Through the mode, the meeting participants can be automatically determined according to the meeting content, then the meeting time is determined according to the meeting time of the meeting participants, and finally the first meeting room capable of containing the meeting participants is determined from the idle meeting room according to the meeting participants and the meeting time, so that intelligent recommendation of the meeting rooms is realized, and the reservation efficiency of users is effectively improved.
In an embodiment, the extracting module 20 is further configured to:
preprocessing the conference content to obtain target conference content;
acquiring a random sampling set of the target conference content, wherein the random sampling set comprises a plurality of sampling samples;
determining a matching expression according to the key information of the sampling sample, and generating a matching expression set according to the matching expression;
and extracting key information of the conference content from the matched expression set.
In an embodiment, the extracting module 20 is further configured to:
determining target texts of all the matching expressions in the matching expression set, and generating a target text set based on the target texts;
determining a hamming distance between a first target text and a second target text in the target texts;
determining a final target text from the first target text and the second target text when the hamming distance is smaller than a preset threshold;
updating the target text set according to the final target text to obtain an updated text set;
and extracting key information of the conference content from the updated text set.
In an embodiment, the determining module 30 is further configured to:
Acquiring historical behavior data of the participants in a historical time period;
determining a time signature sequence based on the historical time period and the historical behavior data;
inputting the time feature sequence into a trained memory network, and determining a behavior matrix of the participants in a future time period, wherein the behavior matrix comprises activity preferences corresponding to different time points in the future time period and different time points in the future time period;
inputting the behavior matrix into a prediction network, and predicting a participation time period of the participants;
and determining the participation time of the participants based on the participation time period.
In an embodiment, the reservation module 50 is further configured to:
acquiring historical behavior data of the participants in a historical time period;
determining the reference time rate and the meeting rate of the participants according to the historical behavior data;
taking the meeting personnel with the meeting time rate smaller than the preset time rate as a first meeting personnel, and taking the meeting personnel with the meeting rate smaller than the preset meeting rate as a second meeting personnel;
after the user terminal completes the conference reservation of the first conference room, notifying the first participant and the second participant at a preset frequency based on voice and/or short messages.
In one embodiment, the participants include speaking persons and others; wherein, the reservation module 50 is further configured to:
when judging that the first conference room does not exist in the idle conference room, judging whether the user terminal accepts the combined conference according to the reservation request of the user terminal;

and pushing the first conference link to the other personnel after the user terminal completes the conference reservation of the second conference room.
In an embodiment, the reservation module 50 is further configured to:
generating a second conference link of an online conference and pushing the second conference link to the participants when the first conference room is not determined to exist in the idle conference room and the user terminal is determined to not accept the combined conference;
after determining that the participants enter the online conference through the second conference link, starting a false screen-throwing mode;
Under the mode of mislanding, acquiring the screen landing information in the online conference in real time;
when detecting that information irrelevant to the conference content appears in the screen throwing information, updating the screen throwing information based on the conference content, and notifying a misscreen throwing person.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent conference reservation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a conference reservation request of a user terminal, and determining conference content according to the conference reservation request;
extracting key information of the conference content, and determining participants according to the key information;
determining the participants and the participating time of the participants, and determining an idle conference room in the participating time;
judging whether a first conference room exists in the idle conference room according to the number of the participants;
pushing the first conference room to the user terminal when the first conference room exists in the idle conference room, and completing conference reservation of the first conference room through the user terminal;
the extracting the key information of the conference content, and determining the participants according to the key information comprises the following steps:
preprocessing the conference content to obtain target conference content;
acquiring a random sampling set of the target conference content, wherein the random sampling set comprises a plurality of sampling samples;
determining a matching expression according to the key information of the sampling sample, and generating a matching expression set according to the matching expression;
Extracting key information of the conference content from the matched expression set;
the extracting key information of the conference content from the matched expression set comprises the following steps:
determining target texts of all the matching expressions in the matching expression set, and generating a target text set based on the target texts;
determining a hamming distance between a first target text and a second target text in the target texts;
determining a final target text from the first target text and the second target text when the hamming distance is smaller than a preset threshold;
updating the target text set according to the final target text to obtain an updated text set;
extracting key information of the conference content from the updated text set;
determining a meeting time of the meeting personnel, comprising:
acquiring historical behavior data of the participants in a historical time period;
determining a time signature sequence based on the historical time period and the historical behavior data;
inputting the time feature sequence into a trained memory network, and determining a behavior matrix of the participants in a future time period, wherein the behavior matrix comprises activity preferences corresponding to different time points in the future time period and different time points in the future time period;
Inputting the behavior matrix into a prediction network, and predicting a participation time period of the participants;
and determining the participation time of the participants based on the participation time period.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent conference reservation method further comprises:
acquiring historical behavior data of the participants in a historical time period;
determining the reference time rate and the meeting rate of the participants according to the historical behavior data;
taking the meeting personnel with the meeting time rate smaller than the preset time rate as a first meeting personnel, and taking the meeting personnel with the meeting rate smaller than the preset meeting rate as a second meeting personnel;
after the user terminal completes the conference reservation of the first conference room, notifying the first participant and the second participant at a preset frequency based on voice and/or short messages.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the participants include speaking persons and others; the intelligent conference reservation method further comprises the following steps:
when judging that the first conference room does not exist in the idle conference room, judging whether the user terminal accepts the combined conference according to the reservation request of the user terminal;
When the user terminal is judged to accept the combined conference, a second conference room is determined from the idle conference rooms according to the speaking staff, and a first conference link of the second conference room is generated;
pushing the second conference room to the user terminal, and completing conference reservation of the second conference room through the user terminal;
and pushing the first conference link to the other personnel after the user terminal completes the conference reservation of the second conference room.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent conference reservation method further comprises:
generating a second conference link of an online conference and pushing the second conference link to the participants when the first conference room is not determined to exist in the idle conference room and the user terminal is determined to not accept the combined conference;
after determining that the participants enter the online conference through the second conference link, starting a false screen-throwing mode;
under the mode of mislanding, acquiring the screen landing information in the online conference in real time;
when detecting that information irrelevant to the conference content appears in the screen throwing information, updating the screen throwing information based on the conference content, and notifying a misscreen throwing person.
5. An intelligent conference reservation device, characterized in that the intelligent conference reservation device comprises:

the determining module is further configured to:
acquiring historical behavior data of the participants in a historical time period;
determining a time signature sequence based on the historical time period and the historical behavior data;
inputting the time feature sequence into a trained memory network, and determining a behavior matrix of the participants in a future time period, wherein the behavior matrix comprises activity preferences corresponding to different time points in the future time period and different time points in the future time period;
Inputting the behavior matrix into a prediction network, and predicting a participation time period of the participants;
and determining the participation time of the participants based on the participation time period.

An intelligent conference reservation device, the device comprising: a memory, a processor, and an intelligent conference reservation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the intelligent conference reservation program configured to implement the steps of the intelligent conference reservation method of any of claims 1 to 4.
7. A storage medium having stored thereon an intelligent conference reservation program which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the intelligent conference reservation method of any of claims 1 to 4.
