Abstract
The application provides a paste for clearing and dredging, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of health-care food. The ointment for clearing and dredging the blood vessels comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of garlic, 8-15 parts of ginger, 8-15 parts of lemon, 12-20 parts of apple vinegar, 2.5-4 parts of rock candy and 0.5-2 parts of water. The preparation method comprises pretreating rhizoma Zingiberis recens, slicing, adding water, mashing, and filtering to obtain rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice; peeling fructus Citri Limoniae, slicing, removing seeds, mashing, and filtering to obtain lemon juice; pretreating garlic, slicing and mashing to obtain mashed garlic; decocting ginger juice, lemon juice, mashed garlic, apple vinegar and water to obtain the paste. Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a paste for clearing and dredging, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia are referred to as hyperlipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia; the main causes of the three highs are due to long-term diet problems, such as excessive lipid and alcohol in the diet, and the increase of lipid and alcohol substances in the body caused by the fact that reasonable movement does not promote the metabolism of the lipid and alcohol substances; the substances are mixed in blood to block capillary vessels, and the lipid-alcohol substances are easily combined with free mineral ions in the body to form thrombus with the lapse of time; thrombus is easy to accumulate and calcify at the corners or the bottle necks of the blood vessels; meanwhile, the thrombus is more and more, so that the diameter of the blood vessel is reduced; in order to maintain a sufficient blood supply to the heart, the blood pressure is increased, causing hypertensive diseases; it may also be caused by excessive smoking or excessive drinking, impairment of the spleen and stomach, dysfunction of the spleen in transportation, and failure of the diet to normalize.
Although there are many drugs for treating diabetes and hypertension, these drugs are only used for stabilizing the disease or relieving the symptoms, and most of them require patients to take drugs for a long time. This not only increases the economic burden on the patient, but also easily causes damage to internal organs due to long-term administration. Especially, the main action mechanism of the drugs for reducing hypertension on the market is to expand the blood vessel wall. The long-term expansion of the vessel wall can lead to thinning of the vessel wall and finally to cerebral hemorrhage.
Therefore, finding a product which is safe, has no side effect and is effective on the three-high symptoms is good news of the patients with the three-high symptoms.

The application aims to provide the clearing and descending dredging paste which has the effects of safety, no side effect and effective reduction of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.
Another purpose of the application is to provide a preparation method of the paste for clearing, reducing blood pressure and dredging, wherein the preparation method is simple and convenient, and is suitable for batch production in factories and household production.
Still another object of the present application is to provide a use of the paste for clearing, descending and dredging three highs in conditioning foods.
The technical problem to be solved by the application is solved by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides a paste for clearing and dredging, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of garlic, 8-15 parts of ginger, 8-15 parts of lemon, 12-20 parts of apple vinegar and 0.5-2 parts of water.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of the paste for clearing, reducing and dredging, which comprises the following steps:

In another aspect, the application provides a use of the above paste for clearing, reducing blood pressure and dredging body fluid in conditioning three-high food.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:

The ginger can stimulate the secretion of saliva, gastric juice and digestive juice, increase gastrointestinal peristalsis, and has the functions of invigorating stomach and stimulating appetite; the ginger and the garlic have the bactericidal effect, can kill various germs which induce diabetes due to infection, and control and improve the blood sugar in all aspects; the lemon is added to increase the elasticity and toughness of blood vessels, has good treatment effect on hypertension and myocardial infarction caused by arteriosclerosis, and can regulate blood sugar to reduce the level of fasting blood sugar. The preparation method is simple, effective ingredients in the ginger, the garlic and the lemon are extracted by a mashing and filtering method for paste refining, the taste is improved, the storage is facilitated, and the ginger paste can be used for batch production in factories and preparation and eating in families.

In some embodiments of the present application, the raw materials further comprise, in parts by weight: 2.5-4 parts of rock candy. Need not the crystal sugar when being used for the diabetes mellitus patient, add the crystal sugar constantly when being used for hypertension, hyperlipemia patient, the crystal sugar can improve the taste that the mediation cream was fallen to the clear height on the one hand, and on the other hand the crystal sugar also has the efficiency of reducing pathogenic fire, can assist other raw materials to play better clear mediation effect of falling.
A preparation method of a paste for clearing and dredging, which comprises the following steps:

The preparation method is simple, effective ingredients in the ginger, the garlic and the lemon are extracted by a method of mashing and filtering to be refined into paste, so that the taste is improved, the storage is facilitated, and the ginger paste is more convenient to prepare and eat by families. When the raw materials contain the rock sugar, the rock sugar is added before boiling, so that the rock sugar is convenient to melt and is fully mixed with other raw materials, and the taste is better.
In some embodiments of the application, the boiling process is specifically boiling with big fire, then turning to small fire, boiling for 10-30 min, and the boiling soup is thick, so that the water content in the paste body is reduced, and the storage life of the paste for clearing and dredging can be prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present application, the pretreatment steps of ginger and garlic are specifically: firstly, cleaning with clear water, then soaking with salt water for 10-30 min, and then washing with clear water. The garlic and ginger can be deeply cleaned and sterilized by soaking in saline water, and then the salt remained on the surfaces of the ginger and garlic can be washed away by clean water.
In some embodiments of the present application, the brine has a mass concentration of 2-5%. The adoption of the low-concentration saline can prevent the damage to the structure of the food and can also play a role in sterilization.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above-mentioned clearing and descending dredging paste is stored in a sealed manner at a temperature of 0-5 ℃. The low temperature is sealed, the storage is more favorable, and a user can take the food at any time, so that the food is more convenient.
An application of QINGJIANGTONG paste in regulating high blood pressure, high blood lipid and high blood sugar is provided.

The preparation method of the ointment for clearing and dredging comprises the following steps: weighing 1000g of peeled garlic, 1000g of fresh ginger, 1000g of fresh lemon, 1500g of Haitian apple vinegar, 300g of rock candy and 100g of purified water; washing fresh ginger with clear water for multiple times until the ginger is cleaned, soaking the ginger in 2% saline water for 15min, taking out the ginger and cleaning the ginger with clear water, then cutting the ginger into slices, adding water (extra clear water) into the slices, putting the slices into a wall breaking machine to form paste, draining the ginger paste with filter cloth, taking ginger juice for later use, peeling fresh lemons, slicing the fresh lemons after cleaning, removing seeds, putting the fresh lemons into the wall breaking machine to form paste, draining the water with filter cloth, taking lemon juice for later use, taking peeled garlic to soak in 2% saline water for 20min, taking out the water, washing with clear water, cutting the peeled garlic into slices, and mashing the garlic paste with the wall breaking machine to obtain garlic paste.
Adding mashed garlic, ginger juice, lemon juice, apple vinegar, crystal sugar and purified water into a pot, boiling with strong fire, then boiling with slow fire, boiling for 20min, stopping heating after the soup becomes thick, cooling to room temperature to obtain the Qingjiang Shutong paste, filling the Qingjiang Shutong paste into a glass bottle, and refrigerating at 4 ℃ in a refrigerator.
