Specifically, booking or unsubscribing of a meeting room before a meeting can be realized through a mobile phone APP, an applet and a WEB terminal, and booking personnel or meeting management personnel can determine whether to finish the meeting according to the requirement through the mobile phone APP; after the meeting plan is successfully applied, the meeting responsible person can apply for the unoccupied meeting room in the expected using time period, and after the application is successful, the applicant and the participants are informed through short messages. The applicant selects a seat arrangement mode to carry out seat arrangement in the conference according to the participant, the seat arrangement mode can be different according to the conference scale and the participant number, and the system supports a mode of manually importing Excel seat position lists and arranging seats, manually adjusting the seats, customizing regional seat arrangement and randomly arranging the seats.
Before the conference is held, the front-end three-in-one sign-in equipment is opened, the system automatically issues the face authority and the two-dimensional code authority of the conference to be held in the conference room on the day, and the face authority and the two-dimensional code authority are sent to the bound sign-in machine through an application and data integration platform (ROMA) and the Internet of Things (IOT). The attendants sign in before meeting on site, and only need to brush the face at the check-in machine (add information), the check-in machine can display the seat of the attendee on the screen according to the identified result, and simultaneously transmits the confirmed information that has signed in to the IOC system in real time, if the face information of the attendants is not stored, the attendants can also continue the two-dimensional code sign-in, and the whole sign-in process is simple and quick. The check-in machine can also display the number of on-site check-in persons in real time, so that the meeting place service personnel can know the check-in condition of the meeting place in real time.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a conference room check-in management apparatus according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention is shown, including:
a conference room reservation auditing module 401, configured to audit an acquired conference plan application request, whether a conference room corresponding to the conference plan application request is reserved successfully; wherein, the meeting plan application request comprises the identity information of the participants;
a seat arrangement module 402, configured to determine seat information of the participant according to a received seat arrangement manner if the meeting room reservation is successful;
the participant identity information matching module 403 is configured to perform identity matching on the acquired face information of the participant and the participant identity information;
and a participant seat information display module 404, configured to display the participant seat information corresponding to the face information if the matching is successful.
Optionally, the meeting plan request further includes a meeting room usage time period, and the meeting room reservation auditing module 401 includes:
the first detection submodule is used for detecting whether the use time period of the conference room can be reserved or not;
a reservation success sub-module, configured to determine that the conference room reservation is successful if the conference room usage time period can be reserved;
and the appointment failure submodule is used for determining that the appointment of the conference room fails if the using time period of the conference room cannot be appointed.

and the fourth seat determining submodule is used for determining the seat information of the participants according to a preset rule if the seat arrangement mode is a random seat arrangement mode.
Optionally, the participant identity information matching module 403 includes:

the preset face information extraction submodule is used for extracting the preset face information of the identity information of the participants;
and the face information matching submodule is used for matching the face information with the preset face information.

It should be noted that the processor is configured to execute the steps in the above-mentioned embodiment of the method for orderly synchronizing business transaction data of the heterogeneous system according to the instructions in the program code. Alternatively, the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the functions of each module/unit in each system/apparatus embodiment described above.

The storage may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device. Claims (10)

1. A meeting room check-in management method, comprising:
responding to the received meeting plan application request, and judging whether a meeting room corresponding to the meeting plan application request is reserved successfully; wherein, the meeting plan application request comprises the identity information of the participants;
if the meeting room is reserved successfully, determining seat information of the participants according to the received seat arrangement mode;
carrying out identity matching on the acquired face information of the participants and the identity information of the participants;
and if the matching is successful, displaying seat information of the participant corresponding to the face information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting plan request further includes a meeting room usage time period, and the step of determining whether the meeting room corresponding to the meeting plan application request is successfully reserved in response to the received meeting plan application request comprises:
detecting whether the meeting room use time period can be reserved or not;
if the meeting room use time period can be reserved, determining that the meeting room reservation is successful;
and if the meeting room use time period can not be reserved, determining that the meeting room reservation fails.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the seating pattern comprises an ingress seat list, a custom seating, a regional seating, or a random seating, and wherein the step of determining seat information for the participant based on the received seating pattern comprises:
detecting the received seat arrangement mode;
if the seat arrangement mode is that seat arrangement is conducted by leading in a seat table, matching the received first seat information in the seat table with the identity information of the attendees, and determining the seat information of the attendees;
if the seat arrangement mode is a self-defined seat arrangement mode, generating a meeting room seat arrangement table, receiving arrangement operation of a user on the meeting room seat arrangement table, matching second seat information in the meeting room seat arrangement table with the identity information of the attendees, and determining the seat information of the attendees;
if the seat arrangement mode is regional seat arrangement, matching the attendee information with a corresponding seat region to determine the attendee seat information;
and if the seat arrangement mode is random seat arrangement, determining the seat information of the participants according to a preset rule.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of identity matching the acquired face information of the participant with the identity information of the participant comprises:
acquiring face information of participants;
extracting preset face information of the identity information of the participants;
and matching the face information with the preset face information.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to the step of detecting whether the meeting room usage time period is bookable, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the request for applying for the meeting plan comprises a cost request or not;
if yes, judging whether the expense value in the expense request exceeds a preset threshold value;
and if the cost value exceeds a preset threshold value, determining that the meeting room reservation fails.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and when meeting ending information is received in the meeting room use time period, displaying that the meeting room is in a bookable state.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and if the face information of the participants is not matched with the identity information of the participants, prompting the participants to scan a preset two-dimensional code identifier for identity re-matching.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
when the participant scans the preset two-dimensional code identification to carry out identity re-matching, receiving authentication information uploaded by the participant;
matching the authentication information uploaded by the participants with the identity information of the participants;
and if the matching is successful, displaying seat information of the participants corresponding to the authentication information uploaded by the participants.
9. A meeting room check-in management apparatus, comprising:
the meeting room reservation auditing module is used for responding to the received meeting plan application request and judging whether the meeting room corresponding to the meeting plan application request is reserved successfully; wherein, the meeting plan application request comprises the identity information of the participants;
