(5) mixing the extracts according to the weight part ratio.

A natural plant extract for immunopotentiation comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of honeysuckle extract, 8 parts of medlar extract, 6 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 5 parts of ginseng extract, 5 parts of astragalus extract, 9 parts of mushroom extract, 8 parts of tomato extract, 6 parts of carrot extract, 3 parts of aloe extract and 2 parts of green tea extract.
Example 2
The differences from the embodiment 1 are that 22 parts of honeysuckle extract, 15 parts of medlar extract, 12 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 10 parts of ginseng extract, 10 parts of astragalus extract, 14 parts of mushroom extract, 14 parts of tomato extract, 12 parts of carrot extract, 8 parts of aloe extract and 6 parts of green tea extract.
Example 3
The differences from the embodiment 1 are that the honeysuckle flower extract is 17 parts, the medlar extract is 10 parts, the lucid ganoderma extract is 8 parts, the ginseng extract is 6 parts, the astragalus extract is 7 parts, the mushroom extract is 10 parts, the tomato extract is 9 parts, the carrot extract is 8 parts, the aloe extract is 5 parts, and the green tea extract is 3 parts.
Example 4
The differences from the embodiment 1 are that 20 parts of honeysuckle extract, 13 parts of medlar extract, 10 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 8 parts of ginseng extract, 9 parts of astragalus extract, 12 parts of mushroom extract, 12 parts of tomato extract, 10 parts of carrot extract, 7 parts of aloe extract and 5 parts of green tea extract.
Example 5
The differences from the embodiment 1 are that the honeysuckle extract is 19 parts, the medlar extract is 12 parts, the lucid ganoderma extract is 9 parts, the ginseng extract is 7 parts, the astragalus extract is 8 parts, the mushroom extract is 11 parts, the tomato extract is 11 parts, the carrot extract is 9 parts, the aloe extract is 6 parts, and the green tea extract is 4 parts.
Example 6
The process for producing natural plant extracts for immunopotentiation according to the above examples 1 to 5 comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively preparing raw materials, cleaning, drying, and pulverizing to 20 meshes to obtain powder;
(2) respectively weighing the powder prepared in the step (1), adding water with the weight 8 times that of the weighed powder, uniformly mixing, leaching for 90min at 40 ℃, filtering, and collecting an extracting solution;
(3) adding water into the filter residue obtained in the step (2) respectively, wherein the water addition amount is 5 times of the weight of the filter residue, leaching for 60min at 60 ℃, filtering, and combining the two extracting solutions;
(4) adding ethanol with the mass fraction of 60% into the extracting solution obtained in the step (3) respectively, wherein the adding amount is 20% of the weight of the extracting solution, standing for 12h at 4 ℃, filtering, precipitating, concentrating and drying until the relative density is 1.01;
(5) mixing the extracts according to the weight part ratio.
Example 7
The difference from example 6 is that each raw material was pulverized to 60 mesh in step (1).
Example 8
The difference from example 6 is that in step (2), water was added in an amount of 10 times the weight of each raw material.
Example 9
The difference from example 6 is that the leaching in step (2) was carried out at 80 ℃ for 60 min.
Example 10
The difference from example 6 is that the amount of water added in step (3) was 8 times as much as the amount of each raw material.
Example 11
The difference from example 6 is that the leaching in step (3) is an extraction at 100 ℃ for 40 min.
Example 12
The difference from example 6 is that the amount of ethanol added in step (4) is 30% by weight of the extract.
Example 13
The difference from example 6 is that the mass fraction of the ethanol solution is 70%.
Example 14
The difference from example 6 is that the standing in step (4) was carried out at 8 ℃ for 24 hours.
Example 15
The difference from example 6 is that the concentration in step (4) was carried out to a relative density of 1.05.
Comparative example 1
The differences from the embodiment 1 are that 8 parts of honeysuckle extract, 4 parts of medlar extract, 5 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 2 parts of ginseng extract, 3 parts of astragalus extract, 15 parts of mushroom extract, 17 parts of tomato extract, 15 parts of carrot extract, 10 parts of aloe extract and 10 parts of green tea extract. The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 2
The method is different from the production process of the natural plant extract for enhancing immunity in example 1, and comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively preparing raw materials, cleaning, drying, and pulverizing to 100 meshes to obtain powder;
(2) respectively weighing the powder prepared in the step (1), adding water 15 times the weight of the weighed powder, uniformly mixing, leaching for 20min at 100 ℃, filtering, and collecting an extracting solution;
(3) adding water into the filter residue obtained in the step (2) respectively, wherein the water addition amount is 10 times of the weight of the filter residue, leaching for 90min at 120 ℃, filtering, and combining the two extracting solutions;
(4) respectively adding 30% by weight of ethanol into the extracting solution obtained in the step (3), standing at room temperature for 12h, filtering, precipitating, concentrating, and drying to relative density of 1.80;
(5) mixing the extracts according to the weight part ratio.
Comparative example 3
The difference from the example 1 is that the honeysuckle extract and the astragalus extract are not contained. The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Effect verification
90 mice were taken and weighed 18-24g, and randomly divided into 9 groups of 10, 8 groups of 10 mice were fed with the natural plant extracts prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3, respectively, 1.5g/kg of mice were given distilled water in an equal amount per day, 1 group of control group was given distilled water once per day for 30 consecutive days, 2% SRBC was intraperitoneally injected on the 25 th day after immunization for 5 days, the spleen was sacrificed by dislocation, the spleen was taken out, filtered through a 200-mesh screen, washed 3 times with Hanks's solution, centrifuged at 100Or/min for 10min each time, and the cells were suspended in 5mLRPM1640 culture solution. Heating and dissolving the surface layer culture medium, preserving heat in a 45 ℃ water bath, mixing with an equivalent amount of 2-fold concentration Hanks solution, subpackaging into small test tubes, adding 0.5mL of each tube, adding 50 mu L of 110% SRBC and 20 mu L of spleen cell suspension, uniformly mixing, inverting, culturing in a carbon dioxide incubator for 1 hour, adding complement (1:10) diluted by SA buffer solution, continuing to culture for 1 hour, and counting the number of hemolytic plaques, wherein the results are shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, the natural plant extracts (examples 1-5) prepared by the invention can obviously increase antibody-producing cells of mice, and the effect is obviously better than that of comparative example 1 (different raw material ratios) and comparative example 2 (different plant extract production processes) and comparative example 3 (no honeysuckle extract and astragalus extract are added in the raw materials), especially the best effect of example 5, so that the raw material ratios, the plant extract production processes and the raw material components have influence on the curative effect of the prepared product, therefore, the invention adopts the specific raw material ratios, the plant extract production processes and the selection of the proper raw material components, and the prepared plant extracts have the effect of improving antibody-producing cells.

A natural plant extract for immunopotentiation characterized by: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-22 parts of honeysuckle extract, 8-15 parts of medlar extract, 6-12 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 5-10 parts of ginseng extract, 5-10 parts of astragalus extract, 9-14 parts of mushroom extract, 8-14 parts of tomato extract, 6-12 parts of carrot extract, 3-8 parts of aloe extract and 2-6 parts of green tea extract.

A natural plant extract for immunopotentiation according to claim 1, wherein: the weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 17-20 parts of honeysuckle extract, 10-13 parts of medlar extract, 8-10 parts of lucid ganoderma extract, 6-8 parts of ginseng extract, 7-9 parts of astragalus extract, 10-12 parts of mushroom extract, 9-12 parts of tomato extract, 8-10 parts of carrot extract, 5-7 parts of aloe extract and 3-5 parts of green tea extract.
3. A process for the production of a natural plant extract for immunopotentiation according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively preparing the raw materials, cleaning, drying and crushing to obtain powder;
(2) respectively weighing the powder prepared in the step (1), adding water, uniformly mixing, leaching, filtering and collecting an extracting solution;
(3) respectively adding water into the filter residues obtained in the step (2) for extraction, filtering, and combining the two extracting solutions;
(4) adding ethanol into the extracting solution obtained in the step (3), standing, filtering, precipitating, concentrating and drying;
(5) mixing the extracts according to the weight part ratio.
4. The production process according to claim 3, characterized in that: and (2) crushing the raw materials in the step (1) to 20-60 meshes.
5. The production process according to claim 3, characterized in that: the water adding amount in the step (2) is 8-10 times of the weight of each raw material.
6. The production process according to claim 3, characterized in that: the leaching in the step (2) is carried out for 60-90min at 40-80 ℃.
