the tea processing and transporting device is formed by the matching arrangement of the drying device 1, the stirring device 2, the screening device 3 and the transporting device 4, the transportation, the processing and the treatment of the tea are realized, the stirring device 2 arranged in the tea leaf drying device can be used for scattering dried tea leaves, stirring and scattering partial tea leaves which are bonded together to keep the tea leaves in a uniformly scattered state, and then screening the tea leaves through the screening device 3, thereby ensuring that the tea leaves with different sizes can be quickly separated along with the movement of the screen mesh 33, greatly increasing the screening speed, realizing the timely screening of the tea leaves, the screening effect of the tea is further improved, and by arranging the transportation device 4 to be matched with the screening device 3, after screening is completed, the two separated tea leaves can be collected respectively and then conveyed to different areas to be processed respectively, so that the function of separately collecting the tea leaves is realized.

the stirring device comprises a shell, a driving motor is arranged on the left side of the shell, a stirring piece is fixedly connected to one end of an output shaft of the driving motor and positioned in the shell, the right end of the stirring piece is rotatably connected with the right side of the inner wall of the shell, a feeding hopper is fixedly connected to the left side of the top of the shell, and a discharging hopper is fixedly connected to the right side of the bottom of the shell;
the screening plant includes the organism, the inside of organism is provided with the screening frame, the inside of screening frame is provided with the screen cloth, the equal fixedly connected with connecting rod in both sides of screening frame outside, compression spring has been cup jointed on the surface of connecting rod, the left side fixedly connected with mounting of screening frame, the left side fixedly connected with device case of organism, the inside of device case is provided with the rotation motor.

The tea processing and transporting system capable of screening and separately collecting tea leaves in time according to claim 1, wherein a cam is fixedly connected to one end of the output shaft of the rotating motor, and the outer surface of the cam is in rolling connection with one end of the fixing member.

The tea processing and transporting system capable of timely screening and separately collecting according to claim 1, wherein mounting grooves are formed in both sides of the inner wall of the screening frame, clamping structures are movably connected to the inside of the mounting grooves, and clamping grooves are formed in both sides of the screen.
