Abstract

本申请涉及一种正极集流体及含有该正极集流体的正极极片、电池、电池模组、电池包、和装置。具体地,本申请公开了一种正极集流体,包括有机支撑层以及设置于所述有机支撑层的至少一个表面上的铝基导电层,所述铝基导电层含有铝(Al)和选自氧(O)、氮(N)、氟(F)、硼(B)、硫(S)、磷(P)的至少一种改性元素,所述铝基导电层经刻蚀去除表面钝化层后由X射线光电子能谱(XPS)所获得的XPS谱图中,至少具有在70eV至73.5eV范围内的第一峰和在73.5eV至78eV的范围内的第二峰,且所述第二峰与所述第一峰的峰强度之比x满足:0<x≤3.0。所述正极集流体在电池应用中可大大降低电芯在受穿刺、挤压、跌落等异常机械破坏时出现短路而发生热失控的可能性,提高改善热失控的响应速度,极大改善电池的安全性能。
