Therefore, the conference rooms in the target conference room recommendation list are displayed in a visual map mode, and a user can browse a plurality of conference rooms conveniently.
Based on the above, the user can directly perform reservation input such as clicking, touch and the like on the preset control corresponding to the target conference room based on the building and floor map information of each conference room in the display target conference room recommendation list.
In some other embodiments, in order to enable the user to more intuitively obtain the state of the conference room, and then quickly and efficiently find the bookable conference room, so as to realize quick booking of the conference room, the state information of each conference room may be displayed in the building and floor map information of each conference room in the target conference room recommendation list.
For example, the meeting room identification may be displayed in a different color. For example, green indicates that the conference room is in an idle state, indicating that reservations can be made; red indicates that the conference room is occupied, indicating no reservation.
In other embodiments, in order to facilitate the user to search for a meeting room matching the own requirement according to the own requirement, the user may also directly perform search input based on each screening dimension of the meeting room, so that the meeting room can be searched according to the search condition input by the user.
The screening dimension of the conference room can include but is not limited to at least one of dimensions such as geographical position of the conference room, style of the conference room, maximum number of persons accommodated in the conference room, and usage permission level of the conference room.
In some embodiments, further to improve the meeting room experience of the user in the actual reserved meeting and simplify the operations that the user needs to perform in the meeting room site, the reserved meeting information may include information of reserved participants, and the room status monitoring reservation method may further include:
after the starting time of the appointed conference is reached, receiving the information of the actual participants of the appointed conference, which is sent by the Internet of things platform;
comparing the information of the actual participants with the information of the appointed participants to obtain a comparison result;
generating conference sign-in information according to the comparison result;
and sending the conference sign-in information to the Internet of things platform.
Specifically, the conference room reservation system may communicate with the internet of things platform, and after the target conference room is set to start the reservation conference, the conference room reservation system may receive information of actual participants in the conference room, which is sent by the internet of things platform, and match the information of the actual participants with the information of the reserved participants, respectively, thereby determining the actual participants not participating in the conference and the actual participants participating in the conference.
Therefore, conference sign-in information of the reserved conference in the target conference room can be obtained, and the conference sign-in information is sent to the Internet of things platform, so that convenient display of the conference sign-in information can be carried out on the site of the conference room.
In some embodiments, in order to record the actual use condition of the conference reserved by the user this time, to perform operations such as storing relevant data, or in order that the user can query the actual use information of the reserved conference after the reserved conference is finished, the room state monitoring reservation method may further include:
after the conference reservation is finished, receiving actual use information of the target conference room about the conference reservation, which is sent by the Internet of things platform;
storing actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference into reservation recording information of the user, wherein the actual use information can comprise at least one of actual occupation duration and service consumption information.
The service information comprises the consumption of the object meeting room and the corresponding price.
In some embodiments, the actual usage information interface diagram of the target conference room may be specifically as shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the interface displays actual usage information of the target conference room.
In addition, as an example, for the actual usage information of the target conference room, the interface further provides a control for confirming or questioning the actual usage information of the target conference room, and in this example, through the input of the control, the confirmation of the actual usage information of the target conference room or the questioning of the actual usage information of the target conference room can be realized.
In some other embodiments, the actual usage information of the target conference room is considered as default to confirm the actual usage information of the target conference room after the user does not confirm the actual usage information of the target conference room for more than a period of time.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a room status monitoring reservation method applied to an internet of things platform according to an embodiment of the present application. The room state monitoring reservation method is applied to an Internet of things platform, and the server platform can comprise a server or a user terminal and the like. As shown in fig. 4, the room state monitoring reservation method includes the steps of:
s410, acquiring reserved conference information of a target conference room, which is sent by a conference room reservation system, wherein the reserved conference information comprises information of reserved participants;
s420, after the starting time of the reserved conference in the target conference room is reached, acquiring the information of actual participants of the reserved conference based on the information of the participants;
s430, sending the information of the actual participants of the reserved conference to a conference room reservation system;
and S440, displaying the received conference sign-in information sent by the conference room reservation system.
According to the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the Internet of things platform, information interaction is carried out through the conference room reservation system, so that information of actual participants of a reserved conference can be acquired in the actual reserved conference, and received conference sign-in information sent by the conference room reservation system based on the information of the actual participants is displayed. Therefore, the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the Internet of things platform can acquire and correspondingly display the intelligent conference sign-in condition in an actual conference reservation, and improves the use efficiency of the reserved conference room and the user satisfaction.
The following describes a specific implementation of the above steps 410 to 440 in detail.
In S410, in a specific implementation, the conference room reservation system may communicate with the conference room reservation system, so as to obtain the reserved conference information of the target conference room.
It should be noted that the conference reservation information may include information of conference reservation participants;
in S420, in a specific implementation, after the start time of the reserved conference in the target conference room is reached, the information of the actual participant who reserved the conference may be acquired based on the information of the reserved participant.
In this application embodiment, the conference room can be configured with the internet of things devices such as the face recognition device and the infrared detection device, and the devices can be connected with the internet of things platform, and the internet of things platform performs control operations such as opening or closing of the related functions of the conference room devices.
Specifically, when the participants go to the target meeting room to participate in the meeting, the internet of things platform can send instructions to the face recognition device assembled in the target meeting room, so that the face recognition device can perform face recognition and information matching on the actual participants based on the acquired information of the reserved participants, and therefore the information of the actual participants participating in the reserved meeting can be obtained.
In S430, in the concrete implementation, the internet of things platform sends the information of the actual participant who makes a conference reservation to the conference room reservation system. After receiving the actual participant information, the conference room reservation system can compare the actual participant information with the participant information in the reservation conference information and send the generated conference sign-in information to the Internet of things platform.
In S440, specifically, the received conference check-in information sent by the conference room reservation system may be displayed.
Specifically, the internet of things platform can control the corresponding display screen to display the accepted conference sign-in information, so that a user can acquire the actual participant information and sign-in information more simply.
As an example, the interface diagram for displaying meeting check-in information may be specifically as shown in fig. 5. The interface displays the number of reserved persons, the number of persons checking in, the checking-in rate and the actual persons participating in the conference and the checking-in time of the actual persons participating in the conference.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the user experience of using the conference room, when the starting time of the reserved conference of the target conference room is reached, the room state monitoring reservation method may further include:
and displaying the electronic table cards respectively corresponding to the members of the appointed participants according to the information of the appointed participants.
Specifically, the internet of things platform may be in communication connection with an electronic table card in a conference room in advance, and based on the accepted conference reservation information, the names of the participants in the conference reservation are displayed at the beginning of the conference reservation.
In other embodiments, after the information of the actual participant is acquired by the internet of things platform, the electronic table card corresponding to the name of the non-participant is controlled to be closed.
In some embodiments, to further enhance the user experience and to improve the intelligence of the conference room, the room status monitoring reservation method may further include:
and when the starting time of the reserved conference of the target conference room is reached, sending a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for indicating the related equipment of the conference room in the target conference room to be started.
Wherein, the meeting room related equipment can include but is not limited to at least one of light, projector, electronic entrance guard and the like arranged in the meeting room.
The expression of the first instruction may include, but is not limited to, an electric signal, code information, other data signal, and the like.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the user to view the relevant information of the reserved conference, and to store the conference record for the reservation of the subsequent conference room, the room status monitoring reservation method may further include:
after the conference reservation is finished, acquiring actual use information of the target conference room about the conference reservation;
and sending actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference to a conference room reservation system, wherein the actual use information can comprise at least one of actual occupation duration and service consumption information.
Specifically, in an actual scene, a conference room is often occupied due to timeout or a conference is ended in advance, and therefore, it is not accurate to judge that the conference is ended only by considering the reserved conference end time in the reserved conference information.
Based on this, the internet of things platform can be connected with related infrared detection equipment in the target conference room in advance, and after the infrared detection equipment detects that no person exists in the target conference room, the reserved conference is judged to be finished, and at this moment, actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference is obtained.
It should be understood that, for the sake of brevity, details of the actual usage information of the reserved conference in the target conference room are not repeated, and reference may be specifically made to corresponding contents in the corresponding embodiment of the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the conference room reservation system.
In other embodiments, in order to avoid resource waste and improve the intelligent degree of the conference room, when the completion of the reserved conference is detected, the platform of the internet of things controls the related equipment in the conference room to be closed, so that manual operation of a user is not needed, and the use efficiency of the conference room is also improved.
Based on the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the conference room reservation system provided by the above embodiment, the present application also provides a room state monitoring reservation device corresponding to the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the conference room reservation system, and the room state monitoring reservation device is described in detail below with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a room status monitoring reservation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a conference room reservation system. The room state monitoring reservation apparatus shown in fig. 6 includes:
a first obtaining module 610, configured to obtain first feature information of a user, where the first feature information includes reservation recording information of a company to which the user belongs and category information of the company to which the user belongs;
a first generating module 620, configured to generate a first meeting room recommendation list according to the first feature information; under the condition that the reservation recording information is empty, meeting rooms included in the first meeting room recommendation list are determined based on the category information of a company to which the user belongs; in the case that the reservation recording information is not empty, the conference room included in the first conference room recommendation list is determined based on at least one of category information of a company to which the user belongs and the reservation recording information;

The room state monitoring reservation device of the embodiment of the application can finally determine a target conference room recommendation list for a user according to reservation recording information of a company to which the user belongs and category information of the company to which the user belongs based on corresponding functional modules, and receive reservation input of the user to a target conference room in the target conference room recommendation list. Therefore, the room state monitoring reservation device provided by the embodiment of the application can recommend a conference room with pertinence through a user, so that the user operation can be greatly simplified, and the efficiency of reserving the conference room is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, to perform further conference room screening based on the first conference room recommendation list to ensure the availability of the user to select a conference room, after generating the first conference room recommendation list and before receiving a reservation input of the user for a target conference room in the target conference room recommendation list, the method may further include:
the second display module can be used for displaying a second meeting room recommendation list according to the second characteristic information of each meeting room in the first meeting room recommendation list; wherein the second characteristic information includes: the busy and idle states of the conference room in a preset time period; the second meeting room recommendation list comprises meeting rooms satisfying: in an idle state within a preset time period;
the first determining module may be configured to determine the second meeting room recommendation list as a target meeting room recommendation list.
In some embodiments, in order to perform screening of meeting rooms more specifically to ensure the reservation of the user for selecting a meeting room and improve the accuracy of recommending the meeting room, the first feature information may further include location information of a company to which the user belongs and the meeting room usage right of the company to which the user belongs; the second characteristic information may further include: meeting room location information and meeting room usage permission level; the second display module may further include:
displaying a second conference room recommendation list according to the position information of the company to which the user belongs, the use permission level of the conference room of the company to which the user belongs and second characteristic information of each conference room in the first conference room recommendation list; the conference rooms included in the second conference room recommendation list can further satisfy: the conference room grade is less than or equal to the conference room use permission grade of the company to which the user belongs, and the distance between the conference room position and the company to which the user belongs is less than a preset distance value.
In some embodiments, in order to further simplify the user operation and improve the reservation efficiency, the first executing module 640 may further include:
the acquisition submodule can be used for responding to reservation input and acquiring historical conference summary information of a historical reservation target conference room of a user;
and the generation submodule can be used for generating reserved conference information of the reserved conference of the target conference room according to the historical conference summary information.
In some embodiments, in order to make the user make a reservation for the conference room more intuitively, the first receiving module 630 may include:
the display sub-module can be used for displaying building and floor map information corresponding to each conference room in the target conference room recommendation list based on the target conference room recommendation list;
and the receiving submodule can be used for receiving the reservation input of the user for the target meeting room under the condition of displaying the building and floor map information of each meeting room in the recommendation list of the target meeting room.

the obtaining module can be used for comparing the information of the actual participant with the information of the appointed participant to obtain a comparison result;
the second generation module can be used for generating conference check-in information according to the comparison result;
and the second sending module can be used for sending the conference sign-in information to the Internet of things platform.
In some embodiments, in order to record the actual usage situation of the reserved conference, to perform operations such as storing relevant data, or in order that the user can inquire the actual usage information of the reserved conference after the reserved conference is finished, the room status monitoring reservation apparatus may further include:
the third receiving module can be used for receiving actual use information of the reserved conference of the target conference room, which is sent by the Internet of things platform, after the reserved conference is finished;
and the storage module can be used for storing the actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference into the reservation recording information of the user, wherein the actual use information comprises at least one of the actual occupation time length and the service consumption information.
Based on the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the conference room reservation system provided by the above embodiment, the present application also provides a room state monitoring reservation device corresponding to the room state monitoring reservation method applied to the conference room reservation system, and the room state monitoring reservation device is described in detail below with reference to fig. 7.
Fig. 7 is a second schematic structural diagram of a picture scoring device according to an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to an internet of things platform. The room state monitoring reservation apparatus shown in fig. 7 includes:
a second obtaining module 710, configured to obtain conference reservation information of the target conference room sent by the conference room reservation system, where the conference reservation information includes information of conference participants;
a third obtaining module 720, configured to obtain information of actual participants of the reserved conference based on the information of the participants of the reserved conference after the start time of the reserved conference in the target conference room is reached;
the first sending module 730 is configured to send information of actual participants who reserve a conference to the conference room reservation system;
the first display module 740 is configured to display the received meeting sign-in information sent by the meeting room reservation system.
The room state monitoring reservation device applied to the Internet of things platform provided by the embodiment of the application carries out information interaction with the conference room reservation system through the corresponding functional module, so that the information of actual participants of a reserved conference can be acquired in the actual reserved conference, and the received conference sign-in information sent by the conference room reservation system based on the information of the actual participants is displayed. So, through the room state monitoring reservation device of being applied to thing networking platform of this application embodiment, can carry out acquireing and the corresponding show of the intelligence meeting condition of registering in the meeting reservation meeting in reality, improved the availability factor and the user satisfaction to reservation meeting room.

Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a hardware structure of a room status monitoring reservation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
The room condition monitoring reservation apparatus may include a processor 801 and a memory 802 storing computer program instructions.
Specifically, the processor 801 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present Application.
The memory may include Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., memory devices) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors), it is operable to perform operations described with reference to the methods according to an aspect of the present disclosure.
The processor 801 reads and executes computer program instructions stored in the memory 802 to implement any one of the room status monitoring reservation methods in the above-described embodiments.
In one example, the room status monitoring reservation device may also include a communication interface 803 and a bus 810. As shown in fig. 8, the processor 801, the memory 802, and the communication interface 803 are connected via a bus 810 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 803 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, apparatuses, units and/or devices in the embodiments of the present application.
The bus 810 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the room condition monitoring reservation device to each other. By way of example, and not limitation, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hypertransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 810 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
In addition, in combination with the room state monitoring reservation method in the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application may provide a computer storage medium to implement. The computer storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement any one of the room condition monitoring reservation methods in the above embodiments.

Claims (16)
1. A room state monitoring reservation method is applied to a conference room reservation system and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first characteristic information of a user, wherein the first characteristic information comprises reservation recording information of a company to which the user belongs and category information of the company to which the user belongs;
generating a first meeting room recommendation list according to the first characteristic information; wherein, under the condition that the reservation recording information is empty, the conference room included in the first conference room recommendation list is determined based on the category information of the company to which the user belongs; in a case where the reservation recording information is not empty, a conference room included in the first conference room recommendation list is determined based on at least one of category information of a company to which the user belongs and the reservation recording information;
receiving reservation input of a user for a target meeting room in a target meeting room recommendation list, wherein the target meeting room recommendation list is related to the first meeting room recommendation list;
in response to the reservation input, performing a reservation operation for the target conference room.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the generating the first meeting room recommendation list and before the receiving a user's reservation input for a target meeting room in the target meeting room recommendation list:
displaying a second meeting room recommendation list according to second characteristic information of each meeting room in the first meeting room recommendation list; wherein the second characteristic information includes: meeting room busy and idle states in a preset time period; the conference room included in the second conference room recommendation list satisfies: in an idle state within the preset time period;
and determining the second conference room recommendation list as the target conference room recommendation list.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the first characteristic information further includes location information of a company to which the user belongs and conference room usage rights of the company to which the user belongs; the second feature information further includes: meeting room location information and meeting room usage permission level; the displaying a second meeting room recommendation list according to the second feature information of each meeting room in the first meeting room recommendation list further includes:
displaying a second conference room recommendation list according to the position information of the company to which the user belongs, the use permission level of the conference room of the company to which the user belongs and second characteristic information of each conference room in the first conference room recommendation list; the conference rooms included in the second conference room recommendation list further satisfy: the conference room grade is less than or equal to the conference room use permission grade of the company to which the user belongs, and the distance between the conference room position and the company to which the user belongs is less than a preset distance value.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the performing a reservation operation for the target conference room in response to the reservation input further comprises:
responding to the reservation input, and acquiring historical conference summary information of the target conference room reserved by the user history;
and generating the appointed conference information of the appointed conference of the target conference room according to the historical conference summary information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a user's reservation input for a target meeting room in a target meeting room recommendation list comprises:
based on the target meeting room recommendation list, displaying building and floor map information corresponding to each meeting room in the target meeting room recommendation list;
and receiving reservation input of a user aiming at the target meeting room when the building and floor map information of each meeting room in the target meeting room recommendation list is displayed.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the conference appointment information comprises information of participants appointment, the method further comprising:
after the starting time of the appointed conference is reached, receiving the information of the actual participants of the appointed conference, which is sent by the Internet of things platform;
comparing the information of the actual participant with the information of the appointed participant to obtain a comparison result;
generating conference sign-in information according to the comparison result;
and sending the conference sign-in information to the Internet of things platform.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
after the reserved conference is finished, receiving actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference, which is sent by the Internet of things platform;
and storing actual use information of the target conference room about the reserved conference into reservation recording information of the user, wherein the actual use information comprises at least one of actual occupied time length and service consumption information.
8. A room state monitoring reservation method is applied to an Internet of things platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the first receiving module is used for receiving reservation input of a user aiming at a target meeting room in a target meeting room recommendation list, and the target meeting room recommendation list is related to the first meeting room recommendation list;
a first execution module to execute a reservation operation for the target conference room in response to the reservation input.
