随着世界人口的不断增加,如何扩大人类赖以生存的饲养的家禽、畜牧的饲料的来源,特别是如何利用来源广泛的有机植物叶、芽的营养成分及特殊的药物特性在满足饲养的家禽、畜牧生长需要的营养和品质的同时,解决饲养家禽、畜牧过程的病患出现,是现有养殖行业不断追求的理想目标。
香椿,落叶乔木,香椿叶、芽营养丰富, 每100克香椿芽中,约含蛋白质9.8克、含钙143毫克、含维生素C115毫克,都列蔬菜中的前茅;除健脾开胃,增加食欲外,香椿叶、芽有食疗作用,具有清热利湿、利尿解毒之功效,能抑制肺炎球菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌等;对于人类,民间有“常食香椿芽不染病”的说法。用香椿叶、芽与其它植物(三叶草,紫花苜蓿等)和谷物混合,制作成饲养牲畜(猪,牛,羊,鸡,鸭,鹅等)的饲料,养出的牲畜不仅蛋白质含量高,而且利用香椿叶、芽的药效特性,提高了牲畜的免疫率,有效预防多种病毒对所养牲畜的侵害,大大提高养殖率,现有技术中人们也仅仅将香椿芽作为蔬菜食用,而大量的香椿树叶被浪费,如果大规模发展香椿树叶、芽饲料,对扩大香椿树的经济价值、扩大饲料来源和生态的恢复均可以起到积极的作用。
发明内容
为扩大饲料来源,本发明公开一种以香椿树叶、芽为主要成分的家禽、畜牧辅助饲料及家禽、畜牧饲料。
本发明实现发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料,该辅助添加饲料由香椿树叶、芽粉碎构成。所述的香椿树叶、芽为腌制后脱盐的香椿树叶、芽。
本发明的有益效果是:原料来源广泛、成本低廉、加工简单方便、不仅为家禽、畜牧生长提供蛋白来源,同时提高了牲畜的免疫率,有效预防多种病毒对所养牲畜的侵害,大大提高养殖率。
具体实施方式
一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料,其特征在于:该辅助添加饲料由香椿树叶、芽粉碎构成。
所述的香椿树叶、芽为腌制后脱盐的香椿树叶、芽。
腌制后脱盐的香椿树叶、芽可保持其原始成分不变,同时解决家禽、畜牧的口感问题。
一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的猪饲料,该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料20-30%,含谷物饲料70-80%。含谷物饲料:是以粮食或粮食加工后的剩余麸皮、残渣等(如:大豆、芝麻、菜籽、花生等榨油后剩余的残渣)。
一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的猪饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料20%、三叶草约10%、紫花苜蓿约10%、含谷物饲料60%。
三叶草的营养价值和功效:每100克三叶草含蛋白质约5.9 克,碳水化合物9.7克,胡萝卜素3.28 毫克,维生素C92 毫克,维生素B20.36 毫克,钙332 毫克,磷115 毫克,铁8 毫克。
三叶草药用:三叶草味道酸甜,性凉,具有清热利湿、解毒消肿的功效,主要用于感冒发热、肠炎、尿路感染、尿路结石、神经衰弱等症,外用治跌打损伤、毒蛇咬伤、痈肿疮疖、脚癣、湿疹、烧烫伤等症。

紫花苜蓿的营养价值和功效:紫花苜蓿是一种牧草,以"牧草之王"著称,不仅产量高,而且草质优良,各种畜禽均喜食。含有各种必需氨基酸,蛋白质的生物学价值也比较高,钙、磷、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、VC、VE等均丰富,每100克含量蛋白质约3.9克 。
紫花苜蓿性微寒、味甘淡,归脾、胃、肾经,具有清胃热、清湿热、利尿、消肿等作用。
紫花苜蓿的粗蛋白质:紫花苜蓿以粗蛋白质含量高而著称。紫花苜蓿的粗蛋白质中氨基酸种类齐全、组成合理,含有20种以上的氨基酸,包括人和动物的全部必需氨基酸,以及一些稀有氨基酸如瓜氨酸、刀豆氨酸等。紫花苜蓿的蛋白质及氨基酸比例均衡,与动物体内的蛋白质及氨基酸组成比例相似,转化效价较高。
紫花苜蓿的碳水化合物:紫花苜蓿中的碳水化合物主要以糖类、淀粉、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素为主,是一类重要的能量营养素,在动物日粮中占有相当大的比例。苜蓿碳水化合物不仅能作为反刍动物和一些非反刍动物日粮中的主要的能源物质,而且给动物饲喂一定量的紫花苜蓿,可以维持动物肠胃正常蠕动,刺激动物胃肠道的发育和消化液的分泌,降低后肠内容物的pH,改变病原微生物的生长发育的胃肠道环境,抑制大肠杆菌等病原菌的生长繁殖,显著提高动物胃肠道内消化酶的生物活性。
紫花苜蓿的维生素和矿物质元素:紫花苜蓿草中的维生素种类多、品种齐全,特别是叶酸、叶绿素、VK、生物素、VE、VB2、叶黄素、胡萝卜素含量较高,苜蓿草中还含有钙、磷、铁、镁、钾、铜、锰等多种矿物质元素。苜蓿中含有大量的类胡萝卜素和叶黄素,能够改善鱼类及畜禽产品的色泽,提高其商品性能。在南美白对虾饲料中添加苜蓿提取物改善其体色,苜蓿提取物在着色效果上优于合成色素。在饲粮中苜蓿草粉能明显提高蛋的品质和蛋黄的着色度。苜蓿中的矿物质元素能够促进动物的生长、改善动物产品品质、提高动物的免疫机能等。
紫花苜蓿在牛羊中的应用效果:添加紫花苜蓿干草对奶牛产奶量、乳蛋白和非脂固形物都有极显著提高,牛奶品质得到明显改善,但乳脂率有所降低,从奶牛养殖经济效益方面分析,日粮中添加苜蓿干草能显著提高奶牛养殖业的整体效益。紫花苜蓿可以替代奶牛日粮中部分精料,也可以作为优质的粗饲料,优化日粮组成,且能在不同程度上提高奶牛的产奶量和经济效益。
紫花苜蓿在猪中的应用效果:在育肥猪日粮中用苜蓿粉代替豆粕饲喂肥猪,能提高猪的采食量和胴体瘦肉率,降低饲养成本,显著增加养殖效益。在猪的基础日粮中添加一定量的苜蓿草粉不仅能够降低饲养成本,增加养殖经济效益,而且还能促进肥育猪的生长发育,提高母猪的繁殖性能。
家禽
紫花苜蓿中含有丰富的维生素和矿物质元素,以及其它一些未知生长因子,可改善家禽的生产性能。紫花苜蓿总甙是从天然苜蓿中提取的具有生理活性的物质,具有类似大豆黄酮的功能。苜蓿草粉也是家禽饲料中叶黄素的重要来源,它不仅使蛋黄的色泽鲜艳,提高产蛋性能,而且可降低生产成本。
将香椿树嫰叶芽与三叶草、紫花苜蓿作饲料给上述的家禽、畜食用,养出的家禽、畜不仅蛋白质含量高,而且提高了牲畜的免疫率,有效预防多种病毒对所养家禽、畜的侵害,大大提高养殖率。

1.一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料,其特征在于:该辅助添加饲料由香椿树叶、芽粉碎构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料,其特征在于:所述的香椿树叶、芽为腌制后脱盐的香椿树叶、芽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的猪饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料20-30%,含谷物饲料70-80%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的猪饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料20%、三叶草约10%、紫花苜蓿约10%、含谷物饲料60%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的牛饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料20%、三叶草30%、紫花苜蓿30%,含谷物饲料20%。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的羊饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料90%、含谷物饲料10%或该饲料包括:香椿树嫰叶芽辅助饲料50%、三叶草20%、紫花苜蓿20%、含谷物饲料10%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的鸡饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料50%、含谷物饲料50%或香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料30%、三叶草10%、紫花苜蓿10%、含谷物饲料50%。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的鸭饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料50%,含谷物饲料50%或香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料30%,三叶草10%、紫花苜蓿10%、含谷物饲料50%。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家禽、畜牧辅助饲料制备的鹅饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括:香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料50%,含谷物饲料50%或香椿树叶、芽辅助饲料30%、三叶草10%、紫花苜蓿10%、含谷物饲料50%。
