also input only the rental requirement of the shared earphones without specifying a specific shared earphone. At this time, the earphone sharing terminal may select and provide the shared earphone to the user randomly or according to a preset shipment rule after receiving the earphone lending instruction from the server side. When the shared earphone is provided for the user, the earphone sharing terminal can identify the shared earphone to acquire the identification information of the shared earphone, record the identification information in the lending completion information, and send the lending completion information to the server side. After receiving the loan completion information, the server may obtain the identification information of the shared headset from the server, and store the identification information in the order together with the identity information of the user previously obtained from the headset loan request.
Preferably, in another embodiment, the headset sharing terminal may further record the loan time of the shared headset in the loan completion information. The server may obtain the identification information and the lending time of the shared headset from the lending completion information after receiving the lending completion information, determine the rented shared headset according to the identification information, and start to calculate the real-time lending cost corresponding to the shared headset.
In the above embodiment, after confirming that the shared headset is lent, the server may calculate the real-time lease fee of the shared headset at any time or according to a preset time interval. For example, when the preset time interval is 5 minutes, after receiving the lending completion information of the shared headset, the server performs lease fee calculation on the shared headset every 5 minutes to obtain the real-time lease fee of the shared headset.
In an embodiment, after calculating the real-time lease fee of the shared earphone, the server may perform balance inquiry on an account of a user leasing the shared earphone, and compare the inquired account balance with the real-time lease fee. For example, the server may compare the real-time lease fees after each calculation, or may compare the real-time lease fees according to a preset time interval.
And if the server side judges that the real-time rent charge is larger than the account balance, the balance in the user account is not enough to pay the current rent charge of the shared earphone. When the account balance of the user is judged to be insufficient to pay the sharing earphone lease behavior of the user, the server side can send a recharging request to the user terminal of the user to require the user to recharge the account of the user.
Preferably, in an embodiment, the method shown in fig. 2 further comprises the steps of:
and when the preset recharging waiting time is passed and the real-time renting cost is still greater than the account balance, deducting the account deposit of the user by the server.
Specifically, after the preset recharging waiting time, the server may query the account balance of the user again, and compare the account balance with the real-time lease fee again. If the real-time rent expense is still larger than the account balance of the user, the server can deduct the account deposit of the user and remove the identification information of the shared earphone rent by the user from the database. The database may store identification information of all the shared earphones in circulation.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the server may also directly deduct the account deposit of the user when it is determined that the account balance of the user is insufficient for the first time, and remove the identification information of the shared headset rented by the user from the database. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the specific rules for deducting the account deposit on the server side.
Optionally, in another embodiment, after deducting the account deposit of the user, the server may further deduct a preset credit losing integral value from the credit score of the user. When the credit point of a certain user is lower than the preset lowest integral value, the server end can modify the credit state of the user into a non-rentable state, and forbid the user to rent the sharing earphone through the earphone sharing terminal again.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the users who are possible to lose confidence can be accurately found and reminded in advance, and the shared earphones are sold to the users when the users are determined to be very likely not to return the shared earphones, so that the benefits of operators of the shared earphones can be maintained to a great extent, and the users are prevented from suffering economic loss.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a headset sharing method according to another embodiment of the present application. The method may be used in the exemplary system shown in fig. 1 described above, and is performed by the headset sharing terminal 130 in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises the following steps:
s230: when the shared earphone is placed into the returning port of the earphone sharing terminal, the earphone sharing terminal moves the shared earphone to one of the at least one goods outlet of the earphone sharing terminal through an earphone moving path arranged in the earphone sharing terminal.
Specifically, in an embodiment, when the user returns the shared earphone, after the shared earphone is confirmed to be placed in the return port, the earphone shared terminal may directly move the returned earphone to the shipment port of the earphone shared terminal through the earphone moving path, so that the earphone is lent out from the shipment port again.
In another embodiment, after confirming that the shared earphone is placed in the returning port, the earphone sharing terminal may also move the shared earphone to the storage bin first, and move the shared earphone to the shipment port to be provided to the user when receiving the earphone lending instruction. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the specific path for the shared earphone to be moved from the return port to the delivery port, and those skilled in the art can design the path according to actual requirements.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the returned shared earphone can be automatically moved to the goods outlet from the return port in the earphone sharing terminal without manual taking and carrying, a large amount of labor cost is saved, and the operation efficiency of the shared earphone is greatly improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a headset sharing method according to another embodiment of the present application. The method may be used in the exemplary system shown in fig. 1 described above, and is performed by the headset sharing terminal 130 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, before moving the returned sharing headset to one of the at least one shipment port of the headset sharing terminal, the method may further include:
s410: and the shared earphone terminal identifies the shared earphone to obtain the identification information of the shared earphone.
Specifically, the earphone sharing terminal may be provided with an identification component for identifying the shared earphone and confirming identification information of the shared earphone. For example, the identification component may be an RFID reader, and the shared earphone may be provided with an RFID tag, in which identification information of the shared earphone is stored. After the shared earphone is placed into the returning port by a user, the RFID reader in the earphone sharing terminal reads the RFID electronic tag on the shared earphone, and then the identification information of the shared earphone can be obtained. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific manner for the shared headset terminal to identify the shared headset is not limited, and a person skilled in the art may design the shared headset according to actual needs.
S420: and the earphone sharing terminal generates return information of the shared earphone according to the identification information.
Specifically, according to the identification information of the shared headphone being returned, the headphone sharing terminal may generate return information corresponding to the shared headphone, and record that the shared headphone has been returned. In an embodiment, the return information may include at least one of information such as return time, return location, and identification information of the corresponding headset sharing terminal of the shared headset, in addition to the identification information of the shared headset. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to other specific information contained in the return information of the shared headset.
S430: and the earphone sharing terminal sends return information to the server side.
After the return information is generated, the earphone sharing terminal can send the return information to the server side, so that the server side can calculate the fee of the renting behavior of the user according to the return information.
In an embodiment, after receiving the return information of the shared earphone, the server may obtain the identification information and the return time of the shared earphone from the return information. According to the identification information of the shared earphone, the server side can inquire the lending time of the shared earphone, calculate the time length for the user to rent the shared earphone based on the lending time and the returning time, further calculate the rent cost of the user according to the charging rule, and settle the fee for the rent behavior of the user.
Based on the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the identification information and the return time of each returned shared earphone can be accurately obtained, so that the server side can accurately calculate the corresponding lease fee and settle the settlement.
S440: and when a circulation stopping instruction corresponding to the shared earphone and sent by the server is received, the earphone sharing terminal moves the shared earphone to the fault bin through the earphone moving path.
The circulation stopping instruction is generated by the server after confirming that the shared earphone is in a fault state according to the identification information in the return information.
Specifically, a defective product bin is arranged in the earphone sharing terminal and used for placing non-circulatable articles such as the defective sharing earphone. When the server side informs the earphone sharing terminal that a certain sharing earphone is a fault, the earphone sharing terminal can move the sharing earphone to the fault bin through the earphone moving path, so that the fault is prevented from being provided for the user again, and bad experience is avoided for the user.
In an embodiment, after receiving the return information of the shared earphone, the server may obtain the identification information of the shared earphone from the return information, and query whether the shared earphone is in a failure state according to the identification information. When the shared earphone is confirmed to be in a fault state, the server side can generate a circulation stopping instruction and send the circulation stopping instruction to the earphone sharing terminal, the earphone sharing terminal is instructed to move the earphone to a fault bin, and the earphone cannot be provided for a user again.
Optionally, in another embodiment, a capacity detection component may be disposed in the defective bin, and the capacity detection component may be capable of detecting the amount of the stored goods in the defective bin, and when the amount of the stored goods in the defective bin exceeds a preset amount, the capacity detection component may send bin-full alarm information to the server side.
According to the earphone sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the fault shared earphone can be separated by setting the fault bin in the earphone sharing terminal and performing bin-sharing recovery of the shared earphone, so that the fault shared earphone is prevented from being provided for a user again to reduce user experience. Furthermore, through setting up capacity detection subassembly in the trouble article storehouse, can hold the condition in the storehouse accurately, prevent that the storehouse article are too much so that influence earphone shared terminal's normal operating.
In an embodiment, after the user obtains the shared earphone through the earphone sharing terminal, if the shared earphone is considered to have a fault in the process of using the shared earphone, feedback can be given to the user terminal or the earphone sharing terminal at any time. After receiving the feedback of the user, the user terminal or the earphone sharing terminal may generate fault information of the shared earphone based on the feedback content, and send the fault information to the server. After receiving the fault information of the shared earphone, the server may store the fault information and record the shared earphone as a fault state.
