Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sorting machine, which aims to solve the problem that the sorting machine in the prior art can only perform simple sorting treatment due to single working performance and cannot obtain clean cereal grains.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a separator, including: the first sorting chamber, the impurity removing chamber and the second sorting chamber are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the impurity removing chamber is respectively communicated with the first sorting chamber and the second sorting chamber; a impurity removing device is arranged in the impurity removing chamber; a first fan is arranged in the first sorting chamber; a second fan is arranged in the second separation chamber.
According to the sorting machine provided by the invention, for grains which are still doped with some impurities after being sorted by the first sorting chamber, the grains can be treated again by the impurity removing chamber and the second sorting chamber, so that clean grains are finally obtained.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the top of the first sorting chamber is provided with the feeding hole, and the side wall of the first sorting chamber is also provided with the first discharging hole.
According to the sorting machine provided by the invention, as the first discharge hole can orderly discharge sundries, the pollution to the air caused by broadcasting the sundries in the air during discharge can be effectively reduced.
Further, in the separator provided by the invention, the impurity removing chamber is communicated with the second separation chamber through the second material passing opening, the second fan is arranged at a position corresponding to the second material passing opening in the second separation chamber, and the side wall of the second separation chamber is also provided with the second material outlet and the third material outlet.
According to the sorting machine provided by the invention, as the plurality of discharge holes are arranged, sundry particles with different qualities can be conveniently sorted, and waste recycling is facilitated.
Further, the suction surface or the blowing surface of the first fan of the sorting machine provided by the invention is opposite to the material surface formed when the materials fall in the first sorting chamber; the suction surface or the blowing surface of the second fan is arranged opposite to the material surface formed when the material falls in the second separation chamber.
According to the sorting machine provided by the invention, the sorting suction force or blowing force of the first fan is effectively utilized, the energy consumption is low in the working process, and the energy conservation is facilitated.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the position of the first fan in the first sorting chamber is adjustable; and/or the position of the second fan within the second sorting chamber may be adjustable.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the direction of wind force formed by the suction surface or the blowing surface of the first fan is adjustable; and/or the direction of wind force formed by the suction surface or the blowing surface of the second fan is adjustable.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the impurity removing chamber is communicated with the first sorting chamber through the first material passing opening;
the position of the first material passing hole is opposite to the material inlet; or (b)
The position that first separation chamber bottom corresponds with the pan feeding mouth is provided with first material guide plate, and the one end and the first material mouth of passing of first material guide plate are connected.
According to the sorting machine provided by the invention, the material guide plate can guide cereal particles to orderly enter the impurity removing unit, so that the phenomenon of cereal waste is avoided.
Further, the sorting machine provided by the invention comprises a impurity removing roller, wherein impurity removing blades are arranged on the impurity removing roller.
Further, the sorting machine provided by the invention further comprises a wind power adjusting device, and the wind power adjusting device is connected with the first fan and the second fan.
Further, the separator provided by the invention further comprises a feeding hopper, wherein the feeding hopper is arranged at the top of the first separation chamber, and is communicated with the first separation chamber through a feeding port.

The invention provides a sorting machine, which comprises a first sorting chamber and a second sorting chamber, wherein a impurity removing chamber is arranged between the two sorting chambers, after the materials such as grains are roughly sorted by the first sorting chamber, impurities stuck on the surfaces of the materials are subjected to impurity removing treatment by an impurity removing device arranged in the impurity removing chamber, and finally impurities removed by the impurity removing device and impurities which are not sorted in the first sorting chamber are further sorted under the action of the second sorting chamber, so that clean grains are obtained. The sorting machine provided by the invention has the advantages of simple grain structure, high safety performance, high automation technology, easiness in operation and the like, and can reduce the labor intensity of operators so as to avoid robot injury accidents caused by improper operation of the operators in the sorting process.
Furthermore, the sorting machine provided by the invention can sort clean cereal grains, so that more clean cereal grains can flow into the market, the quality and safety of cereal grains in the market are improved, and the problem of diseases caused by eating cereal doped with impurities by people can be effectively avoided.
Further, according to the sorting machine provided by the invention, the positions of the first fan and the second fan in the corresponding sorting chambers can be changed, the direction can also be changed, and the selection of different sorting modes is realized, so that the sorting machine can be suitable for different materials, and the application range of the sorting machine is wider. And the sorting blowing force or the sorting suction force of the first fan and the second fan can be effectively utilized, so that the energy sources of the sorter are saved in the working process.
Furthermore, the impurity removing blades arranged on the impurity removing roller of the sorting machine provided by the invention can be flexible blades, so that impurity removing of materials can be effectively realized, the integrity of cereal particles can be ensured, and cereal waste caused by shortened quality guarantee period due to breakage of the cereal particles is avoided.
In addition, the opening direction of the sundries outlet of the sorting machine provided by the invention is obliquely arranged towards the ground, so that the pollution to the air caused by broadcasting sundries in the air during discharging is reduced.

In order to solve the problems that the working performance of the sorting machine in the prior art is single, the sorting machine can only perform simple sorting treatment, and grains, rice hulls, straws and other impurities are adhered together and are not completely separated, the separation of the grains, the rice hulls, the straws and other impurities can not be well realized, so that the sorting machine has poor sorting effect in the grain sorting process, the grains are still mixed with some impurities after sorting, and the health of people is seriously influenced in the process of eating the grains mixed with the impurities. The present invention provides a classifier, more particularly, as shown in fig. 1-4, comprising: the first sorting chamber 12, the impurity removing chamber 13 and the second sorting chamber 14 are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction, the impurity removing chamber 13 is respectively communicated with the first sorting chamber 12 and the second sorting chamber 14, the impurity removing device 10 is arranged in the impurity removing chamber 13, the first fan 41 is arranged in the first sorting chamber 12, and the second fan 42 is arranged in the second sorting chamber 14.
Still further, according to the sorting machine provided by the invention, the top of the first sorting chamber is provided with the feeding hole, the first fan is arranged at the position corresponding to the feeding hole in the first sorting chamber, and the side wall of the first sorting chamber is also provided with the first discharging hole. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1-4, the top of the first sorting chamber 12 is provided with a feed opening 21 for the entry of material.
The feed opening 21 may be provided in any position such as a middle position, an edge position, etc. of the top of the first sorting chamber 12, as needed, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
Furthermore, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the positions of the first fan and the first discharge hole can be specifically set according to the needs. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in fig. 1, the first fan 41 is disposed on the right side of the first sorting chamber 12, and the first discharge port 31 is disposed on the left side of the first sorting chamber 12. In fig. 3, the first fan 41 may be located on the left side of the first sorting chamber 12, and the first outlet 31 may be located on the right side of the first sorting chamber 12. Of course, the first fan 41 and the first outlet 31 may be provided on the same side as the separator shown in fig. 2. The specific positions of the first fan 41 and the first discharge port 31 may be set according to different materials with different weights and different sorting purposes, and different requirements of manufacturers, so that the manufacturers can conveniently formulate reasonable production and processing schemes, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in particular.
Furthermore, in the separator provided by the invention, the impurity removing chamber is communicated with the second separating chamber through the second material passing opening, the second fan is arranged at a position corresponding to the second material passing opening in the second separating chamber, and the side wall of the second separating chamber is also provided with the second material outlet and the third material outlet. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 4, the impurity removing chamber 13 is communicated with the second sorting chamber 14 through the second material passing opening 23, the second fan 42 is disposed opposite to the second material passing opening 23 in the second sorting chamber 14, and the specific arrangement manner of the second fan 42 and the second material outlet 32 is similar to that of the first fan 41 and the first material outlet 31 described above, that is, the second fan 42 may be disposed on the left side or the right side in the second sorting chamber 14, and the second material outlet 32 may also be disposed on the left side or the right side in the second sorting chamber 14, and its specific position may be set as required, which is not repeated here.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1-4, the third discharge port 33 may be specifically disposed on a sidewall below the second separation chamber 14 such that the resulting material is discharged from the third discharge port 33.
It should be understood that, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the setting positions of the first discharge port and the second discharge port are required to be kept consistent with the sorting direction formed by the first fan and the second fan respectively, and are arranged at one light material discharging end, so that the light materials obtained after sorting are conveniently discharged from the first discharge port and the second discharge port.
Further, the suction surface or the blowing surface of the first fan of the sorting machine provided by the invention is opposite to the material surface formed when the materials fall in the first sorting chamber; the suction surface or the blowing surface of the second fan is arranged opposite to the material surface formed when the material falls in the second separation chamber. Specifically, according to different materials or different sorting purposes, a sorting suction surface of a fan for generating sorting suction and a direction opposite to a blowing surface for generating winnowing blowing force and a material surface can be set.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the blowing surface of the first fan 41 may be specifically disposed at the left side, that is, the blowing surface of the first fan 41 is disposed opposite to the material surface formed when the material falls in the first sorting chamber, at this time, the left side of the first sorting chamber 12 is provided with the first discharge port 31, so that the light materials in the material entering the first sorting chamber 12 are discharged through the first discharge port 31 under the blowing force formed by the first fan 41, and the material particles left after sorting enter the impurity removing chamber 13 through the first material passing port 22, so as to finally complete the first sorting of the material. In the embodiment of the invention, the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 are arranged at the rightmost side of the winnowing machine, and the invention has the advantages of simple fixing mode, less manufacturing process, low cost and the like.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the suction surface of the first fan 41 may be specifically disposed towards the right, that is, the suction surface of the first fan 41 is disposed opposite to the material surface formed when the material falls in the first sorting chamber 12, and the right side of the first sorting chamber 12 is provided with the first discharge port 22, so that the light materials in the material entering the first sorting chamber 12 are discharged through the first discharge port 31 under the suction force formed by the first fan 41; in the embodiment of the invention, the sorting suction force of the first fan 41 is mainly used for sorting materials, the sorting suction force is softer than the blowing force, and the sorting effect on some materials with lighter mass is better.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the blowing surface of the first fan 41 may be disposed to the right, that is, the blowing surface of the first fan 41 is disposed opposite to the material surface formed when the material falls in the first sorting chamber 12, at this time, the right side of the first sorting chamber 12 is provided with the first discharge port 31, so that the light material in the material entering the first sorting chamber 12 is discharged through the first discharge port 31 under the blowing force formed by the first fan 41, and the material particles remaining after sorting enter the impurity removing chamber 13 through the first passing port 22; and finally, the first sorting of the materials is finished. In the embodiment of the present invention, the position of the first discharge port 22 may be specifically determined according to the process requirements in the manufacturing process, so that the determination of the processing process of the manufacturing engineer may be facilitated.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, two sides of the first sorting chamber 12 are respectively provided with a discharge hole including a first discharge hole 31 and a fourth discharge hole 311, at this time, a blowing surface or a suction surface of the first fan 41 may be adjusted according to practical situations, and material impurities may be discharged from the first discharge hole 31, or material impurities may be discharged from the fourth discharge hole 311, and the material particles remaining after sorting enter the impurity removing chamber 13 through the first material passing hole. Finally, the first sorting of the materials is finished; in the embodiment of the invention, the first discharge hole 22 and the fourth discharge hole 311 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the sorting machine, so that the sorting of the materials can be performed under the action of the sorting suction force and the blowing force, the maximum utilization of the sorting suction force and the blowing force is realized, the advantages of low energy consumption, energy conservation and the like are achieved, the ventilation effect is good, and the sorting effect is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the direction of the suction surface and the blowing surface of the second fan 42, and the position of the second discharge port 32 are specifically similar to the arrangement of the first fan 41 and the first discharge port 31, and will not be described again.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the position of the first fan in the first sorting chamber is adjustable; and/or the position of the second fan within the second sorting chamber may be adjustable.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1-4, the positions of the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 may be varied for different materials and sorting requirements.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first fan 41 is located at the rightmost side of the first sorting chamber 12, and at this time, the light materials are discharged from the first discharge port 31 located at the leftmost side of the first sorting chamber 12 under the sorting blowing force of the first fan 41; in the embodiment, the distance between the fan and the material is far, the blowing force on the material is small, and the sorting effect on the material with small quality is good. Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first fan 41 is located near the material inlet 21 to form a separation suction, and the material impurities are discharged from the first material outlet 31 under the separation suction of the first fan 41. In the embodiment of the invention, the first fan 41 forms a separation suction force, and the suction force is softer, so that the separation of materials with less quality difference between some material particles and sundries can be realized.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first fan 41 is located at the left side of the feeding port and opposite to the feeding port 21, at this time, the first discharging port is located at the rightmost side of the first sorting chamber 12, and the sorting blowing force formed by the first fan 41 blows the light material toward the first discharging port 31. In the embodiment of the invention, the distance between the first fan 41 and the material is relatively short, so that sorting of materials with relatively large mass can be realized.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first sorting chamber 12 is provided with a first discharge port 22 and a fourth discharge port 311 at two sides, and at this time, the position and direction of the first fan 41 may be adjusted according to the actual situation, so that the material impurities may be discharged from the first discharge port 31, and the material impurities may also be discharged from the fourth discharge port 311. In the embodiment of the invention, the arrangement of the first discharging hole 22 and the fourth discharging hole 311 can facilitate the operation of the operators, the direction of the fan can be adjusted according to the actual situation in the operation process, the blowing direction of the fan is in the same direction as the natural wind, the power consumption of the separator can be reduced, and the energy conservation is facilitated.
It should be understood that the second fan 42 is arranged in a similar manner to the first fan 41. The specific position of the second fan 42 can be adjusted according to the actual situation, which is not required by the embodiment of the invention, and the specific position of the second fan 42 can be adjusted according to the type of the material when the separator works, so that the working performance of the separator is more stable, the separation effect is more obvious, and the service lives of the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 are prolonged. And the sorting blowing force or suction force of the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 is facilitated, so that the power loss in the working process is small, and the energy is saved.
Further, in order to achieve that the positions of the first fan and the second fan in the first sorting chamber and the second sorting chamber are adjustable, a guide rail can be arranged at the top of the first sorting chamber and the top of the second sorting chamber, so that the first fan and the second fan are connected with the tops of the first sorting chamber and the second sorting chamber through the guide rail respectively.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first guide rail 411 is disposed at the top of the first sorting chamber 12, one end of a first boom 412 is connected to the first guide rail 411 and is slidable on the first guide rail 411, and the other end of the first boom 412 is connected to the first fan 41, so that the position of the first fan 41 can be adjusted according to different requirements. When the material quality is great, can move first fan 41 to the position nearer to the material through the track, not only reduced the power consumption of sorter at this moment, improved the separation effect of sorter again. When the mass of the material is small, the first fan 41 can be moved to a position far away from the material, so that the phenomenon that grains and sundries are discharged simultaneously due to excessive wind force can be avoided. When the material sundries remain at the bottom of the sorting chamber, the fan can be downwards adjusted through the connecting rod, so that the cleaning effect on the sorting chamber is realized. Further, the second fan 42 is disposed in a similar manner to the first fan 41, and will not be described herein.
Further, in the sorting machine provided by the invention, the direction of the suction surface or the blowing surface of the first fan is adjustable; and/or the direction of the suction surface or the blowing surface of the second fan is adjustable. Specifically, in order to adjust the sorting mode according to different materials and sorting purposes, the direction of the blowing force surface of the first fan and/or the second fan can be adjusted.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the connection portion between the first fan 41 and the first boom 412 is rotatable, and a locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) is provided, so that the fan can freely rotate by 360 degrees, when the material is discharged too intensively, the inclination angle of the first fan 41 or the second fan 42 can be adjusted to the direction inclined upwards by 30 ° -45 °, and the locking mechanism locks the first fan 41 or the second fan, so that a good sorting effect and the stability of the fan during rotation can be ensured. Further, the second fan 42 is similar to the first fan 41, and will not be described herein.
Further, in the separator provided by the invention, the impurity removing chamber is communicated with the first separating chamber through the first material passing opening. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1-4, after the materials are first sorted in the first sorting chamber 12, the light materials are discharged from the first discharge port 31, and the material particles and some impurities such as sand dust, rice hulls, straw and the like still doped in the light materials enter the impurity removing chamber through the first material passing port 22, so that further impurity removing treatment is performed under the action of the impurity removing roller 101.
Further, the position of the first material passing opening of the sorting machine provided by the invention corresponds to the position of the material inlet, so that materials can directly fall to the first material passing opening under the action of gravity. Or the material guide plate can be arranged at the position of the bottom of the first sorting chamber corresponding to the feeding port, one end of the first material guide plate is connected with the first passing port, so that the material can be accurately introduced into the first passing port, and the sorting effect of the material is ensured. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the feed inlet 21 is disposed opposite to the first feed passing opening 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 2-4, the positions of the feeding port 21 and the first passing port 22 may be set arbitrarily, and the first material guiding plate 222 may be set, so as to provide a powerful guarantee for the material to enter the impurity removing chamber 13.
Further, the position of the third discharge port and the position of the second material passing port of the sorting machine provided by the invention can be arranged oppositely, so that materials can directly fall to the third discharge port to be discharged under the action of gravity. Or the second material guide plate can be arranged at the position of the bottom of the second sorting chamber corresponding to the second material passing hole, one end of the second material guide plate is connected with the third material outlet, and the materials can be accurately introduced into the third material outlet.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2 and 4, the position of the third discharge port 33 is opposite to the position of the second material passing port 23, and the material directly falls to the third discharge port 33 under the action of gravity when discharged. More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a second material guiding plate 222 is disposed at a position corresponding to the second material passing hole 23 at the bottom of the second sorting chamber 14, and one end of the second material guiding plate 222 is connected to an edge portion of the third material outlet 23, so that the second material guiding plate 222 can accurately introduce the material into the third material outlet 23.
Further, the inclined angle of the first material guide plate and the second material guide plate of the sorting machine provided by the invention can be adjusted according to the requirements of different materials. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 4, the first material guiding plate 221 is disposed at the bottom of the first sorting chamber 12, a supporting member (not shown in the drawing) is disposed at the bottom of the first material guiding plate 221, and the supporting member is rotatably connected with the bottom of the first sorting chamber 12, and the inclination angle of the first material guiding plate 221 can be set under the action of the supporting member, for example, for materials with larger mass, the inclination angle can be 45 ° -80 °, so that the phenomenon that some materials with larger mass are too concentrated can be avoided. Furthermore, the second material guide plate is similar to the first material guide plate in arrangement, and will not be described here.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the sorting machine provided by the invention is provided with the impurity removing device 10 in the impurity removing chamber 13, the impurity removing device 10 comprises the impurity removing roller 101 with the impurity removing blades 102, two ends of the impurity removing roller 101 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the impurity removing chamber 13 by adopting bearings, the rotation of the impurity removing roller 101 drives the flexible blades 102 to rotate, and the material is driven by the flexible blades to collide with the inner wall of the impurity removing chamber 13, so that impurity removing of the material is realized. Furthermore, the impurity removing roller 101 may be connected to the driving device 110 through the transmission device 9, so as to realize rotation.
For those skilled in the art, the type of the driving device 110 of the sorting machine provided by the invention is not limited, and for example, the driving device can be any one of other types of driving devices such as a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, a hydraulic motor of KYB JOBAN HYDROSTAR type, a closed loop stepping motor of EZI-SERVOST type and the like.
Still further, the transmission 9 may be a belt transmission, a chain transmission, and any of various transmission devices.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the impurity removing blade 102 may be a flexible blade, which not only can remove impurities which are difficult to separate in the material, but also can ensure the integrity of the material particles, so as to avoid the waste of grains caused by shortening the shelf life due to the breakage of the grains.
Furthermore, the impurity removing blades are spirally arranged, after the material enters the impurity removing chamber from the first material passing hole 22, the material can be conveyed to the position of the second material passing hole 23 under the driving of the rotation of the impurity removing blades 102, so that the material can smoothly enter the second separation chamber 14, the working efficiency of the separator is improved, and the energy waste caused by high energy consumption is avoided.
Still further, as shown in fig. 4, the separator further includes a wind power adjusting device 5, and the wind power adjusting device 5 may be connected to the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 through electric wires. More specifically, the rotation speeds of the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 can be adjusted under different environments, the speed regulating systems of the first fan 41 and the second fan 42 can be independently arranged, each fan is independently provided with a speed regulating switch, and the rotation speeds of the two fans can be controlled by one speed regulating switch.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-4, the top of the first sorting chamber 12 is further provided with a feeding hopper 11, a feeding hopper 21 is arranged at the bottom of the feeding hopper 11, and the feeding hopper 11 is communicated with the first sorting chamber 12 through a feeding port 21. By arranging the feeding hopper 11, materials can conveniently and orderly enter the separator.
