1. A networking card-swiping type public toilet paper supply system is characterized by comprising a cloud server and a plurality of paper towel machines arranged in a public toilet, wherein the system is divided into at least 1 management area according to different paper units, a plurality of paper towel machines are arranged in each management area, the number of times of paper taking limitation of each person in each management area every day is independently calculated, each paper towel machine comprises a shell, and a central processing mechanism, a toilet paper disc and a paper outlet mechanism which are arranged in the shell, wherein the central processing mechanism comprises a core single chip microcomputer, and a power management module, an IC card identification module, a wireless communication module, a driving control module, a paper outlet detection module and a state prompt module which are connected with the core single chip microcomputer;
the shell is provided with a card swiping area and a two-dimensional code;
the first user terminal is used for scanning the two-dimensional code through WeChat and sending a paper request to the cloud server, wherein the paper request comprises a micro signal and the number of the paper towel machine;
the IC card identification module is internally provided with an antenna, and when the bus card is close to the card swiping area, the IC card identification module identifies the type of the IC card, reads the serial number of the IC card and transmits the serial number to the core single chip microcomputer;
the core single chip transmits the coding information of the IC card and the number information of the paper towel machine to the cloud server through the wireless communication module to apply for paper taking, the cloud server codes the received IC card, judges whether the IC card corresponding to the IC card number exceeds the upper limit of the paper taking times of the day according to the paper taking times rule set by the paper unit in the management area, and sends a paper outlet instruction to the central processing mechanism of the corresponding paper towel machine if the IC card does not exceed the upper limit of the paper taking times; if the upper limit of the paper taking times is exceeded, sending a paper taking excess prompting instruction to a central processing mechanism of the corresponding paper towel machine;
after the core single chip receives a paper outlet instruction sent back by the cloud server through the wireless communication module, the core single chip controls the driving control module to drive the paper outlet mechanism to carry out paper outlet; the paper outlet detection module detects a paper outlet result and transmits detected paper outlet result information to the core single chip microcomputer, the core single chip microcomputer sends the paper outlet result information to the cloud server through the wireless communication module, and the core single chip microcomputer carries out acousto-optic prompt on the state of the paper towel machine through the state prompt module;
the cloud server is further used for judging whether the paper taking times of the paper towel machine in the corresponding management area on the day exceed the upper limit of the paper taking times of the day according to the user micro-signal, and if the paper taking times do not exceed the upper limit of the paper taking times, sending a paper outlet instruction to the central processing mechanism of the corresponding paper towel machine; if the upper limit of the paper taking times is exceeded, sending a paper taking excess prompting instruction to a central processing mechanism of the corresponding paper towel machine; receiving paper output result information sent by the paper output machine, and not counting failed paper taking of a user;
the paper outlet mechanism comprises a driving motor, and a toilet paper driving wheel, a counting gear disc and a toilet paper cutter which are connected with the driving motor;
the power supply management module is used for supplying power to the paper towel machine;
the cloud server is further used for sending a dormancy instruction to the tissue machine at a non-open time according to public toilet open time set by management personnel, the dormancy instruction comprises a dormancy duration parameter, the tissue machine enters a dormancy state according to the dormancy parameter and is automatically awakened after the dormancy time is over, the tissue machine enters normal work, when the tissue machine enters the dormancy state, the core single chip microcomputer closes the wireless communication module through controlling the electronic switch group and enters an idle mode, when the tissue machine is in the dormancy state, if the IC card identification module senses that a bus card is close to the tissue machine, the tissue machine is awakened in advance to enable the tissue machine to enter a working state, the electronic switch group is further used for controlling the electronic switch group to power on and reset the wireless communication module when the wireless communication module cannot be connected with a network for a preset time, enabling the wireless communication module to quickly connect to a network;
the paper outlet detection module comprises a first infrared detector and a second infrared detector, and paper outlet failure is caused when any infrared detection is abnormal;
the first infrared detector detects a gear disc connected with the paper outlet mechanism, and calculates the paper outlet length of the toilet paper through infrared pulses generated by rotation of the gear disc;
the second infrared detector detects paper outlet pulses of the paper outlet;
the front panel of the paper towel machine is provided with a pyroelectric infrared detector, and the pyroelectric infrared detector transmits a human body signal which is less than 60cm away from the paper towel machine to the core single chip microcomputer through a signal processing circuit when detecting the human body signal; the core single chip microcomputer receives the paper taking instruction and simultaneously judges that the pyroelectric infrared detector detects a human body signal, and then controls the driving control module to drive the paper outlet mechanism to carry out paper outlet;
the power management module is realized by adopting an LM393 double-voltage comparator integrated circuit;
the system, still include:
the second user terminal is used for setting a paper taking frequency rule of a paper unit in a management area by an administrator;
the cloud server is further used for recording a first historical paper taking record of the serial number or the micro signal of each IC card in a specified time period, wherein the first historical paper taking record comprises paper taking frequency, paper taking times and a paper taking range, and users are divided into two types of ordinary users and malicious users according to the first historical paper taking record of each user;
the cloud server is also used for reducing the daily paper fetching times of malicious users, which are lower than the daily paper fetching times of common users;
the cloud server is further used for recording a second historical paper taking record of each malicious user, the second historical paper taking record comprises paper taking frequency, paper taking times and a paper taking range from a time point classified as the malicious user, and whether malicious paper taking behaviors still exist in the second historical paper taking record of each malicious user is judged according to the second historical paper taking record of each malicious user; and reducing the number of times of limiting paper fetching every day for the malicious user still having the malicious paper fetching behavior, and recovering the malicious user no longer having the malicious paper fetching behavior within the statistical time period to be a common user.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud server comprises a first data processing module and a second data processing module;
the first data processing module is used for receiving a paper request sent by the first user terminal, analyzing a micro signal and the paper taking times from the paper request and storing the micro signal and the paper taking times;
and the second data processing module is used for receiving and storing the coding information of the IC card sent by the paper towel machine.

The system of claim 1, wherein the core single chip microcomputer adopts a single chip microcomputer of STC8F series with 4 serial ports as a control core, and can simultaneously carry out TTL level serial port communication with the IC card identification module and the wireless communication module.

The system of claim 1, wherein the paper exit of the paper towel machine is provided with a blocking piece, the blocking piece of the paper exit is closed in a standby state, the blocking piece is opened firstly when paper exits, the paper exit driving is executed after the blocking piece is detected to be opened smoothly by infrared rays, and finally the blocking piece of the paper exit is closed after the toilet paper is detected to be taken away by infrared rays.

The system of claim 1, wherein a vibration detector is installed inside the paper towel machine shell, a vibration signal detected by the vibration detector is transmitted to the core single chip microcomputer through a signal processing circuit, the vibration signal is larger than a reference threshold value and has a duration of more than 200ms, the core single chip microcomputer gives out an alarm through a status prompting module and transmits alarm information to the cloud server, and the cloud server transmits the alarm information to a specified terminal device and processes the vibration signal with environmental interference for the vibration signal which is smaller than the reference threshold value or has the duration of less than 200 ms.
