The embodiment provides a female urine collector which can replace a common disposable diaper to help female users, particularly bedridden old female users to collect urine.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the female urine collector comprises a urine collection cover 100, a urine collection tube 200, a suction device 300 and a fixing device 400.
The urisheath 100 has a urine collecting chamber 111 and a urine inlet 112 communicating with the urine collecting chamber 111, and the urisheath 100 is used for covering the urethral orifice 510 of the user 500 for collecting urine. The urine collecting tube 200 has one end extending into the urine collecting cavity 111 of the urisheath 100 and the other end located outside the urisheath 100. The suction device 300 communicates with the urine collection tube 200 to draw urine in the urisheath 100. The securing device 400 is connected to the urisheath 100 for securing the urisheath 100 to the user 500.
To enhance the pressure resistance of the urisheath 100, please refer to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment the urisheath 100 comprises a urisheath 110 made of a flexible material and a holder 120 made of a hard material. The flexible material can be preferably made of soft silica gel and the like, and the hard material can be preferably made of hard plastic, and other materials are selected. Of course, in some embodiments, the urine cup 100 may be made of a non-flexible material, so long as the angle of the fitting region is designed to be sufficiently fitted to the user, and the fitting effect of the urine cup 100 to the user can be improved to some extent.
The urine collecting cavity 111 and the urine inlet 112 communicated with the urine collecting cavity 111 are arranged on the urine cup 110, and the urisheath 100 can be attached to the periphery of the urethral orifice 510 of the user 500, so that the urisheath 100 can cover the urethral orifice 510 of the user 500. The holder 120 is disposed in the urine collection chamber 111 for supporting the urine cup 110 to prevent it from deforming under pressure. Even if the urine cup 110 is squeezed by external force, for example, when the user 500 lies down, the user presses the urine cover 100 with both legs, or accidentally touches the urine cover 100 when turning over or sitting up, the shape of the urine cup 110 can be kept as much as possible, so that the urine cup 110 is prevented from being deformed by pressure, and the problem of urine leakage caused by the deformation of the urine cup 110 is further solved. Moreover, the urine cup 110 made of flexible material has a certain deformation capability, when the user 500 squeezes the urine cup 110 with both legs, the flexible material generates deformation fitting the user 500 under the action of the supporting force of the inner bracket 120 and the external force, so as to improve the fitting degree of the urine cup 110 and the user 500, specifically, the fitting area made of flexible material and the skin of the user are always in continuous and zero-distance fitting sealing, and are subjected to positive pressure, so that the leakage-proof effect of the urine cover 100 can be further enhanced. As shown in fig. 2, wherein the dotted line is the shape of the urine collection cover 100 before deformation and the solid line is the shape of the urine collection cover 100 after deformation, the urine collection cover 100 can still fit the user 500 well after deformation.
Referring to fig. 3-6, in one embodiment, the urine cup 110 has a top portion 113, a bottom portion 114, and a side portion 115 connected between the top portion 113 and the bottom portion 114. The urine inlet 112 is arranged on the side portion 115, the side portion 115 further having a fitting area arranged around the urine inlet 112. The fit region allows the urisheath 100 to fit well around the periphery of the urethral meatus 510 of the user 500. Of course, in other embodiments, the top portion 113 may be omitted, and the bottom portion 114 and the side portion 115 may be used to enclose the urine collection chamber 111.
The support 120 may be a frame structure to support various portions of the urine cup 110. Alternatively, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the bracket 120 is substantially in the shape of a cover with an open side, and the open side is disposed toward the urine inlet 112. The cover-shaped holder 120 has a shape similar to the urine cup 110 and contacts portions of the inner surface of the urine cup 110 in as large an area as possible to provide support, thereby ensuring that the urine cup 110 remains as intact and undeformed as possible.
Wherein, the urine cup 110 and the holder 120 can be fixedly connected in a non-detachable manner and also in a detachable manner. For example, in one embodiment, the flexible nature of the urine cup 110 is used to fixedly connect the urine cup 110 to the holder 120 by an interference fit. Further, the inner wall of the urine cup 110 has a clamping structure, and the support 120 is fixedly mounted on the clamping structure. Of course, other fixing means can be applied to the connection structure of the urine cup 110 and the support 120, such as bonding, welding, screw fixing, etc.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, to enhance the fixing effect, the urine cup 110 has a bracket mounting opening 117, the bracket 120 has a convex urine cup connecting post 121, and the urine cup connecting post 121 is fixedly mounted in the bracket mounting opening 117. This urine cup connection post 121 and support mounting mouth 117 can realize fixed connection through modes such as interference fit or joint, for example can set up location arch or positioning groove in the oral wall of support mounting mouth 117, realize the fixed connection with urine cup connection post 121 through this location arch or positioning groove. Of course, other means may be used, such as the aforementioned bonding, welding, or screwing.
In order to facilitate the cleaning of the urine cover 100, please refer to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the middle of the urine cup connecting column 121 is penetrated to form a flushing port, and the flushing port is communicated with the space surrounded by the frame 120 and the urine collecting cavity 111 of the urine cup 110 for flushing the inner sides of the frame 120 and the urine cup 110. Of course, when the urine cup 110 is detachably connected to the holder 120, the two can be detached and cleaned. In addition, the flushing port may be provided at other locations of the urine cup 110, such as the side portion 115, etc.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 6, in one embodiment, at least one holder mounting opening 117 is disposed at the top 113 of the urinal cup 110 and at least one urinal cup attachment post 121 is disposed at the top of the holder 120. The bracket mounting opening 117 and the urine cup connecting column 121 can improve the relative fixing effect between the urine cup 110 and the bracket 120, and simultaneously, the urine cup 110 and the bracket 120 can be conveniently washed from top to bottom.
Different from the existing gravity drainage mode, the urine is discharged by adopting a suction mode in one embodiment of the application. In cooperation with the suction device 300, the urine in the urisheath 100 can be discharged more effectively, and the dryness in the cavity of the urisheath 100 can be maintained. Furthermore, in the prior art, when urine is discharged by gravity drainage, the urine collecting tube must be arranged at the bottom of the urine sleeve, so that the volume of the bottom of the urine sleeve is too large. Furthermore, in the case where the user needs to lift the upper body, the urisheath and the collecting catheter led out from the urisheath easily contact with the bed surface, causing the urisheath to shift and make it fit loosely with the user, causing urine leakage. Meanwhile, the proximity of the urine sleeve and the urine collecting pipe to the anus is too close, so that the urine sleeve and the urine collecting pipe are easy to move to the position near the anus when a user moves the body, and the risk that the urine sleeve and the urine collecting pipe are polluted by the excrement of the user is caused.
In this regard, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, one end of the urine collecting tube 200 extends into the urine collecting cavity 111 of the urine collection cover 100, and the other end thereof penetrates the urine collection cover 100 from bottom to top in the urine collecting cavity 111. This urine collection pipe 200 sets up from bottom to top, can reduce the volume of urine cover 100 below, need not to draw forth urine collection pipe 200 from urine cover 100 below simultaneously, can effectively avoid urine cover 100 and the laminating inseparable and the condition that receives excrement and urine to pollute that urine collection pipe 200 contradicts with the bed surface and leads to. Wherein, the urine collecting tube 200 and the urine collecting cover 100 (e.g. on the urine cup 110 and/or the holder 120) can be provided with corresponding snap structures (e.g. 123 in fig. 3) to fix the urine collecting tube 200.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the urine collection tube 200 extends out from the top 113 of the urisheath 100, as shown in fig. 2, to ensure that the urine collection tube 200 is arranged along the abdomen of the user 500.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the suction port 201 of the urine collection tube 200 is located at the lower part of the urine collection cavity 111, so as to facilitate the clean suction of the residual urine in the urisheath 100.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the bottom wall of urine collection chamber 111 has a sunken cavity 1111 for collecting urine, and suction port 201 of urine collection tube 200 is disposed in sunken cavity 1111. Especially, when there is less urine, it can be collected into the sinking chamber 1111, so as to facilitate the concentrated extraction of the urine collecting tube 200, improve the efficiency of urine extraction, and keep the inside of the urisheath 100 dry.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7 and 8, in one embodiment, the urine collection tube 200 includes a urine sensing probe 210, the urine sensing probe 210 is used for detecting whether there is urine in the urine collection cavity 111, and the suction device 300 turns on and off the urine suction function according to the detection result of the urine sensing probe 210. When urine in urine collection chamber 111 is sensed to urine sensing probe 210, suction device 300 starts the suction function, takes out the urine, stops when urine sensing probe 210 can not sense the urine. With the urine sensing probe 210, urine can be timely drawn out, and the inside of the urine collection sleeve 100 is kept dry. Meanwhile, the pumping function can be stopped in time, so that the pumping device 300 is prevented from continuously doing invalid actions, and the waste is reduced. The urine sensing probe 210 may preferably be a bipolar impedance sensor, or alternatively, other types of sensors.
The urine collection tube 200 may be held by the urine cup 110 and/or the holder 120 within the urisheath 100. Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the urine collection cover 100 has a tube installation cavity (the urine collection tube 200 is installed in the urine collection cavity and is not shown), the tube installation cavity is communicated with the urine collection cavity 111, so that the urine collection tube 200 can extend into the urine collection cavity 111, and the tube installation cavity penetrates from the inside of the urine collection cover 100 to the outside of the urine collection cover 100 from the bottom to the top, so as to ensure that the urine collection tube 200 installed in the tube installation cavity can pass out of the urine collection cover 100 from the bottom to the top.
When the urisheath 100 comprises a urine cup 110 and a holder 120, the holder 120 may enclose a tube mounting cavity with the inner wall of the urine cup 110. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the side of the bracket 120 facing the inner wall of the urine cup 110 has a groove 122 disposed from bottom to top, and the groove 122 and the inner wall of the urine cup 110 form a pipe installation cavity.
Of course, in some embodiments, the urine collecting tube 200 may be directly installed in the urine collecting cavity 111 of the urisheath 100 or other positions, without providing a special tube installation cavity.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the urine collection tube 200 includes a tube body 220 and a detachable head 230 detachably assembled with the tube body 220, the detachable head 230 has a suction port 201 and a probe mounting port (the urine sensing probe 210 is installed in the figure, so it is not shown), the tube body 220 is in sealed communication with the urine inlet 112, the urine sensing probe 210 is in sealed mounting in the probe mounting port, and the detachable head 230 is fixed on the bracket 120 of the urisheath 100 in a clamping manner, so as to enhance the fixation of the urine collection tube 200. The tube 220 may have a urine chamber for the flow of urine and a cable chamber for the passage of a cable.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the probe mounting opening is located above the suction opening 201, so that the urine-sensing probe 210 is located above the suction opening 201, thereby preventing the waste of energy caused by repeatedly turning on the suction device 300 due to the contact with residual urine.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the attachment areas include a left attachment area 1161 located on the left side of the urine inlet 112, a right attachment area 1162 located on the right side of the urine inlet 112, and a lower attachment area 1163 located on the lower side of the urine inlet 112.
