2. The cooktop control method of claim 1, wherein said determining a current cooking stage of the dish from cooking temperature information of the cooktop comprises:
determining the current cooking action of the dish according to the cooking temperature change information of the cooker;
determining a current cooking stage of the dish according to a current cooking action of the dish.
3. The cooktop control method of claim 2, wherein the determining a current cooking stage for the dish from a current cooking action for the dish comprises:
acquiring duration information corresponding to the cooking temperature change information;
determining a current cooking stage of the dish from a plurality of cooking stages of the target recipe according to the current cooking action of the dish, the cooking temperature change information, and the duration information.
4. The cooktop control method of claim 2, wherein determining target cooking indication information from the cooking indication information of the plurality of cooking stages according to the current cooking stage comprises:
determining candidate cooking indication information from the cooking indication information of the plurality of cooking stages according to the current cooking stage;
and intercepting target cooking indication information from the candidate cooking indication information according to the current cooking action.
5. The cooktop control method of claim 1, wherein the playback device comprises a display interface; the acquiring of the target menu comprises the following steps:
controlling the display interface to display menu options;
and responding to a triggering instruction of the menu option by a user to determine a target menu in the menu option.
6. The cooktop control method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein after controlling the playback device to output the target cooking indication information, further comprising:
and when the target cooking instruction information is detected to be output, controlling the playing device to play the cooking instruction information of the next cooking stage.
7. The cooktop control method of claim 6, wherein the controlling the playing device to play the cooking instruction information of the next cooking stage when detecting that the target cooking instruction information is output at an end comprises:
if the target cooking indication information is detected to be output, updating the cooking temperature information of the cooker;
and when the updated cooking temperature information meets the preset condition, controlling the playing device to play the cooking instruction information of the next cooking stage.
8. The cooktop control method of claim 7, further comprising, after updating the cooking temperature information of the cooktop:
and when the updated cooking temperature information does not meet the preset condition, controlling the playing device to repeatedly play the target cooking indication information of the current cooking stage.
