本发明公开了一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:改性活性炭、艾草粉、生物酶、活性白土、高粘土、膨润土、石榴粉、二氧化钛、青花椒土机桉树皮、樟脑粉、果味香精以及硫磺;该一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭,通过在制备完成后加入果味香精以及硫磺,其中活性白土能够有效提升该活性炭的吸附能力,能够有效的提升该活性炭的除味、除醛、除臭以及除氨功能,此外通过添加果味香精以及硫磺,提升该活性炭的除螨效果,同时果味香精能够掩盖活性炭原有的气味,更加适合人们日常生产使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及活性炭生产技术领域,具体为一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭。
背景技术
活性炭是一种经特殊处理的炭,将有机原料(果壳、煤、木材等)在隔绝空气的条件下加热,以减少非碳成分(此过程称为炭化),然后与气体反应,表面被侵蚀,产生微孔发达的结构(此过程称为活化)。由于活化的过程是一个微观过程,即大量的分子碳化物表面侵蚀是点状侵蚀,所以造成了活性炭表面具有无数细小孔隙。活性炭表面的微孔直径大多在2~50nm之间,即使是少量的活性炭,也有巨大的表面积,每克活性炭的表面积为500~1500m2,活性炭的一切应用,几乎都基于活性炭的这一特点
活性炭是由木质、煤质和石油焦等含碳的原料经热解、活化加工制备而成,具有发达的孔隙结构、较大的比表面积和丰富的表面化学基团,特异性吸附能力较强的炭材料的统称。
通常为粉状或粒状具有很强吸附能力的多孔无定形炭。由固态碳质物(如煤、木料、硬果壳、果核、树脂等)在隔绝空气条件下经600~900℃高温炭化,然后在400~900℃条件下用空气、二氧化碳、水蒸气或三者的混合气体进行氧化活化后获得。
炭化使碳以外的物质挥发,氧化活化可进一步去掉残留的挥发物质,产生新的和扩大原有的孔隙,改善微孔结构,增加活性。低温(400℃)活化的炭称L-炭,高温(900℃)活化的炭称H-炭。H-炭必须在惰性气氛中冷却,否则会转变为L-炭。活性炭的吸附性能与氧化活化时气体的化学性质及其浓度、活化温度、活化程度、活性炭中无机物组成及其含量等因素有关,主要取决于活化气体性质及活化温度。
截止2007年,世界活性炭年产量达900kt,其中煤基(质)活性炭占总产量的2/3以上;而中国年产量已突破400kt,居世界首位,美国、日本等也是世界主要的活性炭产出国。
现有技术存在以下缺陷或问题:
1、现有的球形颗粒活性炭,不具备除螨效果,此外除味、除醛、除臭、除湿、除氨效果并不理想,无法合理的对环境进行调节;
2、现有的球形颗粒活性炭,现如今螨虫对聚集于人们床单、被套上,活性炭本身气味难闻,无法满足人们日常生活所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭,以解决背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:改性活性炭20-35%、艾草粉15-20%、生物酶6-8%、活性白土8-10%、高粘土6-8%、膨润土6%、石榴粉2%、二氧化钛10%、青花椒土机桉树皮4-6%、樟脑粉8-10%、果味香精10份以及硫磺4份。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述活性白土是由改性凹凸棒土为原材料构成的土状物质研磨制成且通过过筛处理,所述过筛的筛网目数为100目。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述高粘土是由凹凸棒石粘土通过浸泡、研磨、表面活化、粉碎包裹此类步骤调制而成,且通过过筛处理,所述过筛的筛网目数为150目。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述硫磺通过研磨机进行研磨构成微颗粒状结构,且通过过筛处理,所述过筛的筛网目数为240目。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述艾草粉由艾草未干燥状态下粉碎研磨而成。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:改性活性炭20%、艾草粉20%、生物酶8%、活性白土10%、高粘土8%、膨润土6%、石榴粉2%、二氧化钛10%、青花椒土机桉树皮6%、樟脑粉10%、果味香精10份以及硫磺4份。

该一种改性除湿除螨杀菌球形颗粒活性炭,由改性活性炭、艾草粉、生物酶、活性白土、高粘土、膨润土、石榴粉、二氧化钛10、青花椒土机桉树皮以及樟脑粉制备而成,制备完成后加入果味香精以及硫磺,其中活性白土能够有效提升该活性炭的吸附能力,能够有效的提升该活性炭的除味、除醛、除臭以及除氨功能,此外通过添加果味香精以及硫磺,提升该活性炭的除螨效果,同时果味香精能够掩盖活性炭原有的气味,更加适合人们日常生产使用。

上述两组实施例,需要注意的是:活性白土是由改性凹凸棒土为原材料构成的土状物质研磨制成且通过过筛处理,过筛的筛网目数为100目;高粘土是由凹凸棒石粘土通过浸泡、研磨、表面活化、粉碎包裹此类步骤调制而成,且通过过筛处理,过筛的筛网目数为150目;硫磺通过研磨机进行研磨构成微颗粒状结构,且通过过筛处理,过筛的筛网目数为240目;艾草粉由艾草未干燥状态下粉碎研磨而成。
