技术领域
本发明涉及夹网布技术领域,尤其是多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布及其制备方法。
背景技术
PCV夹网布跟普通的布不一样,它是由胶(膜)经过冷贴、热帖或涂刮等工艺把网格布正反面粘在一起的复合面料,也就是上下两层胶(膜)中间夹着网格布。这样的复合面料就叫夹网布。它的主要成份是聚氯乙烯,所以叫PVC夹网布,有制造工艺成熟、价格相对低廉、绝缘性能好、化学稳定性好、耐酸碱等,并有一定的耐高低温等特点,中间的网格布也有很多种,就材质来说有涤纶和尼龙两种;按强度也可分为一般纱与高强纱两种;关于布料的织法有经编、纬编、精梳、半精梳和普梳等。
现有的夹网布在使用的过程中,主要存在的问题是:(1)环保性能、耐候性以及保光性能不足,在长时间暴晒后容易出现颜色前移以及溢色的情况,(2)阻燃性能不足,容易燃烧,不能广泛应用,存在一定的局限性,(3)气密性能欠佳,导致产品的防水效供下降,进而降低产品的使用质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布及其制备方法,产品采用无机钴元素,环保、无污染、耐候性、保光性,耐酸碱性能好,颜料具有化学惰性和稳定性,不迁移,不溢色,户外暴晒可达二十年颜色无明显变化,通过工艺和选材料的全面优化进一步提高产品阻燃安全性,可以达到难燃级别,产品广泛应用于大型充气帐篷、体育场馆等。
本发明的技术方案为:
多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布,它包括夹网布,所述夹网布的顶面和底面均高温贴合有PVC胶膜。
所述PVC胶膜包括以下质量分数的原料:悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC 75-79份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP 40-42份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 11.5-12份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.5-1.6份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P 0.22-0.23份,抗氧剂1076 0.11-0.12份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.5-1.58份,三氧化二锑3.75-3.94份,氢氧化镁9.37-9.84份,有机颜料3.3-3.5份。
所述PVC胶膜的制作包括以下步骤:
1、调配物料,将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC 75-79份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP40-42份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 11.5-12份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.5-1.6份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P0.22-0.23份,抗氧剂1076 0.11-0.12份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.5-1.58份,三氧化二锑3.75-3.94份,氢氧化镁9.37-9.84份,有机颜料3.3-3.5份材料进行调配,形成胶状物;
2、高速混合,将胶状物投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,形成混合胶状物;
3、螺杆挤出,将混合胶状物投入挤出机中螺杆挤出,得到浆料,挤出温度为120-160℃;
4、过滤,将挤出后的浆料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
5、炼胶,将糊状涂层浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为160-180℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
6、压延成膜,将5中所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为5mm-10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为220℃-240℃,输送段温度为230℃-250℃,挤出压力为50MPa-60MPa,干燥温度为80℃-100℃,干燥时长为4h-6h,生产速度为5m/min-30m/min;
7、压花,将6中得到的半成品胶膜采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品PVC胶膜;
8、冷却定型,将7中得到的半成品PVC胶膜经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
9、PVC胶膜,8中冷却定型后形成PVC胶膜;
10、印刷,在9中定型后PVC胶膜的表面经过印刷机印刷处理,形成印刷PVC胶膜;
11、表面抗紫外线处理,对印刷PVC胶膜进行液氨处理,接着,用预缩机对胶膜进行预缩整理,蒸汽压力为5kg/m2~6kg/m2,蒸汽用量为30kg/h~45kg/h;接着,用抗皱、抗菌、防紫外线整理剂静电喷涂预缩后的PVC胶膜,并对静电喷涂后的PVC胶膜进行微波处理;
12、PVC印刷胶膜(备用),微波处理后的PVC胶膜形成PVC印刷胶膜(备用)。
所述夹网布的制作包括以下步骤:
13、网布整理,将高强聚酯纤维网布置于清洁机中进行表面清洁,并进行静电除尘处理;
14、浸轧,将13中得到的网布置于浸轧机中,浸轧机中包括浸轧质量份数的原料:乳液法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉悬50-52.7份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP38-40.5份,已二酸二辛酯DOA7.5-7.9份,三氧化二锑4-4.21份,氢氧化镁5-5.27份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ1-1.05,MDX粘合剂(异氰酸酯)4-4.21份,将其原料投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,形成PVC糊浆,PVC糊浆附在夹网布的表面;
15、加热塑化,将14得到的糊浆夹网布经过加热塑化,形成半成品夹网布;
16、底层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的底面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
17、面层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的顶面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
18、压花,将17得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品夹网布;
19、冷却定型,将18得到的半成品夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
20、成品,将19中得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。

15、加热塑化,将14得到的糊浆夹网布经过加热塑化,形成半成品夹网布;
16、底层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的底面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
17、面层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的顶面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
18、压花,将17得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品夹网布;
19、冷却定型,将18得到的半成品夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3Mpa;
20、成品,将19中得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
实施例2

所述PVC胶膜的制作包括以下步骤:
1、调配物料,将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC79份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP 42份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 12份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.6份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P 0.23份,抗氧剂1076 0.12份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.58份,三氧化二锑3.94份,氢氧化镁9.84份,有机颜料3.5份材料进行调配,形成胶状物;
2、高速混合,将胶状物投入高速共混机中,在140℃温度下搅拌15分钟,形成混合胶状物;
3、螺杆挤出,将混合胶状物投入挤出机中螺杆挤出,得到浆料,挤出温度为160℃;
4、过滤,将挤出后的浆料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
5、炼胶,将糊状涂层浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为180℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
6、压延成膜,将5中所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为240℃,输送段温度为250℃,挤出压力为60MPa,干燥温度为100℃,干燥时长为6h,生产速度为30m/min;
7、压花,将6中得到的半成品胶膜采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品PVC胶膜;
8、冷却定型,将7中得到的半成品PVC胶膜经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在5Mpa;
9、PVC胶膜,8中冷却定型后形成PVC胶膜;
10、印刷,在9中定型后PVC胶膜的表面经过印刷机印刷处理,形成印刷PVC胶膜;
11、表面抗紫外线处理,对印刷PVC胶膜进行液氨处理,接着,用预缩机对胶膜进行预缩整理,蒸汽压力为6kg/m2,蒸汽用量为45kg/h;接着,用抗皱、抗菌、防紫外线整理剂静电喷涂预缩后的PVC胶膜,并对静电喷涂后的PVC胶膜进行微波处理;
12、PVC印刷胶膜(备用),微波处理后的PVC胶膜形成PVC印刷胶膜(备用)。
所述夹网布的制作包括以下步骤:

15、加热塑化,将14得到的糊浆夹网布经过加热塑化,形成半成品夹网布;
16、底层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的底面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
17、面层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的顶面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
18、压花,将17得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品夹网布;

所述PVC胶膜的制作包括以下步骤:
1、调配物料,将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC 77份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP 41份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 11.8份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.55份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P 0.225份,抗氧剂1076 0.115份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.54份,三氧化二锑3.8份,氢氧化镁9.55份,有机颜料3.4份材料进行调配,形成胶状物;
2、高速混合,将胶状物投入高速共混机中,在120℃温度下搅拌12分钟,形成混合胶状物;

8、冷却定型,将7中得到的半成品PVC胶膜经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在4Mpa;
9、PVC胶膜,8中冷却定型后形成PVC胶膜;
10、印刷,在9中定型后PVC胶膜的表面经过印刷机印刷处理,形成印刷PVC胶膜;
11、表面抗紫外线处理,对印刷PVC胶膜进行液氨处理,接着,用预缩机对胶膜进行预缩整理,蒸汽压力为5.5kg/m2,蒸汽用量为37.5kg/h;接着,用抗皱、抗菌、防紫外线整理剂静电喷涂预缩后的PVC胶膜,并对静电喷涂后的PVC胶膜进行微波处理;
12、PVC印刷胶膜(备用),微波处理后的PVC胶膜形成PVC印刷胶膜(备用)。
所述夹网布的制作包括以下步骤:

14、浸轧,将13中得到的网布置于浸轧机中,浸轧机中包括浸轧质量份数的原料:乳液法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉悬51份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP39份,已二酸二辛酯DOA7.7份,三氧化二锑4.11份,氢氧化镁5.13份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ1.02份,MDX粘合剂(异氰酸酯)4.11份,将其原料投入高速共混机中,在120℃温度下搅拌12分钟,形成PVC糊浆,PVC糊浆附在夹网布的表面;
15、加热塑化,将14得到的糊浆夹网布经过加热塑化,形成半成品夹网布;
16、底层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的底面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
17、面层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的顶面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
18、压花,将17得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品夹网布;
19、冷却定型,将18得到的半成品夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在4Mpa;
20、成品,将19中得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
本发明的技术指标为:
1、拉伸负荷:纵向≥3300N/5cm横向≥3000N/5cm
2、剥离强度:107.8N/5cm
3、温度:-20℃~±65℃
4、框架抗风:6-8级
5、热处理尺寸变化率:≤0.5%
6、低温弯折性:-20℃无裂缝
7、抗渗透性:0.2MPa,24h不渗水
8、抗穿孔性:不渗透
本发明的性能指标为:
本发明根据技术指标和性能指标可知,本发明的抗渗透性为0.2MPa,24h不渗水,抗穿孔性为不渗透,说明本发明具有较佳的防水性能,以及气密性强度较高,长时间使用也能够确保防水效果,此外,本发明的拉伸负荷、撕裂负荷以及剥离负荷性能均较佳,使得本夹网布的耐候性和保光性较强,在在长时间暴晒后不容易出现颜色迁移以及溢色的情况,另外,本发明的重金属含量较低,具备环保,无污染,不易对环境和人体造成伤害。

2.根据权利要求1所述的多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布,其特征在于:所述PVC胶膜包括以下质量分数的原料:悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC 75-79份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP 40-42份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 11.5-12份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.5-1.6份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P 0.22-0.23份,抗氧剂1076 0.11-0.12份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.5-1.58份,三氧化二锑3.75-3.94份,氢氧化镁9.37-9.84份,有机颜料3.3-3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布,其特征在于:所述PVC胶膜的制作包括以下步骤:
1、调配物料,将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉PVC 75-79份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP 40-42份,已二酸二辛酯DOA 11.5-12份,环氧大豆油EPO 1.5-1.6份,紫外线吸收剂UV-P 0.22-0.23份,抗氧剂1076 0.11-0.12份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ 1.5-1.58份,三氧化二锑3.75-3.94份,氢氧化镁9.37-9.84份,有机颜料3.3-3.5份材料进行调配,形成胶状物;
2、高速混合,将胶状物投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,形成混合胶状物;
3、螺杆挤出,将混合胶状物投入挤出机中螺杆挤出,得到浆料,挤出温度为120-160℃;
4、过滤,将挤出后的浆料在滤网上进行过滤,得到糊状涂层浆料;
5、炼胶,将糊状涂层浆料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为160-180℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
6、压延成膜,将5中所得的浆料经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为5mm-10mm的胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为220℃-240℃,输送段温度为230℃-250℃,挤出压力为50MPa-60MPa,干燥温度为80℃-100℃,干燥时长为4h-6h,生产速度为5m/min-30m/min;
7、压花,将6中得到的半成品胶膜采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品PVC胶膜;
8、冷却定型,将7中得到的半成品PVC胶膜经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
9、PVC胶膜,8中冷却定型后形成PVC胶膜;
10、印刷,在9中定型后PVC胶膜的表面经过印刷机印刷处理,形成印刷PVC胶膜;
11、表面抗紫外线处理,对印刷PVC胶膜进行液氨处理,接着,用预缩机对胶膜进行预缩整理,蒸汽压力为5kg/m2~6kg/m2,蒸汽用量为30kg/h~45kg/h;接着,用抗皱、抗菌、防紫外线整理剂静电喷涂预缩后的PVC胶膜,并对静电喷涂后的PVC胶膜进行微波处理;
12、PVC印刷胶膜(备用),微波处理后的PVC胶膜形成PVC印刷胶膜(备用)。
4.多彩环保双面防水防晒气密性夹网布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
13、网布整理,将高强聚酯纤维网布置于清洁机中进行表面清洁,并进行静电除尘处理;
14、浸轧,将13中得到的网布置于浸轧机中,浸轧机中包括浸轧质量份数的原料:乳液法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉悬50-52.7份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯DINP38-40.5份,已二酸二辛酯DOA7.5-7.9份,三氧化二锑4-4.21份,氢氧化镁5-5.27份,钡锌液体安定剂BZ1-1.05,MDX粘合剂(异氰酸酯)4-4.21份,将其原料投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,形成PVC糊浆,PVC糊浆附在夹网布的表面;
15、加热塑化,将14得到的糊浆夹网布经过加热塑化,形成半成品夹网布;
16、底层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的底面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
17、面层热贴合,将在半成品夹网布的顶面高温贴合PVC印刷胶膜;
18、压花,将17得到的半成品夹网布采用压花机的压花辊进行上、下表面压花处理,得到印花后的半成品夹网布;
19、冷却定型,将18得到的半成品夹网布经过冷却辊充分冷却定型,压花辊采用油压推动,油压调整在3-5Mpa;
20、成品,将19中得到的成品夹网布进行检验、卷成成品。
