With the rapid development of the sharing economy, the sharing rental model gradually permeates into various fields. In order to solve the problem that people need to face inconvenience when forgetting earphones, sharing earphones is a better solution. Through the earphone sharing business mode, a user can obtain the earphone which is desired to be rented through the earphone sharing terminal when the user needs to use the earphone, the user returns the earphone to the earphone sharing terminal after the use is finished, and certain renting cost is paid to an operator in the process.
However, as mentioned above, during the use of the shared earphone, it is inevitable that dust and dirt such as skin dust and grease metabolized from the skin of the user adhere to the earphone receiver, and therefore, most of the earphones returned by the user after use are contaminated. If the polluted earphones are rented to other users again, the psychological slowness of the other users is caused, so that the user experience is reduced, and the shared earphones can become a transmission path of viruses and bacteria and are not beneficial to public health.
Cleaning of the shared earphones is essential to keep the contaminated earphones from circulating continuously. One solution is: through set up the collection box in earphone shared terminal, collect the sharing earphone after the user used to send the staff out and regularly open the collection box, the sharing earphone after will using shifts out and cleans it from earphone shared terminal, later puts into earphone shared terminal once more with clean earphone and comes into use. The cleaning elements provided on the cleaning probe may be dimensioned to fit the headphone, for example, the cleaning elements provided on the cleaning probe for cleaning a dust screen may be designed with a cross-sectional diameter about equal to or less than the dust screen diameter for better cleaning of the dust screen. For another example, when the cleaning probe is required for cleaning the dust screen and the side surface of the earphone at the same time, a circular cleaning member for cleaning the dust screen and a ring-shaped cleaning member for cleaning the side surface of the earphone may be provided on the cleaning probe at the same time, wherein the outer diameter of the ring-shaped cleaning member is about equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the earphone so as to better clean the side surface of the earphone. It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to the specific shape of the cleaning probe, and those skilled in the art can design the cleaning probe according to actual needs.
In an embodiment, each cleaning unit may comprise one cleaning probe. Because the earphone is provided with the two earphones, when the earphone is cleaned, the cleaning probe can clean one earphone firstly and then clean the other earphone.
Preferably, in another embodiment, each cleaning unit may include two cleaning probes, and the two cleaning probes may clean two earpieces of the headset simultaneously, respectively, thereby saving time taken for cleaning work.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a cleaning method for a shared headset according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, after step S220, the method shown in fig. 2 further includes the following steps:
s230: at least one collection unit is controlled to collect contaminants separated from the shared earphone.
Further, the cleaning device may further comprise at least one collecting unit. The collecting unit may be controlled to collect the fallen contaminants after the contaminants are separated from the shared earphone. In particular, the collecting unit may include a collecting container, and may further include at least one of an electrostatic adsorption assembly or a negative pressure air draft assembly, so as to better perform the pollutant collecting work.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the collection unit may further comprise a volume monitoring component for sensing the volume of contaminants in the collection container and issuing an alarm when contaminants accumulate to a preset volume threshold. Specifically, the alarm can be sent to the server end so that the background knows and then sends out staff to change or clear up the collection unit, and also can show nearby staff through intuitive forms such as warning light, alarm sound so that the staff in time knows and then change or clear up the collection unit.
According to the cleaning method for the shared earphones, the separated pollutants are collected, the pollutants can be prevented from flying and further polluting other shared earphones or parts in the shared earphone terminal, and meanwhile, the pollutants are prevented from being deposited in the shared earphone terminal so as to influence the working state of the shared earphone terminal.
In another embodiment, before step S220, the method shown in fig. 2 further includes the following steps: the direction of the earphone storage box is adjusted to enable the outer surface provided with the hole to face the cleaning device.
In particular, in one embodiment, the shared earphones are housed in an earphone housing case, which may have holes on at least one of its outer surfaces, so that the cleaning device can directly clean the shared earphones through the holes. To facilitate the cleaning operation of the cleaning device, the orientation of the earphone receiver may be adjusted so that the outer surface of the aperture in the earphone receiver faces the cleaning device prior to performing the cleaning operation on the shared earphone. For example, the magnetic members may be provided on the earphone moving path and the earphone accommodation case, respectively, so that the earphone accommodation case is automatically switched to face the cleaning device by being influenced by the magnetic force on the earphone moving path. It should be understood that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific manner of adjusting the direction of the earphone accommodating box.
Based on the cleaning method for the shared earphones provided by the embodiment of the application, even under the condition that the shared earphones are contained in the containing box, the cleaning operation of the shared earphones can be achieved through the holes in the earphone containing box, and a better solution is provided for the shared earphones in a commercial scene.
When the shared earphones are stored, the earphones of the shared earphones are stored in the earphone storage box through the holes on the outer surface of the earphone storage box. Preferably, a limiting structure is arranged in the earphone containing box, and the earphone can be limited at a preset position by the limiting structure after being contained in the containing box, so that the height of the earphone relative to the outer surface provided with the hole is lower than the outer surface or is flush with the outer surface.
Preferably, after the earphones sharing the earphones are stored in the earphone storage box, the inner side edge of the hole in the earphone storage box can keep a certain distance from the earphones, and the distance between the side surface of the earphones and the side wall where the hole is located is larger than a preset threshold value. That is, when the shared earphone is received in the earphone accommodation case, a gap having a predetermined width exists around the earphone so that the cleaning probe can enter the earphone accommodation case through the gap to clean the earphone-side surface.
Based on the cleaning method for the shared earphones provided by the embodiment of the application, the cleaning device can more accurately clean the shared earphones by improving the structure of the earphone storage box, and the cleaning effect and the working efficiency are further improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a cleaning method for a shared headset according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, after step S220, the method shown in fig. 2 further includes the following steps:
