本发明属于玻璃涂层技术领域,特别涉及一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,由以下质量百分含量的组分反应得到:树脂部分30‑78%、醇酯十二2‑5%、消泡剂1‑2%、防缩孔助剂2‑5%和余量的去离子水,所述树脂部分由占总质量15‑28%的聚丁二烯二醇、5‑15%的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5‑15%的1,3‑苯二异氰酸酯和5‑20%的水性松香树脂组成,聚丁二烯二醇的平均分子量为2000‑4000。本发明涂层能够让标签在粘贴到啤酒瓶上老化24小时之后撕除没有残留,方便了啤酒瓶的回收,提升了生产效率,节省了处理时间,节省了处理人工,节约了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃涂层技术领域,特别涉及一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层。
背景技术
涂层是指在承印物表面印刷的清漆,其作用是改变或提高产品特殊性能问题,比如防护、绝缘、装饰等,涂层外表面还需要附着油墨,用来美化包装。目前市场上用在啤酒瓶标签上的涂层大多是流体状的,粘贴过后揭除麻烦,因为油墨和胶会残留在瓶体上。为了节省资源,很多啤酒瓶的空瓶往往还要回收利用,假如有以上残留,那么就无法直接灌装啤酒,而是又要增加复杂的清洁过程才能回收,这样会造成很大的人工成本,且制约了生产效率的提升。
中国专利CN110551416A公开了一种适应于OPP印刷的水性油墨,虽然对OPP膜上具有良好的附着力牢度,但是用在酒瓶上老化后容易出现残留。
中国专利CN112226183A公开了一种可移除压敏粘合剂组合物,其使用场合是汽车外壳保护膜,其配方组分多,成本高。
因此本发明提供一种涂层配方来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了提供一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,让标签易揭除,方便瓶体回收,节省回收流程,提高生产效率,节约成本。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,由以下质量百分含量的组分反应得到:树脂部分30-78%、醇酯十二2-5%、消泡剂1-2%、防缩孔助剂2-5%和余量的去离子水,所述树脂部分由占总质量15-28%的聚丁二烯二醇、5-15%的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5-15%的1,3-苯二异氰酸酯和5-20%的水性松香树脂组成,聚丁二烯二醇的平均分子量为2000-4000。
具体的,所述消泡剂选自BYK024型消泡剂、Greesol DF03非离子型消泡剂或Venadol110D消泡剂。
具体的,所述流防缩孔助剂选自RG-4100型助剂或Greesol GS194非离子型助剂。
本发明一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层的有益效果在于:
本发明涂层能够让OPP标签在粘贴到啤酒瓶上老化24小时之后撕除没有残留,方便了啤酒瓶的回收,提升了生产效率,节省了处理时间,节省了处理人工,节约了生产成本。
具体实施方式
一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,由以下质量百分含量的组分反应得到:树脂部分30-78%、醇酯十二2-5%、消泡剂1-2%、防缩孔助剂2-5%和余量的去离子水,所述树脂部分由占总质量15-28%的聚丁二烯二醇、5-15%的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5-15%的1,3-苯二异氰酸酯和5-20%的水性松香树脂组成,聚丁二烯二醇的平均分子量为2000-4000。
本发明中提到的聚丁二烯二醇由常州惠光化工有限公司提供,丙烯酸羟乙酯由山东锐力环保科技有限公司提供,1,3-苯二异氰酸酯由梯希爱(上海)化成工业发展有限公司提供,醇酯十二由广州润宏化工有限公司提供,BYK024型消泡剂由德国毕克公司提供,Greesol DF03非离子型消泡剂和Greesol GS194非离子型助剂由岳阳凯门水性助剂有限公司提供,RG-4100型助剂由常州荣冠化工有限公司提供。
聚丁二烯二醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯、1,3-苯二异氰酸酯会形成一种有单体残留的大分子聚合物,而水性松香树脂也是一种大分子聚合物,两者的结合牢度不管太强还是太弱都容易导致油墨和胶在瓶体上残留。采用平均分子量为2000-4000的聚丁二烯二醇能够调节两种大分子聚合物的结合牢度,从而避免残胶问题。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1~6:
按照表1配方将组分混合,并静置12小时,得到实施例1~6防残胶涂层:

注:含量中不满100wt%的部分由去离子水补足余量。
以CN201910851670.7中披露的涂层作为对照例,按照以下方法进行测试,测试结果见表2。
测试方法:将实施例1-6与对照例的涂层涂布在OPP膜上,在涂层上涂上油墨再涂上UV不干胶,得到标签贴,把标签贴在瓶身上,放置老化后用手不同撕除时间去撕开标签贴,看是否有油墨和胶残留瓶身。老化采用Q-LAB老化仪测试,方法是10分钟紫外光照、2分钟喷淋循环24小时。

由表2可知,实施例1~6的涂层相比于对照例能够有效地解决残留问题,在标签贴合老化的24小时之后,即使用快到0.5秒、慢到60秒的速度去撕除标签都能够保证没有残留,因此方便了啤酒瓶的回收,提升了生产效率,节省了处理时间,节省了处理人工,节约了生产成本。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,由以下质量百分含量的组分反应得到:树脂部分30-78%、醇酯十二2-5%、消泡剂1-2%、防缩孔助剂2-5%和余量的去离子水,其特征在于:所述树脂部分由占总质量15-28%的聚丁二烯二醇、5-15%的丙烯酸羟乙酯、5-15%的1,3-苯二异氰酸酯和5-20%的水性松香树脂组成,聚丁二烯二醇的平均分子量为2000-4000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,其特征在于:所述消泡剂选自BYK024型消泡剂、Greesol DF03非离子型消泡剂或Venadol110D消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于啤酒瓶OPP标签的防残胶涂层,其特征在于:所述流防缩孔助剂选自RG-4100型助剂或Greesol GS194非离子型助剂。
