Take knowledge and skill status in terms of production quality as an example; and if the knowledge skill state is S =1 in quality (the knowledge skill is normal), displaying that the green light production staff can normally carry out production work. If S =2 (the knowledge skill is to be improved), a yellow light is displayed, before each operation, a production worker needs to click the PAD to browse the operation video, the time requirement must be met, and after the operation is finished, S =1 shows that the production worker can normally start the production worker; if S =3 (emphasis training), a red light is displayed, when T (staff quality training time) < third duration, and the staff is prohibited from being assigned to use the equipment knowledge and skill dimension.
In one possible embodiment, the production employee is in an idle state, and if the production employee has a short knowledge skill in the target knowledge skill, the production employee is assigned a training task in the target knowledge skill, including: if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a second state, distributing a training task with a duration less than a third preset duration to the production staff, wherein the third preset duration is a difference value between the total training duration corresponding to the second state and the training duration finished by the production staff; and/or if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target indication skill is a third state, distributing assessment items for the production staff and determining that the production staff pass the assessment items.
Specifically, the production staff is in an idle state, which means that the production staff is in a non-production state and is not in a preparation production state. And when the production staff enters the idle state, the production staff is assigned with a training task for training, and the production staff with the knowledge and skill in the second state can be assigned with a video learning task with a first preset time length, but can temporarily enter a production preparation state in the current production time period after the video learning with a third preset time length is completed. For example, when a production staff performs an early shift work from 8 o 'clock to 11 o' clock, and the knowledge skill state is detected to be the second state in the preparation production state, the production staff is switched to the idle state to allocate a video learning task with a total duration of 3 hours to the production staff, and when the production staff completes the video learning for 15 minutes, namely, the production staff is authorized to temporarily enter the producible state during the early shift work from 8 o 'clock to 11 o' clock, the total duration of the learning task of the production staff becomes 2 hours and 45 minutes. When the morning shift working period is finished, the production staff is temporarily authorized to enter a producible state in the afternoon shift working period of 2 to 5 pm after completing the video learning for 15 minutes again in the afternoon shift working period of 2 to 5 pm, and the total learning task time of the production staff is changed into 2 hours and 30 minutes. If the production staff completes all 3-hour video learning tasks at any time, the production staff can directly authorize the production staff to enter a producible state.
And if the knowledge and skill state of the production staff is in a third state, the production staff is checked after completing the learning task with the second preset time duration, and the production staff can enter a producible state after passing the checking project. For example, if the knowledge and skill state of a certain production staff in terms of production efficiency is in a third state, a 3-hour training task is firstly allocated to the certain production staff for training, for example, a guide video is watched or a training course is arranged, the production staff cannot perform production operation during training, an examination item is allocated to the certain production staff after the 3-hour training task is completed, the production staff is examined in an on-line test question examination or an on-line simulation operation mode, and the production operation can be performed normally after the examination is passed.
In the embodiment, the traditional management mode of passive learning of the production operation instruction book is replaced by the method for pushing the corresponding training task for the production staff according to the knowledge and skill state of the production staff. The method has the advantages that the training task with shorter time is pushed for production staff with knowledge skills to be improved to consolidate the knowledge skills before the production tasks are started, the production staff needing key training is stopped temporarily to carry out production operation, the knowledge skills of the staff are managed in an auxiliary mode, the training quality is guaranteed, the learning consciousness of the production staff is improved, and the production quality level is further guaranteed.
In one possible embodiment, if the knowledge skill status of the production employee in the target knowledge skill and in the knowledge skills other than the target knowledge skill are both in the third status, then the assignment of the training task to the production employee in the target knowledge skill is prioritized over the assignment to the other employees.
Specifically, when the knowledge-skill state of the production staff in all knowledge-skill aspects under the responsible production task is the third state, it indicates that the production staff is unable to perform the current work, the production staff needs to perform shutdown measures, and the production staff is trained to meet the requirements of normal production. And if the knowledge skill states in the three aspects of quality, cost and efficiency under the production task are all in a third state, the urgency of skill training of the production staff is higher than that of other production staff with short knowledge skills on one side. The priority of the assigned training tasks of the production staff is higher than that of the production staff in other states, and specifically, the training tasks can be preferentially arranged for the production staff, and the production staff have priority use permission when needing to use the simulation operation equipment.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, for production staff with serious lack of knowledge and skills, the production staff can bring unnecessary loss to the factory when performing production operation, so that the production staff can be suspended from performing production operation, and the production staff can be trained preferentially, so that the quality management level of production can be ensured, the staff can perform normal production as soon as possible, and the purpose of improving the production efficiency is achieved.
In one possible embodiment, if the knowledge skill of the production staff in the target knowledge skill is in the first state, pushing an experience summary task to the production staff, wherein the experience summary task is used for instructing the production staff to generate a standard operation program operation instruction book, a rule video or a practice training course corresponding to the target indicated skill.
Specifically, a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guide is a guide in which Standard Operating steps and requirements of a specific production task are made into a written form in a uniform format, and a guide video in a video form is made by combining recorded operation demonstration, and the like. If the knowledge and skill state of the production staff in any dimension of quality, cost and efficiency of a specific production task is a first state, the production staff is proved to be skilled in mastering the production operation specification of the production task, the quality of production is over or the production cost is properly controlled or the production efficiency is high, an experience summary task is pushed to the production staff, the production staff summarizes own production operation experience, a standard operation program guide book is output, and the standard operation program guide book is pushed to the corresponding production staff in a second state or a third state to learn advanced knowledge and experience.
In a possible embodiment, if the production staff is in the preparation production state, and the shift scheduling time of the production staff is a fourth preset time from the current time, the fourth preset time is less than the training task time allocated to the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill, the method further includes:
determining whether the production staff is a marked staff or not, wherein the marked staff is used for representing that the production staff has unfinished training tasks;
if the production staff are unmarked staff and the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a second state, distributing a training task with a fourth preset duration in the production preparation state to the production staff; providing options for the production staff, wherein the options comprise finishing the training task with the first remaining training time length after the production state, or setting the training task to mark the staff, and the sum of the fourth preset time length and the first remaining training time length is equal to the first preset time length;
if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a third state and the fourth preset time is not longer than the first preset time, distributing a training task with a fourth training time in a production preparation state and a training task with a second residual training time after the production state for the production staff, and setting the production staff as a marker staff, wherein the sum of the fourth preset time and the second residual training time is equal to the first preset time;
If the fourth preset time is longer than the first preset time, distributing a training task with the fourth preset time in a production preparation state for the production staff; providing options for production staff, wherein the options comprise a training task of finishing a third remaining training time after a production state or are set to mark staff, and the sum of a fourth preset time and the third remaining training time is equal to a second preset time;
and if the production staff are the marking staff and the duration of the short knowledge skill board of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is greater than a second preset threshold, the production staff is prohibited from being authorized to be in a producible state before the production staff completes the training task duration of the knowledge skill state distribution in the aspect of the target knowledge skill.
Specifically, the shift schedule herein means the time for starting the production job scheduled in advance, for example, the shift schedule of a certain production staff is 8-12 o 'clock, which means that the production staff needs to use the equipment to produce at 8-12 o' clock. Assuming that the time that the production employee arrives at duty is 7 am, the fourth preset time period T4=1h (hour). Assuming that the production employee is in the second state in terms of the target knowledge skill and is pushed a training task with a first preset time duration T1=3 hours in terms of the target knowledge skill, and T4 < 3h, it indicates that the production employee cannot complete all the training tasks before doing the job. In this case, production staff may be scheduled to complete 1h of training tasks. Then, after the production staff completes production, the training task of the first remaining training duration T1 'is scheduled for the production staff, at which time T1' =2 h. Therefore, the production staff can be guaranteed to complete all training tasks, and the production staff can not be delayed to complete the production tasks. In the embodiment of the present application, the completion of all training tasks may be used as an option for a manufacturing employee, the manufacturing employee may have other manufacturing tasks, or the manufacturing employee may think himself is skilled, and then another option may be provided for the manufacturing employee to choose to skip the training task for the first remaining training duration, but the manufacturing employee needs to be set as a marker employee. The marking staff is used for representing that the production staff has the training tasks and is not completed.
If the knowledge skill state of the production employee in the target knowledge skill is the third state, and the fourth preset time period T4 is less than or equal to the first preset time period T1, in the embodiment of the application, at least the production employee needs to be guaranteed to complete the training task of T1, and then the production employee is set as the marked employee.
Similarly, if the knowledge skill status of the production employee in terms of target knowledge skills is the third status, and T1 < T4 ≦ T2, the T2 training task itself scheduled for the production employee will not be completed by the production employee, but will complete the T1 training task for at least T4 time. The production employee may then be provided with options after completing the production task, and may choose to complete a total scheduled training task of T2. Or alternatively set to mark employees.
If the production staff is a marked staff and the duration of the short knowledge skill board of the production staff in the target knowledge skill is greater than a second preset threshold value, for example, fifteen days, one month and the like, it is indicated that the training attitude of the production staff is not positive, and the production staff is always in the second state or the third state according to at least one knowledge skill state in the production tasks completed by the production staff, and the knowledge skill of the target staff is not improved for a long time, the production staff is prohibited from entering the production state of the production staff for production operation, and the production staff cannot enter the production state for production operation until the training task and/or the assessment task are completed.
In a possible embodiment, a production group leader and a plurality of production employees are included in a production group, and the corresponding amount assessment quantity of the third knowledge and skill state required by all the production employees in the group in a preset time period and the passing assessment quantity of the production employees are obtained; and (4) calculating to obtain the standard-reaching rate of the assessment, and assessing the production group leader according to the standard-reaching rate of the assessment.
Specifically, in a production group, a production group leader needs to take charge of the coaching and training work of a plurality of production employees, when the knowledge and skill state of the production employees in the group belongs to a third state of key training, the production group leader needs to guide and supervise the production employees to train and learn, the qualification achievement rate of the employees in the group is calculated within a preset time period of one week, one month and the like, if the qualification achievement rate of the group is 100%, the production group leader can be subsidized and rewarded, and if the qualification achievement rate of the group is too low, the production group leader is punished.
According to the embodiment, the assessment achievement rate of the production staff is calculated, the assessment achievement rate is used as one of assessment standards of leadership of the production staff, the production staff can be supervised by the leadership of the production staff to complete the training task, the training quality is guaranteed, and the learning consciousness of the production staff is improved.
In a possible embodiment, after the production staff completes the production task, the quality, cost and efficiency data of the production task is subjected to hash encryption, a hash value of the quality, cost and efficiency information of the production task is obtained through calculation, and the hash value is uploaded to the block chain for storage.
Specifically, the knowledge and skill database of the production staff can be established in a way of decentralized and de-datamation by using a block chain technology, and any production task of the production staff corresponds to an independent area on the block chain. And (4) obtaining data such as quality, cost, efficiency and the like after the production task is finished by the production staff, calculating the hash value of the data through a hash algorithm, and uploading the hash value to the block chain storage area corresponding to the production task. When the knowledge skill state of the production staff needs to be calculated, the knowledge skill data in the block chain can be read, and the reliability and traceability of the data are ensured.
In one possible embodiment, the production personnel can modify or derive the security parameters in the production task by entering the key.
Specifically, a common production staff only needs to be responsible for actually operating the machine equipment to perform production work in a production task, and a production staff with special authority can modify the secret parameters. The employees with special authority can be the employees participating in the improvement of the production task, improving the product quality, reducing the production cost, improving the production efficiency and the like; the confidential parameters can be production condition parameters, the production condition parameters comprise raw materials for production, a production method, a combination of variation intervals of characteristic values of a production environment and the like, common production staff can only read the production condition parameters stored in advance corresponding to the production tasks to carry out production operation, and the production staff with special authority can input a special secret key to modify the production condition parameters of the production tasks.
By implementing the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the knowledge skill state of the production staff is inquired through the staff identification ID number of the production staff, the knowledge skill state is the knowledge skill state of the only production work performed on the only production equipment by the production staff, the corresponding training task is pushed to the production staff according to the knowledge skill state of the production staff, the knowledge skill of the staff is managed in an auxiliary way, the traditional management mode of passive learning of a production work instruction book is replaced, the production staff can master advanced production work steps and methods, the learning consciousness of the production staff is improved, and the production quality level is ensured. The knowledge skill state of the production staff is detected before the production staff carries out the production task, so that the production staff with the knowledge skill state of a short board can start production operation after finishing the training task, and the production quality and the production efficiency are guaranteed. The method has the advantages that production staff seriously lack of knowledge skills are preferentially trained, the production quality management level is guaranteed, and the learning consciousness of the production staff is improved.
Based on the description of the above configuration method embodiment, the present application further provides a knowledge pushing device 500 of a production staff, where the knowledge pushing device 500 of the production staff may be a computer program (including program code) running in a terminal. The knowledge pushing device 500 of the production staff can execute the methods shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4. Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus includes:

Claims (10)

1. A knowledge pushing method for production employees, the method comprising:
acquiring employee Identification (ID) numbers of production employees, and inquiring at least one knowledge skill state of the production employees according to the employee Identification (ID) numbers;
determining whether the production staff has a knowledge skill short board according to at least one knowledge skill state of the production staff;
and if the production staff has a short knowledge skill board in the aspect of target knowledge skill, distributing the training task in the aspect of the target knowledge skill for the production staff.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the knowledge skill states comprise a first state, a second state and a third state of progressively decreasing knowledge skill mastery; the production staff has a knowledge skill short board in the aspect of the target knowledge skill, and the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a second state or a third state; if the production staff has a short knowledge skill board in the aspect of target knowledge skill, distributing the training task in the aspect of the target knowledge skill for the production staff, wherein the training task comprises the following steps:
If the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a second state, distributing a training task with a first preset duration for the production staff;
and if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a third state, distributing a training task with a second preset time length for the production staff, wherein the second preset time length is longer than the first preset time length.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to obtaining the employee Identification (ID) number of the production employee, the method further comprises:
determining that the production employee is in a ready-to-produce state;
and/or after assigning the training task in the target knowledge skill aspect to the production employee, the method further comprises: authorizing the production employee to be in a producible state.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the production employee is in an idle state, and wherein assigning the production employee a training task in a target knowledge skill if the production employee has a short knowledge skill in the target knowledge skill comprises:
if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of the target knowledge skill is a second state, distributing a training task with a duration less than a third preset duration to the production staff, wherein the third preset duration is a difference value between the total training duration corresponding to the second state and the training duration finished by the production staff;
And/or if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the aspect of target indication skills is a third state, allocating an assessment item for the production staff and determining that the production staff passes the assessment item.
5. The method of any one of claims 2-4, wherein the production employee is assigned a training task with a higher priority than other employees with respect to the target knowledge skill if the knowledge skill status of the production employee with respect to the target knowledge skill and with respect to knowledge skills other than the target knowledge skill is a third status.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein if the knowledge skill state of the production staff in the target knowledge skill is the first state, an experience summary task is pushed to the production staff, and the experience summary task is used for instructing the production staff to generate a standard operation procedure operation instruction book, a rule video or a practice training course corresponding to the target indicated skill.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-4 wherein the at least one knowledge skill state comprises a product quality knowledge skill state, a production cost knowledge skill state, and a production efficiency knowledge skill state, the method further comprising, prior to querying the at least one knowledge skill state of the production employee based on the employee identification ID number:
Acquiring a historical production task work order of the production staff, wherein the historical production task work order comprises a product quality parameter, a production cost parameter and a production efficiency parameter;
and respectively determining the corresponding product quality knowledge skill state, production cost knowledge skill state and production efficiency knowledge skill state according to the product quality parameters, the production cost parameters and the production efficiency parameters.
8. A knowledge pushing apparatus for a production employee, the apparatus being configured to execute a knowledge pushing method for the production employee, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring employee identification ID numbers of production employees and inquiring at least one knowledge skill state of the production employees according to the employee identification ID numbers;
a determination unit: the system is used for determining whether the production staff has a knowledge skill short board according to at least one knowledge skill state of the production staff;
