External urine guide
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of urine guides and sanitary articles, and particularly relates to an in-vitro urine guide.
Background
In our modern daily life, along with economic development, the time that people are not indoors is greatly increased, but the time of on-road vehicles and travel outside is changed, and in these times, people often encounter situations of urgent urination and can not be solved on site at one time. In particular, women are in mind and sometimes cannot urinate in time even at the gate of the toilet, which is very common in toilets on trains during spring transit, in high-speed service areas and in tourist areas. In fact, a small amount of common urine can be completely absorbed in the field for about one week, and no environmental pollution in a strict sense is formed.
Because the female excretory opening has special structure, the cloaca shares the opening part, the lower edge of the opening part is very low, so that the female needs to open the lower part to very low exposure of the lower body, and the urine guide device and the excretory opening can be in leak-free butt joint and smoothly drain; how to operate the urine guide in a secret way without leakage and completely draining the urine is a problem, and a normally-dressed female needs to expose a lower body when using the urine guide to urinate without wetting the lower garment, so that the urine guide or the urine can be better held to be attached without leakage, and holding and pressing the urine guide or the urine guide is a common operation method of the existing product, and the body and the urine guide can be well docked and completely drained or collected only by adding a bag and a bottle for containing urine; these causes make the existing urine guide protrude out of the skin very much, can not be operated in the lower package, is unfavorable for hidden use, and can be aligned only by releasing the constraint of the lower package and fully exposing the lower body, and most of the urine guide are made of softer materials, such as a thin film disposable urine bag, a silica gel funnel, a paper cup cone funnel and the like, which are very inconvenient in operation process, and leak urine is caused to have very bad use experience by a little negligence. There are also some existing products which can partially solve the above problems, but the problems of larger or smaller size, difficult carrying, high operation requirement, large urine leakage probability, inconvenience for a plurality of people, especially the problem that the user needs to take off trousers to expose the lower body when being female are not solved, so a better technical scheme for solving the problems is desired.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an in-vitro urine guide, which aims to solve the problems that the traditional urine guide has oversized product, is not easy to carry, has high operation requirement, has large urine leakage probability, is inconvenient to use in public occasions and has insufficient confidentiality, and particularly women need to take off trousers to expose the lower body; in order to solve the problems, the invention has the advantages of reconstruction in the concept of female use requirement of the extracorporeal urine guide, product function and use operation method. Positioning the use requirement as the use of the lower body which is not exposed in the public occasion; when the receiving bucket is positioned at the using position, the distance from any point on the receiving bucket to the nearest skin of a user is reduced as far as possible, so that the receiving bucket is conveniently placed from the upper opening of the lower container, meanwhile, the receiving bucket is provided with a flatter shape, the drainage holes are designed at the edge of the receiving bucket, the receiving bucket is provided with a continuous and gentle larger back which is convenient to press, and the receiving bucket can be fixed by single-finger pressing at the back of the receiving bucket; the drainage tube with radial support is adopted, and the minimum drift diameter is optimally reduced, so that the drainage tube can conveniently turn downwards from the thigh root of the underpants to enter the leg space; the using method of the female urine guide device is optimized to be placed in place by the receiving bucket, and after one time of pressing, the female urine guide device can be safely used without urine leakage by pressing the female urine guide device with the lower package; even through the design of continuously increasing the anti-falling structure, the novel use function that the female can not hold the urinal by pressing the urinal once after the urinal is in place is realized, and the safety urination of standing or sitting without trace of the external urination guider which can be temporarily placed by the female for the first time is realized without worrying about urine leakage; these are all the more secret requirements of use that the invention proposes to make a reconstruction of the function and usage of the existing product, which is significantly different from the existing product. The thickness direction size of the protruding skin of the receiving hopper, the shape of the receiving hopper, the size of the accommodating cavity, the position of the diversion hole, the minimum diameter size of the drainage tube and the direction of drainage are all coupled together to form a complex system, so that the effect of the urine guide on whether the urine guide can be used is achieved, whether the urine guide can be put down without trace in the lower package, whether urine can be completely drained in time or not, whether the urine guide is comfortable to use or not is achieved, the realization of the designs and concepts is achieved after the fine adjustment of numerous design modifications, and huge workload and research and development investment are behind the design. Because of multi-factor coupling and irregular and changeable human body curves, various combination designs of different parameters exist, so that the invention proposes and realizes innovations in concept, function and usage, and the protection scope cannot be restrained by accurate technical parameters, so that the product concept, function and usage which are innovatively designed by the invention can only be used as the claims of the invention for protection. In addition, the invention also provides improvements and innovations in the methods of use of existing male extra-corporeal urine guidance products, in accordance with the same concepts. In the solution of fig. 1, a receiving bucket [11] is provided with a contact edge [111] and a containing cavity [112], and the receiving bucket is a part with supporting strength, so that the contact edge of the urine guide outside the body can maintain a sufficiently stable shape in the use process; the volume of the accommodating cavity [112] is not smaller than 10ML, and the existence of the accommodating cavity enables impact force of urine with pressure and flow velocity in the converging process to be eliminated, stable stock urine is formed, pressurized discharge is formed on one hand, and discharge disorder caused by liquid impulse is weakened on the other hand. The receiving hopper is provided with a drainage hole [115], and the receiving hopper is also provided with a drainage pipe joint [116]. FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration of the use of a first embodiment of the present disclosure, comprising two views, both of which are schematic illustrations, without strict view projection relationship, with the right view being a cross-sectional view; the upper pipe orifice (221) of the drainage pipe (22) is connected with the receiving hopper (21) in a watertight way through the drainage pipe joint (216) on the receiving hopper, and the drainage pipe is communicated with the drainage hole (215) of the receiving hopper. The draft tube [22] is a tube with radial support that will ensure proper passage regardless of bending under normal use conditions, and requires at least one turn [28] from within the underpants to the selected discharge direction. The first embodiment of the present invention is to prevent leakage of urine by pressing the back of the rigid funnel-shaped funnel (218) to form a depression (188) along the skin trapped in soft tissue and to form a temporary bulge (23) of the skin and subcutaneous soft tissue inside the funnel-shaped funnel, and the simplest and non-leakage operation that can be adopted during the period from the start of urination to the end of urination using the extracorporeal urine guide is to press the back of the funnel-shaped funnel with a single finger, as shown in fig. 2.
The second embodiment of the invention is a female special-purpose external urine guide device with an anti-falling structure of the receiving bucket, and the anti-falling structure is designed to balance the falling-back force of the soft skin tissue generated by the contact edge sinking into the soft skin tissue to the contact edge because the receiving bucket is pressed by the clamping force of the root of the thigh by utilizing the anti-falling structure, so that the functional intention of no pressing after one time of pressing can be realized. FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a second embodiment, including two views, both of which are schematic views, without strict view projection relationship, with the right view being a cross-sectional view; the receiving bucket [11] is connected with the drainage tube [22] in a watertight manner, when the receiving bucket [11] is pressed in place, the receiving bucket is clamped by the thigh root, and the anti-falling structure [319] on the receiving bucket forms a skin soft tissue recess [588] at the thigh root, so that even if the pressed hand is removed, the bulge [33] of the skin in the receiving bucket can be kept, and urine leakage does not occur. Also, the draft tube [22] requires at least one turn [28] from the in-panty direction to the selected discharge opening direction. In the process from the beginning of urination discharge to the end of urination discharge using the extracorporeal urine guide according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the simplest operation without urine leakage can be adopted, which is that the thigh root is only clamped to the bucket without any holding operation.
As shown in FIG. 4, the structure is a schematic view of a large-bevel angle anti-falling structure, and the structure is a structure diagram of a bucket design when the large-bevel angle [45] anti-falling structure is adopted in the clamping range of thighs and a schematic view of anti-falling force [46] is obtained in use. The bevel angle refers to the included angle between the tangent line of the outer shape section line of the receiving hopper and the contact edge joint [47] and the symmetrical plane [48] of the receiving hopper in any vertical section plane in the left-right direction when the receiving hopper is in the use position; the large oblique angle is an oblique angle value which is larger than the common draft angle degree and is adopted in the thigh root clamping range, the common draft angle degree is generally smaller than 10 degrees, the large oblique angle value can obviously improve the upward component force of rebound anti-falling force [46] of the concave skin, and the upward component force can balance the falling-off anti-elastic force received by the contact edge; meanwhile, the large bevel angle design greatly reduces the depth [49] of the receiving hopper with the same width, so that the depth of the liquid level capable of accumulating is reduced, the pressure of urination is reduced, and the caliber of the drainage hole and the caliber of the drainage tube required for achieving the same flow rate of urination are increased, so that the large bevel angle design is not just as simple as the increase of the demoulding angle.
The flange with wall thickness is outwards extended from the contact edge (57) to the receiving bucket, namely, the flange (55) outwards from the contact edge to the receiving bucket along the direction of the contact edge, or the flange outwards from the receiving bucket along the direction of the contact edge to the skin from the curved surface, wherein the flange with wall thickness is supported by the receiving bucket with strength, and when the thigh root is clamped to the receiving bucket, the flange is sunk into a skin soft tissue depression [588] of the thigh root, and the rebound anti-falling force of the thigh root soft tissue to the flange can balance the falling-off resilience force of the contact edge. It is noted that when the cuff is added to the contact edge, the surface of the cuff that contacts the body becomes part of the new contact edge according to the definition of the contact edge according to the invention. As shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic view of the flange [55] along the curved direction of the contact, when the bucket is provided with the anti-disengagement structure shown in fig. 5, the rebound anti-disengagement force [56] can be obtained under the clamping of the thigh roots.
As shown in FIG. 6, a combined usage schematic diagram of two flanging anti-falling structures is shown, wherein the flanging (55) along the direction of the contact along the curved surface is adopted, and then the combined anti-falling structure of the flanging (65) along the direction of the contact along the curved surface away from the skin of a user is adopted, so that the rebound anti-falling force (66) can be obtained from the clamping force of the root of the thigh. This arrangement is more comfortable for the user than the cuff arrangement of figure 5.
As shown in fig. 7, a schematic view of the anti-slip structure of the damper body is shown. The damping body (75) is designed on the receiving bucket, and the clamping force of the thigh root is utilized to increase the friction force (76) between the side surface of the receiving bucket and the thigh root, and the increased friction force (76) can balance the rebound release force received by the contact edge.
In fig. 4, 5, 6, and 7, the drainage tube is omitted in the drawings to simplify the drawing.
A third embodiment of the present invention is a male-specific extra-corporeal urine guide for use in a lower set, and is shown in fig. 8 as a schematic view of the use of the third embodiment. The urine guiding device comprises a holding bucket (81), a drainage tube (22) with a support and a lacing (83), wherein the holding bucket is provided with a drainage hole (811) and a lacing hole (813), and when the urine guiding device is used, the drainage tube needs to be at least turned into a turn (28) in the lower part; one end of the lacing is fixed in the lacing hole (813) on the receiving bucket, the other end is provided with a detachable fixing device (831) which is adhesive, the lacing turns over the upper opening of the lower package from the lower package, is temporarily fixed on the outer surface of the lower package, and the lacing enables the receiving bucket to be in a hanging state.
As shown in fig. 9, when the drainage tube adopts the self-locking telescopic corrugated tube [91], the direction of the lower tube orifice [93] of the drainage tube is selected through the self-locking turning [92], enough torque is applied in the direction of unlocking torque [95], the self-locking turning [92] can unlock and release the turning, and the detachable fixing device [96] is adhesive, so that the drainage tube can be temporarily fixed on the lower garment [97] or the lower tube orifice can be kept stable in the direction of locking and turning.
It should be noted that, the drainage hole of the above embodiment is disposed at the position closest to the thigh on the receiving bucket during use, so that the drainage tube connector directly descends along the thigh direction, and the design of directly downwards draining urine without considering the drainage tube of the wet shoe pants is not needed to turn in the drainage tube, but the urine is of a worse design, which requires the user to open the leg more and brings adverse results, and the design of the deleting function of the invention is also included in the protection scope of the invention.
As shown in figure 10, the external urine guide provided by the invention adopts a schematic diagram of an anti-dripping device which is formed by doubling [101] the vicinity of the lower orifice of a drainage tube and then fixing the device by using an elastic band [102 ]. The vicinity of the lower orifice of the drainage tube is folded in half and bunched with rubber strings as in fig. 10, so that a U-shaped tube can be formed, which can accommodate a small amount of urine adsorbed on the tube wall which drops due to vibration of the drawing action without wetting the wearing of the user.
As shown in figure 11, the external urine guide provided by the invention is provided with a water absorbent cotton (1101) or water absorbent paper which can wipe urine adhered to the skin on the receiving hopper, the water absorbent cotton (1101) is adhered to the receiving hopper (11) by the adhesive (1102), and when the external urine guide is taken out after being used, the water absorbent cotton or the water absorbent paper can rub the skin possibly with urine residues to wipe the urine residues; fig. 11 also illustrates the first and second embodiments of the present invention when the receiving hopper is provided with the tie (1103), the receiving hopper is provided with the tie hole (1105), one end of the tie is fixed on the receiving hopper through the tie hole, the other end is exposed from the lower package through the upper opening of the lower package, and the urine guide can be taken out by pulling the other end of the tie exposed to the outside after use.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention, but rather to enable any modification, addition or deletion, equivalent replacement, etc. to be made within the spirit and principles of the invention.
