Abstract

The Dong herbal medicine has the characteristics of thorough treatment effect, mild drug effect and the like, so that better treatment effect can be achieved by adopting the Dong herbal medicine to treat rhinitis, and adverse effects are small, the traditional formula and preparation process of the Dong herbal medicine are often controlled by experience of a teacher in traditional Chinese medicine, and the standard specification is lacked, so that the research direction of the industry is to develop the Dong herbal medicine with accurate composition and quantity and standard preparation process to effectively treat rhinitis diseases.

the screening mechanism is used for screening the crushed raw materials, is arranged at the bottom end of the crushing mechanism (1) and comprises a filtering screen (1008) fixedly connected in the discharging pipe (1007) in an inclined manner, a first collecting tank (3) for containing unsieved raw material powder and a second collecting tank (4) for containing the screened raw material powder;
the ultrasonic low-temperature extraction mechanism is used for extracting various crushed raw materials by utilizing an ultrasonic wall breaking principle and comprises an ultrasonic low-temperature extraction tank (6) for low-temperature extraction, and an extraction tank feeding port (6001) is arranged at the upper end of the ultrasonic low-temperature extraction tank (6);
the stirring and mixing mechanism (8) is used for stirring extracted traditional Chinese medicine liquid and configured homogeneous liquid to prepare a finished Dong's herbal medicine, and comprises a mixing tank body (8001) which is stably supported and placed through supporting legs, a stirring rotating rod (8002) which is horizontally and rotatably connected into the mixing tank body (8001), and a stirring motor (8005) which is used for driving the stirring rotating rod (8002) to rotate, wherein the upper end of the mixing tank body (8001) is communicated with a heating and dissolving mechanism (9).
