Abstract

本发明提供一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的药物组合物,包括党参、黄芪、白术、炙甘草、薏苡仁、乌梅、莲子肉、黄柏、陈皮、柴胡、黄连、当归、麸炒苍术、秦皮、白芍、木香、檀香、仙鹤草、败酱草、砂仁、炒地榆和铁皮石斛。本发明中的黄芪益气健脾，固肠止泻，促进溃疡愈合；铁皮石斛具有抗炎、抗菌、调节心血管系统的作用；本发明中诸药合用，补涩共施，气血同调，益气健脾，消炎、抑制细胞凋亡、促进内壁细胞生长、调控细胞因子等途径促进结肠组织的愈合，从而缓解其便血症状、缓解腹痛症状，治疗疏泄肝气，调节脾胃，充分发挥机体本身的调节恩能力，调节神经内分泌系统，从而缓解大肠局部病变位置的炎症症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域，具体为一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
溃疡性结肠炎是一种以局部结肠粘膜发生炎症病变为主的肠病，病变局限于大肠黏膜及黏膜下层，位于乙状结肠和直肠，也可延伸至降结肠，甚至整个结肠。患者以便血为主证，尝尝伴随腹痛腹泻等消化道症状，同时可出现不同伴随症状，如：头痛、发热和呕吐等，目前学界认为其与患者的免疫系统出现了紊乱。
目前对于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗药物包括氨基水杨酸制剂、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂等，能一定程度减轻患者痛苦，但治疗周期长、毒副作用大、疗效不理想，病情反复。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的药物组合物及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

步骤三：浸泡后大火煮开、转小火煎煮1小时，过滤得到第一次水煎液；
步骤四：将药罐内药渣在加水再次进行煎煮，过滤得到第二次水煎液；
步骤五：将第一次水煎液和第二次水煎液合并，并进行过滤，水煎液浓缩至药材总重量份的1.5-3倍，即得中药提取液。
所述中药提取液制为颗粒，其步骤为：将中药提取液经过喷雾干燥，制成中药颗粒。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明中的黄芪益气健脾，固肠止泻，促进溃疡愈合；仙鹤草除湿涩肠止泻、补虚、止血；当归补血行血，散瘀止痛，与黄芪配伍，补气生血、驱毒；麸炒苍术燥湿花浊，健运脾胃；败酱草清热解毒，活血止痛；铁皮石斛具有抗炎、抗菌、调节心血管系统的作用；本发明中诸药合用，补涩共施，气血同调，益气健脾，消炎、抑制细胞凋亡、促进内壁细胞生长、调控细胞因子等途径促进结肠组织的愈合，从而缓解其便血症状、缓解腹痛症状，治疗疏泄肝气，调节脾胃，充分发挥机体本身的调节恩能力，调节神经内分泌系统，从而缓解大肠局部病变位置的炎症症状。
