清洗剂已经有100多年的历史。它们已经成为全世界日常工作生活的一部分。随着清洗剂制备的逐步完善、环境意识和资源节约要求的不断提高,也暴露出一定的环境问题。如:清洗剂的成分是否环保、清洗效果是否达标、清洗后的用品是否延长使用寿命达到资源保护的目的、是否满足泡沫量少等。近些年国内的清洗剂行业正在迅速发展,但随着环境问题的出现,人们应该更加重视国家出台的一系列环保政策,才能促使它向绿色环保方向发展。清洗剂分为很多种:餐具清洗剂、衣料清洗剂、工业清洗剂等。工业清洗中金属清洗剂起着重要作用,即是对金属的表面处理也是对金属的防锈保护,防锈保护往往是被人忽略的。
抛光蜡的蜡垢主要由石蜡、脂肪酸、松香皂、金属氧化物和某些无机固体抛磨小颗粒如:刚玉、碳化硅、高铝瓷等组成。固体颗粒主要以粉末状均匀分布于抛光蜡体系中。此外,还有一些打磨布辘残碎片、打磨出来的金属基体的粉末物及其氧化物。蜡垢与工件主要以机械粘附、分子间力粘附、静电力粘附等方式粘附,当机械粘附的蜡垢颗粒较小时就很难去除。
现有的除蜡水一般选取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作表面活性剂,在用除蜡水清洗线路板时往往会使用超声,超声过程中水温会升高,随着水温的升高,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚溶解度会逐渐降低,同时活性发生变化,并且也会在空气中缓慢氧化,产生一些氧化产物,比如乙醛和氢过氧化物,这些氧化物比那些尚未发生类似情况的表面活性剂对皮肤毒性更大。因此,急需一种清洗性能更优良,更适合铝基材PCB线路板清洗环境的除蜡水。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,包括表面活性剂、助清洗剂和助剂。
优选的,所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、仲辛基聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、椰油酰胺基丙基二甲基氧化胺的一种或多种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐。
优选的,所述助清洗剂选自硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述助剂选自亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述除蜡水还包括聚羧酸钠盐。
优选的,所述助清洗剂与聚羧酸钠盐的重量比为1~5:1。
优选的,按重量百分比计,包括以下原料:8%~10%表面活性剂,1.5%~2.5%助清洗剂,2%~4%助剂和0.5%~1.5%聚羧酸钠盐,余量为去离子水。
本发明第二方面提供了所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水的制备方法,将去离子水加热至45~50℃,搅拌的同时加入表面活性剂,全部溶解后加入助清洗剂、助剂和聚羧酸钠盐;继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,得到除蜡水。
优选的,全部溶解后依次加入助清洗剂、助剂和聚羧酸钠盐。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果为:
(1)本发明所制备的除水蜡能够出去铝基材PCB线路板表面不同种类的油脂,不侵蚀基体,能保持抛光面光泽,使用寿命长。
(2)发明人选用椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐作为表面活性剂,此三种表面活性剂得到的除蜡水的去污力非常优良,并且对温度的变化适应性强,更适合线路板超声清洗环境。同时,本发明中加入了助清洗剂,优选柠檬酸钠,可以与表面活性剂产生协同效用提高清洗力。同时在除蜡水中添加了聚羧酸钠盐,柠檬酸钠和聚羧酸钠盐复配,使除蜡水系统的螯合能力和污垢分散能力明显改进,提高了清洗力。
(3)本发明制备方法简单方便,可重复操作性强,有利于大规模生产,可以广泛应用于工业除蜡清洗过程中,对提高线路板性能具有重要意义。

本发明提供了一种用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,包括表面活性剂、助清洗剂和助剂。
优选的,所述表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、仲辛基聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、椰油酰胺基丙基二甲基氧化胺的一种或多种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐。
发明人将椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐进行复配,意外发现选用此三种表面活性剂得到的除蜡水的去污力非常优良,并且经过一定温度超声后仍然能保持强劲的清洁力。发明人推测是:椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物三种表面活性剂具有良好的相容性,可以发挥协同作用以及渗透、乳化、分散和溶解作用软化溶解蜡垢。
优选的,所述助清洗剂选自硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述助剂选自亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述助剂选自三乙醇胺。
本发明中三乙醇胺与椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐相容性好,并且还可以去除非极性皮脂,其皂化反应,使羧基等基团脱离变得亲水。
优选的,所述除蜡水还包括聚羧酸钠盐。
优选的,所述助清洗剂与聚羧酸钠盐的重量比为1~5:1。
本发明中加入了助清洗剂,优选柠檬酸钠,可以与表面活性剂产生协同效用提高清洗力。但是柠檬酸钠温柔的酸碱度和稳定性使其在除蜡剂中的清洁能力并不优异,市面上通常使用柠檬酸钠与自来水,通过柠檬酸钠与自来水中的离子配位协同去污,但是不同区域或厂家的自来水标准并不相同,因此得到的除蜡水很难具有稳定的性能。发明人同时在除蜡水中添加了聚羧酸钠盐,提高了除蜡水的污垢分散能力。发明人推测是柠檬酸钠和聚羧酸钠盐复配,使除蜡水系统的螯合能力和污垢分散能力明显改进,提高了清洗力。
优选的,按重量百分比计,包括以下原料:8%~10%表面活性剂,1.5%~2.5%助清洗剂,2%~4%助剂和0.5%~1.5%聚羧酸钠盐,余量为去离子水。

实施例1
一种用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,按重量百分比计,包括3%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、3%烷基糖苷、4%脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐、1.5%柠檬酸钠、2%三乙醇胺和0.5%聚羧酸钠盐,余量为去离子水。
所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水的制备方法,将去离子水加热至45℃,搅拌的同时加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐,全部溶解后依次加入柠檬酸钠、三乙醇胺和聚羧酸钠盐;继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,得到除蜡水。
实施例2
一种用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,按重量百分比计,包括3%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、3%烷基糖苷、3%脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐、1%柠檬酸钠、2%三乙醇胺和0.5%聚羧酸钠盐,余量为去离子水。

所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水的制备方法,将去离子水加热至47℃,搅拌的同时加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐,全部溶解后依次加入柠檬酸钠、三乙醇胺和聚羧酸钠盐;继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,得到除蜡水。
性能测试
按照GB/T9985-2000测定实施例和对比例制得的除蜡水的去污力,并将除蜡水在70℃超声30min后,再测定其去污力,测试结果见表1。超声使用的超声波清洗剂的型号为BK-180AD。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,其特征在于:包括表面活性剂、助清洗剂和助剂;所述表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐;所述助清洗剂选自硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠中的一种或两种;所述助剂选自亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钠、三乙醇胺中的一种或多种;所述除蜡水还包括聚羧酸钠盐;所述助清洗剂与聚羧酸钠盐的重量比为(1~5):1;所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水,按重量百分比计,包括以下原料:8%~10%表面活性剂,1.5%~2.5%助清洗剂,2%~4%助剂和0.5%~1.5%聚羧酸钠盐,余量为去离子水。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水的制备方法,其特征在于:将去离子水加热至45~50℃,搅拌的同时加入表面活性剂,全部溶解后加入助清洗剂、助剂和聚羧酸钠盐;继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,得到除蜡水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于铝基材PCB线路板的除蜡水的制备方法,其特征在于:全部溶解后依次加入助清洗剂、助剂和聚羧酸钠盐。
