Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention provides a conference sign-in system which can be used in a conference sign-in scene and can realize functions of conference release, user information acquisition and conference sign-in. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system for conference check-in.
As shown in fig. 1, the conference check-in system may include a terminal and a server.
The terminal may specifically include a mobile terminal or multiple terminals, which may be used to interact with the participating users and the server, respectively, and interact with the users to implement the functions of conference publishing and user information acquisition, and interact with the server to implement the function of conference sign-in.
Specifically, the terminal may serve as an initiating terminal of the conference, and issue conference information to users who need to participate in the conference in a picture and text form, where the conference information may include information such as a conference name, a conference location, a conference time, and a conference description. The conference information may be published through social media or the like, for example, the conference information is published to the client of each participant user through a preset application for the participant user to see or confirm, as shown in fig. 2, which is an interface diagram for publishing the conference information.
Taking the example that the conference information is released through the conference connection, the terminal can send the conference information to the server, the server can generate the conference connection including the conference information after receiving the conference information, and the conference user can confirm whether to participate in the conference through the conference connection. And after receiving the conference connection, the terminal can send the conference connection to each user to be participated through the preset application.
The user to be participated in may check the conference connection by logging in the preset application, as shown in fig. 3, which is an interface diagram of the user to be participated in logging in the preset application to check the conference connection. The user waiting for meeting can check the meeting information in the meeting connection and can confirm whether to participate in the meeting or not in a mode of clicking the related control. If the user to be participated confirms to participate in the conference, namely the preset application receives the operation of confirming to participate in the conference, the confirmation information of the user can be sent to the server, so that the server can store the participated user who confirms to participate in the conference. It should be noted that, since the user information is used when the user sign-in is successfully performed in the subsequent processing, the user information of the participating user needs to be adopted in a normal situation. The specific mode can be that when the participant user confirms the participation, the participant user is judged to use the preset application for the first time, the user can be prompted to input user information, the user information is sent to the server side so as to be stored by the server side, and for the participant user who uses the preset application for the first time when the participant is confirmed, the user information is usually stored in the server side, so that the participant user does not need to be collected. After the server determines the participating users, the server can form the user information of the participating users into a participating user feature library so as to facilitate the sign-in processing of subsequent conferences. The user information may include identity information such as a user name, a user identification, an employee number, a face feature, a user avatar, and the like.
When meeting signing is needed, the terminal can obtain one or more sections of video information including the participants and sends the video information to the server, the server can determine a signing-in result based on the video information, stored meeting information, a participant user feature library and the like and feeds the signing-in result back to the terminal, and the terminal can send notification information to the participants who successfully signed in based on the signing-in result and send reminding information to the users who do not successfully signed in.
The server side can comprise an application server, a database server and an identification server, wherein the application server can be used for interacting with the terminal side. For example, receiving conference information, video information and the like sent by the terminal, sending a check-in result to the terminal and the like; storing user characteristics of each user in a database server; the recognition server may be configured to recognize the user in the video information and determine a check-in result in combination with user characteristics stored in the database server. When the terminal interacts with the server, the server can receive and store the conference information sent by the terminal, so that the sign-in processing of a subsequent conference is facilitated. The server side can receive one or more sections of video information sent by the terminal, then face recognition can be carried out on the video information, and based on the recognized face features and pre-stored user information, check-in results such as which users participate in the conference, which users do not participate in the conference, which users sign in successfully in the conference, and which users do not sign in successfully are determined, and the knock-in results are sent to the terminal for subsequent processing.
It should be noted that the terminal may send the view information to the server through an http request, and the server may transmit data, such as a check-in result, to the terminal through the JSON format.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for conference check-in, where the method may be executed by a server in a system architecture shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401: and receiving the video information sent by the terminal, and acquiring the face characteristics in the video information.
The terminal shoots one or more pieces of video information including the participants and then sends the video information to the server. After receiving the video information sent by the terminal, the server can perform face recognition on the video information to determine the face features included in the video information.
The server can receive the video information sent by the terminal through the application server, and then send the video information to the recognition server, so that the recognition server performs face features, namely the face features in the video information are obtained.
S402: and comparing the user characteristics in the preset conference-participating user characteristic library with the face characteristics to obtain first user characteristics matched with the face characteristics and second user characteristics unmatched with the face characteristics.
In the embodiment of the invention, a conference-participating user feature library can be established in advance, wherein the conference-participating user feature library represents a user feature library of a person needing to participate in a conference, namely the user feature library of the person corresponding to the conference. The user characteristics may specifically include user characteristics of the participating users, and the user characteristics may include facial characteristics of the users and user information, such as user names, user identifications, employee numbers, user head portraits and other identity information.
So after the facial features in the video information are determined in step S201, the user features in the participating user feature library may be compared with the facial features in the video information. The user characteristics include face characteristics of the user and user information, so comparing the user characteristics with the face characteristics in the video information may be specifically performed as: comparing the face features included in the user features with the face features in the video information, and if the face features included in the user features are consistent with the face features in the video information, determining that the user features are matched with the face features in the video information, wherein the user features belong to first user features consistent with the face features in the video information; and if the face features included in the user features are inconsistent with the face features in the video information, determining that the user features are not matched with the face features in the video information, wherein the user features belong to second user features inconsistent with the face features in the video information. The first user characteristic and the second user characteristic can be obtained through the comparison process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a user feature total library may be pre-established, where the user feature total library includes the collected user features of each user, and specifically may include a face feature and user information of the user. Before executing the step, the terminal may send conference information to the server, and the server may generate a conference connection based on the conference information, that is, a conference connection including the conference information, and send the conference connection to the terminal, so that the terminal sends the conference connection to each of the users to be participated, and each of the users to be participated sends response information to the server through the conference connection to indicate whether to refer to the conference. The response information may include confirmation information and non-confirmation information, wherein the confirmation information indicates that the user to participate in the conference confirms to participate in the conference, and the non-confirmation information indicates that the user to participate in the conference does not participate in the conference. After receiving the response information, the server can judge whether the response information is confirmation information, if so, the server can confirm that the user to be participated in the conference refers to the conference, and determine the user to be participated in as a participant user; if not, the user to be participated in can be confirmed not to participate in the conference, and the user to be participated in is determined as a non-participated user. Therefore, the server can determine which participating users are participating users, and further can extract the user characteristics of the participating users from the user characteristic total library to obtain the participating user characteristic library.
It should be noted that, when extracting the user features of the participating users, if the user features of a certain participating user do not exist in the user feature library, the user features may be directly obtained from the participating user, or the user features may be obtained from the participating user through a terminal.
S403: and determining a user who successfully signs in according to the user information included in the first user characteristic, determining a user who successfully does not sign in according to the user information included in the second user characteristic, further inquiring historical sign-in information of the user who successfully does not sign in, and determining a reminding mode corresponding to the historical sign-in information according to a preset corresponding relation.
Because the user characteristics include the user information, the user corresponding to the user characteristics can be determined based on the user information included in the user characteristics. The first user characteristics are the user characteristics matched with the face characteristics in the video information, namely the user characteristics of the user with the face characteristics appearing in the video information, and the user characteristics of the user needing to participate are stored in the participating user characteristic library, so that the user with the face characteristics appearing in the video information is shown as the user needing to participate in the conference, namely the user who successfully signs in, and therefore the user who successfully signs in can be determined according to the user information included in the first user characteristics in the step. And the second user characteristic is a user characteristic which is not matched with the face characteristic in the video information, namely the user characteristic of the user whose face characteristic does not appear in the video information, and the user characteristic which is stored in the participating user characteristic library is the user characteristic of the user needing to participate in the conference, so that if the face characteristic does not appear in the video information, the user is not used as the user needing to participate in the conference, namely the user who does not sign in successfully, and therefore the user who does not sign in successfully can be determined according to the user information included in the second user characteristic in the step.
In the embodiment of the invention, the historical sign-in information of the user who does not sign in successfully can be stored for each user, namely the sign-in information of the user participating in the conference in the historical time specifically comprises the number of times of meeting response, the number of times of actual meeting response, the rate of meeting participation (the number of times of actual meeting response/the number of times of meeting response) and the like, and meanwhile, the corresponding relation between each piece of historical sign-in information and the reminding mode can be set so as to remind the user who does not sign in successfully to sign in the meeting in time. Specifically, different reminding modes can be set based on the meeting rate in the embodiment of the invention, for example, if the meeting rate of the user is high, which indicates that the user does not sign in this time possibly due to negligence or forgetting and other reasons, a low-level reminding mode can be set; if the participation rate of the user is low, which indicates that the user may not reduce the conference frequently, a high-level reminding mode can be set. Therefore, after the user who does not sign in successfully is determined, historical sign-in information of the users can be inquired, and then the corresponding reminding mode of the user who does not sign in can be determined according to the preset corresponding relation. In the embodiment of the present invention, the participation rate of the user may be determined based on the participation rate threshold, for example, if the participation rate threshold is set to 60%, the participation rate is greater than 60%, it may be determined that the participation rate is high, and the participation rate is not greater than 60%, and it may be determined that the participation rate is low.
S404: and generating a check-in result according to the user who successfully checked in and the user who successfully checked out, and sending the reminding mode corresponding to the check-in result and the user who successfully checked out to the terminal.
After determining the successful check-in user and the unsuccessful check-in user, the server may generate check-in results, where the check-in results may be in a list format, where the check-in results include information of the successful check-in user and the unsuccessful check-in user, such as user identifiers and user check-in results. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the user name, whether the check-in is successful, the check-in time, and the user avatar may be pre-stored, and the user name may be used as the user identifier. The check-in result may also include a summary of the number of check-in people, for example, the total number of participants, the number of successful check-in users, the number of successful non-check-in users, and the like.
After the check-in result is generated, the server side can send the check-in result and the reminding mode corresponding to the user who does not check in successfully to the terminal, so that the terminal can check the check-in result and timely remind the user who does not check in successfully to check in based on the reminding mode.
It should be noted that, after determining the check-in result, the server may update the historical check-in information of each user who successfully checked in and the user who successfully checked in, so as to accurately record the check-in information of the user. For the user who successfully signs in, the number of times of meeting due to meeting and the number of times of actual meeting can be increased by 1 in the historical sign-in information, and meanwhile, the meeting rate is recalculated. For the user who does not sign in successfully, the number of times of meeting according to the historical sign-in information can be increased by 1 time, and meanwhile, the meeting rate is recalculated.
After the step is executed, the check-in information sent by the terminal, that is, the information of the user that did not check in successfully, that is, the user that did not check in successfully, may be received, where the information may include an identifier of the user that checked in to indicate which user the check-in user is. After receiving the check-in information, the server can acquire the check-in user identification from the check-in information, then store the check-in user identification, and meanwhile, can update the historical check-in information corresponding to the check-in user identification.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the server receives the video information sent by the terminal, the face features included in the video information, namely the face features of the actual conference participants, can be obtained from the video information, and then the user features in the preset conference participant user feature library are matched with the obtained face features to obtain the first user features which can be matched and the second user features which cannot be matched. The conference user feature library stores the features of the users to be participated in, so that the first user feature is the user feature for determining participated in, namely the user who successfully signs in, the second user feature is the user feature which does not participate in the conference, namely the user who unsuccessfully signs in, the result of the conference sign-in can be determined, the participator does not need to manually sign in, the server side can automatically generate the sign-in result according to the video information, the manpower consumption is reduced, the phenomenon that the sign-in person spends a long time due to congestion is avoided, and the sign-in efficiency is improved. In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, for the user who does not sign in successfully, the reminding mode can be determined according to the historical sign-in record and the preset corresponding relation, so that the user who does not sign in can be more effectively reminded to timely participate in the conference.
Referring to the system architecture shown in fig. 1 and the embodiment shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a conference check-in method, which may be executed by a terminal in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 6, and the method includes:
s601: and acquiring video information including the participating users, and sending the video information to the server.
The terminal may include a photographing device so that the terminal may photograph video information including the participating user through the photographing device, or the terminal device may acquire video information photographed by other devices. The video information may be in one or more segments. After the video information is acquired, the terminal can send the video information to the server side, so that the server side can determine the sign-in result of the conference and the reminding mode of the user who does not sign in successfully through the video information.
S602: and receiving the check-in information sent by the server, and acquiring a check-in result in the check-in information and a reminding mode of a user who does not check in successfully.
After the video information is processed by the server, the check-in information can be returned to the terminal, and the check-in information comprises a check-in result and a reminding mode of a user who does not check in successfully. The check-in result comprises a successful check-in user and a successful check-in user, so that the check-in result can determine which participant users successfully check in and which participant users successfully do not check in. According to the embodiment of the invention, different reminding modes can be set for the user who does not sign in successfully, and after the server determines the reminding mode, the terminal can remind the participant user who does not sign in successfully based on the reminding mode.
S603: and sending notification information according to the user who successfully signs in the sign-in result, and sending reminding information to the user who successfully signs in according to the reminding mode.
For the user who successfully signs in, the terminal can send notification information to the user to notify that the participating user successfully signs in, and for the user who does not successfully sign in, the terminal can send reminding information to the user based on a reminding mode. Specifically, the reminding mode in the embodiment of the present invention may include a message reminding mode and a telephone reminding mode, where the message reminding mode indicates sending a reminding message to the user who does not sign in, and the telephone reminding mode indicates dialing a telephone of the user who does not sign in, so as to remind the user through voice.
For the user who has not successfully checked in, the check-in can be carried out after the reminding information is received, namely, a check-in request is sent to the terminal, after the terminal receives the check-in request, the included user identification, namely the identification of the user who has checked in, can be obtained from the user identification, namely, the check-in result of the user who has checked in can be updated, namely, the user who has successfully checked in is updated. And the terminal can also send the check-in information including the user identification to the server side, so that the server side can refine the historical check-in information of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server side can automatically generate the check-in result according to the video information without manually checking in by the participants, and the check-in result is sent to the terminal so as to inform the user of successful check-in and remind the user of unsuccessful check-in, thereby reducing the manpower consumption, avoiding the problem of long time spent on the check-in personnel due to congestion and improving the check-in efficiency.
1 and the embodiments shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a conference check-in method, which may be executed by a terminal and a server in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes:
s701: and the terminal sends the conference information to the server.
S702: and the server generates a conference connection and sends the conference connection to the terminal.
S703: and the terminal sends the conference connection to the user to be participated.
S704: and the user to be participated sends response information to the server.
The terminal can send the conference information to the server, after receiving the conference information, the application server in the server can generate a conference link exclusive to the conference, the conference link comprises the conference information, the conference link and the conference information are sent to the database server as request data, the database stores the request data and then informs the application server, after receiving a conference information storage success signal, the application server sends json format data of the conference information and the conference link to the terminal, after receiving the conference exclusive connection, the terminal can issue the conference link to each user to be participated, and each user to be participated can send response information to the server through the conference link.
It should be noted that the data processing principle in steps S701 to S704 is the same as the corresponding data processing principle in the system architecture shown in fig. 1 and the embodiments shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, and is not described herein again.
S705: and the server determines the participating users and the participating user feature library according to the response information.
Specifically, after the application server confirms the participating users, the participating users and the conference information of the users participating in the conference can be sent to the database server, the database server extracts the user characteristics of the participating users from the user characteristic total library to obtain a participating user characteristic library, and the participating user characteristic library is sent to the application server and the identification server.
It should be noted that, when extracting the user features of the participating users, if the user features of a certain participating user do not exist in the user feature library, the user features may be directly obtained from the participating user, or the user features may be obtained from the participating user through a terminal. The application server can also return the user information of the participating users to the terminal, so that the terminal can send the participating information to the participating users.
S706: and the terminal sends the video information to the server.
S707: the server identifies the face of the video information to obtain the face characteristics in the video information.
S708: the server side determines the successful check-in user, the unsuccessful check-in user and the reminding mode of the unsuccessful check-in user based on the participant user feature library.
The terminal sends video information to the server side, the application server receives the video information, the face video recognition function of the recognition server can be called, and the video information is sent to the recognition server. The recognition server receives the video in a streaming form and performs a framing extraction operation on the video.
In the framing process, in general, there are 25 frames or 30 frames in a 1 second video, and if each frame is analyzed and identified, the identification speed is reduced, so in the embodiment of the present invention, dynamic framing may be performed first, that is, the number of frames of dynamic framing is configured, and if 1 second is configured to extract 4 frames, four frames or less than four frames may be extracted from each second of video information. When selecting the frame extraction picture, the frame extraction can be carried out according to the pixel difference between the previous frame and the next frame, if the pixel point difference between the previous frame and the next frame is less than or equal to 10%, only the previous frame is taken, if the pixel point difference within 1 second is less than or equal to 10%, the first frame is taken, the frame number of the dynamic frame extraction is configured, the same or nearly same frames can be filtered, and the situation that the same or same region pictures are extracted to cause the follow-up extraction of repeated characteristic values is avoided.
When extracting a picture containing one or more pieces of face information, the picture may be subjected to feature value extraction of a face recognition technology by using a preset algorithm, for example, fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of face recognition on a plurality of faces in a picture, so that a list of face features in video information may be obtained, and then similarity between the face features in the video information and face features included in a feature library of a participating user is compared through matrix operation (whether cosine distances of the two features are consistent or not is determined). If the face features included in the participant user feature library have face features consistent with those of the video information, determining the user features corresponding to the face features from the participant user feature library, and determining the user features as first user features, namely users who successfully sign in; if the face features included in the participant user feature library have face features inconsistent with those of the video information, the user features corresponding to the face features can be determined from the participant user feature library and determined as second user features, namely, the user who has not signed in successfully.
And for the user who does not sign in successfully, determining a corresponding reminding mode based on the historical sign-in information.
It should be noted that the data processing principle in steps S705 to S708 is the same as the corresponding data processing principle in the system architecture shown in fig. 1 and the embodiments shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, and is not described herein again.
S709: the server determines additional participating users and illegal participating users based on the user feature total library.
In some scenarios, the video information may include faces of non-participant persons, so after step S708 is executed, the face features in the video information may not all be consistent with the face features included in the feature library of the participant users, that is, whether the face features in the video information include other face features besides the first user features, that is, the face features in the video information include other face features besides the face features consistent with the first user features, and these other face features do not exist in the feature library of the participant users. At this time, the server side can also judge the other user characteristics based on the user characteristic total library to determine the identities of the users corresponding to the other face characteristics, namely, the other face characteristics are compared with the face characteristics in the user characteristic total library to judge whether the user characteristic total library comprises additional user characteristics matched with the other face characteristics, if so, the identities of the users can be determined based on the additional user characteristics, and then the identities can be determined as additional participating users; if not, the identities of the users cannot be determined, and the users can be determined as illegal participating users. Specifically, the above process may be performed as: judging whether the face features comprise other face features except the first user feature; if yes, judging whether the preset user feature total library comprises additional user features matched with other face features, if yes, determining additional conference-participating users according to user information included in the additional user features, and if not, determining illegal conference-participating users according to the face features.
S710: and the server sends the check-in result and a reminding mode to the terminal according to the generated check-in result.
After the server determines the successful sign-in user, the unsuccessful sign-in user, the additional participating user and the illegal participating user, a sign-in result can be generated.
Specifically, the identification server in the server side can receive video information, video frame extraction, face feature acquisition and face feature comparison, and determine a check-in result, the whole process can be executed in parallel until the whole video information is transmitted, and the face feature value extraction and comparison of the last frame are completed, that is, the whole check-in result is generated. The check-in result can be in a list form, the check-in result can be transmitted to the application server after the recognition server generates the check-in result, the application server can match the check-in result with the participant users stored in the database service so as to determine whether the participant users all correspond to the check-in result, errors are avoided, and finally the check-in result and a reminding mode are sent to the terminal in a JSON string form.
S711: and sending notification information to the user who successfully signs in the sign-in result, and sending reminding information to the user who does not successfully sign in according to the reminding mode.
It should be noted that the data processing principle in steps S710 to S711 is the same as the corresponding data processing principle in the system architecture shown in fig. 1 and the embodiments shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, and is not described herein again.
After receiving the video information sent by the terminal, the server can acquire the face features included in the video information, namely the face features of the actual conference participants from the video information, and then match the user features in the preset conference participant feature library with the acquired face features to obtain a first user feature which can be matched and a second user feature which cannot be matched.
