Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用防护服用防护面料及生产工艺,包括基布层以及防护层,防护层涂覆于基布层上,防护层为非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜,包括以下步骤:步骤1:通过纱织机将经纱和纬纱机织成防静电机织纤维布;步骤2:将防静电机织纤维布通过轧光机进行油面轧光,以减少纤维间距;步骤3:将油面轧光后的防静电机织纤维布浸润至聚四氟乙烯中,加入拒水整理剂,使其形成基布层;步骤4:将基布层进行烘干、烘焙以及冷却;步骤5:将冷却后的基布层的一侧表面复合非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜成为成型面料。本发明的防护服面料的组织致密,强力性能良好,能够有效避免其在外力作用下破损,为医护人员提供全面保护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体为一种医用防护服用防护面料及生产工艺。
背景技术
医用防护服是医务人员(医生、护士、公共卫生人员、清洁人员等)及进入特定医药卫生区域的人群(如患者、医院探视人员、进入感染区域的人员等)所使用的防护性服装。其作用是隔离病菌、有害超细粉尘、酸碱性溶液、电磁辐射等,从而保证人员的安全和保持环境清洁。
目前先进的医用防护服材料及其制备技术主要包括以下几类:非织布材料、PTFE复合微孔膜层压材料和涂层材料。对于非织造布医用防护服材料以纺粘-熔喷-纺粘的非织造复合材料(SMS) 性能最好,SMS 材料是由纺粘和熔喷两种工艺相结合而生产的,即采用纺粘和熔喷工艺在同-一生产线上形成纺粘/熔喷/纺粘的纤网,经热轧加固形成两个外层为纺粘布,中间层为熔喷布结构的SMS复合材料(方一鹏,赵英辉,医疗防护用SMS非织造布的性能和生产技术探讨[J],产业用纺织品, 2006,188 (5): 24-27)。 但纺粘布均匀性和屏蔽性能欠佳、阻隔过滤效率一.般为80-90%, 不能满足重症区对阻隔性能的要求,且手感较硬、有纸质感,舒适性能不好;而熔喷法非织造布强度低、伸长大、尺寸稳定性差,易加工性和服用性不足。
但由于目前市面上现有的医用防护服面料材质一般是无纺布材质,通过使用助剂对织物表面进行涂层处理,然后将面料制作成防护服。虽然可以达到隔离的效果,但这种防护服面料透气性差,强度低易破损,不易成型,同时,由于其防静电性能及静电衰减性能比较差,在穿戴使用过程中,还容易带有一定的静电;同时使用防护服时,为了避免血液、唾液或者其他传播液体的传播,需要医用防护服也具有拒水功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用防护服用防护面料及生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用防护服用防护面料,包括基布层以及防护层,所述防护层涂覆于所述基布层上,所述防护层为非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜。
优选的,基布层采用高密度化纤长丝纤维布材料。
优选的,基布层包括防静电布层以及疏水层,所述疏水层设于防静电布层的内外表面以及中间孔隙中。
优选的,疏水层为聚四氟乙烯层。
一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,根据所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:通过纱织机将经纱和纬纱机织成防静电机织纤维布;
步骤2:将防静电机织纤维布通过轧光机进行油面轧光,以减少纤维间距;
步骤3:将油面轧光后的防静电机织纤维布浸润至聚四氟乙烯中,加入拒水整理剂,使其形成基布层;
步骤4:将基布层进行烘干、烘焙以及冷却;
步骤5:将冷却后的基布层的一侧表面复合非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜成为成型面料。
优选的,在步骤3中,拒水整理剂为有机硅类拒水剂。
优选的,在步骤4中,烘干温度为100-105℃,烘焙温度为150-160℃,烘焙时间为5-6min。
优选的,在步骤5中,所基布层与非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜的材料层二者通过胶粘、热合或者二者结合的工艺实现复合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在生产医用防护服面料工艺中,增加了添加拒水整理剂和浸润到聚四氟乙烯中的步骤,使得使用该面料制作出来的医用防护服在具有透湿、透气性能的同时,还可具有良好的屏蔽水、血液、体液等液体的功能,具有良好的阻隔效果,能够有效避免病人体液、血液和分泌物的渗透,降低医护人员感染风险;同时本发明的防护服面料的组织致密,强力性能良好,能够有效避免其在外力作用下破损,为医护人员提供全面保护。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种医用防护服用防护面料,包括基布层1以及防护层2,防护层2涂覆于基布层1上,防护层2为非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜,基布层1采用高密度化纤长丝纤维布材料,基布层1包括防静电布层101以及疏水层102,疏水层102设于防静电布层101的内外表面以及中间孔隙中,疏水层102为聚四氟乙烯层。
一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:通过纱织机将经纱和纬纱机织成防静电机织纤维布;
步骤2:将防静电机织纤维布通过轧光机进行油面轧光,以减少纤维间距;
步骤3:将油面轧光后的防静电机织纤维布浸润至聚四氟乙烯中,加入拒水整理剂,使其形成基布层1;
步骤4:将基布层1进行烘干、烘焙以及冷却;
步骤5:将冷却后的基布层1的一侧表面复合非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜成为成型面料。
在步骤3中,拒水整理剂为有机硅类拒水剂。

1.一种医用防护服用防护面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)以及防护层(2),所述防护层(2)涂覆于所述基布层(1)上,所述防护层(2)为非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)采用高密度化纤长丝纤维布材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)包括防静电布层(101)以及疏水层(102),所述疏水层(102)设于防静电布层(101)的内外表面以及中间孔隙中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料,其特征在于:所述疏水层(102)为聚四氟乙烯层。
5.一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,根据权利要求1~4所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:通过纱织机将经纱和纬纱机织成防静电机织纤维布;
步骤2:将防静电机织纤维布通过轧光机进行油面轧光,以减少纤维间距;
步骤3:将油面轧光后的防静电机织纤维布浸润至聚四氟乙烯中,加入拒水整理剂,使其形成基布层(1);
步骤4:将基布层(1)进行烘干、烘焙以及冷却;
步骤5:将冷却后的基布层(1)的一侧表面复合非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜成为成型面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤3中,拒水整理剂为有机硅类拒水剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤4中,烘干温度为100-105℃,烘焙温度为150-160℃,烘焙时间为5-6min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种医用防护服用防护面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所基布层(1)与非亲水性聚氨酯涂层膜的材料层二者通过胶粘、热合或者二者结合的工艺实现复合。
