Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As described in the background of the invention, there are deficiencies in the prior art and to address the above problems, the present application provides a potato slicing apparatus for food processing.
In a typical embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1-13, a potato slicing apparatus for food processing comprises a housing 3, a cleaning mechanism 1 is disposed at one end of the top end of the housing 3, the cleaning mechanism 1 comprises a cleaning box 11, a stirrer 12 and a plurality of circular water showers 13, a draining conveyor belt 4 is disposed inside the housing 3 and under the cleaning mechanism 1, a dividing conveyor belt 5 is disposed inside the housing 3 and under one side of the draining conveyor belt 4, a slicing discharge mechanism 6 is disposed under one end of the draining conveyor belt 4 far away from the dividing conveyor belt 5, the slicing discharge mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of single slicing mechanisms 7 and movable baffles 8, the single slicing mechanism 7 comprises a fixed box 71, two movable clamping plates 72 and a cutting knife 73, the fixed box 71 is a semi-closed box with an open top end, a discharge port 711 is disposed on the bottom surface of the fixed box 71, the movable clamping plates 72 are symmetrically arranged in the fixed box 71, a rubber protective layer 721 is attached to the inner side surface of each movable clamping plate 72, a plurality of anti-skid protrusions 722 are arranged on the rubber protective layer 721, an expansion link 723 is arranged on the outer side surface of each movable clamping plate 72, the movable clamping plates 72 and the fixed box 71 are fixedly connected through the expansion links 723, a plurality of pneumatic connecting rods 731 are arranged on one side, close to the inner wall of the fixed box 71, of each cutting knife 73, the pneumatic connecting rods 731 drive the cutting knife 73 to rapidly reciprocate in the fixed box 71, in addition, the pneumatic connecting rods 731 are controlled by a controller to move in specific application, the movement of the movable clamping plates 72 is controlled by the expansion links 723, and the expansion links 723 are controlled by the controller to move.

After the potatoes fall into the single slicing mechanism 7 of the slicing and discharging mechanism 6, the movable clamping plates 72 are symmetrically arranged under the control of the controller to be close to each other under the action of the telescopic rod 723 to clamp the potatoes, the inner side surfaces of the movable clamping plates 72 are attached with the rubber protective layers 721, so that the potatoes cannot be damaged in the process of clamping the potatoes, the rubber protective layers 721 are provided with the plurality of anti-skidding protrusions 722, so that the movable clamping plates 72 can stably clamp the potatoes, and the potatoes and the movable clamping plates 72 are prevented from sliding and falling off.
