step one, an extrusion process, namely sequentially and orderly producing cat food from a forming channel by raw materials in an extrusion inner cylinder under the synchronous and same-direction rotation fit of the extrusion inner cylinder and an extrusion roller;
step two, a forming procedure, namely sequentially passing the slide bars through the limiting rails, and cutting cat food temporarily stored in each forming channel into a fish skeleton shape by a girdling knife;
step three, a powder spraying procedure, in which in the process of cutting cat food into the shape of a fish skeleton by a girdling knife, a powder spraying air bag is extruded to spray meat powder on the surface of the cat food temporarily stored in a forming channel;
and step four, in the oil spraying process, the material receiving assembly and the extrusion assembly are synchronously and equidirectionally matched in a rotating way, the fish bone frame-shaped cat food produced from the forming channel is received, the spraying air bags spray oil to the surface of each fish bone frame-shaped cat food of the material receiving inner barrel sequentially through the convex blocks, and the cat food products are uniformly collected by the material collecting mechanism.
The working process comprises the following steps:
firstly, cat food raw materials are put into the extrusion inner cylinder 211 through the feed inlet 218, the sealing door is closed, then, the driving mechanism 5 drives the material receiving inner cylinder 311 to synchronously rotate in the same direction with the extrusion inner cylinder 211, meanwhile, the extrusion inner cylinder 211 and the extrusion roller 216 synchronously rotate in the same direction, the layering 217 on the extrusion roller 216 sequentially extrudes the cat food raw materials in the extrusion inner cylinder 211 into the forming channel 214 of the connecting column 212, one end of the sliding rod 221 on the extrusion inner cylinder 211 sequentially passes through the limiting track 223 on the frame 1 in the process of carrying the cat food in the forming channel 214 to rotate once by the extrusion inner cylinder 211, the limiting track 223 can drive the sliding rod 221 to move, the sliding rod 221 is separated from the output end of the material cutting hole 224 through the connecting rod and the first long plate 225, meanwhile, the sliding rod 221 enters the strip-shaped cylinder of the forming channel 214 through the connecting rod and the second long plate 227, the cutting knife of the second blocking piece 228 cuts off the cat food in the strip cylinder of the forming channel 214 from the cutting hole 224, and pushes the cat food waste out of the output end of the cutting hole 224, so that the cat food in the forming channel 214 is cut into a fish frame shape, the cat food waste falls into the first receiving box 412 from the cutting hole 413, the first discharging door 415 on the first end cover 414 is opened to take out the cat food waste remained in the extrusion outer cylinder 213, meanwhile, the powder spraying component 23 sprays meat powder on the cat food in the forming channel 214 in turn to enrich the taste of the cat food, then the receiving component 31 can receive the formed cat food discharged from the extrusion component 21, the formed cat food enters the receiving channel 312, the receiving component 31 receives the formed cat food and carries the cat food to rotate, the air bags 321 on the outer wall of the receiving inner cylinder 311 are contacted with the bumps 322 on the frame 1 in turn, the extrusion spraying air bag 321 is extruded by the lug 322 to spray oil from the oil nozzle to the formed cat grains in the material receiving channel 312, so that oil is sprayed to each cat grain in batches and continuously and sequentially, each cat grain is uniformly sprayed with oil, the uniformity of cat grain oil spraying is improved, the production quality of the cat grains is improved, then the finished cat grains 6 after oil spraying drop into the material receiving inner barrel 311 from the material receiving channel 312 after rotating along with the material receiving inner barrel 311 in the material receiving channel 312, the finished cat grains 6 are gathered in the material receiving inner barrel 311, finally, the second discharging door 424 on the second end cover 423 is opened, the finished cat grains 6 gathered in the material receiving inner barrel 311 can be intensively taken out.

the oil spraying mechanism comprises a material receiving assembly which is arranged on the frame and rotates in the same direction with the extrusion assembly, and a spraying assembly which is arranged in the material receiving assembly and sprays oil to the molded cat food;
the cat litter granulating machine also comprises a receiving mechanism arranged on the frame and used for collecting cat litter finished products and waste materials and a driving mechanism used for driving the granulating mechanism to work;
the driving mechanism comprises a transmission assembly and a second motor, the transmission assembly comprises a first motor, a first ring gear, a second ring gear and a transmission gear, the first motor, the first ring gear and the second ring gear are arranged on the frame, the output shaft of the first motor is provided with a driving gear, the transmission gear is arranged on the frame and positioned between the first ring gear and the second ring gear, and the driving gear drives the second ring gear through the first ring gear and the transmission gear;
the extrusion assembly comprises an extrusion inner cylinder which is arranged on the frame in a penetrating and rotating manner and is provided with openings at two ends, an extrusion outer cylinder which is arranged on the extrusion inner cylinder through a plurality of groups of connecting columns and is provided with openings at two ends, a forming channel which is arranged in the connecting columns and is used for communicating the extrusion inner cylinder and the extrusion outer cylinder, a first sealing disc which is arranged on the frame through a bracket and is matched with the inner wall of the extrusion inner cylinder, an extrusion roller which is arranged on the first sealing disc and synchronously rotates in the same direction with the extrusion assembly, and a plurality of groups of pressing strips which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the extrusion roller and are matched with the inner wall of the extrusion inner cylinder, wherein the pressing strips correspond to the positions of the input ends of the forming channel;

The machine-shaping device for cat food with composite flavor according to claim 3, wherein the material receiving assembly comprises a material receiving inner cylinder which is arranged on the frame in a penetrating and rotating manner and is provided with two ends open, a material receiving outer cylinder which is arranged on the material receiving inner cylinder through a plurality of material receiving channels and is provided with two ends open, and a cutter which is arranged on the frame and is used for cutting off shaped cat sand, and the material receiving inner cylinder and the extrusion inner cylinder are synchronously arranged in a same direction in a rotating manner.

The machine-shaping device for cat food with composite flavor according to claim 4, wherein the spraying assembly comprises a plurality of groups of spraying air bags which are arranged on the outer wall of the material receiving inner cylinder and are internally provided with oil, a convex block which is arranged on the frame and is used for driving the spraying air bags, and an oil nozzle which is arranged in the material receiving channel, wherein the spraying air bags are communicated with the oil nozzle through hoses, and a breathing nozzle with a one-way valve is arranged on the spraying air bags.
6. A machine for the production of composite flavored cat foods as in claim 5, wherein the receiving means comprises:
the first aggregate assembly is arranged on the rack and used for collecting cat litter waste, and comprises a first arc-shaped baffle plate, a first material receiving box, a plurality of groups of blanking holes, a first end cover and a first discharging door, wherein the first arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged on the rack and matched with the outer wall of the extrusion outer cylinder, the first material receiving box is arranged on the rack and positioned below the extrusion outer cylinder, the blanking holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the extrusion outer cylinder, the first end cover is arranged at a port of the extrusion outer cylinder, and the first discharging door is arranged on the first end cover;
the second subassembly that gathers materials, the second subassembly that gathers materials sets up and is used for collecting cat litter finished product in the frame, and it is including setting up in the frame and with connect the second arc baffle that expects the urceolus outer wall matches, set up in the frame and be located the second of receiving the urceolus below position and receive the magazine, set up connect the second end cover of material urceolus port and set up the second row's material door on the second end cover.
