The surface of the rotating drum 43 is provided with the air suction holes 44 in an array, the inner diameters of the air suction holes 44 are equal to the inner diameter of the weep holes 14, and the distance between the air suction holes 44 is equal to the distance between the weep holes 14. Referring to fig. 2, a gear 47 is engaged with a surface of the toothed disc 45, the gear 47 is rotatably connected to a surface of the other side plate 11 of the fixing base, a driving motor is fixedly mounted at an axis of the gear 47, the driving motor drives the gear 47 to rotate, and the gear 47 and the toothed disc 45 are engaged to drive the assembly of the toothed disc 45 and the rotary drum 43 to rotate, and a linear velocity of the top of the rotary drum 43 is the same as a moving velocity of the conveyor belt 13, a fixing rod 48 is fixedly mounted at one end of the fixed drum 41 located at the outer side of the other side plate 11 of the fixing base, the fixing rod 48 is L-shaped, and the other end of the fixing rod 48 is fixedly mounted on a surface of the other side plate 11 of the fixing base.
Please refer to fig. 1, fig. 4 and fig. 8, the guiding component 5 includes a receiving hopper 51 fixedly installed between the two fixing seat side plates 11, a bottom plate of the receiving hopper 51 is inclined to the left side, and collects and guides the lobster feed scraps dropped from the leaking holes 14 formed on the surface of the conveyor belt 13, and further includes a discharge hole 52 formed on the surface of the left fixing seat side plate 11, a guiding hopper 53 is welded at the left opening of the discharge hole 52, the bottom wall of the discharge hole 52 is flush with the left side edge of the receiving hopper 51, the side wall at the rear side of the receiving hopper 51 is located below the rear side of the leveling component 2, and the feed dropped from the leveling component 2 is conveniently collected.
The working principle is as follows: the lobster feed particle of granulator machine-shaping drops to feeder hopper 15 on, and under the guide effect of feeder hopper 15, the landing drives conveyer belt 13 through the rotation effect of commentaries on classics roller 12 and removes to the rear side at conveyer belt 13 top, is bearing lobster feed particle and is moving to the preceding backward from the back.

When the lobster feed moves to a position between the drying part 3 and the absorption part 4 along with the conveyor belt 13, the gear 47 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, the gear 47 and the gear disc 45 are matched to rotate, the assembly body of the gear disc 45 and the rotary drum 43 is driven to rotate, the linear velocity of the top of the rotary drum 43 is enabled to be the same as the moving velocity of the conveyor belt 13, air is sucked from one end, located on the outer side of the fixed base side plate 11, of the fixed drum 41 by the air pump, external air is sucked into the fixed drum 41 through a gap between the two inclined plates 461 and the air suction holes 44 located right above the fixed drum 41 by matching with the arrangement of the strip-shaped notch 42, the air is converged by the inclined design of the inclined plates 461, the air flowing velocity on the top of the inclined plates 461 is increased, so that the air is sucked from the row of the leakage holes 14 on the top of the inclined plates 461, and the lobster feed located on the top of the conveyor belt 13 is subjected to downward suction force, and part of the lobster feed debris passes through the discharge hole 14 by suction, drops at the inclined plate 461, and drops on the bottom plate of the receiving hopper 51 under the guide of the inclined plate 461 and the arc part 462.
Meanwhile, the fan 33 rotates to blow upwards, and hot air generated by the lobster feed particles is discharged upwards to cool the lobster feed particles.
The lobster feed scraps falling on the bottom plate of the receiving hopper 51 pass through the discharge hole 52 and move to the guide hopper 53 under the guide effect of the receiving hopper 51, and the collecting box can be arranged at the bottom of the guide hopper 53 to collect the falling lobster feed scraps, so that the scraps can be conveniently added into the granulator again to carry out granulation again.
The production process of the lobster feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-18 parts of wheat middling, 22-28 parts of corn flour, 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of peanut powder, 6-10 parts of rice bran, 4-6 parts of algae powder, 2 parts of compound vitamin, 4-8 parts of fishbone powder, 3-8 parts of pork liver and lung and 1 part of compound multi-mineral. Wherein the pork liver and lung should be dried and ground into powder.
The embodiment I is a production process of a lobster feed, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of wheat middling, 22 parts of corn flour, 30 parts of soybean, 5 parts of peanut powder, 10 parts of rice bran, 6 parts of algae powder, 2 parts of compound vitamin, 4 parts of fishbone powder, 8 parts of pork liver and lung and 1 part of compound multi-mineral.
The second embodiment is a production process of the lobster feed, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18 parts of wheat middling, 28 parts of corn flour, 20 parts of soybean flour, 10 parts of peanut powder, 6 parts of rice bran, 4 parts of algae powder, 2 parts of compound vitamin, 8 parts of fishbone powder, 3 parts of pork liver and lung and 1 part of compound multi-mineral.
The wheat middling, the corn flour, the soybean flour and the peanut flour provide sufficient protein for the feed and provide energy for the growth of the crayfish, the algae powder, the compound vitamins and the compound multi-minerals provide certain trace elements for the feed and guarantee the nutrition balance of the crayfish feed, and the algae powder, the fishbone powder, the pig liver and lung and the like are added into the feed, so that the feed has certain fishy smell and is convenient for attracting the crayfish to eat.
