本发明涉及一种用于加热熏蒸法的含水杀虫剂和使用该杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法。
背景技术
通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法,包括将多孔吸收芯的一部分浸入液体杀虫剂中,从而把杀虫剂吸收到吸收芯里,加热吸收芯的上端,由此熏蒸所吸收的杀虫剂,现在这一方法已经被广为使用。因为具有不燃性等优点,所以目前所谓的含水杀虫剂(包括含水溶剂和溶解在该溶剂中的杀虫剂组分)实际上已经作为这一方法的液体杀虫剂使用。
通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法与使用驱蚊片或蚊香卷的方法相比,其优点是操作简单、安全、作用效果持久等等。然而,现在尤其需要一种杀虫效果更持久得多的方法。
发明内容
在经过对这些情况下使用含水杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法进行了广泛的研究之后,本发明人发现,在使用含水杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法中,含有特定的化合物的含水杀虫剂比普通的含水杀虫剂稳定熏蒸的时间更长,即保持稳定的杀虫效果的时间更持久,由此完成了本发明。
本发明的一个目标是提供一种用于加热熏蒸法的含水杀虫剂,这种杀虫剂包括杀虫剂组分和至少含有两个羧基并且25℃下在水中的溶解度以重量计是1wt%或者更大的化合物。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种使用含水杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法。
在本发明的含水杀虫剂中,使用的含有至少两个羧基并且25℃下在水中的溶解度以重量计是1wt%或者更大的化合物(下文中被称作本发明化合物)包括,例如二羧酸如琥珀酸、己二酸、酒石酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠苹酸等等,和三羧酸如柠檬酸等等。优选柠檬酸、酒石酸和己二酸,更优选柠檬酸。
在本发明的含水杀虫剂中,本发明化合物的浓度以重量计通常是0.001-10wt%,优选0.01-5wt%,更优选0.05-2wt%。
在本发明的含水杀虫剂中,使用的杀虫剂组分包括,例如拟除虫菊酯化合物如烯丙菊酯、生物烯丙菊酯、右旋反式烯丙菊酯、右旋炔丙菊酯、炔呋菊酯、右旋烯炔菊酯、苄呋菊酯、苯醚菊酯、氯菊酯、四氟菊酯、环戊烯丙菊酯、氟硅菊酯、醚菊酯等等。
在本发明的含水杀虫剂中,所说的杀虫剂组分的浓度以重量计通常是0.1-15wt%,优选0.2-5wt%,更优选0.5-2wt%。
本发明的含水杀虫剂包括水和水溶性辅助溶剂。在本发明中使用的水溶性辅助溶剂包括,例如亲水性溶剂等,如醇类,例如乙醇、异丙醇等,二元醇如己二醇、二甘醇一丁醚等以及其类似物。
本发明的含水杀虫剂中含有以重量计总共75-99.899wt%的水和水溶性辅助溶剂。基于水和水溶性辅助溶剂的总量,水的含量以重量计通常是15-80wt%,优选30-80wt%,更优选40-60wt%。
本发明的含水杀虫剂中可以含有香料、表面活性剂、着色剂、稳定剂等。
本发明的含水杀虫剂可用于通过加热熏蒸来防治昆虫的方法中,将其放在加热熏蒸装置中使用,这些装置公开在例如JP-B-52-12106、JP-U-58-45670、JP-B-7-74130、JP-A-7-316002等中。

使用本发明的含水杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法包括,例如,将一种吸收芯的一部分(通常是下面部分)浸入含水杀虫剂中,从而把杀虫剂吸收到吸收芯里,通常在80-180℃、优选大约在120-140℃用(例如)加热器等间接加热吸收芯的未浸渍部分(例如通常是其上面的部分),由此熏蒸所吸收的杀虫剂。

将0.8重量份的右旋炔丙菊酯和0.05重量份的柠檬酸溶解在己二醇和水(50/50(w/w))的溶剂混合物中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。

将49.6重量份的0.1wt%的柠檬酸水溶液和49.6重量份的己二醇混合在一起,然后把0.8重量份的右旋炔丙菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。

将59.8重量份的10.0wt%的酒石酸水溶液和39.9重量份的异丙醇混合在一起,然后把0.3重量份的烯丙菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。

将17.4重量份的4.0wt%的琥珀酸水溶液和69.6重量份的二甘醇一丁醚混合在一起,然后把13重量份的右旋烯炔菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。

将19.9重量份的4.0wt%的琥珀酸水溶液和79.8重量份的二甘醇一丁醚混合在一起,然后把0.3重量份的四氟菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。
实施例11
将59.5重量份的15.0wt%的柠檬酸水溶液和39.7重量份的异丙醇混合在一起,然后把0.8重量份的烯丙菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。
对比例1
将0.8重量份的右旋炔丙菊酯溶解在己二醇和水(50/50(w/w))的溶剂混合物中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。
对比例2
将49.6重量份的0.4wt%的抗坏血酸水溶液和49.6重量份的己二醇混合在一起,然后把0.8重量份的右旋炔丙菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。
对比例3
将49.6重量份的2wt%的抗坏血酸水溶液和49.6重量份的己二醇混合在一起,然后把0.8重量份的右旋炔丙菊酯溶于所得的混合溶液中,得到100重量份的含水杀虫剂。

试验实施例1
将45ml在实施例2、3或4,或者对比例1中得到的含水杀虫剂加入到容积为45ml的容器中,然后在容器中装上多孔聚醚砜的吸收芯。然后,将容器放进如图1所示的用于防治昆虫的加热熏蒸型装置中,并把吸收芯的上端间接加热至120-135℃,通过加热对含水杀虫剂中的杀虫剂组分(右旋炔丙菊酯)进行熏蒸试验。杀虫剂组分的挥发速率是通过如下方法来确定的:即收集挥发的蒸气,用硅胶柱抽吸1小时,然后用丙酮对硅胶柱中的硅胶进行萃取,之后浓缩并用气相色谱进行定量分析。自开始加热时起每天加热熏蒸10小时并持续20天,分别确定第1天、第10天和第20天杀虫剂组分(右旋炔丙菊酯)的挥发速率(mg/hr)。结果如表1中所示。

试验实施例2
将45ml在实施例2、5、6或7,或者对比例2或3中得到的含水杀虫剂加入容积为45ml的容器中,然后给该容器装上多孔聚醚砜的吸收芯。然后,将容器放进图1所示的用于防治昆虫的加热熏蒸型装置中,并把吸收芯的上端间接加热至120-135℃,50小时后观察制剂的外观。结果如表2中所示。

根据本发明,在使用含水杀虫剂通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法中,本发明含水杀虫剂可以稳定地熏蒸很长的一段时间,同时杀虫效果也可以稳定地保持很长的一段时间。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于加热熏蒸的含水杀虫剂,它包含:
(1)柠檬酸、己二酸或酒石酸,
(2)右旋炔丙菊酯,
(3)水,及
(4)己二醇,
其中基于所说的杀虫剂的总量并以重量计,组分(1)的量是0.001-10wt%,组分(2)的量是0.1-15wt%,组分(3)和(4)的总量是75-99.899wt%,并且组分(3)的量以重量计是组分(3)和(4)的总量的15-80wt%。
2.一种通过加热熏蒸防治昆虫的方法,该方法包括将多孔吸收芯的一部分浸入根据权利要求1所述的含水杀虫剂中并加热吸收芯未被浸渍的部分。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其中所述的加热是在80-180℃的温度范围内进行的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含水杀虫剂在加热熏蒸方面的用途。
5.柠檬酸、己二酸或酒石酸作为加热熏蒸的含水杀虫剂的熏蒸稳定剂的用途。
