本发明涉及畜牧饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种反刍动物饲料能量添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:甜菜粕10~20份、糖蜜5~10份、棕榈脂肪粉5~10份、螺旋藻渣5~10份、奶蓟草5~10份、蛋氨酸1~3份、活性益生菌粉3~5份、乌梅3~6份。本发明可以增强瘤胃的消化能力,提高饲料的采食量和转化率;显著提高体脂肪的沉积量和代谢能用于增重的能量效率,促进反刍动物生长育肥并提高反刍动物生产性能;改善胴体性状。

本发明涉及畜牧饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种反刍动物饲料能量添加剂。
背景技术
反刍动物尤其是奶牛和肉牛,在泌乳阶段及育肥阶段对能量的要求特别高。用常规原料配制的日粮并不能满足其能量需求,而泌乳阶段的奶牛的采食量并不会有明显的提高,以至于奶牛尤其是高产奶牛在该时期常处于能量负平衡的状态,奶牛将分解自身体组织尤其是体脂肪来供给能量,使得奶牛体重下降,这不仅限制了产奶量,降低了奶质,延缓繁殖机能恢复,还会增加奶牛酮体病与脂肪肝的发生风险,并可引发繁殖障碍。同时,肥育后期的肉牛也存在类似的问题,机体脂肪组织比例升高,体内含水分含量降低,肌肉增加的净能需要量提高,单纯依赖粗饲料已经难以满足需要。目前我国精饲料缺口仍然存在,育肥牛精饲料采食量不足,导致屠宰后胴体脂肪含量不足,直接造成牛肉的品质下降。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种反刍动物饲料能量添加剂。

S1、将甜菜粕、棕榈脂肪粉、螺旋藻渣、奶蓟草、乌梅粉碎后,置于砂磨机内, 500r/min研磨至固体组分粒子直径<10μm,得混合粉;
S2、将所得的混合粉灭菌处理后,与糖蜜、蛋氨酸、活性益生菌粉混合搅拌均匀,造粒,即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
可以增强瘤胃的消化能力,提高饲料的采食量和转化率;显著提高体脂肪的沉积量和代谢能用于增重的能量效率,促进反刍动物生长育肥并提高反刍动物生产性能;改善胴体性状。

以下实施例中,活性益生菌粉中含乳酸杆菌1×1010CFU/m、双歧杆菌1×1010CFU/m、芽孢杆菌3×1010CFU/m。棕榈脂肪粉为市购原料,脂肪含量≥99.5%,以16~18碳酸(棕榈酸和硬脂酸)为主体。

S1、按重量份称取:甜菜粕10份、糖蜜 5份、棕榈脂肪粉 5份、螺旋藻渣5份、奶蓟草5份、蛋氨酸1份、活性益生菌粉3份、乌梅3份;
S2、将甜菜粕、棕榈脂肪粉、螺旋藻渣、奶蓟草、乌梅粉碎后,置于砂磨机内, 500r/min研磨至固体组分粒子直径<10μm,得混合粉;

S2、将甜菜粕、棕榈脂肪粉、螺旋藻渣、奶蓟草、乌梅粉碎后,置于砂磨机内, 500r/min研磨至固体组分粒子直径<10μm,得混合粉;
S3、将所得的混合粉灭菌处理后,与糖蜜、蛋氨酸、活性益生菌粉混合搅拌均匀,造粒,即得。
试验资料:
采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选择150头健康无疾病,且体重、体况、产奶量相近、胎次相同的处于泌乳阶段的的奶牛随机分为5组,空白对照组、对照组、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复10头奶牛。其中,对照组在饲喂基础日粮时添加5%的脂肪酸钙,试验组1在饲喂基础日粮加5%的实施例1所得的饲料添加剂;试验组2在饲喂基础日粮加5%的实施例2所得的饲料添加剂;试验组3在饲喂基础日粮加5%的实施例3所得的饲料添加剂;其余处理5组不存在明显差异,试验期为40天,自由饮水采食,按常规程序测温度,湿度,进行免疫。分别于试验开始和结束时称量体重,计算平均日采食量,平均日增重,料重比,其中,料重比=平均日采食量/平均日增重;试验结束后,每组选取5头奶牛停水停食24h后屠宰,检测胴体性状:胴体重,瘦肉率,背膘厚。
结果:
与空白对照组相比,试验组1、试验组2、试验组3平均日采食量分别提高4.47%,4.53%,4.67%;日增重分别提高3.76%,4.27%,4.45%;料重比分别下降0.67%,0.71%,0.76%;胴体重分别提高2.37%,2.41%,2.39%;瘦肉率分别提高10.98%,11.37%,11.43%;背膘厚分别降低7.55%,7.63%,7.97%。
选择体重大小基本一致的15头10月龄肉牛,分成空白组、对照组、试验组三组,每五头牛为一组,分别称重存档,1组不添加任何油脂类产品,2组添加5%脂肪酸钙,3组添加5%实施例2所得能量添加剂,出栏后分别观察体型和称重,结果:
