In the present invention, said panthenol acts as a deeply permeable moisturizer, stimulates the growth of epithelial cells, promotes wound healing, and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
The raw materials for preparing the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream comprise, by weight, 2-7 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 0.1-0.4 part of bisabolol, and preferably 0.15-0.3 part of bisabolol. In the invention, the bisabolol can protect and care allergic skin and has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
The anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream provided by the invention has good moisturizing performance, has an anti-cracking effect, and can be used for resisting inflammation, inhibiting bacteria and repairing and nursing body skin.
In the invention, the preparation method of the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing ethylhexyl palmitate, a thickening agent, an emulsifier, butanediol, polydimethylsiloxane and squalane, and carrying out first heating to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) mixing allantoin, urea, glycerol and water to obtain water phase material
The water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding green tea into pure water, and then sequentially soaking and filtering;
(3) adding the water-phase material obtained in the step (2) into the oil-phase material obtained in the step (1), and sequentially carrying out second heating, homogenizing and cooling to obtain a mixed material;
(4) mixing the mixed material obtained in the step (3) with a preservative, essence, panthenol and bisabolol to obtain anti-cracking and moisturizing body care cream;
The step (1) and the step (2) are not in sequence.
According to the invention, ethylhexyl palmitate, a thickening agent, an emulsifying agent, butanediol, polydimethylsiloxane and squalane are mixed, and first heating is carried out to obtain an oil phase material.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring.
In the present invention, the first heating is preferably performed under stirring. In the invention, the first heating temperature is preferably 75-85 ℃, and more preferably 78-83 ℃. The temperature of the first heating is controlled within the range, so that the components are rapidly and fully dissolved and uniformly dispersed, the problems that the temperature is too low, the components are not fully dissolved and are uniformly dispersed are avoided, and the problems that the brightness of cream is influenced by the yellow color due to too high temperature are avoided. The time for the first heating is not specially limited, and the components are fully dissolved and uniformly dispersed.
After the first heating is completed, the present invention preferably filters the product of the first heating to obtain an oil phase material.
The filtering mode is not particularly limited by the invention, and the technical scheme well known in the field can be adopted.
The invention mixes allantoin, urea, glycerin and water to obtain water phase material.
In the invention, the temperature of the water is preferably 78-83 ℃, and more preferably 79-81 ℃. The temperature of the water is controlled within the range, so that the allantoin, the urea and the glycerin can be dissolved quickly and fully, and the components can be dispersed uniformly. In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring.
In the invention, the water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding green tea into pure water, and then sequentially soaking and filtering.
In the present invention, the mass ratio of the green tea to the pure water is preferably (1 to 3.5): (85-115), more preferably (1.5-3): (90-110), more preferably 2: 100. in the invention, the soaking time is preferably 20-40 min, and more preferably 25-35 min. The invention has no special limitation on the filtration mode and can realize the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
In the invention, the concentration of the tea polyphenol in the water is 5-10 ppm, and more preferably 7-9 ppm.
In the present invention, the oil phase material and the water phase material are prepared without any sequence.
After the oil phase material and the water phase material are obtained, the water phase material is added into the oil phase material, and the second heating, homogenizing and cooling are sequentially carried out to obtain a mixed material.
In the present invention, the addition is preferably carried out in a plurality of portions under stirring. In the invention, the components are added in batches for multiple times, which is beneficial to uniformly mixing the components. In the invention, the stirring speed is preferably 50-70 rpm, and more preferably 55-65 rpm. In the present invention, the stirring paddle in the stirring process is preferably buried below the liquid level of the material.

In the invention, the stirring speed is preferably 2500-4000 rpm, and more preferably 2800-3500 rpm. In the invention, the homogenizing temperature is preferably 75-85 ℃, and more preferably 78-83 ℃. In the invention, the homogenizing time is preferably 2-6 min, and more preferably 3-5 min. According to the invention, the homogenizing stirring speed, temperature and time are controlled within the above ranges, so that the oil-phase material and the water-phase material are uniformly dispersed into small droplets, and the small emulsified particles are fully wrapped to improve the stability of the care cream.
The cooling method is not particularly limited in the present invention, and technical solutions well known in the art can be adopted. In the invention, the cooling temperature is preferably 40-60 ℃, and more preferably 45-55 ℃. The cooling temperature is controlled within the range, so that the phenomenon that the cooling temperature is too low and the mixed material is thick in cream is avoided, so that the mixed material is not beneficial to continuously adding the preservative, the essence, the panthenol and the bisabolol in the follow-up process and then uniformly stirring the mixture, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that part of components are lost due to too high temperature is avoided, so that resources and energy are saved.
After the mixed material is obtained, the mixed material is mixed with the preservative, the essence, the panthenol and the bisabolol to obtain the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring. The stirring mode is not particularly limited, and the components are uniformly mixed.
The preparation method of the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream provided by the invention is simple in process, mild in conditions and suitable for large-scale production.
The invention also provides the application of the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream prepared by the technical scheme or the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream prepared by the preparation method in skin care products.
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-7 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 3-9 parts of a thickening agent, 1.5-8 parts of an emulsifier, 2-8 parts of butanediol, 3-10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-4 parts of squalane, 55-70 parts of water, 0.04-0.2 part of allantoin, 0.8-4 parts of urea, 7-14 parts of glycerol, 0.4-1.5 parts of a preservative, 0.1-0.6 part of an essence, 0.7-2 parts of panthenol and 0.1-0.4 part of bisabolol;
the water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding 2g of green tea into 100g of pure water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃, soaking for 30min, and then filtering.
Example 2
Example 1 preparation method of anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream
(1) Mixing ethylhexyl palmitate, a thickening agent, an emulsifier, butanediol, polydimethylsiloxane and squalane under the condition of stirring, carrying out first heating at the temperature of 80 ℃ until all components are uniformly dissolved, and filtering to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) Mixing allantoin, urea, glycerol and water under stirring to obtain water phase material;
the water temperature is 80 ℃, the water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding 2g of green tea into 100g of pure water at the temperature of 80-90 ℃, soaking for 30min and then filtering;
(3) adding the water-phase material obtained in the step (2) into the oil-phase material obtained in the step (1) in batches for multiple times under the stirring condition of 60 revolutions per minute, then stirring at 60 revolutions per minute, carrying out second heating for 5min at the temperature of 80 ℃, homogenizing for 5min under the stirring condition of 3000 revolutions per minute, and cooling to 50 ℃ to obtain a mixed material;
(4) mixing the mixed material obtained in the step (3) with a preservative, essence, panthenol and bisabolol to obtain anti-cracking and moisturizing body care cream;
the step (1) and the step (2) are not in sequence.
Fig. 1 is a comparison effect chart before and after the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream prepared in example 2 is used, wherein the left chart is before use, the right chart is after use, and as can be seen from fig. 1, after the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream prepared in example 2 is used, the skin is finer, glossy and moisturizing.
The embodiment shows that after the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream provided by the invention is used, the skin is more delicate, glossy and moist. According to the invention, ethylhexyl palmitate is used as an emollient, so that the skin care cream has the function of softening the skin, provides extra fat for the skin, reduces the evaporation of water in the skin, enables the dry skin and the hardened cuticle to be softened again, and recovers the luster, softness and elasticity; the thickening agent can improve the viscosity and stability of the skin cream, change the rheological form of the skin cream and be easily coated on the surface of the skin; the emulsifier promotes the compatibility of oil phase components (including ethylhexyl palmitate, a thickening agent, the emulsifier, butanediol, polydimethylsiloxane, squalane, a preservative, essence, panthenol and bisabolol) and water phase components (including allantoin, urea, glycerol and water) in the skin cream, and improves the stability of the skin care product; the butanediol has good moisturizing effect and is not greasy; the polydimethylsiloxane can fill the gaps of the keratinocyte fragments of the skin, so that the surface of the skin is smooth and soft; the squalane is good in skin moistening effect and strong in moisture retention, the skin can be soft and elastic, smooth in skin feel, not greasy and heavy, mild in property and free from causing skin sensitivity, water has the effects of supplementing and preserving moisture, the uniformity and stability of the skin cream are improved, meanwhile, tea polyphenol contained in the water can clear free radicals, resist the growth and propagation of germs and prevent wound infection and inflammation so as to further repair the skin; allantoin is used as cell proliferation agent, epithelial covering stimulant and chemical debridement agent, can clean necrotic tissue, accelerate new tissue growth, promote epithelial covering in repair period, and has obvious repair and protection effects on skin abrasion, chap and scar; the urea has antiinflammatory, moisture keeping, and sensitivity relieving effects; the glycerin has effects of softening skin, keeping moisture and lubricating; the preservative protects the skin cream, prevents the skin cream from being polluted by microorganisms, and prolongs the quality guarantee time of the skin cream; the essence enables the skin cream to have fragrance, and the use comfort of the skin cream is improved; panthenol is used as a moisturizer capable of penetrating deeply, the growth of epithelial cells is stimulated, the wound healing is promoted, the anti-inflammatory effect is achieved, bisabolol can protect and care allergic skin, the anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic effects are achieved, the components have synergistic effects, and finally the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream which is good in moisture retention, has the function of preventing cracking, and can be used for resisting inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, repairing and caring body skin is obtained.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-7 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, 3-9 parts of a thickening agent, 1.5-8 parts of an emulsifier, 2-8 parts of butanediol, 3-10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-4 parts of squalane, 55-70 parts of water, 0.04-0.2 part of allantoin, 0.8-4 parts of urea, 7-14 parts of glycerol, 0.4-1.5 parts of a preservative, 0.1-0.6 part of an essence, 0.7-2 parts of panthenol and 0.1-0.4 part of bisabolol;
the water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding green tea into pure water, and then sequentially soaking and filtering.
2. The cream of claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or more of cetearyl alcohol, carbomer, and acrylates.
3. The cream of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is one or more of cetearyl glucoside and glyceryl stearate.
4. The cream of claim 1, wherein the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, glyceryl caprylate, and caprylyl glycol.
5. A preparation method of the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing ethylhexyl palmitate, a thickening agent, an emulsifier, butanediol, polydimethylsiloxane and squalane, and carrying out first heating to obtain an oil phase material;
(2) mixing allantoin, urea, glycerol and water to obtain a water-phase material;
the water is tea water containing tea polyphenol obtained by adding green tea into pure water, and then sequentially soaking and filtering;
(3) adding the water-phase material obtained in the step (2) into the oil-phase material obtained in the step (1), and sequentially carrying out second heating, homogenizing and cooling to obtain a mixed material;
(4) mixing the mixed material obtained in the step (3) with a preservative, essence, panthenol and bisabolol to obtain anti-cracking and moisturizing body care cream;
the step (1) and the step (2) are not in sequence.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the first heating temperature in the step (1) is 75 to 85 ℃.
7. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the temperature of the water in the step (2) is 78-83 ℃; the concentration of the tea polyphenol in the water is 5-10 ppm.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein the second heating temperature in the step (3) is 75 to 85 ℃.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein the homogenizing in step (3) is performed at a rotation speed of 2500-4000 rpm for 2-6 min.
10. The anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4 or the anti-cracking moisturizing body care cream prepared by the preparation method as defined in any one of claims 5 to 9 is applied to skin care products.
