针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,具备便于改变汽车的驱动方式,从而使汽车适应不同路面,便于对线束进行固定,避免线束交错,影响使用,且防止线束在使用时发生晃动,且具备保护作用,防止电池在充电时,温度过高,引起电池爆炸或燃烧的优点,解决了现有的新能源汽车在使用时不便于根据崎岖路面或公路等不同路面,切换驱动方式,新能源电池组易在充电时易温度过高发生爆炸,存在安全隐患,且不便于对线束进行固定的问题。

为实现上述便于改变汽车的驱动方式,从而使汽车适应不同路面,便于对线束进行固定,避免线束交错,影响使用,且防止线束在使用时发生晃动,且具备保护作用,防止电池在充电时,温度过高,引起电池爆炸或燃烧的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,包括底盘、第一差速器、第二差速器和传动轴,所述底盘的顶部通过螺栓安装有发动机,所述发动机的输出端焊接有第一转轴,所述第一转轴的外壁焊接有第一齿轮,所述底盘的顶部通过螺栓安装有电动机,所述电动机的输出端焊接有第四转轴,所述底盘的顶部右侧通过螺栓安装有发电机,所述底盘的顶部左侧通过螺栓安装有电池箱,所述电池箱的底部内壁设置有电池组,所述底盘的顶部通过螺栓安装有中央控制器。

请参阅图1-8,一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,包括底盘1、第一差速器13、第二差速器7和传动轴6,底盘1的顶部通过螺栓安装有发动机11,发动机11的输出端焊接有第一转轴21,第一转轴21的外壁焊接有第一齿轮28,发动机11带动第一转轴21转动,底盘1的顶部通过螺栓安装有电动机9,电动机9的输出端焊接有第四转轴8,底盘1的顶部右侧通过螺栓安装有发电机10,底盘1的顶部左侧通过螺栓安装有电池箱4,电池箱4的底部内壁设置有电池组5,底盘1的顶部通过螺栓安装有中央控制器14。
实施例二;
请参阅图1-8,底盘1的顶部右侧焊接有第一连杆,第一连杆的左端焊接有第一轴承12,第一轴承12的内壁焊接有第二转轴19,第二转轴19的外壁底部焊接有第二齿轮22,第二转轴19的外壁中部焊接有第三齿轮23,第二转轴19的外壁顶部焊接有第四齿轮20,第一差速器13的输入端转动连接有第三转轴16,第三转轴16的外壁顶部焊接有第二轴承17,第二轴承17的外壁焊接有第五齿轮18,第三转轴16的外壁底部焊接有第三轴承,第三轴承的外壁焊接有第六齿轮26,第一齿轮28的外壁与第二齿轮22的外壁啮合,第三齿轮23的外壁与第六齿轮26的外壁啮合,第四齿轮20的外壁与第五齿轮18的外壁啮合,第三齿轮23的尺寸小于第四齿轮20的尺寸,第六齿轮26的尺寸大于第五齿轮18的尺寸,通过不同尺寸的齿轮传动,从而达到调速的作用。
实施例三;
请参阅图1-8,底盘1的顶部左侧焊接有第二连杆,第二连杆的底部焊接有电动推杆24,电动推杆24的底部输出端焊接有固定板25,固定板25的顶部开设有通孔,固定板25顶部开设的通孔内焊接有第四轴承35,第四轴承35的内壁焊接有套管15,套管15的内壁与第三转轴16的外壁滑动连接,套管15的顶部和底部均焊接有限位块27,第五齿轮18的底部和第六齿轮26的顶部均开设有凹槽,限位块27与凹槽相匹配,电动推杆24带动固定板25移动,固定板25带动套管15移动,套管15带动限位块27与第五齿轮18嵌合或与第六齿轮26嵌合。
实施例四;
请参阅图1-8,电动机9的输出端焊接有第四转轴8,第四转轴8的底部与第二差速器7的输入端连接,传动轴6为两个,两个传动轴6的输入端分别于第一差速器13的输出端和第二差速器7的输出端连接,底盘1的顶部左侧通过螺钉安装有驱动电机2,驱动电机2的输出端焊接有第五转轴3,中央控制器14的底部焊接有管体33,管体33的外壁设有螺纹,管体33的外壁开设有方槽,管体33的外壁底部螺纹连接有螺帽34,管体33和螺帽34设置有七个,且呈矩形阵列排布,套管15的内壁焊接有滑块,第三转轴16的外壁开设有滑槽,套管15内壁焊接的滑块放置在第三转轴16外壁开设的滑槽内。
实施例五;
请参阅图1-8,电池组5的顶部设置有电极板32,电极板32顶部通过螺钉电量传感器36,电池箱4的顶部内壁通过螺钉安装有温度传感器30,电池箱4的顶部内壁通过螺钉安装有震动传感器31,电池箱4的顶部通过螺钉安装有电源保护器29,电源保护器29的顶部设置有充电插口,温度传感器30、电量传感器36、震动传感器31、第二差速器7、驱动电机2、电源保护器29、第一差速器13、发动机11、电动机9、电动推杆24、发电机10和中央控制器14电性连接。
工作原理:震动传感器31将路面信息发送到中央控制器14,中央控制器14启动发动机11,发动机11带动第一转轴21转动,第一转轴21带动第一齿轮28转动,第一齿轮28带动第二齿轮22转动,第二齿轮22带动第二转轴19转动,第二转轴19带动第三齿轮23和第四齿轮20转动,第三齿轮23带动第六齿轮26转动,第四齿轮20带动第五齿轮18转动,第五齿轮18的内壁焊接有第二轴承17,第六齿轮26的内圈焊接有第三轴承,使第五齿轮18和第六齿轮26不带动第三转轴16转动,启动电动推杆24,电动推杆24带动固定板25移动,固定板25带动套管15移动,套管15带动限位块27与第五齿轮18嵌合或与第六齿轮26嵌合,从而使第五齿轮18或第六齿轮26带动套管15转动,套管15带动第三转轴16转动,固定板25的顶部开设有通孔,固定板25顶部开设的通孔内焊接有第四轴承35,第四轴承35的内壁与套管15的外壁焊接,从而保证套管15转动的同时固定板25不产生转动的力,第三齿轮23的尺寸小于第四齿轮20的尺寸,第六齿轮26的尺寸大于第五齿轮18的尺寸,通过不同尺寸的齿轮传动,从而达到调速的作用,第三转轴16带动差速器转动,差速器通过传动轴6带动前轮驱动,中央控制器14启动电动机9,电动机9带动第四转轴8转动,第四转轴8带动第二差速器7转动,第二差速器7通过传动轴6带动后轮驱动,便于改变汽车的驱动方式,从而使汽车适应不同路面,提高经济性。
中央控制器14启动驱动电机2,驱动电机2带动第五转轴3转动,从而对中央控制器14的线束进行收卷,避免线束交错,影响使用,将线束的接头插入管体33,管体33的外壁设有螺纹,管体33的外壁开设有方槽,管体33的外壁底部螺纹连接有螺帽34,旋紧螺帽34,螺帽34挤压管体33,管体33挤压线束,从而对线束进行固定,防止线束晃动,便于使用,电量传感器36实时监测电池组5的电量,当电池电量较低时,通过充电插口对电池组5进行充电,温度传感器30接收电池组5的实时温度,当温度过高时,温度传感器30将信号发送到中央控制器14,中央控制器14启动电源保护器29,电源保护器29自动切断电源,从而进行断电保护。
综上所述,该装置结构简单,设计新颖,便于改变汽车的驱动方式,从而使汽车适应不同路面,提高汽车的经济性,便于对线束进行固定,避免线束交错,影响使用,且防止线束在使用时发生晃动,线束发生松动,引发电路损坏,且具备保护作用,防止电池在充电时,温度过高,引起电池爆炸或燃烧的状况,适合广泛推广。

1.一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,包括底盘(1)、第一差速器(13)、第二差速器(7)和传动轴(6),其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的顶部通过螺栓安装有发动机(11),所述发动机(11)的输出端焊接有第一转轴(21),所述第一转轴(21)的外壁焊接有第一齿轮(28),所述底盘(1)的顶部通过螺栓安装有电动机(9),所述电动机(9)的输出端焊接有第四转轴(8),所述底盘(1)的顶部右侧通过螺栓安装有发电机(10),所述底盘(1)的顶部左侧通过螺栓安装有电池箱(4),所述电池箱(4)的底部内壁设置有电池组(5),所述底盘(1)的顶部通过螺栓安装有中央控制器(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的顶部右侧焊接有第一连杆,所述第一连杆的左端焊接有第一轴承(12),所述第一轴承(12)的内壁焊接有第二转轴(19),所述第二转轴(19)的外壁底部焊接有第二齿轮(22),所述第二转轴(19)的外壁中部焊接有第三齿轮(23),所述第二转轴(19)的外壁顶部焊接有第四齿轮(20),所述第一差速器(13)的输入端转动连接有第三转轴(16),所述第三转轴(16)的外壁顶部焊接有第二轴承(17),所述第二轴承(17)的外壁焊接有第五齿轮(18),所述第三转轴(16)的外壁底部焊接有第三轴承,所述第三轴承的外壁焊接有第六齿轮(26),所述第一齿轮(28)的外壁与第二齿轮(22)的外壁啮合,所述第三齿轮(23)的外壁与第六齿轮(26)的外壁啮合,所述第四齿轮(20)的外壁与第五齿轮(18)的外壁啮合,所述第三齿轮(23)的尺寸小于第四齿轮(20)的尺寸,所述第六齿轮(26)的尺寸大于第五齿轮(18)的尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的顶部左侧焊接有第二连杆,所述第二连杆的底部焊接有电动推杆(24),所述电动推杆(24)的底部输出端焊接有固定板(25),所述固定板(25)的顶部开设有通孔,所述固定板(25)顶部开设的通孔内焊接有第四轴承(35),所述第四轴承(35)的内壁焊接有套管(15),所述套管(15)的内壁与第三转轴(16)的外壁滑动连接,所述套管(15)的顶部和底部均焊接有限位块(27),所述第五齿轮(18)的底部和第六齿轮(26)的顶部均开设有凹槽,所述限位块(27)与凹槽相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述电动机(9)的输出端焊接有第四转轴(8),所述第四转轴(8)的底部与第二差速器(7)的输入端连接,所述传动轴(6)为两个,两个传动轴(6)的输入端分别于第一差速器(13)的输出端和第二差速器(7)的输出端连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述底盘(1)的顶部左侧通过螺钉安装有驱动电机(2),所述驱动电机(2)的输出端焊接有第五转轴(3),所述中央控制器(14)的底部焊接有管体(33),所述管体(33)的外壁设有螺纹,所述管体(33)的外壁开设有方槽,所述管体(33)的外壁底部螺纹连接有螺帽(34)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述管体(33)和螺帽(34)设置有七个,且呈矩形阵列排布,所述套管(15)的内壁焊接有滑块,所述第三转轴(16)的外壁开设有滑槽,所述套管(15)内壁焊接的滑块放置在第三转轴(16)外壁开设的滑槽内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其特征在于:所述电池组(5)的顶部设置有电极板(32),所述电极板(32)顶部通过螺钉电量传感器(36),所述电池箱(4)的顶部内壁通过螺钉安装有温度传感器(30),所述电池箱(4)的顶部内壁通过螺钉安装有震动传感器(31),所述电池箱(4)的顶部通过螺钉安装有电源保护器(29),所述电源保护器(29)的顶部设置有充电插口,所述温度传感器(30)、电量传感器(36)、震动传感器(31)、第二差速器(7)、驱动电机(2)、电源保护器(29)、第一差速器(13)、发动机(11)、电动机(9)、电动推杆(24)、发电机(10)和中央控制器(14)电性连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车动力传导集成装置,其主要步骤为:
S1:中央控制器(14)启动发动机(11)、电动推杆(24)和第一差速器(13),发动机(11)通过第一转轴(21)带动第三转轴(16)转动,第三转轴(16)带动差速器转动,差速器通过传动轴(6)带动前轮驱动;
S2:中央控制器(14)启动电动机(9),电动机(9)带动第四转轴(8)转动,第四转轴(8)带动第二差速器(7)转动,第二差速器(7)通过传动轴(6)带动后轮驱动。
