Claims (1)
- 一种金属复合体包套真空焊接方法,其特征在于:a.对金属复合体包套的后盖、前盖、外套、芯棒、密封圈、抽气管、保护罩组件进行加工处理和清洗;b.组装金属复合体包套,其步骤如下:将金属复合体的后盖与外套一端焊接;将抽气管一端插入前盖中心孔内进行焊接;将芯棒密集排列装入后盖与外套焊成的筒内;在后盖与外套焊成的筒口处放置密封圈并盖上前盖;将整个金属复合体包套用夹具上下夹紧固定;c.对金属复合体包套内进行抽真空真空机组的连接管与焊接在前盖上的抽气管相连接后,开动真空机组进行抽真空,抽真空时间为1~1.5小时,使金属复合体包套内真空度为:低真空抽至8.0×10-1Pa,高真空抽至1.0×10-2Pa;d.将金属复合体包套焊接前加热除气,加热温度为300℃,加热时间为0.5~1小时;e.然后对金属复合体包套前盖与外套周边进行氩弧焊接,同时观测金属复合体包套内真空度变化,氩弧焊机工作电流控制在160~240A,氩气流量大于10ml/秒;f.最后对金属复合体包套的抽气管进行冷压焊封,前盖与外套氩弧焊接完成后松开夹具,对金属复合体包套内继续抽真空的同时进行冷却,并观测其真空度的变化,待金属复合体包套的温度降至60℃后,对抽气管进行冷压焊封,并在封口盖上保护罩。
